有鉴于此,申请人之前特提出了一种具有循环水处理功能的洗衣机,所述洗衣机包括外筒、设于外筒内的洗衣结构及设于外桶下方的循环水处理装置,所述的循环水处理装置包括絮凝处理装置和过滤单元,絮凝处理装置包括与外桶连通的絮凝桶和向絮凝桶内投放絮凝剂的絮凝剂投放器,由外桶排水至絮凝桶内絮凝处理;过滤单元包括过滤容器和设于过滤容器内的过滤网,过滤容器分别与絮凝桶和外桶连通,将絮凝桶内絮凝处理的水过滤后重新排入外桶内再次使用。本专利申请中是将循环絮凝过滤处理水至洗涤结束,将水排入循环水处理装置进行絮凝处理装置和过滤单元清洗,最后排出。上述技术方案所述的洗衣机对洗涤水或漂洗水进行絮凝处理,以实现二次利用,令上述洗衣机具有节约水资源、减少水污染、保护环境的特点。
为了提高用户对上述絮凝洗衣机的操作便利性,和提高洗衣机的洗涤效果,特提出本发明。
发明内容
本发明的第一目在于提供一种絮凝洗衣机,使得洗衣机的上盖结构适用于絮凝洗衣机,以达到用户快捷添加絮凝剂和/或更换絮凝滤芯的目的;第二目的在于提供一种絮凝洗衣机,使得絮凝回水覆盖率更广,以提高外桶中衣物与回水的接触度,达到提高洗衣机洗涤效果的目的。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用如下技术方案:
一种絮凝洗衣机,其包括外壳,外壳内设置有外桶和絮凝处理装置;外壳的上部设有与外桶相对应的第一上盖,和与絮凝处理装置相对应的第二上盖。
进一步,所述的絮凝处理装置包括置于外桶一侧的絮凝桶,絮凝桶的上部设置有过滤单元和/或絮凝剂投放器,第二上盖可翻转打开的设于过滤单元和/或絮凝剂投放器的对应上方。
进一步,过滤单元包括过滤腔,过滤腔中安装有对水中絮凝物过滤的过滤芯,所述过滤芯可自上方抽拉装卸的安装于过滤腔中,所述过滤芯安装于第二上盖的对应下方;
优选的,所述过滤单元的至少上部设于控制盘座的第二开口中,以便于用户开启第二上盖后拆装过滤芯;
进一步优选的,过滤芯包括上部突出设置的把手,所述把手凸出过滤腔的顶面设置,所述把手设于控制盘座的第二开口中。
进一步,絮凝剂投放器的上部设有絮凝剂添加口,所述絮凝剂添加口设于第二上盖的对应下方;
优选的,絮凝剂添加口设于控制盘座的第二开口中,以便于用户开启第二上盖后添加絮凝剂。
进一步,第一上盖和第二上盖分别经对应铰链安装于洗衣机控制盘座的顶面;控制盘座上有第一上盖对应下方设置的、与外桶相对应的第一开口,和第二上盖对应下方设置的、与絮凝处理装置相对应的第二开口。
进一步,所述第一上盖和第二上盖左右设置,第一上盖和第二上盖的一端部均分别与洗衣机控制盘座的后部相铰接。
进一步,絮凝桶的回水口经回水管与外桶上部的喷淋结构相连通,絮凝处理后的洁 净水经喷淋结构呈发散状喷入洗衣机外桶中。
进一步,所述的喷淋结构包括呈喇叭状的喷淋水路,喷淋水路的小口端与回水管相连通,大口端与外桶内部相连通,令回流水呈扇形回流入外桶中;
优选的,喷淋水路的上侧面和/或下侧面为自小口端向大口端方向向下倾斜,以便于水流流入洗衣机外桶中。
进一步,洗衣机外桶盖板的下方与内桶上部平衡环之间设有一定间隙,外桶盖板的下部设有向下延伸的呈“八”字状排布的凸筋,凸筋之间的间隙构成喷淋水路;
或者,洗衣机外桶上部设有单独的喷嘴,喷嘴包括对应设置的上挡板和下挡板,上挡板和下挡板的对应两侧分别经侧挡板连接,令上挡板、下挡板、侧挡板共同围成喷淋水路。
