技术领域
本公开涉及互联网领域,具体而言,涉及一种数据传输方法和装置及车载终端。
背景技术
目前,客户端之间的数据共享可以通过在客户端之间建立连接通道,通过连接通道以进行客户端之间的数据传输来实现。客户端之间的数据传输可以通过通用串行总线(Universal Serial Bus,简称为USB)数据线进行传输,比如,智能移动终端通过USB数据线连接至车机建立连接通道,将智能移动终端中的客户端的数据通过USB数据线传输至车机的客户端。在智能移动终端通过网络下载完整的待播放文件(例如音频类型的待播放文件)之后,智能移动终端的客户端将待播放文件的传输数据通过USB数据线传输到车机的客户端,车机的客户端进而接收待播放文件的传输数据,根据待播放文件的传输数据对音频类型文件执行播放。该方法的数据传输需要建立形式上的连接,客户端对应的终端之间只有在连接成功时才能进行数据传输,传输流程长。当USB数据线损坏或者USB数据线的长度不足以将客户端对应的终端连接起来时,则无法实现客户端之间的数据传输。
客户端之间的数据传输还可以通过蓝牙进行传输。比如,移动通讯终端的客户端和车机的客户端在传输数据之前,移动通讯终端和车机需要开启蓝牙功能。当移动通讯终端和车机都符合蓝牙技术联盟的标准时,才能 建立移动通讯终端的客户端和车机的客户端之间的连接通道,移动通讯终端的待播放文件通过蓝牙传输协议传输至车机进行播放。蓝牙是一种无线技术标准,只能实现短距离的数据交换,传输流程较长。客户端必须符合蓝牙技术联盟的标准才能建立连接,当客户端不符合蓝牙技术联盟的标准,或者当客户端之间的距离较远时,客户端之间的数据传输不易实现。
针对上述数据传输的流程较长的问题,目前尚未提出有效的解决方案。
发明内容
本发明实施例提供了一种数据传输方法和装置及车载终端,以至少解决上述数据传输的流程较长的技术问题。
根据本发明实施例的一个方面,提供了一种数据传输方法,该数据传输包括:第一终端通过第一应用获取传输数据,其中,传输数据为待播放文件对应的数据;第一终端通过第一应用获取第一服务器的地址,其中,第一服务器为用于对第二终端提供在线播放服务的服务器;第一终端根据第一服务器的地址通过第一应用将传输数据经由第二服务器发送至第一服务器,其中,第二服务器为第一的服务器。
根据本发明实施例的一个方面,提供了一种数据传输方法,该数据传输包括:第二终端接收来自第一服务器的传输数据,其中,第一服务器为用于对第二终端提供在线播放服务的服务器,传输数据为待播放文件对应的数据,并且传输数据由第一终端中的第一应用通过第二服务器发送至第一服务器,第一应用获取传输数据和获取第一服务器地址,并根据第一服务器地址将传输数据通过第二服务器发送至第一服务器,第二服务器为第一应用的服务器;第二终端对待播放文件执行在线播放。

本发明实施例提出一种数据传输方法,包括:第一终端通过第一应用获取传输数据,其中,所述传输数据为待播放文件对应的数据;第一终端通过所述第一应用获取第一服务器的地址,其中,所述第一服务器为用于对第二终端提供在线播放服务的服务器;以及第一终端根据所述第一服务器的地址通过所述第一应用将所述传输数据经由第二服务器发送至所述第一服务器,其中,所述第二服务器为所述第一应用的服务器。

本发明实施例并不限定即时通讯应用的种类,可以为系统类应用程序,也可以为软件类应用程序。本发明实施例中的即时通讯应用包括至少一个应用功能。例如,即时通讯应用为微信,其中,微信包括获取和分享地址链接、选择好友、发送消息等应用功能。
如图2所示,该数据传输方法的一种可选的方案包括如下步骤:
步骤S202,即时通讯应用获取传输数据。
终端可以通过其中安装的即时通讯应用获取传输数据,该终端也称作第一终端,以与下文的第二终端区分。
