具有监督儿童学习功能的电视及其控制方法 技术领域
本发明属于智能电机技术领域，尤其涉及一种具有监督儿童学习功能的电视及其控制方法。
背景技术
电视的出现，已成为人们生活中必备的多媒体设备，使我们通过观看电视播放的节目，收获到了非常多的快乐，并能够有效地缓解工作生活的压力。但是长时间观看电视，不仅伤害眼睛，而且也浪费时间。对于成年人来说，自控力都比较强，一般都会适量的观看电视，不会长时间沉溺与电视节目中而耽误其他的事情。而对于自控力较弱的儿童，如果没有大人的监督，便会长时间沉溺于电视节目中，不仅伤害身体，还耽误学习。
技术问题
本发明的目的在于克服上述现有技术的不足，提供了 一种具有监督儿童学习功能的电视及其控制方法，该电视其能预防儿童沉溺于观看而耽误学习，智能化程度高。
技术解决方案
本发明的技术方案是： 一种具有监督儿童学习功能的电视，包括壳体和连接在所述壳体上的液晶显示屏，所述壳体内设有用于监督儿童学习的监控组件，所述监控组件包括用于存储作为观看时长权限的图像信息的存储模块和用于摄取观看人员图像的图像采集器，还包括用于对比所述图像采集器所采取的图像与所述存储模块内的图像信息是否一致的处理模块和用于定时关机的计时模块。
本发明还提供了一种上述 具有监督儿童学习功能的电视的控制方法 ，包括如下步骤：预先通过所述图像采集器采集儿童的图像信息存储于所述存储模块内，然后在开机观看时，所述图像采集器采集观看人员的图像信息，并通过所述处理模块对比判断该采集的图像信息是否与所述存储模块保存的图像信息是否一致，如信息不一致，所述计时模块不启动及计时关机；如信息一致，所述计时模块启动计时关机。
 有益效果
本发明提供的一种具有监督儿童学习功能的电视及其控制方法，该电视机通过设置有监控组件，从而在使用时，通过图像采集器采集观看人的图像信息，并通过处理模块来判断处理该图像信息是否一致，从而来实现观看时间的计时。这样，在没有大人的监督下，能够控制儿童观看电视的时间，避免儿童长时间沉溺于电视而耽误学习，从而起到监督儿童学习的功能，智能化程度高。

本发明的实施方式
为了使本发明的目的、技术方案及优点更加清楚明白，以下结合附图及实施例，对本发明进行进一步详细说明。应当理解，此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用以解释本发明，并不用于限定本发明。
如图 1 所示，本发明实施例提供的一种具有监督儿童学习功能的电视，包括壳体11和连接在所述壳体11上的液晶显示屏12，所述壳体11内设有用于监督儿童学习的监控组件（图中未示出），通过该监控组件，能够避免儿童在没有大人监督的情况下长时间沉溺于观看电视而耽误学习。该所述监控组件包括用于存储作为观看时长权限的图像信息的存储模块（图中未示出）和用于摄取观看人员图像的图像采集器13，还包括用于对比所述图像采集器13所采取的图像与所述存储模块内的图像信息是否一致的处理模块（图中未示出）和用于定时关机的计时模块（图中未示出）。这样，预先通过图像采集器13采集儿童的图像，然后存储在存储模块上，作为需要计算观看时长的观看权限，如只可观看一个小时。从而，在没有大人监督的情况下，儿童在开启电视机的时候，图像采集器13便摄取了观看人的图像信息，然后经过存储模块的处理，与存储在存储模块上的图像信息进行对比，如果图像信息不一致时，不启动计时模块，便可以长时间观看。而如果图像信息一致时，便启动计时模块进行计时关机功能，在计时完成后，便自动关机，并在设定的时间内无法继续开启。从而起到了避免儿童沉溺于观看电视而忘记学习的功能，智能化程度高。
本发明实施例还提供了一种上述具有监督儿童学习功能的电视的控制方法，包括如下步骤：预先通过所述图像采集器13采集儿童的图像信息存储于所述存储模块内，然后在开机观看时，所述图像采集器13采集观看人员的图像信息，并通过所述处理模块对比判断该采集的图像信息是否与所述存储模块保存的图像信息是否一致，如信息不一致，所述计时模块不启动及计时关机；如信息一致，所述计时模块启动计时关机。从而，通过电视机自身便起到监督儿童学习的功能，在没有大人的监督下，能够避免儿童沉溺于电视，实用性好。
本发明实施例提供的一种具有监督儿童学习功能的电视及其控制方法，该电视机通过设置有监控组件，从而在使用时，通过图像采集器13采集观看人员的图像信息，并通过处理模块来判断处理该图像信息是否一致，从而来实现观看时间的计时。这样，在没有大人的监督下，能够控制儿童观看电视的时间，避免儿童长时间沉溺于电视而耽误学习，从而起到监督儿童学习的功能，智能化程度高。

  1. 一种具有监督儿童学习功能的电视，包括壳体和连接在所述壳体上的液晶显示屏，其特征在于，所述壳体内设有用于监督儿童学习的监控组件，所述监控组件包括用于存储作为观看时长权限的图像信息的存储模块和用于摄取观看人员图像的图像采集器，还包括用于对比所述图像采集器所采取的图像与所述存储模块内的图像信息是否一致的处理模块和用于定时关机的计时模块。
  2. 一种如权利要求1所述的具有监督儿童学习功能的电视的控制方法，其特征在于，包括如下步骤：预先通过所述图像采集器采集儿童的图像信息存储于所述存储模块内，然后在开机观看时，所述图像采集器采集观看人员的图像信息，并通过所述处理模块对比判断该采集的图像信息是否与所述存储模块保存的图像信息是否一致，如信息不一致，所述计时模块不启动及计时关机；如信息一致，所述计时模块启动计时关机。
