一种便携式折叠充气鞋 技术领域
本发明属于鞋技术领域,具体涉及一种便携式折叠充气鞋。
背景技术
鞋是人们日常生活必备的生活用品,也是人们在外出差、旅行的必备品。但是一般的鞋收纳到行李箱中会占据较大体积,且重量较大,不够方便。为减少差旅人员外出需要携带鞋的问题,宾馆酒店一般都会为客人准备鞋,多数为塑胶拖鞋或者一次性拖鞋。然而,宾馆酒店准备的塑胶拖鞋往往在卫生方面得不到保证,很多差旅人员因此感染上了脚气病、脚癣等病;而宾馆酒店的一次性拖鞋又存在着鞋底太薄,脚感不舒适,容易打滑,浸湿不易干等缺点。
为了避免使用宾馆酒店提供的存在卫生安全隐患的鞋,解决鞋不便携带的问题,有人提出了充气鞋,将气体放掉的时候可以将充气鞋的体积压缩到最小,放在行李箱中不占多少位置,甚至能将充气鞋折叠进口袋中携带出去。例如专利号为ZL2013206697195的实用新型,公开了一种充气便携拖鞋,全鞋采用环保PVC材质,鞋底分为3个储气区,每个储气区左右各有一条充气管,充气管口有防止回气的回气阀,通过与管塞螺纹连接变为鞋面。该充气便携拖鞋没充气的时候能折叠起来压缩到最小,解决了拖鞋收纳体积大的问题,但是没有解决行走不稳的问题。由于这种充气拖鞋内腔气体的流动,人在行走中时对拖鞋鞋底施压,着力点移动、变化,导致腔体气体受力不匀,人如行走在起伏不定的小型气垫之上,一不小心有失稳摔倒的危险。又如专利号为ZL2011200425499的实用新型,公开了一种便携式充气拖鞋:该拖鞋包括通过对应两侧的连接装置连接的鞋底和鞋面,鞋底内设有内腔和充气孔,该充气拖鞋的充气孔设置在鞋底,显然不够方便卫生,且气嘴还需配有充气筒才能向拖鞋充气,而携带充气筒无疑占用了行李箱的体积,还让该充气拖鞋的使用变得更加麻烦,没有达到方便携带的要求。
发明内容
针对上述现有技术中的问题,本发明提供一种充气折叠鞋,解决了单纯的充气鞋鞋底带来的气压不均,行走不稳等问题,且具有收纳体积小、重量轻、便携的优点。
本发明的技术方案如下:
一种便携式折叠充气鞋,包括可充气鞋形软囊、实体承重块;所述可充气鞋形软囊为中空腔体结构,包括鞋底、鞋面;所述实体承重块为2块以上,分布于鞋底的前脚掌和脚后跟承受主要体重压力的两个区域,所述鞋底被实体承重块分割成中部承托腔、承托折叠腔,连 接前脚掌和脚后跟两个区域的为中部承托腔,连接相邻承重块的区域为承托折叠腔,每块实体承重块的上、下、左、右四个面,与其所对应的鞋底的鞋形腔体内壁紧密粘合,每块实体承重块设置1个以上贯穿整个块体的贯通式导气道;所述可充气鞋形软囊上设置气孔,所述鞋面、中部承托腔、承托折叠腔、贯通式导气道、气孔为内部相互贯通的一体式结构,通过所述气孔完成可充气鞋形软囊的充气、放气。
以上所述的可充气鞋形软囊,采用高强度、高抗拉力的材料制成,优选高密度聚乙烯、聚醚酰亚胺、聚乙烯、尼龙或聚乙烯尼龙合成物、聚乙烯加尼龙等材料制成空腔结构,整个囊体内部为一个完整的整体,囊体内的气体完全贯通,囊体的造型结构可为任意鞋型,如:拖鞋、有后绊带凉鞋或鞋头全封闭的鞋等。所述可充气鞋形软囊的制造方式方便多样、简单易行,在工艺上无太多限制,可适用目前多种主流的塑胶容器生产技术,例如,可直接将膜状囊体材料用胶水或高周波热熔合等方式粘合成囊体,也可采用模具吹塑一体成型的工艺来制造。可充气鞋形软囊为一体化的中空腔体结构,该腔体为完全气密,通过可充气鞋形软囊上的气孔充气,能鼓胀成有一定支撑度的鞋子形状,而在放气后,可充气鞋形软囊又可以缩瘪为体积很小、易于收纳和携带的薄膜。
以上所述的中部承托腔,位于可充气鞋形软囊鞋底部位的中部,前脚掌区域与脚后跟区域之间,对应于脚弓的位置,与可充气鞋形软囊属一个整体,是鞋形软囊的一部分,两者内部的气体完全贯通,当通过气嘴对鞋形软囊吹气时,中间承托腔也会充气,充满气后的中部承托腔起到支撑承托的作用,把与之相连的鞋的前掌区和后跟区承托为一个平整、硬挺的整体,才能使本折叠充气鞋真正具备穿着的实用性和舒适性。所述中部承托腔优选在与脚弓接触的相应部位设置增厚。