即时通讯应用为通过即时通讯应用技术实现在线交流的应用程序,用于传递文字信息、音频信息、视频信息等信息,从而实现文本信息交流和多媒体方式交流。比如,即时通讯应用为QQ,微信等即时通讯应用。
该实施例的传输数据为待播放文件对应的数据,需要从即时通讯应用传输到其他客户端。待播放文件对应的数据的一个例子是是待播放文件的网页链接地址,以消息的形式存储。待播放文件可以为音频或视频类型文件,则传输数据为音频或视频类型文件对应的数据,可选地,音频或视频类型文件对应的数据是音频或视频类型文件的网页链接地址,以消息的形式存储。待播放文件还可以为导航类型文件,则传输数据为导航类型文件 对应的数据,可选地,导航类型文件对应的数据是导航类型文件的网页链接地址,以消息的形式存储。待播放文件可以在目标客户端进行播放。
目标客户端在本文中也称作第二终端。第二终端可以具有与图1所示的终端10相同的结构。
即时通讯应用获取传输数据,也即,即时通讯应用获取待播放文件对应的数据。传输数据可以通过安装在智能移动通讯终端安装的相关应用程序(即第二应用)生成,其中,智能移动通讯终端安装的该应用程序可以为媒体播放应用程序(例如音频类型的应用程序或视频类型的应用程序),也可以是导航类型的应用程序,且智能移动通讯终端安装的该应用程序具有数据分享功能。在智能移动通讯终端联网的情况下,智能移动通讯终端安装的该应用程序可以通过网络下载传输数据对应的待播放文件。智能移动通讯终端安装的该应用程序可以将待播放文件对应的传输数据发送至即时通讯应用。比如,智能移动通讯终端安装的该应用程序为QQ音乐应用程序,通过QQ音乐应用程序确定歌曲的传输数据,通过QQ音乐应用程序的分享功能将歌曲的传输数据发送至即时通讯应用,即时通讯应用从而获取歌曲的传输数据。
本发明实施例的即时通讯应用获取传输数据,传输数据为待播放文件对应的数据,待播放文件为用于在目标客户端进行播放的文件,实现了即时通讯应用对传输数据的获取。
步骤S204,即时通讯应用获取第一服务器的地址。第一终端可以通过其中安装的即时通讯应用获取第一服务器的地址。第一服务器可以是云服务器。第一服务器为用于对目标客户端提供在线播放服务的服务器,是一种简单、高效、可靠、处理能力可以弹性伸缩的计算装置。可选的,第一服务器可以与目标客户端一一对应,可以通过网络发送传输数据至目标客户端,且可以存储目标客户端对传输数据的处理结果,从而实现目标客户端对待播放文件的在线播放。比如,目标客户端为车载终端,第一服务器为与车载终端对应的云服务器,也即,第一服务器为车联网云服务器, 车联网云服务器可以通过网络发送传输数据至车载终端,同时存储车载终端对传输数据的处理结果。
第一服务器具有地址,具体为互联网的协议地址,具有唯一性,用于确定第一服务器。即时通讯应用获取第一服务器的地址。可选地,即时通讯应用接收获取第一服务器的地址的触控信号,根据触控信号获取第一服务器的地址,从而确定传输数据的传输对象。比如,即时通讯应用为微信应用,用户终端将自己的车辆加为好友,“我的车”即为用户终端的车辆。在微信应用界面中选择“我的车”的应用图标,其中,“我的车”的应用图标在接收到触控信号之后,微信应用通过网络获取到车联网云服务器的地址,从而确定微信应用在传输数据时要经过的车联网云服务器。
本发明实施例的即时通讯应用获取第一服务器的地址,其中,第一服务器为用于对目标客户端提供在线播放服务的服务器,从而确定即时通讯应用获取的传输数据的传输对象。
步骤S206,即时通讯应用根据第一服务器的地址将传输数据通过第二服务器发送至第一服务器。
