本发明属于文件处理技术领域,尤其是涉及一种文件加密时的传送技术数据的方法及智能终端设备。
背景技术
现在企业申请的专利数量越来越多,而且将专利用在市场上、产品中的情形也越来越多。
根据国家知识产权的数据库显示,OPPO公司在2014年申请的发明专利数为938个,而同期的腾讯公司的发明专利数为1447个。这两家公司的发明中,有关于用户体验和用户直接操作相关的发明专利约占总数的80%左右。当然包括其他以用户体验为主的公司的类似专利申请也是具有很大的数量级,比如小米公司等。
考虑到技术使用的同时,专利的申请过程和授权后的维护过程都会产生人力、财力上的成本:如答复审查意见、缴纳授权费等,对于核心技术(如:CDMA的底层技术)或市场认同度比较高的技术(如:滑动解锁)而言,那么相关成本就可以忽略不计,对于这些技术的投入是值得的,但这类技术毕竟是少数,更多的技术经过市场验证后,其实并不能触及用户的痛点或痒点,而对这些技术的专利投入,就容易造成成本的浪费。
所以需要有一种方法能够通过实在的数据,及时评估相关技术的市场接受度或价值,同时,为了使得本人的上一个申请《 一种文件的加解密方法及智能终端设备 》中的相关技术得到及时评估,特提出一种技术使用数据的采集/发送的方法。
技术问题
有鉴于此,本发明的目的在于提供一种文件加密时的传送技术数据的方法及智能终端设备,旨在解决现有技术中存在的不管是对文件进行加密还是解密,都要求用户记住密码,而且加密及解密的步骤繁琐,还不安全,由于密码是简单的字母加数字的组合,容易被他人盗取,因此,采用简单的字母加数字的组合来进行加密,是非常不安全的问题,同时本发明也旨在方便厂家及时有效的采集相关技术的使用情况。
技术解决方案
本发明是这样实现的:一种文件加密时的传送技术数据的方法,所述文件加密时的传送技术数据的方法包括如下步骤:
当需要对文件进行加密时,采集用户的第一指纹信息;
采用所述第一指纹信息对所述文件进行加密,得到加密后的文件;
当需要查看所述文件时,采集用户的第二指纹信息;
根据所述第二指纹信息,对所述加密后的文件进行解密;
解密成功后,自动打开解密后的文件,供用户查看,并向厂家预设的数据采集端发送技术使用数据。
本发明实施例还提供了一种智能终端设备,所述智能终端设备包括:
第一采集模块,用于当需要对文件进行加密时,采集用户的第一指纹信息;
加密模块,用于采用所述第一指纹信息对所述文件进行加密,得到加密后的文件;
第二采集模块,还用于当需要查看所述文件时,采集用户的第二指纹信息;
解密模块,用于根据所述第二指纹信息,对所述加密后的文件进行解密;
文件打开模块,用于解密成功后,自动打开解密后的文件,供用户查看;
数据推送模块,用于向厂家预设的数据采集端发送技术使用数据。
有益效果
相对于现有技术,本发明的文件加密时的传送技术数据的方法及智能终端设备,通过当需要对文件进行加密时,采集用户的第一指纹信息;采用所述第一指纹信息对所述文件进行加密,得到加密后的文件;当需要查看所述文件时,采集用户的第二指纹信息;根据所述第二指纹信息,对所述加密后的文件进行解密;解密成功后,自动打开解密后的文件,供用户查看,并向厂家预设的数据采集端发送技术使用数据。本发明由于采用唯一的用户指纹信息进行加密及解密文件,因此,无需记住密码,只要手指放置在感应区即可实现对文件的加密及解密,操作非常简单,而且安全性极高,给用户操作带来极大的方便,同时也方便厂家及时有效的采集相关技术的使用情况。

在步骤 S101 中,当需要对文件进行加密时,采集用户的第一指纹信息;
在本发明实施例中,采用指纹传感器来采集用户的第一指纹信息。
在步骤 S102 中,采用所述第一指纹信息对所述文件进行加密,得到加密后的文件;
在步骤 S103 中,当需要查看所述文件时,采集用户的第二指纹信息;
在本发明实施例中,采用指纹传感器来采集用户的第二指纹信息。
在步骤 S104 中,根据所述第二指纹信息,对所述加密后的文件进行解密;
在本发明实施例中,当采集到用户的第二指纹信息后,将所述第二指纹信息与第一指纹信息进行匹配,如果匹配成功,则对所述加密后的文件进行解密。
在步骤 S105 中,解密成功后,自动打开解密后的文件,供用户查看,并向厂家预设的数据采集端发送技术使用数据。
所述技术使用数据为用户使用该技术的数据,即所述方法走完前几个步骤时产生的数据,所述数据包括用户使用该技术的次数(如在一定时间内是第几次使用该技术);使用该技术的具体时间点;使用该技术前后用户的相关操作等有助于技术提供方更好的评价技术的市场价值,并根据所述反馈更好的改进技术的数据。
图 2 是本发明实施例提供的一种智能终端设备的结构示意图,为了便于说明,仅示出了与本发明实施例相关的部分。该智能终端设备包括:第一采集模块 101 、加密模块 102 、第二采集模块 103 、解密模块 104 、文件打开模块 105 。
第一采集模块 101 ,用于当需要对文件进行加密时,采集用户的第一指纹信息;
加密模块 102 ,用于采用所述第一指纹信息对所述文件进行加密,得到加密后的文件;
第二采集模块 103 ,还用于当需要查看所述文件时,采集用户的第二指纹信息;
解密模块 104 ,用于根据所述第二指纹信息,对所述加密后的文件进行解密;
文件打开模块 105 ,用于解密成功后,自动打开解密后的文件,供用户查看,并向厂家预设的数据采集端发送技术使用数据;
数据推送模块 106 ,用于向厂家预设的数据采集端发送技术使用数据。

    当需要对文件进行加密时,采集用户的第一指纹信息;
    采用所述第一指纹信息对所述文件进行加密,得到加密后的文件;
    当需要查看所述文件时,采集用户的第二指纹信息;
    根据所述第二指纹信息,对所述加密后的文件进行解密;
    解密成功后,自动打开解密后的文件,供用户查看,并向厂家预设的数据采集端发送技术使用数据。
  2. 一种智能终端设备,其特征在于,所述智能终端设备包括:
    第一采集模块,用于当需要对文件进行加密时,采集用户的第一指纹信息;
    加密模块,用于采用所述第一指纹信息对所述文件进行加密,得到加密后的文件;
    第二采集模块,还用于当需要查看所述文件时,采集用户的第二指纹信息;
    解密模块,用于根据所述第二指纹信息,对所述加密后的文件进行解密;
    文件打开模块,用于解密成功后,自动打开解密后的文件,供用户查看;
    数据推送模块,用于向厂家预设的数据采集端发送技术使用数据。
