通过权益信息查询单元,可以根据所述关联信息库查询与所述输入身份信息相关联的权益信息,而无需通过输入对应同一主体不同身份信息的方式来逐一查询,从而可以使得适于交易系统的会员管理系统的效率更高。
为使本发明的上述目的、特征和有益效果能够更为明显易懂,下面结合附图对本发明的具体实施例做详细的说明。
图1是本发明实施例中一种适于交易处理的会员管理系统的结构示意图,图2是本发明实施例中一种终端的结构示意图,图3是本发明实施例中一种系统服务器的结构示意图,以下结合图1至图3进行说明。
适于交易处理的会员管理系统可以包括:终端11以及系统服务器12。
终端11可以包括:身份信息单元111,适于获取输入身份信息;交易信息单元112,适于生成或获取交易信息。
身份信息为对应于用户的身份识别标识,例如可以是证件号码、手机号、银行卡号、会员卡号等。
交易信息是对应于具体交易内容的信息,例如此次交易的金额等。交易信息可以由终端11生成,或者由终端11接收。
对应地,所述系统服务器12可以包括:
关联单元121,适于维持关联信息库,所述关联信息库中存储有对应同一主体的多个身份信息之间的关联关系,所述关联关系以节点身份信息为索引;
权益信息查询单元122,适于根据所述关联信息库查询与所述输入身份信息相关联的权益信息。
对应同一主体的多个身份信息可以是对应同一个主题的手机号、身份证号、会员卡号、银行卡号等身份信息。
在具体实施中,所述节点身份信息可以是上述对应同一个主体的手机号、身份证号、会员卡号、银行卡号等身份信息中的任意一种,也可以是会员管理系统对应不同主体分别生成的系统识别号。在关联信息库中,对应同一主体的各类身份信息都直接关联至节点身份信息,如此,在输入任一身份信息后,可以首先查找与输入身份信息关联的节点身份信息,采用再按照节点身份信息查找所需要的其他类型的身份信息。
在具体实施中,所述系统服务器12还可以包括:
邀请单元123,适于在所述关联信息库中不存在与所述输入身份信息相关联的节点身份信息时,向所述终端11发送邀请信息,以邀请所述终端11输入节点身份信息,所述关联单元121将所述输入身份信息和通过所述终端11输入的节点身份信息的关联关系添加至所述关联信息库。
在本发明一实施例中,所述节点身份信息为手机号码或身份证号。由于手机号码和身份证号会具有较大的稳定性,并且用户也会对手机号码或身份证号会有精准的记忆,故利用手机号码或身份证号作为节点身份信息,更为便捷和准确。
权益信息是指用户在交易中能够对最终的实际支付信息产生影响的信息,这样的影响可以是折扣、抵扣等。在具体实施中,权益信息可以包括折扣信息和/或积分兑换信息。
权益信息查询单元122根据所述关联信息库查询与所述输入身份信息相关联的权益信息,可以是通过关联信息库查询与所述输入身份信息相关联的节点信息,根据所述节点信息查询所述权益信息。
在具体实施中,查询权益信息可以通过查询本地或远程的权益信息库完成。本地权益信息库可以是设置于系统服务器12的权益信息库;远程权益信息库可以包括一个或多个位于其它服务提供方的会员管理系统,例如可以位于商家的会员管理系统或位于第三方优惠平台的会员管理系统。
若所述权益信息库为本地权益信息库,可以在本地权益信息库中记录节点身份信息以及与节点身份信息相关联的权益信息,可以根据输入身份信息查询节点身份信息,根据节点身份信息查询所述本地权益信息库,以获取与所述节点身份信息关联的权益信息,由于节点身份信息与输入身份信息相关联,故该权益信息即为与所述输入身份信息相关联的权益信息。
例如,输入身份信息为银行卡号,节点身份信息为手机号时,可以通过银行卡号查询到与对应同一主体的手机号,利用手机号查询本地权益信息库,得到该手机号对应的权益信息。
可以理解的是,若某次获取的输入身份信息在所述关联信息库中作为节点身份信息,则可以直接利用输入身份信息进行上述查询。
若所述权益信息库为远程权益信息库,由于各个远程权益信息库中存储的身份信息类型并不相同,可以根据关联信息库查询与远程权益信息库相匹配的身份信息类型,进行身份信息类型的转换后,根据转换后的身份信息查询所述远程权益信息库,以获取与输入身份信息相关联的权益信息。
例如,输入身份信息为银行卡号,节点身份信息为手机号,但远程权益信息库中存储的身份信息类型为某种会员卡号时,可以利用关联信息库将银行卡号转换为同种的会员卡号后进行查询。采用本实施 例的方案,最多进行两次查询转换后即可对权益信息库进行查询,也即,先将输入身份信息转换为节点身份信息,然后将节点身份信息转换为权益信息库中用作索引的身份信息类型,这样可以加快查询的效率。而采用传统方案时,各种身份信息通常是无差别地关联起来的,为了从输入身份信息得到权益信息库中用作索引的身份信息,可能需要根据不同身份信息之间的相关关联关系进行多次转换,效率非常低。
