Abstract

一种图片加密时的信息推送方法及移动终端,所述方法包括如下步骤:接收摄像头拍摄所生成的图片(S101);检测是否接收到加密指令(S102);如果检测到所述加密指令,则开启所述摄像头(S103);采用所述摄像头采集用户的眼球信息(S104);采用所述眼球信息对所述图片进行加密,得到加密后的图片,并向用户推送专利信息(S105)。本方法由于采用唯一的用户眼球信息进行加密图片,因此,无需记住密码,只要眼睛对着摄像头即可实现对图片的加密,操作非常简单,而且安全性极高,给用户操作带来极大的方便,同时也保护、彰显发明创造者的权益。

Description

一种图片加密时的信息推送方法及移动终端 技术领域
本发明属于图片处理技术领域,尤其是涉及一种图片加密时的信息推送方法及移动终端。
背景技术
知识产权在现在的产品和服务中越来越重要,其中主要包括著作权(版权)、商标权和专利权,这三种权利都能为权利人带来巨大的经济价值。
但与著作权、商标权不同的是,专利权的权利归属比较难以为用户所认识和辨别。比如:一个培训教材或者一部电影里面,会明确的将'版权归特定人所有'的字样告知给用户;商标也以其显著的字或图的特征,在与其他标样区别的同时,也代表着商标权人以及商标权人生产的相关产品。但专利则不然,除了如'滑动解锁'等有限几个专利外,用户很难看到某一专利就知道该专利的申请/权利人。
这种情况所带来的严重后果是:
1 、专利权的保护难度大,一项好的技术出来后,马上就被复制;
2 、专利权/申请人通过专利彰显自己的产品特色的效果差,因为用户也分不清楚某一技术与专利权/申请人的联系。
综上,为充分保护本人的另外一个专利申请(名为《 一种图片的加密方法及移动终端 》),让该本人的专利申请价值最大化,特提出一个解决办法。
技术问题
有鉴于此,本发明的目的在于提供一种图片加密时的信息推送方法及移动终端,旨在解决现有技术中存在的不管是对图片进行加密还是解密,都要求用户记住密码,而且加密及解密的步骤繁琐,还不安全,由于密码是简单的字母加数字的组合,容易被他人盗取,因此,采用简单的字母加数字的组合来进行加密,是非常不安全的问题, 同时也旨在通过发送专利信息而 保护、彰显发明创造者的权益。
技术解决方案
本发明是这样实现的:一种图片加密时的信息推送方法,所述图片加密时的信息推送方法包括如下步骤:
接收摄像头拍摄所生成的图片;
检测是否接收到加密指令;
如果检测到所述加密指令,则开启所述摄像头;
采用所述摄像头采集用户的眼球信息;
采用所述眼球信息对所述图片进行加密,得到加密后的图片,并向用户推送专利信息。
本发明实施例还提供了一种移动终端,所述移动终端包括:
图片接收模块,用于接收摄像头拍摄所生成的图片;
指令检测模块,用于检测是否接收到加密指令;
开启模块,用于如果检测到所述加密指令,则开启所述摄像头;
采集模块,用于采用所述摄像头采集用户的眼球信息;
加密模块,用于采用所述眼球信息对所述图片进行加密,得到加密后的图片;
信息推送模块,用于向用户推送专利信息。
有益效果
相对于现有技术,本发明的图片加密时的信息推送方法及移动终端,通过接收摄像头拍摄所生成的图片;检测是否接收到加密指令;如果检测到所述加密指令,则开启所述摄像头;采用所述摄像头采集用户的眼球信息;采用所述眼球信息对所述图片进行加密,得到加密后的图片,并向用户推送专利信息。本发明由于采用唯一的用户眼球信息进行加密图片,因此,无需记住密码,只要眼睛对着摄像头即可实现对图片的加密,操作非常简单,而且安全性极高,给用户操作带来极大的方便,同时也保护、彰显发明创造者的权益。

