Description

婴幼儿安全座椅 技术领域
本实用新型属于婴幼儿用具，尤其涉及一种可保障婴幼儿安全的座椅。
 背景技术
市场上的婴幼儿安全椅，一般是指的婴幼儿车用安全椅，可以供15月以下儿童乘车专用可以方便拆卸的婴儿安全椅。这种婴儿安全椅是为了适应外国汽车代步形式普遍化的产物，对于中国市场这种车用安全椅并非普遍适用，婴幼儿更多是在室内。一般婴幼儿在家中处于睡眠状态，但成长几个月之后，婴儿的苏醒活动时间变增长，很多家长需要将婴幼儿放置在普通婴幼儿用椅上，如吃饭专用椅，只是四周有婴幼儿防护栏，以防止婴幼儿摔落，但是由于婴幼儿年幼好动，椅子产生晃动时候容易倾倒，很难保证婴幼儿的安全，尤其是当家长们没有注意，稍微离开的时候，婴幼儿容易发生意外。因此如何使得家用婴儿用椅更加安全，是一个值得解决的问题。
 技术问题
本实用新型的目的在于克服上述现有技术的不足，提供一种婴幼儿安全椅，可解决婴幼儿坐在椅上晃动而导致椅子倾倒的问题。
 技术解决方案
本实用新型提供的婴幼儿安全椅，包括坐垫、靠背、扶手和用于支撑所述坐垫的至少三条支撑腿，各所述支撑腿接地处外侧向外活动设有一可与地面接触的安全爪。
优选地，各所述安全爪与各所述支撑腿可拆卸连接。
优选地，各所述安全爪由两根相互套合且可调节其长度的管子构成。
优选地，所述安全爪底部设有可使该安全爪与地面牢固吸合的吸盘。
优选地，所述吸盘与所述安全爪可拆卸连接。
优选地，各所述安全爪与各所述支撑腿的连接处设有芯轴，所述安全爪顶端通过该芯轴与各所述支撑腿活动铰接。
进一步地，各所述支撑腿外侧设有一可使铰接连接的所述安全爪向上旋转后卡入固定的卡环。
 有益效果
本实用新型是对普通婴幼儿用椅的改进，成本增加不明显。通过在婴幼儿椅支撑脚外侧增加安全爪，可以使得椅子稳固性得到进一步提升，可预防婴幼儿因为好动随椅子摔落的状况发生，有利于保护婴幼儿的用椅安全。

为了使本实用新型的目的、技术方案及优点更加清楚明白，以下结合附图及实施例，对本实用新型进行进一步详细说明。应当理解，此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用以解释本实用新型，并不用于限定本实用新型。
本实用新型所述的元件被称为“连接于”、“固定于”或“设置于”另一个元件，它可以直接在另一个元件上，也可能同时存在居中元件。
还需要说明的是，本实用新型实施例中所述的上层、下层、中间等方位用语，仅是互为相对概念或是以产品的正常使用状态为参考的，也可以是图示所示的方位，而不应该认为是具有限制性的。
参见图1，本实用新型提供的婴幼儿安全椅，包括坐垫1、靠背2、扶手3和用于支撑所述坐垫1的四条支撑腿4，所述坐垫1可为实木制成的方形平板构件，也可以是藤网或其他柔软材料构成的平面构件；所述靠背2为图示所示的中间位藤编的网格结构，可以透气；所述扶手3自靠背2环绕于坐垫1上方且平行于坐垫1水平面，形成一可防止坐在安全椅上的婴幼儿掉落的护栏；所述支撑腿4中，其后端的两条后支撑腿4B一端由坐垫1后端底部向下延伸而与地面接触，另一端由坐垫1后端顶面向上延伸而相互连接后形成一围合靠背2边缘的弧形结构，所述前端两条前支撑腿4A一端由坐垫1前端底部向下延伸而与地面接触，另一端由坐垫1前端顶面向上延伸与扶手3接驳，形成对扶手3前端的支承。本实用新型于各所述支撑腿4接地处的外侧，向外活动设有一可与地面接触的安全爪5，设置该安全爪5，可增加安全椅与地面的接触点，同时由于安全爪5具有较佳的抓地能力，可使安全椅与地面牢固接触，故而无论婴幼儿怎样晃动，都能可靠地防止安全椅的倾倒，使得椅子稳固性得到进一步提升，有利于保护婴幼儿的用椅安全。
可以理解地，各所述安全爪5顶端与各所述支撑腿4可拆卸连接。婴幼儿长大之后，可及时将安全爪5从各支撑腿4上拆除，非常方便。
作为本实用新型优选的方式，各所述安全爪5可由两根相互套合且可调节其长度的管子构成。两管子可通过螺纹连接，使得安全爪5可根据需要伸缩调节，这样就可以根据地面的凹凸情况调整安全爪5伸出的长短，以保持安全椅的平衡。
进一步参见图1，本实用新型在所述安全爪5之底部，还设有一吸盘6，可增加安全爪5与地面的接触面积，同时可利用该吸盘6的真空吸力，使该安全爪6与地面牢固吸合，以保证安全椅更加稳固。
作为本实用新型优选的方式，所述吸盘6与安全爪5可拆卸连接。这样，可在使吸盘6与安全爪5之间的设置更为灵活，同时也便于吸盘6的更换。
请再参见图1，各所述安全爪5与各所述支撑腿4的连接处，还设有芯轴7，安全爪5的顶端可通过该芯轴7与各支撑腿4活动铰接。这样，可使安全爪5与地面的接触更为灵活，进一步保证安全椅的平衡性能。
进一步地，各所述支撑腿4的外侧，还设有一卡环8，可使铰接连接的安全爪5在向上旋转后卡入其内，不需要安全爪5的时候可卡入固定在支撑腿4上，方便收纳。当然也可以采用其他结构使安全爪5固定在支撑腿4上。
本实用新型上述实施例和附图所示仅为本实用新型较佳实施例之部分，并不能以此局限本实用新型，在不脱离本实用新型精髓的条件下，本领域技术人员所作的任何修改、等同替换和改进等，都属本实用新型的保护范围。

Claims (7)

  1. 婴幼儿安全椅，包括坐垫、靠背、扶手和用于支撑所述坐垫的至少三条支撑腿，其特征在于，各所述支撑腿接地处外侧向外活动设有一可与地面接触的安全爪。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的婴幼儿安全椅，其特征在于，各所述安全爪与各所述支撑腿可拆卸连接。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的婴幼儿安全椅，其特征在于，各所述安全爪由两根相互套合且可调节其长度的管子构成。
  4. 如权利要求1-3任一项所述的婴幼儿安全椅，其特征在于，所述安全爪底部设有可使该安全爪与地面牢固吸合的吸盘。
  5. 如权利要求4所述的婴幼儿安全椅，其特征在于，所述吸盘与所述安全爪可拆卸连接。
  6. 如权利要求4所述的婴幼儿安全椅，其特征在于，各所述安全爪与各所述支撑腿的连接处设有芯轴，所述安全爪顶端通过该芯轴与各所述支撑腿活动铰接。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的婴幼儿安全椅，其特征在于，各所述支撑腿外侧设有一可使铰接连接的所述安全爪向上旋转后卡入固定的卡环。