根据所述第一服务器的地址,第一终端可以通过即时通讯应用将传输数据经由第二服务器发送至所述第一服务器。第二服务器可以是云服务器,例如为即时通讯应用的云服务器,即时通讯应用的种类不同,第二服务器也不同。比如,当即时通讯应用为微信应用时,第二服务器为微信云服务器,用于接收、计算、处理和发送微信应用的相关数据,当即时通讯应用为QQ应用程序时,第二服务器为QQ云服务器,用于接收、计算、处理和发送QQ应用的相关数据。即时通讯应用可以通过网络(例如无线网)将传输数据传输至第二服务器,再由第二服务器将传输数据传输至第一服务器,最后由第一服务器将传输数据传输至目标客户端。在即时通讯应用获取传输数据,并且即时通讯应用通过网络获取第一服务器的地址之后,即时通讯应用根据第一服务器的地址将传输数据通过第二服务器发送至第一服务器。在第一服务器接收到传输数据之后,第一服务器通过网络 发送传输数据至目标客户端,实现了对待播放文件的传输数据的传输。在上述网络是无线网时,可以实现对待播放文件的传输数据的无线传输。在目标客户端接收到传输数据之后,目标客户端通过网络(例如无线网)对传输数据对应的待播放文件执行在线播放,达到了对待播放文件立即播放的效果,简化了数据的传输流程。
举例而言,当播放文件为音频类型文件时,目标客户端根据音频类型文件的传输数据对该音频类型文件执行在线播放,从而使终端用户在有网络的情况下立即收听到该音频类型文件的声音,当播放文件为导航类型文件时,目标客户端根据对导航类型文件的传输数据对该导航类型文件执行在线播放,从而使终端用户在有网络的情况下立即了解到导航信息,明确地理位置。
可选地,在即时通讯应用获取传输数据,并且即时通讯应用获取第一服务器的地址之后,即时通讯应用将传输数据和第一服务器的地址通过网络发送至第二服务器。第二服务器在接收到传输数据和第一服务器的地址之后,根据第一服务器的地址确定接收传输数据的第一服务器,从而将传输数据发送至第一服务器,第一服务器在接收到传输数据之后,发送传输数据至目标客户端,目标客户端再对传输数据对应的待播放文件执行在线播放。
可选地,第一服务器在接收到由即时通讯应用获取的传输数据之后,对传输数据执行解析,确定传输数据的类型,比如,判断传输数据是否为音频或视频类型文件对应的数据,或者传输数据是否为导航类型文件对应的数据,从而使目标客户端启动相应的执行装置对待播放文件执行播放。如果第一服务器对即时通讯应用获取的传输数据执行解析之后的结果为无效数据,比如,传输数据乱码,则第一服务器不将传输数据传输至目标客户端。在第一服务器对传输数据执行解析之后,将传输数据发送至目标客户端,目标客户端对传输数据对应的待播放文件执行在线播放。
可选的,目标客户端将传输数据解析出用于待播放文件播放的数据, 进而对待播放文件执行播放。
本发明实施例的即时通讯应用根据第一服务器的地址将传输数据通过第二服务器发送至第一服务器,第一服务器用于发送传输数据至目标客户端,目标客户端用于对传输数据对应的待播放文件执行在线播放,实现了简化数据的传输流程的技术效果。
通过上述步骤S202至步骤S206,本发明提供的方案可以实现通过即时通讯应用获取传输数据,传输数据为待播放文件对应的数据,待播放文件为用于在目标客户端进行播放的文件;即时通讯应用获取第一服务器的地址,第一服务器为用于对目标客户端提供在线播放服务的服务器;即时通讯应用根据第一服务器的地址将传输数据通过第二服务器发送至第一服务器,第二服务器为即时通讯应用的服务器,第一服务器用于发送传输数据至目标客户端,目标客户端用于对传输数据对应的待播放文件执行在线播放,从而简化了数据的传输流程,进而解决了现有技术数据传输的流程较长的技术问题。