本发明的实施方式
为了使本发明的目的、技术方案及优点更加清楚明白,以下结合附图及实施例,对本发明进行进一步详细说明。应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用以解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。
图 1 是发明实施例提供的一种图片加密时的信息推送方法的流程示意图,为了便于说明,只示出了与本发明实施例相关的部分。
在步骤 S101 中,接收摄像头拍摄所生成的图片;
在步骤 S102 中,检测是否接收到加密指令;
在步骤 S103 中,如果检测到所述加密指令,则开启所述摄像头;
在步骤 S104 中,采用所述摄像头采集用户的眼球信息;
在步骤 S105 中,采用所述眼球信息对所述图片进行加密,得到加密后的图片,并向用户推送专利信息。
例如,当摄像头拍摄完生成图片后,用户点击加密按键,此时,所述摄像头开启,然后,所述摄像头采集用户的眼球信息,接着采用所述眼球信息对所述图片进行加密,得到加密后的图片。
当需要查看加密后的图片时,接收解密指令,根据所述解密指令,开启摄像头,采用所述摄像头采集用户的眼球信息;将该采集到的用户眼球信息与上述加密时采集的眼球信息进行匹配,如果匹配成功,则解密所述加密后的图片,解密成功后,自动打开解密后的图片,供用户查看。
所述专利信息包括但不限于:该技术的专利申请状态,该技术的专利申请 / 权利人、该技术的专利申请号、专利申请日等信息。
所述专利信息是可编辑的,可以根据专利申请的授权与否,向用户动态推送:正在申请专利、已获得专利授权等信息。
所述专利信息是可编辑的,可以根据专利申请权 / 专利权的转让情况,向用户动态推送:该专利的当前相关的权利人。
所述专利信息的推送方式,可以采取小框显示、语音显示等让用户能够感知的推送方式。
图 2 是本发明实施例提供的一种移动终端的结构示意图,为了便于说明,仅示出了与本发明实施例相关的部分。该移动终端包括:图片接收模块 101 、指令检测模块 102 、开启模块 103 、采集模块 104 、以及加密模块 105 。
图片接收模块 101 ,用于接收摄像头拍摄所生成的图片;
指令检测模块 102 ,用于检测是否接收到加密指令;
开启模块 103 ,用于如果检测到所述加密指令,则开启所述摄像头;
采集模块 104 ,用于采用所述摄像头采集用户的眼球信息;
加密模块 105 ,用于采用所述眼球信息对所述图片进行加密,得到加密后的图片 .
信息推送模块 106 ,用于向用户推送专利信息。
综上所述,本发明的图片加密时的信息推送方法及移动终端,通过接收摄像头拍摄所生成的图片;检测是否接收到加密指令;如果检测到所述加密指令,则开启所述摄像头;采用所述摄像头采集用户的眼球信息;采用所述眼球信息对所述图片进行加密,得到加密后的图片,并向用户推送专利信息。本发明由于采用唯一的用户眼球信息进行加密图片,因此,无需记住密码,只要眼睛对着摄像头即可实现对图片的加密,操作非常简单,而且安全性极高,给用户操作带来极大的方便,同时也保护、彰显发明创造者的权益。
本领域普通技术人员可以理解上述实施例的各种方法中的全部或部分步骤是可以通过程序来指令相关的硬件来完成,该程序可以存储于一计算机可读存储介质中,存储介质可以包括:只读存储器( ROM , Read Only Memory )、随机存取记忆体( RAM , Random Access Memory )、磁盘或光盘等。

  1. 一种图片加密时的信息推送方法,其特征在于,所述图片加密时的信息推送方法包括如下步骤:
    接收摄像头拍摄所生成的图片;
    检测是否接收到加密指令;
    如果检测到所述加密指令,则开启所述摄像头;
    采用所述摄像头采集用户的眼球信息;
    采用所述眼球信息对所述图片进行加密,得到加密后的图片,并向用户推送专利信息。
  2. 一种移动终端,其特征在于,所述移动终端包括:
    图片接收模块,用于接收摄像头拍摄所生成的图片;
    指令检测模块,用于检测是否接收到加密指令;
    开启模块,用于如果检测到所述加密指令,则开启所述摄像头;
    采集模块,用于采用所述摄像头采集用户的眼球信息;
    加密模块,用于采用所述眼球信息对所述图片进行加密,得到加密后的图片;
    信息推送模块,用于向用户推送专利信息。