进一步,喷淋结构的进水口经三通与外循环管和回水管分别相连通;外循环管设于外桶外部,一端经三通与喷淋结构相连通,另一端与洗衣机外桶底部相连通,外循环管上设有循环泵,以令外桶中的洗涤水自下向上循环流动。
本发明通过采用上述技术方案具有如下有益效果:
1、通过在洗衣机外壳上部设置与外桶和絮凝处理装置分别相对应的两个独立上盖,使得用户可打开第一上盖后取放洗涤衣物,打开第二上盖后对絮凝处理装置的过滤单元进行更换滤芯、对絮凝剂投放器进行絮凝剂的手动添加,令用户的操作更为简便、快捷,实现了絮凝处理装置在普通洗衣机上集成安装的目的;
2、在洗衣机的外桶上设置喷淋结构,令絮凝处理后的洁净水经喷淋结构呈扇形状的回流入外桶中,以增大回流水的覆盖面积,令衣物与水流的接触更为充分;同时,将喷淋结构的上侧板和/或下侧板向下倾斜设置,使得喷淋水向下喷射,以避免喷淋水喷射至外桶外部、导致洗衣机漏水情况的发生;
3、在洗衣机外桶外部设置外循环管,使得外桶中的洗涤水经外循环管实现自下向上的循环流动,以提高洗涤效率;还有,将回水管和外循环管的上端均经三通与喷淋结构可控的相连接,以使得循环水经喷淋结构作用,同样可进行扇形喷射,达到对内桶中衣物进行喷淋洗涤、和对洗涤水中泡沫进行喷洒消泡的目的。
同时,本发明结构简单,效果显著,适宜推广使用。

具体实施方式
为使本发明的上述目的、特征和优点能够更加明显易懂,下面结合附图和具体实施方式对本发明作进一步详细的说明。
如图1至图8所示,本发明实施例所述的洗衣机,其外壳1内设有现有的洗衣机结构,还设有循环水处理装置,洗衣机结构包括外桶3、设于外桶3内的内桶4、门体、控制面板、进水系统及洗涤电机,外桶3底部和上部分别通过阻尼器和悬挂弹簧与外壳1的框架连接,进水系统包括进水结构和洗涤剂自动投放装置24。所述的外桶3为容纳洗涤水的容纳结构,设于外桶3内的内桶2等部件为洗衣结构。外桶3与进水结构相连通,以使得洗涤水进入外桶,实现对衣物的洗涤。
本发明实施例所述的循环水处理装置由絮凝处理装置构成;絮凝处理装置,包括与外桶3连通的絮凝桶9和向絮凝桶9内投放絮凝剂的絮凝剂投放器7,由外桶3排水至 絮凝桶9内絮凝处理。
本发明实施例中,所述的絮凝桶9设有进水口、出水口和排水口;外桶3的出水口经设有第一水泵的管路与絮凝桶9的进水口相连通,絮凝桶9的出水口经设有第二水泵的管路与外桶3的进水口相连通,以形成洗涤水在外桶3与絮凝桶9之间的可控循环回路。所述絮凝桶9的排水口经设有排水阀的排水管19与洗衣机外部相连通,以将絮凝物外排。
优选的,絮凝处理装置还可以包括一过滤单元8;过滤单元8,将经絮凝处理装置处理后的絮凝处理水进行过滤处理,以分离絮凝物和洁净水。而为了实现对絮凝物和洁净水的分离还可以不采用过滤单元,例如:在絮凝桶中设置水位传感器,使得絮凝桶中的液面始终保持一定高度,以使得漂浮在絮凝桶水面处的絮凝物始终留存在絮凝桶中,也达到了对絮凝水中絮凝物进行去除的目的。
本发明中,在絮凝桶9中设有对其内水进行搅拌的搅拌装置。所述的搅拌装置可以为现有技术中任一结构的,可对絮凝桶9中的水进行搅拌的装置。例如:如图5所示,一种絮凝桶用搅拌结构,搅拌结构包括絮凝桶9中水平设置的旋转轴,旋转轴上安装有绕旋转轴竖直旋转的皮带轮,皮带轮沿径向延伸有多个搅拌杆。搅拌杆上分别设有搅拌叶片11。絮凝桶9的顶部还设有电机座10,电机座10上安装有驱动电机15,驱动电机15经皮带带动皮带轮旋转。从而,使得絮凝桶9中的水可被搅拌,而搅拌水流可将絮凝物打散后与水相互混合。