作为一种可选的实施方式,在本申请步骤S202中,即时通讯应用获取传输数据包括:即时通讯应用获取待播放文件的统一资源定位符(Uniform Resource Locator,简称为URL)。统一资源定位符是互联网上标准资源的地址,在互联网上的每个文件都有自己唯一的统一资源定位符,通过统一资源定位符包含的信息可以确定文件的位置和浏览器对处理文件的方式。当待播放文件为视频类型文件时,视频类型文件对应的数据是视频类型文件的统一资源定位符,当待播放文件为音频类型文件时,音频类型文件对应的数据是音频类型文件的统一资源定位符,可以消息的形式存储。当待播放文件还为导航类型文件时,导航类型文件对应的数据是导航类型文件的统一资源定位符,以消息的形式存储。
统一资源定位符可以通过安装在智能移动通讯终端安装的相关应用程序生成,其中,智能移动通讯终端安装的应用程序可以为媒体播放应用程序(例如音频类型的应用程序或视频类型的应用程序),也可以是导航 类型的应用程序,且智能移动通讯终端安装的应用程序具有数据分享功能。在智能移动通讯终端联网的情况下,智能移动通讯终端安装的应用程序可以通过网络获取待播放文件的统一资源定位符。通过网络将待播放文件的统一资源定位符发送至即时通讯应用。比如,智能移动通讯终端安装的应用程序为QQ音乐应用程序,通过QQ音乐应用程序确定歌曲的统一资源定位符,通过QQ音乐应用程序的分享功能将歌曲的统一资源定位符发送至即时通讯应用,即时通讯应用从而获取歌曲的统一资源定位符。

可选地,在即时通讯应用获取待播放文件的统一资源定位符,并且即时通讯应用获取第一服务器的地址之后,即时通讯应用将待播放文件的统一资源定位符和第一服务器的地址通过网络发送至第二服务器,可选地,即时通讯应用将待播放文件的统一资源定位符和第一服务器的地址以消息的形式通过网络发送至第二服务器。第二服务器在接收到待播放文件的统一资源定位符和第一服务器的地址之后,根据第一服务器的地址确定接收待播放文件的统一资源定位符的第一服务器,从而将待播放文件的统一资源定位符发送至第一服务器,第一服务器在接收到待播放文件的统一资源定位符之后,发送待播放文件的统一资源定位符至目标客户端,目标客户端再对统一资源定位符对应的待播放文件执行在线播放。
本发明实施例通过即时通讯应用获取待播放文件的统一资源定位符,在即时通讯应用获取第一服务器的地址之后,根据第一服务器的地址将统一资源定位符通过第二服务器发送至第一服务器,从而简化了数据的传输流程。
图3是根据本发明另一实施例的数据传输方法的流程图。如图3所示,该数据传输方法的一种可选的方案包括如下步骤:
步骤S302,目标客户端接收来自第一服务器的传输数据。
目标客户端为可以对待播放文件执行在线播放的客户端。第一服务器为用于对目标客户端提供在线播放服务的服务器,第一服务器可以是云服务器。第一服务器可以通过网络发送传输数据至目标客户端,且可以存储目标客户端对传输数据的处理结果,从而实现目标客户端对待播放文件的在线播放。第一服务器的地址,具有唯一性,用于确定第一服务器。第一服务器的地址可以由即时通讯应用获取。
举例而言,车载终端安装有音乐客户端。通过车载终端的音乐客户端 对待播放的音频类型文件执行在线播放。车载终端对应的第一服务器为车联网云服务器。通讯应用程序可以为安装在智能移动通讯终端的微信应用,在微信应用界面中选择“我的车”的应用图标,其中,“我的车”的应用图标在接收到触控信号之后,微信应用通过网络获取到车联网云服务器的地址,从而确定微信应用在传输数据时要经过车联网云服务器。
音频类型文件对应的传输数据也可以通过第二服务器传输至第一服务器,通过第一服务器传输至车载终端的音响装置,从而通过音响装置根据待播放文件对应的传输数据对待播放文件执行播放。第二服务器可以是云服务器。
该实施例的传输数据为待播放文件对应的数据,可以通过安装在智能移动通讯终端的相关应用程序生成,再由即时通讯应用获取。即时通讯应用获取传输数据之后,通过第二服务器发送至第一服务器。可选地,即时通讯应用获取传输数据和第一服务器地址,并根据第一服务器地址将传输数据通过第二服务器发送至第一服务器,第二服务器为即时通讯应用的服务器,即时通讯应用的种类不同,第二服务器也不同。