所述实体承重块采用能够承受人体重量压力、有一定弹性、确保穿着舒适度的实体材料制成,可为任何能承受人体重量的材料,如木、竹、橡胶、塑料等。所述实体承重块根据鞋型设计,使实体承重块的上、下、左、右四个面,能与其所对应的鞋形腔体的内壁紧密粘合,从而使实体承重块牢牢固定、不移位,让穿者在行走时感到稳定、舒适,所述紧密粘合的方式优选为胶粘或高周波热熔。实体承重块在其横截面处,均有2个以上贯穿整个块体的贯通式导气道,这一设计使得在实体承重块装入可充气鞋形软囊内并与其内壁紧密粘合的情况下,也不会阻断可充气鞋形软囊内部一体式空腔结构的空气贯通,从而对整个鞋体起承托、支撑作用,此外,也因此能够做到只用一个气孔就能让整个鞋体充满气或放完气。
所述的实体承重块与相邻的其他实体承重块之间应保留间隔距离,该距离的宽度设定为不小于能够让具有一定厚度的两块实体承重块折叠到一起的尺寸,所述相邻实体承重块间的 距离优选为0.5cm以上,进一步优选为1.0-3.5cm,这一间隔空间的设计,是为了在每两个实体承重块之间形成一个承托折叠腔,承托折叠腔的作用在于通过腔体充气后的支撑力,来承托腔体两边的实体承重块,使其不会下垂,同时,在收纳时,只需将承托折叠腔内的气体放出,则各实体承重块之间所存在间隙,就足以使具有一定厚度的实体承重块之间能够进行折叠,从而缩小收纳时的体积,以便于携带。所述承托折叠腔优选在充气后略高于其两边的实体承重块上表面,该特征充分考虑了空气体积易于压缩特性,在脚底踩上去对其施压后,仍能够与实体承重块形成一个等高的平面,提升了穿着舒适性。
所述气孔优选位于鞋面上部,气孔优选与闭气软管连接,闭气软管采用软质的材料制成,其作用为,当把折叠充气鞋的空腔吹满气后,在拧紧气嘴盖的过程中,一般都会有一部份气体从气嘴漏出,从而影响鞋体的充气效果,这时,只需在拧紧气嘴盖的同时,一边捏住闭气软管将其紧紧压扁,直到把气嘴盖拧紧后再松开,即可防止气体泄漏。由于闭气软管为软质材料制成,因此,不利于吹气时嘴唇的闭合施力,也无法在其上做出能让气嘴盖拧紧的螺纹。而没有拧紧的气嘴盖,闭气软管就会被脏水、污物弄脏,鉴于以上这两个原因,本发明的解决方法是,在闭气软管的一端加接一根气嘴,所述气嘴为硬质材料制成,气嘴设置有相应的气嘴盖,套在气嘴的外面,用以防止气嘴在鞋子的使用过程中被污水弄脏,确保气嘴的洁净状况达到随时可以放入嘴里吹气的程度。气嘴长1cm以上,其上设置有螺栓螺纹,气嘴盖设置有相应的螺帽螺纹,气嘴与气嘴盖的连接方式为螺纹连接,确保盖得牢固,在折叠、收纳、携带的过程中不会轻易脱出。同时,螺纹旋紧的方式有很高的密闭度,使脏水等污物无法进入,确保气嘴卫生。所述气嘴上的螺纹位于靠近闭气软管、远离气嘴末端的位置,这样的设计可以使气嘴上能被气嘴盖盖住的部位尽可能的长,也就使得吹气时嘴巴能够含住的气嘴尽可能的长,更便于吹气。所述气嘴盖顶部放置有气密垫片,气密垫片采用有一定弹性、耐压、坚韧的材料制成,放置于气嘴盖内部,当气嘴盖在气嘴上拧紧时,气嘴盖会将气密垫片挤向气嘴口时,直至将气嘴口紧紧贴合,使鞋子中空腔体内的空气无法从气嘴口泄漏出来。所述固定袋优选设置在所述鞋面上,袋口有封口片挡住。固定袋用于塞入并固定闭气软管、气嘴及气嘴盖,封口片用于封紧固定袋的袋口,防止闭气软管、气嘴从固定袋内滑出,避免了人行走时气嘴甩动影响走路,也使得充气鞋外观简洁大方。所述固定袋优选设计为一片长方形薄膜状材料,这片薄膜的三条边粘合固定在鞋面上。有一条边保持开口,不粘合,以便从这个开口处塞入和拿出闭气软管、气嘴。固定袋的位置与气孔在同一处,其面积大小可盖住气孔以及与气孔相连的闭气软管,气嘴和气嘴盖。所述封口片亦为一片长条形薄膜状材料,其宽度比固定袋的宽度略宽,其中三面粘合固定在鞋面上,另一面开口,开口的一边盖在固定 袋的开口处,使塞在固定袋内的闭气软管、气嘴等不易滑出,而当需要从固定袋中拔出气嘴吹气时,可以先翻开封口片,然后用手指从固定袋口伸进去,将气嘴拔出来。此外,所述气孔还可与气门芯连接,采用充气工具实现充气功能。
