背景技术
随着科学技术的发展,越来越多的信息和文件都通过电子件的形式在使用,无纸化办公越来越普及。然而,随着信息的电子化,信息变得不再安全,经常会出现信息泄露。
随着版权意识在国内的大面积苏醒,对文件的保护也越发的受到人们的重视。在尔虞我诈的商场上,不但要提防商业间谍对机密文件的盗窃,还要避免员工将文件误发给第三方,导致信息泄露。因此,一种能够保护文件安全的文件管理系统是十分有必要的。
现在的文件管理系统,主要存在以下几个问题:
1、现在的文件管理系统大多不具备保密措施或者保密措施不充分,导致公司机密容易泄露。
2、现在的文件管理系统大多只具备一种保密等级,保密等级过低会容易泄露机密,保密等级过高会影响日常办公。
发明内容
发明目的:为了克服以上不足,本发明的目的是提供一种安全的电子文件管理系统,其能够提供多种加密措施,对重要性不同的文件实行不同的加密措施,既能够有效保护文件的安全,又不会对大部分文件施加过于复杂的加密措施,不会影响日常办公。
技术方案:为了实现上述目的,本发明提供了一种安全的电子文件管理系统,包括:文件录入模块,其录入文件信息;文件加密模块,其加密文件内容和访问权限;文件存储模块,其存放加密文件;解密访问模块,其通过解密可以访问文件内容。
本发明中所述的文件录入模块包括电脑终端、网络端口和扫描仪。
本发明中所述文件录入模块的设置,其通过多种输入设备扩宽了文件接收的渠道,使得无论是电子件还和纸件,信息管理系统都能够接收。
本发明中所述的文件加密模块包括一级加密模块、二级加密模块和三级加密模块。
本发明中所述多级加密模块的设置,能够提供多种不同程度的加密措施,分级加密,既能够有效保护文件的安全,又不会对大部分文件施加过于复杂的加密措施,保证日常办公的正常运行。
本发明中所述的一级加密模块加密目标为员工经常使用的文件或者带有隐私的文 件,所述一级加密模块通过使用识别码实现加密。

本发明中所述二级加密模块的设置,使得经过二级加密模块加密过的文件不能被带离公司,可以保护各种带有公章的文件不被窃取使用
本发明中所述的三级加密模块加密目标为具有公司核心技术或者利益的文件,所述三级加密模块通过乱码填充、识别码和自毁程序实现加密,所述识别码采用身体信息作为识别码。
本发明中所述三级加密模块,能够严密的保护文件,只能有指定的人员访问,一旦有人试图窃取,就将文件销毁。
本发明中所述的文件存储模块包括普通文件存储模块和特殊文件存储模块,所述特殊文件存储模块内设置有自毁程序。
本发明中所述的解密访问模块包括一级解密模块、二级解密模块和三级解密模块。