本发明实施例中,将所述洗衣机装置的洗漂程序和絮凝程序结合起来,形成一个整体的洗涤过程。从而,使该装置构成具有洗涤水循环利用功能的洗衣机,以达到对洗涤水进行絮凝处理重复利用的目的。
如图1至图3所示,本发明实施例中,絮凝洗衣机的外壳1上部设有与外桶3相对应的第一上盖5,和与絮凝处理装置相对应的第二上盖6。
通过在洗衣机外壳上部设置与外桶和絮凝处理装置分别相对应的两个独立上盖,以使得絮凝处理装置与现有洗衣机结构同时安装于一个洗衣机外壳中,令用户可分别或同时对洗涤和絮凝过程进行操作。
实施例一
如图1至图3所示,本实施例中,絮凝洗衣机的外壳1顶部设有控制盘座2,控制 盘座2上设有与外桶3顶部相对应的第一开口,和与絮凝处理装置相对应的第二开口。同时,控制盘座2上安装有第一上盖5,以控制第一开口的开闭,实现外桶中衣物的取放;控制盘座2上还安装有第二上盖6,以控制第二开口的开闭,实现对絮凝处理装置中絮凝剂的添加、过滤芯的更换。
优选的,本实施例中,第一上盖和第二上盖分别经对应铰链安装于洗衣机控制盘座的顶面;所述第一上盖和第二上盖左右设置,第一上盖和第二上盖的一端部均分别与洗衣机控制盘座的后部相铰接,使得用户站于洗衣机前方可方便的旋转开闭两个上盖,以对上盖下方进行操作。
如图4和图5所示,本实施例中,所述的絮凝处理装置包括置于外桶3一侧的絮凝桶9,絮凝桶9的上部设置有过滤单元8和絮凝剂投放器7,第二上盖5可翻转打开的设于过滤单元8和絮凝剂投放器7的对应上方。
本实施例中,过滤单元8包括絮凝桶回流水流经的过滤腔,过滤腔中安装有对水中絮凝物过滤的过滤芯,使得过滤芯对回流水中的絮凝物进行过滤处理。所述过滤芯可自上方抽拉装卸的安装于过滤腔中,所述过滤芯安装于第二上盖6的对应下方区域,以使得用户可打开第二上盖后对过滤单元的过滤芯进行替换。
优选的,所述过滤单元8的至少上部设于控制盘座2的第二开口中,以便于用户开启第二上盖6后拆装过滤芯;进一步优选的,过滤芯包括上部突出设置的把手,所述把手凸出过滤腔的顶面设置,所述把手设于控制盘座2的第二开口中。通过在过滤芯上设置向上凸出的把手,以便于用户取放过滤芯,提高操作的便捷度;同时,凸出设置的把手上部与第二上盖相接触,以实现对第二上盖的支撑、提高可靠度。
本实施例中,絮凝剂投放器7包括自上向下设置的储液腔、投放控制器和出液口,以使得储液腔内储存的絮凝剂在投放控制器的作用下定量流经出液口投放入絮凝桶9中,实现絮凝剂的定量投放。所述储液腔上设有絮凝剂添加口,所述絮凝剂添加口设于第二上盖6的对应下方,以使得用户开启第二上盖后自絮凝剂添加口添加絮凝剂。优选的,絮凝剂添加口设于控制盘座2的第二开口中,以使得用户可直接观察到絮凝剂添加口,便于用户开启第二上盖6后添加絮凝剂。
通过在洗衣机控制盘座上设置两个独立的上盖,使得用户可打开第一上盖后取放洗涤衣物,打开第二上盖后对絮凝处理装置的过滤单元进行更换滤芯、对絮凝剂投放器进行絮凝剂的手动添加,令用户的操作更为简便、快捷,实现了絮凝处理装置在普通洗衣 机上集成安装的目的。