作为一种可选的实施方式,目标客户端对传输数据对应的待播放文件执行在线播放。图4是根据本发明实施例的目标客户端对传输数据对应的待播放文件执行在线播放的方法的流程图。如图4所示,该目标客户端对传输数据对应的待播放文件执行在线播放的方法的一种可选的方案包括如下步骤:
步骤S402,目标客户端解析传输数据,得到待播放文件的播放资源信息。

本发明实施例通过目标客户端解析传输数据,得到待播放文件的播放资源信息,目标客户端再根据播放资源信息对待播放文件执行在线播放,实现了目标客户端对待播放文件的在线播放。
作为一种可选的实施方式,该实施例的待播放文件为音频类型文件或导航类型文件。本发明实施例的待播放文件的类型不限于以上所述的文件类型,上述文件类型仅为本发明实施例的优选实施例,并不代表本发明实施例的播放文件类型仅包括上述文件类型。为了提高传输数据的多样化,本发明实施例还可以包括其他能够通过即时通讯通过第二服务器(例如第二云服务器)传输至第一服务器(例如第一云服务器),且由第一服务器传输至目标客户端的待播放文件对应的传输数据,此处不再一一举例说明。
作为一种可选的实施方式,目标客户端为车载终端。该实施例的车载终端接收来自车联网云服务器的传输数据,车载终端解析传输数据,得到待播放文件的播放资源信息;车载终端根据播放资源信息对待播放文件执行在线播放。其中,车联网云服务器为用于对车载终端提供在线播放服务的服务器,车载终端接收来自车联网云服务器的预设类型的传输数据,车联网云服务器判断传输数据的类型是否符合预设类型,如果车联网云服务器判断出传输数据的类型符合预设类型,将传输数据发送至车载终端。传输数据为用于在车载终端进行播放的待播放文件对应的数据,并且传输数据由即时通讯应用通过即时通讯应用的服务器发送至车联网云服务器,即时通讯应用用于获取传输数据和获取车联网云服务器地址,并根据车联网云服务器地址将传输数据通过即时通讯应用的服务器发送至车联网云服务器,车载终端对传输数据对应的待播放文件执行在线播放。

图5是根据本发明一个实例的数据传输的示意图。如图5所示,A为即时通讯应用,A′为即时通讯应用对应的第二服务器,第二服务器可以是云服务器,B为目标客户端,B′为目标客户端对应的第一服务器,第一服务器可以是云服务器。B接收来自B′的传输数据,其中,B′为用于对B提供在线播放服务的服务器,传输数据为用于在B进行播放的待播放文件对应的数据,并且传输数据由A通过A′发送至B′,A获取传输数据和获取B′的地址,并根据B′的地址将传输数据通过A′发送至B′,B对传输数据对应的待播放文件执行在线播放。可选地,B也可以通过B′将B当前播放待播放文件的状态反馈至A′,A′再传输至A,从而增强了A与B之间的互动性。
图6是根据本发明一个实施例的数据传输方法的流程图。如图6所示,该数据传输方法包括以下步骤:

图11是根据本发明实施例的即时通讯应用的示意图。如图11所示,该即时通讯应用为微信应用,可以在微信应用中创建新的聊天,也可以在搜索框中搜索消息发送对象。该微信应用包括好友列表,其中,好友列表中包括目标客户端“我的车”这个特殊好友,“我的车”对应于车载终端。当微信应用中没有直接显示出“我的车”时,可以在搜索框中搜索“我的车”,从而查找到“我的车”。点击“我的车”,可以立即将待播放文件分享至目标客户端“我的车”,从而实现了将待播放文件一键发送到车的目的。
图12是根据本发明实施例的目标客户端在线播放待播放文件的示意图。如图12所示,在将待播放文件成功分享至目标客户端“我的车”之后,车机立即在线播放由微信应用分享的音频类型文件“红尘客栈(Live)”,达到了对待播放文件立即播放的效果,简化了数据的传输流程。