以上所述的便携式折叠充气鞋,所述鞋底下设有防滑抗磨垫层,所述防滑抗磨垫层踩踏地面的一面设置有防滑纹,能够在行走的时候起到防滑作用,又能作为耐磨表层起到保护鞋底充气腔体不被磨破、刺破的作用。所述防滑抗磨垫层采用薄型软质防磨材料制成,如:塑料、硅胶、复合材料或橡胶等。
以上所述的便携式折叠充气鞋,所述鞋的表面优选涂有疏水或超疏水材料涂层,或直接采用疏水或超疏水材料,所述疏水或超疏水材料可为烷烃、硅烷、氟代烷烃、四氧化三铁纳米或单晶硅等,运用荷叶效应,使人能够轻松甩干鞋,便于保存时尽量保持拖鞋干燥,方便收纳。
本发明的有益效果在于:
一是设计了实体承重块,有效解决了其它的充气鞋承托力不够,会被使用者的身体重量压扁的问题,同时,也解决了其它充气鞋所存在的受力不均、行走不稳的问题;二是实体承重块根据鞋型设计,使实体承重块的上、下、左、右四个面,能与其所对应的鞋形腔体的内壁紧密粘合,从而使实体承重块牢牢固定、不移位,让穿者在行走时感到稳定、舒适;三是实体承重块在其横截面处,均有2个以上贯穿整个块体的贯通式导气道,这一设计使得在实体承重块装入可充气鞋形软囊内并与其内壁紧密粘合的情况下,也不会阻断可充气鞋形软囊内部一体式空腔结构的空气贯通,从而对整个鞋体起承托、支撑作用;四是设置了承托折叠腔,承托折叠腔的作用在于通过腔体充气后的支撑力,来承托腔体两边的实体承重块,使其不会下垂,同时,在收纳时,只需将承托折叠腔内的气体放出,则各实体承重块之间所存在间隙,就足以使具有一定厚度的实体承重块之间能够进行折叠,同时,又可以缩小收纳时的体积,减轻了重量,便于携带;五是设置了中部承托腔,在脚底相对不受力的部位,采用中空充气腔体,既足以在充气后起到支撑承托的作用,将与其相连的鞋底的前脚掌区域和脚后跟区域承托为一个平整、硬挺的整体,又可以在放气后将这部份体积压缩至最小的程度,从而实现了减小收纳体积的设计目的,同时,由于这样中部承托腔的存在,也极大的减少了实体块的用量,从而实现了鞋体重量的减轻。六是设计了保洁气嘴盖,保证了气嘴的干净卫生;七是设计了气密垫片,采用有一定弹性、耐压、坚韧的材料制成,放置于保洁气嘴盖内部,当保洁气嘴盖在气嘴上拧紧时,保洁气嘴盖将气密垫片挤向气嘴口,直至将气嘴口紧紧贴合,使鞋子中空腔体内的空气无法从气嘴口处泄露出来;八是设计了固定袋及封口片,避免了人 行走时阻气软管、气嘴甩动影响走路,也使得充气折叠鞋外观简洁大方,也进一步保护了气嘴不被污染。

本发明设计了实体承重块,有效解决了其它的充气鞋承托力不够,会被使用者的身体重量压扁的问题,同时,也解决了其它充气鞋所存在的受力不均、行走不稳的问题;实体承重块根据鞋型设计,使实体承重块的上、下、左、右四个面,能与其所对应的鞋形腔体的内壁紧密粘合,从而使实体承重块牢牢固定、不移位,让穿者在行走时感到稳定、舒适;实体承重块在其横截面处,均有4个贯穿整个块体的贯通式导气道,这一设计使得在实体承重块装入可充气鞋形软囊内并与其内壁紧密粘合的情况下,也不会阻断可充气鞋形软囊内部一体式空腔结构的空气贯通,从而对整个鞋体起承托、支撑作用;设置了承托折叠腔,承托折叠腔的作用在于通过腔体充气后的支撑力,来承托腔体两边的实体承重块,使其不会下垂,同时,在收纳时,只需将承托折叠腔内的气体放出,则各实体承重块之间所存在间隙,就足以使具有一定厚度的实体承重块之间能够进行折叠,同时,又可以缩小收纳时的体积,减轻了重量,便于携带;设置了中部承托腔,在脚底相对不受力的部位,采用中空充气腔体,既足以在充气后起到支撑承托的作用,将与其相连的鞋底的前脚掌区域和脚后跟区域承托为一个平整、硬挺的整体,又可以在放气后将这部份体积压缩至最小的程度,从而实现了减小收纳体积的设计目的,同时,由于这样中部承托腔的存在,也极大的减少了实体块的用量,从而实现了鞋体重量的减轻;设计了保洁气嘴盖,保证了气嘴的干净卫生;气密垫片采用有一定弹性、耐压、坚韧的材料制成,放置于保洁气嘴盖内部,当保洁气嘴盖在气嘴上拧紧时,保洁气嘴盖将气密垫片挤向气嘴口,直至将气嘴口紧紧贴合,使鞋子中空腔体内的空气无法从气嘴口处泄露出来;设计了固定袋及封口片,避免了人行走时阻气软管、气嘴甩动影响走路,也使得充气折叠鞋外观简洁大方,也进一步保护了气嘴不被污染。