如图4和图5所示,本实施例中,絮凝桶91的上部设有絮凝桶盖91,絮凝剂投放器7和过滤单元8均安装固定于絮凝桶盖上方91。优选的,絮凝剂投放器和过滤单元分别设置于絮凝桶盖91的前后两侧,以便于用户操作。絮凝剂投放器7的絮凝剂添加口处设置有絮凝剂投放器上盖71,以避免絮凝剂洒出情况的发生;过滤单元8的顶部设有可拆卸的过滤装置上盖81,以便于对过滤腔内部进行清洁、维修。进一步优选的,控制盘座2的内壁与过滤单元8之间设有托架12,以避免过滤单元8与控制盘座2之间产生碰撞,达到对过滤单元进行限位固定的目的;同样的,还可以在控制盘座2的内壁与絮凝剂投放器7之间设置托架12,以达到对絮凝剂投放器进行限位固定的目的。
实施例二
本实施例中,絮凝桶9的回水口经回水管17与外桶3上部的喷淋结构14相连通;或者,如图4至图8所示,絮凝桶9的回水口经第一循环管16与过滤单元8的进水口相连通、过滤单元8的出水口再经回水管17与喷淋结构14相连通,令絮凝处理后的洁净水经喷淋结构14呈发散状喷入洗衣机外桶3中。
通过上述设置,使得回流水经喷淋结构呈发散的瀑布状流入外桶中,以使得喷洒的回流水可以有效的消除洗涤过程中因内桶旋转而导致洗涤剂产生的泡沫,以达到降低洗涤水中泡沫、提高洗涤效率,提高用户体验的目的。
本实施例中,所述的喷淋结构14包括呈喇叭状的喷淋水路23,喷淋水路23的小口端与回水管17相连通为连接口144,大口端与外桶3内部相连通为喷水口140,令回流水呈扇形回流入外桶3中。优选的,喷淋水路23的上侧面和/或下侧面为自小口端向大口端方向向下倾斜,以引导水流向下流动,便于回水水流流入洗衣机外桶中,防止洗衣机漏水情况的发生。
如图6所示,本实施例中,所述的喷淋结构14由洗衣机外桶3上部的外桶盖板31和内桶4上部的平衡环18构成。洗衣机外桶盖板31的下方与平衡环18之间设有一定间隙,令外桶盖板31的下表面形成喷淋水路23的上侧面、平衡环18的上表面形成喷淋水路23的下侧面;同时,在外桶盖板31的下部设有向下延伸的呈“八”字状排布的凸筋,所述凸筋构成喷淋水路23的侧壁。从而,使得凸筋之间、外桶盖板31和平衡环18之间的间隙构成喇叭状发散的喷淋水路23,以使得进水经喷淋水路作用达到发散喷射进水的目的。本实施例中,所述的外桶盖板31为外桶3顶部向外桶3轴线中心方向 水平延伸的盖板。
或者,如图7所示,本实施例中,洗衣机外桶3上部设有单独的、构成喷淋结构14的喷嘴,喷嘴包括对应设置的上挡板142和下挡板141,上挡板142和下挡板141的对应两侧分别经侧挡板143连接,令上挡板142、下挡板141、侧挡板143共同围成喇叭状发散的喷淋水路23,以实现发散喷射进水的目的。所述的喷嘴可安装于外桶盖板31的上部或下部。喷嘴的大口端构成宽扁的喷水口140,以形成发散的瀑布状喷淋进水;喷嘴的大口端构成与回水管17相连接的连接口144。喷嘴的上挡板142和/或下挡板141向下倾斜设置;优选的,上挡板142向下倾斜,以避免喷淋进水射出外桶3,造成洗衣机漏水情况的发生。
实施例三
如图8所示,本实施例中,洗衣机的外桶3外部设有外循环管20,外循环管20的一端与外桶3底部相连通,另一端与外桶3上部的喷淋结构14相连通,所述外循环管20上设有循环泵,使得外桶3底部的水流经外循环管20流至外桶3上部,使得外桶中的洗涤水实现自下向上的外部循环,以提高洗涤效率。
本实施例中,喷淋结构14的连接口144经三通21与外循环管20和回水管17分别相连通,以使得絮凝处理后的回流水和外桶3底部的洗涤水均可经喷淋结构14流入外桶3中,使得外桶3的进水呈扇形瀑布状,以达到对内桶中衣物喷洒、提高接触度,消减外桶中泡沫的目的。
