本发明涉及马桶清洁技术领域,特别是一种自动清洗马桶及其清洗方法。
背景技术
现有的坐式马桶都需要人脱下裤子,然后坐在上面使用,这样,马桶需要清洗的不仅仅是马桶内壁,还有马桶的坐垫清洗也是非常有必要的,特别是公共场所的坐式马桶,即使用干布插了,用户还是会担心是脏的干布。而且擦洗马桶需要大量的人力。
发明内容
为克服上述问题,本发明的目的是提供一种自动清洗马桶,能实现马桶坐垫的自动清洗和风干。
本发明采用以下方案实现:一种自动清洗马桶,包括坐式马桶,坐式马桶上设置有用以风干坐式马桶坐垫的通风口,通风口经通风管路与一风机的风口连接;坐式马桶上还设置有用以冲洗坐垫的喷头,喷头经一阀门连接到一进水管路。
在本发明一实施例中,风机为鼓风机,通风口为出风口,通风管路为出风管路;鼓风机出口的风经过出风管路从出风口吹出用于干燥坐式马桶坐垫。
在本发明一实施例中,风机为抽风机,通风口为吸气口,通风管路为进风管路;抽风机通过进风管路在吸气口处形成负压并形成干燥坐式马桶坐垫的气流。
为了解决冷风干燥效率较低的技术问题,在本发明一实施例中,鼓风机的出风口设置有一加热装置,用以加热鼓风机鼓出的风。
在本发明一实施例中,阀门是三通阀,该三通阀的第一端与喷头的进水端 连接,三通阀的第二端与马桶的进水端连接,第三端与自来水管连接。
在本发明一实施例中,通风口包括一设置在坐式马桶盖子内壁的导风管,导风管上开设有风孔,风孔呈喇叭状。
在本发明一实施例中,喷头是喷水管,该喷水管设置于坐式马桶的盖子内壁上,喷水管上开设有喷水孔;优选喷水管为弧形,且在盖子盖合后正好处于坐垫的上方;更优选的,导风管为弧形,且在盖子盖合后正好处于坐垫的上方。
为了实现自动控制的效果,在本发明一实施例中,还包括一控制盒,控制盒内设置有电路板,电路板上包括一MCU,MCU连接有阀门控制电路、风机驱动电路以及启动触发电路。
在本发明一实施例中还公开了该马桶的清洗方法,在马桶盖关闭状态下,当接收到启动触发电路的触发指令后,MCU开启阀门,在第一预定时间后,关闭阀门,并打开风机,在第二预定时间后,关闭风机。
在本发明一实施例中,启动触发电路是一无线信号接收电路,无线信号接收电路用于接收用户手持终端的信号,用户手持终端设置有一APP应用程序,该应用程序包括第一预定时间、第二预定时间、热风、冷风、清洗时间点、预约清洗和周期模式清洗的设定。
本发明能通过鼓风对马桶的坐垫进行清洗、风干,结构简单,解决了坐垫清洗后,需要人为用干布擦的麻烦,而且可以预约、远程控制,实现马桶清洗的智能化。

一种自动清洗马桶,包括坐式马桶,坐式马桶上设置有用以风干坐式马桶坐垫的通风口,通风口经通风管路与一风机的风口连接,坐式马桶上还设置有用以冲洗坐垫的喷头,喷头经一阀门连接到一进水管路。
本发明中,风机是用于形成气流使得在马桶坐垫附件形成干燥风,风机可以为鼓风机和抽风机,当选择鼓风机时,鼓风机吸入外界的空气对马桶坐垫进行鼓风干燥;当风机选择抽风机时,通过在马桶坐垫附近形成负压气流,也能够对其进行干燥。
例如,风机为鼓风机,则通风口为出风口,通风管路为出风管路;鼓风机出口的风经过出风管路从出风口吹出用于干燥坐式马桶坐垫。若风机为抽风机,则通风口为吸气口,通风管路为进风管路;抽风机通过进风管路在吸气口处形成负压并形成干燥坐式马桶坐垫的气流。
虽然风机可以选择鼓风机或者抽风机,但是这两者的安装位置是可以相同的,这种情况下,出风口和吸气口、出风管路和进风管路也可以为同一结构。

在本发明一实施例中,请继续参见图1,图中,该喷头可以是一字型,也可以是压扁的喇叭状,这样可以实现水大范围喷洒清洗。同样,该出风口2可以是压扁的喇叭状,喷头4和出风口2可以上下设置,但是本发明并不以此为限制。
在本发明一实施例中,所述喷头的进水端与三通阀的第一端连接,所述三通阀的第二端与马桶的进水端连接,第三端与自来水管连接。该种连接可以在喷水清洗时,转动三通阀,将自来水管的水由喷头喷出。这里要说明的是,实施例子中喷头可以通过软管连接到进水管路,进水管路可以是自来水管路,也可以是设置有增压泵的自来水管路,这里并不以此为限制。较佳的,所述喷头经一延时开关阀与增压泵连接。
请参见图2,在本发明一实施例中,出风口包括一设置在坐式马桶盖子10内壁的导风管5,所述导风管上开设有出风孔6,风孔可以优选喇叭状,能够形成更高的气流强度。从图中可以看出,该导风管为了保证整个坐垫都能风干到,采用了弧形设计,且贴设于盖子内壁,不影响马桶的美观。所述导风管为弧形在盖子盖合后正好处于所述坐垫的上方,该导风管的进风口可以经管子7连接到鼓风机。
在本发明一实施例中,所述坐式马桶的盖子内壁上还设置有喷水管8,所述喷水管上开设有喷水孔9。在本发明一实施例中,所述喷水管为弧形,且在盖子盖合后正好处于所述坐垫11的上方。值得一提的是,本发明可以将上述的喷水管和导风管并排设置于盖子的内壁,其也可以与所述导风管平行设计,但并不局限于此,这样可以实现喷洗后进行风干处理。
请参见图3,在本发明一实施例中,还包括一控制盒(图中未示意),所述 控制盒内设置有电路板,所述电路板上包括一MCU,所述MCU连接有阀门控制电路、风机驱动电路以及启动触发电路。值得一提的是,本发明中,所述启动触发电路还可以是按键电路,该按键可以设置在控制盒表面也可以设置在马桶蓄水箱的侧壁上,以利用户通过按键控制,此外,该启动触发电路还可以是盖子开启触发开关,即只有在盖子关闭的情况下才能执行清洗和风干操作。为了防止清洗时溅射,本发明马桶的盖子内侧设置有防溅橡胶圈12。在本发明另一实施例中,还包括一热水发生装置,该热水放生装置可以为马桶清洗提供热水,起到杀菌消毒的作用,而且可以有效清洗污垢。
在本发明一实施例中,还包括一紫外灯,用于在马桶盖关闭时,对马桶内腔进行紫外杀菌消毒,其可以设置在马桶盖上,通过马桶盖的关闭作为触发指令。
本发明另提供一种上述自动清洗马桶的清洗方法,该方法如下:在马桶盖关闭状态下,当接收到所述启动触发电路的触发指令后,所述MCU开启阀门,在第一预定时间后,关闭阀门,并打开鼓风机或者抽风机,在第二预定时间后,关闭鼓风机或抽风机。本发明实施例中,如果风机为鼓风机,在该清洗马桶中的鼓风机的出风口还可以设置一加热装置,这样通过热风进行风干,不仅能提高风干的效率,而且还能为坐垫加热。本发明方法通过先喷洗在风干,不仅实现了自动化,而且二者配合,清洗效果极佳。
