本申请要求于2016年01月20日提交中国专利局、申请号为201620054291.7、发明名称为“一种护肩或颈的被子或被套”的中国专利申请的优先权，其全部内容通过引用结合在本申请中。
技术领域
本申请涉及床上用品技术领域，特指一种护肩或颈的被子或被套。
背景技术
被子是床上用品的一种，是面积足以覆盖人体的布料，一般用作睡眠时保持温暖，它是人们在生活中不可或缺的必需品。
冬天在使用传统的被子或被套睡觉时，时常会出现肩背部没盖到被子或被套，或侧身时被子漏风而受凉(受了寒气)等情况，此现象在夫妻共同使用一床被子时尤为突出，对人们造成极大的困扰。
有鉴于此，本发明人提出以下技术方案。
发明内容
本申请的目的在于克服现有技术的不足，提供一种护肩或颈的被子或被套。
为了解决上述技术问题，本申请采用了下述技术方案：该护肩或颈的被子或被套包括一被子或被套本体，所述被子或被套本体端部边缘设置有至少一个与人的颈部对应的缺口。
进一步而言，上述技术方案中，所述缺口的数量为一个，其设置于所述被子或被套本体端部边缘的中间部分。
进一步而言，上述技术方案中，所述缺口的数量为两个，其分别设置于所述被子或被套本体端部边缘中间部分的两侧。
进一步而言，上述技术方案中，所述缺口呈弧形或圆弧形。
进一步而言，上述技术方案中，所述被子或被套本体端部边缘的中间部分设置有可折叠及可张开的第一隔挡，该第一隔挡折叠后相对被子或被 套本体端部边缘的中间部分向下凸伸,且该被子或被套本体端部边缘的中间部分在第一隔挡的重力作用下向下沉。
进一步而言，上述技术方案中，所述第一隔挡为可折叠结构。
进一步而言，上述技术方案中，所述第一隔挡两侧设置有相匹配的拉链或纽扣，该第一隔挡折叠后通过拉链或纽扣固定。
进一步而言，上述技术方案中，所述第一隔挡呈等腰三角形。
进一步而言，上述技术方案中，所述第一隔挡呈圆形或椭圆形、扇形。
进一步而言，上述技术方案中，所述被子或被套本体的两侧分别设置有第二隔挡。
采用上述技术方案后，本申请与现有技术相比较具有如下有益效果：
1、在被子或被套本体上设置缺口可使被子或被套本体的使用位置后一段距离，这样能够使被子或被套本体端部边缘和人体的颈肩部更加贴合，贴合到颈肩位置可有效解决单人或双人在冬季使用被子或被套时漏风问题，还可有效封存被子内热量，以防止颈肩受凉，减少肩颈病，达到护肩或颈的目的。
2、使用者在使用本申请后，第一隔挡折叠后在其自身重力作用下自然下垂而向下凸伸，并伸入两人中间，以形成隔挡，且被子或被套本体端部(被头)边缘的中间部分在第一隔挡的重力作用下同样自然下垂，以覆盖、贴合到使用者的颈肩位置，防止颈肩受凉发生并发症，还可防止出现双人使用同一被子时，两人中间被子或被套悬空位置有空隙而漏风，导致被子或被套内热量损失或使用者肩颈受凉等现象，以提高被子或被套本体的保暖功效，令本申请具有极高的市场竞争力。另外，被子或被套本体两侧边缘在第二隔挡的重力作用下自然下垂，以进一步覆盖、贴合到使用者的颈肩位置及两侧位置，防止颈肩受凉发生并发症，可达到更好的保暖效果。

实施例一：
见图1、2所示，为一种护肩或颈的被子或被套，其包括一被子或被套本体1，所述被子或被套本体1端部边缘设置有至少一个与人的颈部对应的缺口11，以此可使被子或被套本体1的使用位置后一段距离，这样能够使被子或被套本体1端部边缘和人体的颈肩部更加贴合，贴合到颈肩位置可有效解决单人或双人在冬季使用被子或被套时漏风问题，还可有效封存被子内热量，以防止颈肩受凉，减少肩颈病。