如图8所示,本实施例中,还可以,洗衣机的进水结构22经喷淋结构14与外桶3相连通,使得洗衣机的进水水流也在喷淋结构14的作用下呈发散状喷射入外桶3中,令进水与外桶中衣物接触度,达到提高洗涤效率的目的。
以上所述仅为本发明的优选实施方式,应当指出,对于本领域的普通技术人员而言,在不脱离本发明原理前提下,还可以做出多种变形和改进,这也应该视为本发明的保护范围。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种絮凝洗衣机,其包括外壳,外壳(1)内设置有外桶(3)和絮凝处理装置;其特征在于:外壳(1)的上部设有与外桶(3)相对应的第一上盖(5),和与絮凝处理装置相对应的第二上盖(6)。
  2. 根据权利要1所述的一种絮凝洗衣机,其特征在于:所述的絮凝处理装置包括置于外桶(3)一侧的絮凝桶(9),絮凝桶(9)的上部设置有过滤单元(8)和/或絮凝剂投放器(7),第二上盖(6)可翻转打开的设于过滤单元(8)和/或絮凝剂投放器(7)的对应上方。
  3. 根据权利要2所述的一种絮凝洗衣机,其特征在于:过滤单元(8)包括过滤腔,过滤腔中安装有对水中絮凝物过滤的过滤芯,所述过滤芯可自上方抽拉装卸的安装于过滤腔中,所述过滤芯安装于第二上盖(6)的对应下方。
  4. 根据权利要2所述的一种絮凝洗衣机,其特征在于:絮凝剂投放器(7)的上部设有絮凝剂添加口,所述絮凝剂添加口设于第二上盖(6)的对应下方。
  5. 根据权利要1至4任一所述的一种絮凝洗衣机,其特征在于:第一上盖(5)和第二上盖(6)分别经对应铰链安装于洗衣机控制盘座(2)的顶面;控制盘座(2)上有第一上盖(5)对应下方设置的、与外桶(3)相对应的第一开口,和第二上盖(6)对应下方设置的、与絮凝处理装置相对应的第二开口。
  6. 根据权利要5所述的一种絮凝洗衣机,其特征在于:所述第一上盖(5)和第二上盖(6)左右设置,第一上盖(5)和第二上盖(6)的一端部均分别与洗衣机控制盘座(2)的后部相铰接。
  7. 根据权利要1至6任一所述的一种絮凝洗衣机,其特征在于:絮凝桶(9)的回水口经回水管(17)与外桶(3)上部的喷淋结构(14)相连通,絮凝处理后的洁净水经喷淋结构(14)呈发散状喷入洗衣机外桶(3)中。
  8. 根据权利要7所述的一种絮凝洗衣机,其特征在于:所述的喷淋结构(14)包括呈喇叭状的喷淋水路(23),喷淋水路(23)的小口端与回水管(17)相连通,大口端与外桶(3)内部相连通,令回流水呈扇形回流入外桶中。
  9. 根据权利要8所述的一种絮凝洗衣机,其特征在于:洗衣机外桶盖板(31)的下方与内桶(4)上部平衡环(18)之间设有一定间隙,外桶盖板(31)的下部设有向 下延伸的呈“八”字状排布的凸筋,凸筋之间的间隙构成喷淋水路(23);
    或者,洗衣机外桶盖板(3)上设有单独的喷嘴,喷嘴包括对应设置的上挡板(142)和下挡板(141),上挡板(142)和下挡板(141)的对应两侧分别经侧挡板(143)连接,令上挡板(142)、下挡板(141)、侧挡板(143)共同围成喷淋水路(23)。
  10. 根据权利要8所述的一种絮凝洗衣机,其特征在于:喷淋结构(14)经三通(21)与外循环管(20)和回水管(17)分别相连通;外循环管(20)设于外桶(3)外部,一端经三通(21)与喷淋结构(14)相连通,另一端与洗衣机外桶(3)底部相连通,令外桶(3)中的洗涤水自下向上循环流动。