查寻远程权益信息库对网络的依赖性较高,但权益信息为实时信息,权益信息的准确性高。查询本地权益信息库对网络环境依赖性低,在网络通信质量较差时,也可以及时完成实际支付信息的计算;并且,本地权益信息库记录节点身份信息和权益信息的关联关系,在查询时无需进行身份信息的类型转换,可以提高系统效率。
在具体实施中,所述系统服务器12还可以包括:
支付推荐单元124,基于所述身份信息、交易信息和权益信息计算一种或多种支付方式下的支付信息,以得到推荐信息,所述推荐信息包括所述一种或多种支付方式以及与所述支付方式向对应的支付信息;
通信单元125,适于向所述终端11发送所述推荐信息。
支付信息包括支付金额。由于不同的支付方式可能会对应不同的支付权益信息,例如银行卡支付折扣或积分兑换、支付宝支付折扣等,故对应不同的支付方式,会有不同的支付信息。通过支付推荐单元124向用户发送可选的不同支付方式以及对应的支付信息,以供用户选择,可以避免用户查询的过程,有利于提升效率并改善用户体验。
当用户并未指定权益信息的渠道,也就是未指定权益渠道信息时,推荐信息中还可以包含权益渠道信息,推荐信息可以是权益渠道信息、支付方式以及对应该权益渠道信息和支付方式组合后的支付信息。
在一具体实施中,所述终端11还可以包括渠道信息获取单元114,适于获取权益渠道信息。
相应地,所述权益信息查询单元122可以包括:
第一查找单元,适于根据所述权益渠道信息在权益信息库中确定由所述权益渠道信息指向的权益信息子库;
第二查找单元,适于根据与所述输入身份信息关联的节点身份信息,在所述权益信息子库中查询与所述输入身份信息关联的权益信息。
如前所述,权益信息库可以是本地或远程的权益信息库,本地权益信息库可以包括对应不同渠道信息的若干子库,远程权益信息库可以包括一个或多个位于其它服务提供方的会员管理系统,所有的远程权益信息库共同作为权益信息库,每一个远程权益信息库可以看作是一个权益信息子库。根据输入身份信息查找相关联的权益信息的过程见前文描述,此不赘述。
在另一具体实施中,所述支付推荐单元124可以包括:第一计算单元,适于根据所述交易信息和权益信息,计算得到第一支付信息;第二计算单元,适于参照所述第一支付信息生成与所述支付方式对应的支付信息。
当用户未选定权益渠道信息时,可以根据所有与用户关联的权益信息计算得到多个第一支付信息,第二计算单元可以分别根据各个第一支付信息和一个或多个支付权益信息的组合,计算出多个支付信息。推荐信息可以包括不同组合的支付信息和组合的具体方式,或者可以包括优选的组合以及对应的支付信息。
当用户已选定权益渠道信息时,第一支付信息是参照用户选定的权益渠道查询到的权益信息得到的,支付信息是根据第一支付信息和一个或多个支付权益信息计算的,推荐信息可以包括支付方式和对应的支付信息。
在具体实施中,所述系统服务器12还可以包括支付方式筛选单元126,适于根据所述关联信息库筛选与所述输入身份信息关联的支付方式;所述支付推荐单元124基于与所述输入身份信息关联的支付方式计算所述支付信息。
在本发明一实施例中,所述第二计算单元可以包括:支付权益查询单元以及第二计算子单元;所述支付权益查询单元,适于参照所述关联信息库查询与所述输入身份信息关联的支付权益信息;所述第二计算子单元,适于根据所述第一支付信息以及所述支付权益信息计算所述支付信息。
所述支付权益查询单元根据所述输入身份信息查询支付权益信息的过程可以相同或者类似于根据输入身份信息查询权益信息的过程此不赘述。由于支付信息是根据与输入身份信息关联的支付权益信息计算的,缩小了计算范围,可以提升会员管理系统的效率。
在具体实施中,所述终端11还包括支付单元113,适于根据用户针对所述推荐信息的选择完成支付。
根据推荐信息包含内容的不同,用户的选择可以是对支付方式的选择,也可以是对权益渠道信息及支付方式组合的选择。
在具体实施中,所述系统服务器12还可以包括记录生成单元127,适于生成交易记录,所述交易记录包含所述终端11的标识和所述用户针对所述推荐信息的选择。
通过记录生成单元127生成交易记录,可以使得后续的数据分析和处理有确切依据。
在具体实施中,所述关联单元121还适于将所述交易记录关联至所述输入身份信息关联的节点身份信息。
关联数据库中包含对应一个主体的多个身份信息,还可以包含以及对应该主体的交易记录,同时利用关联数据库可以查询到对应该主体的权益信息以及支付权益信息,故本发明实施例中会员管理系统包 含的海量数据可以为用户行为分析以及大数据的分析提供强大支持。
在本发明实施例中,通过关联单元维持关联信息库,在关联信息库中存储对应同一主体的多个身份信息之间的关联关系,从而可以在需要对同一主体在不同的系统进行检索时,可以方便的提供对应同一主体的多个身份信息,从而提供会员管理系统的效率。所述关联关系以节点身份信息为索引,从而可以使得对应同一主体的不同身份信息之间均可通过节点身份信息建立连接,在输入一种身份信息后,通过节点身份信息可以方便的关联至对应同一主体的其他身份信息,从而可以提升会员管理系统的效率。
