Le procédé comprend les étapes suivantes consistant à : recevoir des données de fréquence cardiaque d'un utilisateur, envoyées par un bracelet intelligent (S101); déterminer si l'utilisateur est dans un état endormi, d'après les données de fréquence cardiaque (S102); s'il est déterminé que l'utilisateur est dans l'état endormi, générer une instruction d'arrêter une musique (S103); et d'après l'instruction d'arrêt, arrêter la musique en cours de lecture, et envoyer des données d'utilisation technique à une extrémité d'acquisition de données préprogrammée par un fabricant (S104). Le procédé peut déterminer automatiquement si un utilisateur est dans un état endormi, puis arrêter automatiquement la musique en cours de lecture. Cela permet non seulement d'économiser la quantité d'énergie d'un terminal mobile, mais également de ne pas perturber le sommeil de l'utilisateur, ce qui peut améliorer significativement la convivialité d'utilisation pour l'utilisateur.
