背景技术
现在工作压力的增大,对人体的承受能力提出了更高的要求,为保证身体健康和更好的工作学习生活,人们越来越重视身体锻炼的重要性,越来越多的人加入到健身的行业中来,但是现在大多数人没有像运动员一样进行过系统地训练。不能合理的确定锻炼是否符合自身的实际需要,通常情况下,人们静止不动时,心跳往往只有 70~80 次 / 分,但是进行跑步等运动时,心跳会提高至 120-130 次 / 分,这是正常人的情况,体弱的人可能心跳会更快,心脏的压力会更大,在这种大压力下持续运动 2 小时、 3 小时、 4 小时,极有可能造成心脏罢工,造成猝死,但是因为在锻炼过程中,一旦人体挺过了最为难过的极限时刻,身体就会进入亢奋状态,体内荷尔蒙分泌加速,产生运动快感,这时身体的调节机制不能通过痛感和疲惫感及时向人体发出警示信息,在这种情况下,极易产生危险。
综上,现亟需通过用户健身时能承受的正常心率匹配当前锻炼时的心率,能够及时发现锻炼过程中,身体是否超负荷运转,第一时间向用户发出提示信息,进行相应的调整,有效防止健身过程中意外事件的发生。
技术问题
本发明实施例提供了一种根据心率信息匹配提示的方法及健身安全保障设备,通过用户健身时能承受的正常心率匹配当前锻炼时的心率,能够及时发现锻炼过程中,身体是否超负荷运转,第一时间向用户发出提示信息,进行相应的调整,有效防止健身过程中意外事件的发生。
技术解决方案
本发明是这样实现的:一种根据心率信息匹配提示的方法,包括以下步骤:
记录用户设定锻炼时正常心率的信息和当前锻炼的心率信息;
读取用户设定锻炼时正常心率的信息和当前锻炼的心率信息;
判断当前锻炼的心率是否快于用户设定正常锻炼的心率;
若否,视为用户锻炼处于身体能够承受的范围内,不发出提示语音信息;
若是,视为用户身体锻炼已经超负荷,发出提示降低运动强度的语音信息。
本发明实施例还提供了一种健身安全保障设备,包括:
记录单元,用于记录用户设定锻炼时正常心率的信息和当前锻炼的心率信息;
读取单元,该输入端与记录单元输出端连接,用于读取用户设定锻炼时正常心率的信息和当前锻炼的心率信息;
判断单元,该输入端与所述读取单元输出端连接,用于判断当前的锻炼的心率是否快于用户设定正常锻炼的心率;
调控单元,该输入端与所述判断单元输出端连接,若当前锻炼的心率快于用户设定正常锻炼的心率时,发出提示降低运动强度的语音信息。

该发明通过用户健身时能承受的正常心率匹配当前锻炼时的心率,能够及时发现锻炼过程中,身体是否超负荷运转,第一时间向用户发出提示信息,进行相应的调整,有效防止健身过程中意外事件的发生。

在步骤 S101 中,记录用户设定锻炼时正常心率的信息和当前锻炼的心率信息。
人们静止不动时,心跳往往只有 70~80 次 / 分,但是进行健身运动时,心跳会提高至 120-130 次 / 分,这是正常人的情况,体弱的人可能心跳会更快,心脏的压力会更大,这样需要根据个人的体制状况,适当的设置健身时正常的心率信息,并且在健身时佩戴这一装置,并实时读取运动时的心率信息,现在市场上已经存在支持心率测量的手表,是可实现的技术。
在步骤 S102 中,读取用户设定锻炼时正常心率的信息和当前锻炼的心率信息。
在步骤 S103 中,判断当前锻炼的心率是否快于用户设定正常锻炼的心率。若否,进入步骤 S104 ,视为用户锻炼处于身体能够承受的范围内,不发出提示语音信息;若是,进入步骤 S105 ,视为用户身体锻炼已经超负荷,发出提示降低运动强度的语音信息。
该发明通过用户健身时能承受的正常心率匹配当前锻炼时的心率,能够及时发现锻炼过程中,身体是否超负荷运转,第一时间向用户发出提示信息,进行相应的调整,有效防止健身过程中意外事件的发生。

    记录用户设定锻炼时正常心率的信息和当前锻炼的心率信息;
    读取用户设定锻炼时正常心率的信息和当前锻炼的心率信息;
    判断当前锻炼的心率是否快于用户设定正常锻炼的心率;
    若否,视为用户锻炼处于身体能够承受的范围内,不发出提示语音信息;
    若是,视为用户身体锻炼已经超负荷,发出提示降低运动强度的语音信息。
  2. 一种健身安全保障设备,其特征在于,所述健身安全保障设备包括:
    记录单元,用于记录用户设定锻炼时正常心率的信息和当前锻炼的心率信息;
    读取单元,该输入端与记录单元输出端连接,用于读取用户设定锻炼时正常心率的信息和当前锻炼的心率信息;
    判断单元,该输入端与所述读取单元输出端连接,用于判断当前的锻炼的心率是否快于用户设定正常锻炼的心率;