举例而言,用户终端在手机终端的音乐应用程序中找到想听的音乐,当需要将音乐在车内播放时,可以不用做复杂的形式连接,通过音乐应用程序内的分享功能将歌曲分享到微信应用,通过微信应用自动发送到车内进行播放,简单快捷,也更符合用户终端在手机终端分享各种内容至微信 应用的使用习惯。
本发明实施例通过智能移动通讯终端获取待播放文件,将待播放文件分享至即时通讯应用,在即时通讯应用中选择目标客户端对应的功能图标,进而使目标客户端播放待播放文件,从而使即时通讯应用和目标客户端不需要建立形式上的连接通道,实现了用户一键将待播放文件对应的传输数据发送至目标客户端,且目标客户端立即对待播放文件执行播放,进而使用户可以随时将移动终端上的待播放文件通过即时通讯应用让目标客户端进行播放,简化了数据的传输流程,提高了用户终端的体验性能。
上述优选实施例通过目标客户端接收来自第一服务器的传输数据,第一服务器为用于对目标客户端提供在线播放服务的服务器,传输数据为用于在目标客户端进行播放的待播放文件对应的数据,并且传输数据由即时通讯应用通过第二服务器发送至第一服务器,即时通讯应用用于获取传输数据和获取第一服务器地址,并根据第一服务器地址将传输数据通过第二服务器发送至第一服务器,第二服务器为即时通讯应用的服务器;目标客户端对传输数据对应的待播放文件执行在线播放,用户终端从而简化了数据的传输流程。

通过上述第一获取单元10获取传输数据,也即,第一获取单元10获取待播放文件对应的数据。传输数据可以通过安装在智能移动通讯终端的应用程序生成,且智能移动通讯终端安装的应用程序具有数据分享功能。在智能移动通讯终端联网的情况下,智能移动通讯终端安装的应用程序可以通过网络下载传输数据对应的待播放文件。通过网络将待播放文件对应的传输数据发送至即时通讯应用。比如,智能移动通讯终端安装的应用程序为QQ音乐应用程序,通过QQ音乐应用程序确定歌曲的传输数据,通 过QQ音乐应用程序的分享功能将歌曲的传输数据发送至即时通讯应用,即时通讯应用通过第一获取单元10从而获取歌曲的传输数据。
通过上述第二获取单元20获取第一服务器的地址。可选地,第二获取单元20接收获取第一服务器的地址的触控信号,根据触控信号获取第一服务器的地址,从而确定传输数据的传输对象。比如,即时通讯应用为微信应用,在微信应用界面中选择“我的车”的应用图标,其中,“我的车”的应用图标在接收到触控信号之后,微信应用通过第二获取单元20获取到车联网云服务器的地址,从而确定微信应用在传输数据时要经过车联网云服务器。
在通过第一获取单元10获取传输数据,并且通过第二获取单元20获取第一服务器的地址之后,通过上述发送单元30根据第一服务器的地址将传输数据通过第二服务器发送至第一服务器。在第一服务器接收到传输数据之后,第一服务器通过网络发送传输数据至目标客户端,实现了对待播放文件的传输数据的无线传输。在目标客户端接收到传输数据之后,目标客户端通过网络对传输数据对应的待播放文件执行在线播放,达到了对待播放文件立即播放的效果,简化了数据的传输流程。

目标客户端通过接收单元40接收来自第一服务器的预设类型的传输数据。目标客户端对待播放文件对应的传输数据有类型的要求。比如,当目标客户端包括音乐客户端时,目标客户端通过接收单元40接收音频类型文件对应的传输数据,通过播放单元50播放音频类型文件,当目标客户端包括导航客户端时,目标客户端通过接收单元40接收导航类型文件对应的传输数据,通过播放单元50播放导航类型文件。其中,第一服务器判断传输数据的类型是否符合预设类型,可选地,通过第一服务器判断传输数据的类型是否为目标客户端播放的有效传输数据。如果第一服务器判断出传输数据的类型符合目标客户端接收的传输数据的预设类型时,则第一服务器将传输数据发送至目标客户端,目标客户端通过接收单元40接收传输数据,通过播放单元50根据待播放文件对应的传输数据对待播放文件执行播放。如果传输数据乱码,或者传输数据在经由第二服务器传输至第一服务器的过程中产生乱码,则接收单元40不会接收到乱码的传输数据。