Claims (17)

  1. 一种便携式折叠充气鞋,其特征在于:包括可充气鞋形软囊(1)、实体承重块(2);
    所述可充气鞋形软囊(1)为中空腔体结构,包括鞋底(3)、鞋面(4);
    所述实体承重块(2)为2块以上,分布于鞋底的前脚掌和脚后跟两个区域,所述鞋底(3)被实体承重块(2)分割成中部承托腔(5)、承托折叠腔(6),连接前脚掌和脚后跟两个区域的为中部承托腔(5),连接相邻实体承重块(2)的区域为承托折叠腔(6),每块实体承重块(2)的上、下、左、右四个面,与其所对应的鞋底(3)的鞋形腔体内壁紧密粘合,每块实体承重块(2)设置1个以上贯穿整个块体的贯通式导气道(7);
    所述可充气鞋形软囊(1)上设置气孔(8),所述鞋面(4)、中部承托腔(5)、承托折叠腔(6)、贯通式导气道(7)、气孔(8)为内部相互贯通的一体式结构,通过所述气孔(8)完成可充气鞋形软囊(1)的充气、放气。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的便携式折叠充气鞋,其特征在于:所述紧密粘合的方式为胶粘或高周波热熔。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的便携式折叠充气鞋,其特征在于,所述相邻实体承重块间的距离为0.5cm以上。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的便携式折叠充气鞋,其特征在于,所述相邻实体承重块间的距离为1.0-3.5cm。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的便携式折叠充气鞋,其特征在于:所述气孔(8)与阻气软管(9)连接。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的便携式折叠充气鞋,其特征在于:所述气孔(8)通过阻气软管(9)与气嘴(10)相连。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的便携式折叠充气鞋,其特征在于:所述气嘴(10)外部套有保洁气嘴盖(11),所述气嘴(10)与保洁气嘴盖(11)的连接方式为螺纹连接。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的便携式折叠充气鞋,其特征在于:所述保洁气嘴盖(11)顶部放置有气密垫片(12)。
  9. 根据权利要求5-8中任一所述的便携式折叠充气鞋,其特征在于:所述鞋面(4)上设置有固定袋(13),袋口有封口片(14)挡住。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的便携式折叠充气鞋,其特征在于:所述中部承托腔(5)在与脚弓接触的相应部位设置增厚。
  11. 根据权利要求1所述的便携式折叠充气鞋,其特征在于:所述鞋底(3)下设有防滑抗磨垫层(15),所述防滑抗磨垫层(15)踩踏地面的一面设置有防滑纹。
  12. 根据权利要求1所述的便携式折叠充气鞋,其特征在于:所述承托折叠腔(6)在充气后 略高于其两边的实体承重块(2)上表面。
  13. 根据权利要求1所述的便携式折叠充气鞋,其特征在于:所述可充气鞋形软囊(1)的材料为高密度聚乙烯、聚醚酰亚胺或聚乙烯加尼龙等。
  14. 根据权利要求13所述的便携式折叠充气鞋,其特征在于:所述防滑抗磨垫层(15)的材料为塑料、硅胶或橡胶。
  15. 根据权利要求1所述的便携式折叠充气鞋,其特征在于:所述鞋的表面均涂有疏水或超疏水材料涂层,或直接采用疏水或超疏水材料。
  16. 根据权利要求15所述的便携式折叠充气鞋,其特征在于:所述疏水或超疏水材料为烷烃、硅烷、氟代烷烃、四氧化三铁纳米或单晶硅。
  17. 根据权利要求1所述的便携式折叠充气鞋,其特征在于:所述鞋的款式为拖鞋、有后绊带凉鞋或鞋头全封闭的鞋。