所述缺口11的数量为一个，其设置于所述被子或被套本体1端部边缘的中间部分，参见图1所示，该被子或被套本体供一个人使用。
所述缺口11的数量为两个，其分别设置于所述被子或被套本体1端部边缘中间部分的两侧。参见图2所示，该被子或被套本体供两个人使用。
所述缺口呈弧形或圆弧形，以致使缺口可更好地与人的颈部接触。
综上所述，在被子或被套本体1上设置缺口可使被子或被套本体1的使用位置后一段距离，这样能够使被子或被套本体1端部边缘和人体的颈肩部更加贴合，贴合到颈肩位置可有效解决单人或双人在冬季使用被子或被套时漏风问题，还可有效封存被子内热量，以防止颈肩受凉，减少肩颈病，达到护肩或颈的目的。
实施例二：
本实施例二在上述实施例一的基础上增加以下结构：见图3-5所示，为一种带隔挡的被子或被套，其包括一被子或被套本体1，所述被子或被套本体1端部边缘的中间部分设置有第一隔挡2，且第一隔挡2相对该被子或被套本体1端部边缘的中间部分可折叠及可张开，具体而言，该第一隔挡2折叠后相对被子或被套本体1端部边缘的中间部分向下凸伸,且该被子或被套本体1端部边缘的中间部分在第一隔挡2的重力作用下向下沉。 也就是说，使用者在使用本申请后，第一隔挡2在其自身重力作用下自然下垂而向下凸伸，并伸入两人中间，以形成隔挡，加上被子或被套本体1端部(被头)边缘的中间部分在第一隔挡2的重力作用下同样自然下垂，以覆盖、贴合到使用者的颈肩位置，防止颈肩受凉发生并发症，还可防止出现双人使用同一被子时，两人中间被子或被套悬空位置有空隙而漏风，导致被子或被套内热量损失或使用者肩颈受凉等现象，以提高被子或被套本体的保暖功效，令本申请具有极高的市场竞争力。
所述第一隔挡2为可折叠结构。其中，所述第一隔挡2两侧设置有相匹配的拉链或纽扣，该第一隔挡2折叠后通过拉链或纽扣固定，参见图4所示。
所述第一隔挡2呈多边形，或者是，所述第一隔挡2呈圆形或椭圆形、扇形。于本实施例中，所述第一隔挡2呈等腰三角形，此形状结构的第一隔挡2效果更为理想。
所述被子或被套本体1的两侧分别设置有第二隔挡3，该第二隔挡3在折叠后通过纽扣或拉链与被子或被套本体1的两侧固定，以此使本申请中被子或被套本体1两侧边缘在第二隔挡3的重力作用下自然下垂，以覆盖、贴合到使用者的颈肩位置及两侧位置，防止颈肩受凉发生并发症，可达到更好的保暖效果。
综上所述，使用者在使用本申请后，第一隔挡2折叠后在其自身重力作用下自然下垂而向下凸伸(参见图5所示)，并伸入两人中间，以形成隔挡，且被子或被套本体1端部(被头)边缘的中间部分在第一隔挡2的重力作用下同样自然下垂，以覆盖、贴合到使用者的颈肩位置，防止颈肩受凉发生并发症，还可防止出现双人使用同一被子时，两人中间被子或被套悬空位置有空隙而漏风，导致被子或被套内热量损失或使用者肩颈受凉等现象，以提高被子或被套本体的保暖功效，令本申请具有极高的市场竞争力。另外，被子或被套本体1两侧边缘在第二隔挡3的重力作用下自然下垂，以进一步覆盖、贴合到使用者的颈肩位置及两侧位置，防止颈肩受凉发生并发症，可达到更好的保暖效果。
此外，本实施例二同样具有与本实施例一相同的技术效果及优点。

  5. 根据权利要求1所述的一种护肩或颈的被子或被套，其特征在于：所述被子或被套本体(1)端部边缘的中间部分设置有可折叠及可张开的第一隔挡(2)，该第一隔挡(2)折叠后相对被子或被套本体(1)端部边缘的中间部分向下凸伸,且该被子或被套本体(1)端部边缘的中间部分在第一隔挡(2)的重力作用下向下沉。