第二步,目标客户端对传输数据对应的待播放文件执行在线播放。
上述实施例中的集成的单元如果以软件功能单元的形式实现并作为独立的产品销售或使用时,可以存储在上述计算机可读取的存储介质中。基于这样的理解,本发明的技术方案本质上或者说对现有技术做出贡献的部分或者该技术方案的全部或部分可以以软件产品的形式体现出来,该计算机软件产品存储在存储介质中,包括若干指令用以使得一台或多台计算机设备(可为个人计算机、服务器或者网络设备等)执行本发明各个实施例所述方法的全部或部分步骤。
在本发明的上述实施例中,对各个实施例的描述都各有侧重,某个实施例中没有详述的部分,可以参见其他实施例的相关描述。
在本申请所提供的几个实施例中,应该理解到,所揭露的客户端,可通过其它的方式实现。其中,以上所描述的装置实施例仅仅是示意性的,例如所述单元的划分,仅仅为一种逻辑功能划分,实际实现时可以有另外的划分方式,例如多个单元或组件可以结合或者可以集成到另一个系统,或一些特征可以忽略,或不执行。另一点,所显示或讨论的相互之间的耦合或直接耦合或通信连接可以是通过一些接口,单元或模块的间接耦合或通信连接,可以是电性或其它的形式。
所述作为分离部件说明的单元可以是或者也可以不是物理上分开的,作为单元显示的部件可以是或者也可以不是物理单元,即可以位于一个地方,或者也可以分布到多个网络单元上。可以根据实际的需要选择其中的部分或者全部单元来实现本实施例方案的目的。
另外,在本发明各个实施例中的各功能单元可以集成在一个处理单元 中,也可以是各个单元单独物理存在,也可以两个或两个以上单元集成在一个单元中。上述集成的单元既可以采用硬件的形式实现,也可以采用软件功能单元的形式实现。
以上所述仅是本发明的优选实施方式,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明原理的前提下,还可以做出若干改进和润饰,这些改进和润饰也应视为本发明的保护范围。

Claims (20)

  1. 一种数据传输方法,包括:
    第一终端通过第一应用获取传输数据,其中,所述传输数据为待播放文件对应的数据;
    第一终端通过所述第一应用获取第一服务器的地址,其中,所述第一服务器为用于对第二终端提供在线播放服务的服务器;以及
    第一终端根据所述第一服务器的地址通过所述第一应用将所述传输数据经由第二服务器发送至所述第一服务器,其中,所述第二服务器为所述第一应用的服务器。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,
    所述传输数据包括所述待播放文件的统一资源定位符,
    第一终端根据所述第一服务器地址通过所述第一应用将所述传输数据经由第二服务器发送至所述第一服务器包括:所述第一应用根据所述第一服务器的地址将所述统一资源定位符通过第二服务器发送至所述第一服务器。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述第一应用为即时通讯应用。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述第一应用从第一终端中的第二应用获取所述传输数据。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述第二应用为媒体播放应用或导航应用。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,还包括:所述第一服务器发送所述传输数据至所述第二终端,所述第二终端对所述待播放文件执行在线播放。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述第二终端安装有媒体播放应用或导航应用。