通过权益信息查询单元,可以根据所述关联信息库查询与所述输入身份信息相关联的权益信息,而无需通过输入对应同一主体不同身份信息的方式来逐一查询,从而可以使得适于交易系统的会员管理系统的效率更高。
虽然本发明披露如上,但本发明并非限定于此。任何本领域技术人员,在不脱离本发明的精神和范围内,均可作各种更动与修改,因此本发明的保护范围应当以权利要求所限定的范围为准。

Claims (11)

  1. 一种适于交易处理的会员管理系统,其特征在于,包括:终端以及系统服务器;其中:
    所述终端包括:
    身份信息单元,适于获取输入身份信息;
    交易信息单元,适于生成或获取交易信息;
    所述系统服务器包括:
    关联单元,适于维持关联信息库,所述关联信息库中存储有对应同一主体的多个身份信息之间的关联关系,所述关联关系以节点身份信息为索引;
    权益信息查询单元,适于根据所述关联信息库查询与所述输入身份信息相关联的权益信息。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的适于交易处理的会员管理系统,其特征在于,所述系统服务器还包括:
    邀请单元,适于在所述关联信息库中不存在与所述输入身份信息相关联的节点身份信息时,向所述终端发送邀请信息,以邀请所述终端输入节点身份信息,所述关联单元将所述输入身份信息和通过所述终端输入的节点身份信息的关联关系添加至所述关联信息库。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的适于交易处理的会员管理系统,其 特征在于,所述系统服务器还包括:
    支付推荐单元,基于所述身份信息、交易信息和权益信息计算一种或多种支付方式下的支付信息,以得到推荐信息,所述推荐信息包括所述一种或多种支付方式以及与所述支付方式向对应的支付信息;
    通信单元,适于向所述终端发送所述推荐信息。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的适于交易处理的会员管理系统,其特征在于,所述系统服务器还包括支付方式筛选单元,适于根据所述关联信息库筛选与所述输入身份信息关联的支付方式;所述支付推荐单元基于与所述输入身份信息关联的支付方式计算所述支付信息。
  5. 根据权利要求3所述的适于交易处理的会员管理系统,其特征在于,所述终端还包括支付单元,适于根据用户针对所述推荐信息的选择完成支付。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的适于交易处理的会员管理系统,其特征在于,
    所述系统服务器还包括记录生成单元,适于生成交易记录,所述交易记录包含所述终端的标识和所述用户针对所述推荐信息的选择。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的适于交易处理的会员管理系统,其 特征在于,所述关联单元还适于将所述交易记录关联至所述输入身份信息关联的节点身份信息。
  8. 根据权利要求3所述的适于交易处理的会员管理系统,其特征在于,所述终端还包括渠道信息获取单元,适于获取权益渠道信息;
    所述权益信息查询单元包括:
    第一查找单元,适于根据所述权益渠道信息在权益信息库中确定由所述权益渠道信息指向的权益信息子库;
    第二查找单元,适于根据与所述输入身份信息关联的节点身份信息,在所述权益信息子库中查询与所述输入身份信息关联的权益信息。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的适于交易处理的会员管理系统,其特征在于,所述支付推荐单元包括:
    第一计算单元,适于根据所述交易信息和权益信息,计算得到第一支付信息;
    第二计算单元,适于参照所述第一支付信息生成与所述支付方式对应的支付信息。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的适于交易处理的会员管理系统,其特征在于,所述第二计算单元包括:支付权益查询单元以及第二计算子单元;
    所述支付权益查询单元,适于参照所述关联信息库查询与所述输入身份信息关联的支付权益信息;
    所述第二计算子单元,适于根据所述第一支付信息以及所述支付权益信息计算所述支付信息。
  11. 根据权利要求1所述的适于交易处理的会员管理系统,其特征在于,所述节点身份信息为以下任一种:手机号码、身份证号、会员管理系统生成的识别号。