  8. 一种数据传输方法,包括:
    第二终端接收来自第一服务器的传输数据,其中,所述第一服务器为用于对所述第二终端提供在线播放服务的服务器,所述传输数据为待播放文件对应的数据,并且所述传输数据由第一终端中的第一应用通过第二服务器发送至所述第一服务器,所述第一应用获取所述传输数据和获取所述第一服务器地址,并根据所述第一服务器地址将所述传输数据通过所述第二服务器发送至所述第一服务器,所述第二服务器为所述第一应用的服务器;以及
    所述第二终端对所述待播放文件执行在线播放。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的方法,还包括:
    所述第一服务器判断所述传输数据的类型是否符合预设类型,如果所述第一服务器判断出所述传输数据的类型符合所述预设类型,将所述传输数据发送至所述第二终端。
  10. 根据权利要求8所述的方法,其中,所述第二终端对所述待播放文件执行在线播放包括:
    所述第二终端解析所述传输数据,得到所述待播放文件的播放资源信息;以及
    所述第二终端根据所述播放资源信息对所述待播放文件执行在线播放。
  11. 根据权利要求8所述的方法,其中,所述待播放文件为音频类型文件、视频类型文件或导航类型文件。
  12. 根据权利要求8所述的方法,其中,所述第二终端为车载终端。
  13. 根据权利要求8所述的方法,其中,所述第二终端安装有媒体播放应用或导航应用。
  14. 一种数据传输装置,包括:
    第一获取单元,用于获取传输数据,其中,所述传输数据为待播放文件对应的数据;
    第二获取单元,用于获取第一服务器的地址,其中,所述第一服务器为用于对目标客户端提供在线播放服务的服务器;以及
    发送单元,用于根据所述第一服务器的地址将所述传输数据通过第二服务器发送至所述第一服务器。
  15. 一种数据传输装置,包括:
    接收单元,用于接收来自第一服务器的传输数据,其中,所述第一服务器为用于对目标客户端提供在线播放服务的服务器,所述传输数据为待播放文件对应的数据,并且所述传输数据由第一应用通过第二服务器发送至所述第一服务器,所述第一应用获取所述传输数据和获取所述第一服务器地址,并根据所述第一服务器地址将所述传输数据通过所述第二服务器发送至所述第一服务器,所述第二服务器为所述第一应用的服务器;以及播放单元,用于对所述待播放文件执行在线播放。
  16. 根据权利要求15所述的装置,其中,所述第一服务器判断所述传输数据的类型是否符合预设类型,如果所述第一服务器判断出所述传输数据的类型符合所述预设类型,将所述传输数据发送至所述目标客户端。
  17. 根据权利要求15所述的装置,其中,所述播放单元包括:
    解析模块,用于解析所述传输数据,得到所述待播放文件的播放资源信息;以及
    播放模块,用于根据所述播放资源信息对所述待播放文件执行在线播放。
  18. 一种车载终端,包括权利要求15至17任一项所述的数据传输装置。
  19. 一种数据传输装置,包括:
    一个或多个处理器;以及
    存储器,所述存储器存储有程序指令,所述程序指令当由所述一个或多个处理器执行时,配置所述装置执行根据权利要求1-13中任何一项所述的方法。
  20. 一种计算机可读存储介质,包括程序指令,所述程序指令当由计算装置的处理器执行时,配置所述装置执行根据权利要求1-13中任何一项所述的方法。
