现有大多数订书机都没有设计能够起装订位参考作用的装订标尺,从而导致在装订时易出现两颗以上订书钉不在同一装订线上,与装订边不平

槽中心点为“0”刻度起点,为装订者提供纸张上、下边沿与订书钉中心点之间的距离值;所述的左标尺、右标尺上也可以有与A4、B5、A5纸张或其它型号纸张订书钉装订位置相对应的刻度线,与A4、B5、A5纸张对应的刻度线的位置,是按照公文侧边装订颗订书钉取纸张高度的1/3进行设置的,也可以按照某一国家或国际组织在公文装订中有对装订位距离要求进行设置;所述的装订机构中的钢性基座或通过紧配方式将订书机安装在安装槽内;或通过在安装槽的下方安装磁铁,利用磁铁对钢性基座的磁力,将订书机吸附在安装槽内;或通过紧固螺栓对订书机实施固定,在装订座上的安装槽内,有长条形孔洞,紧固螺栓穿过长条形孔洞将订书机与装订座连接起来,通过长条形孔洞来调整订书机在安装槽中的前后位置;调整订书机在安装槽中的前后位置,就是调整装订线与纸张侧边的距离。所述的有装订标尺的订书机,在订书机的底座中央,有装订线刻度尺,装订线刻度尺以订书钉变形器的变形凹槽中心点为“0”刻度起点,使用状态下左、右挡板对应的刻度值,就是装订线距离值;所述的订书机装订座左、右两侧分别有左挡板、右挡板,左挡板、右挡板的一侧,有装订线刻度尺,装订线刻度尺以左挡板、右挡板为“0”刻度起点向前沿伸,至订书钉变形器的变形凹槽位置的距离值,就是装订线距离值。
通过为订书机设计装订座,装订者在对文档进行两颗以上订书钉装订时,就可以利用装订座上的装订标尺来确定装订线与纸张边沿的距离和平行关系,量取纸张上、下边沿与订书钉中心点间的距离值,从而使装订更加准确、方便;装订标尺上的挡板还可以挡住纸张,起到整理和固定纸张的作用,解决了纸张装订时的易动性,使装订更加快捷、精准。

实施例之二所述的技术解决方案为本发明的最佳实施方式。
对照附图1、2、3,图1是本发明实施例之一的立体图、图2是本发明实施例之一的使用状态立体图、图3是本发明实施例之一的分解图。对照图3可以看出,该订书机有一个与订书机配套的装订座4,在装订座4的中央,有用于安装订书机的安装槽5,在装订座4的左、右两侧分别是左标尺6、右标尺7,订书机安装在安装槽5内并可在安装槽5内前后调整安装位置,订书机既可从安装槽5内取下单独使用,也可安装在安装槽5内与装订座4配合使用,与装订座4配合使用时,装订座4上的左标尺6、右标尺7可以为装订者确定订书钉装订位置提供距离参考。由于该装订座4是作为订书机的一个配件,是与订书机一同设计的,因此,让订书机安装在安装槽5内,并可在安装槽5内前后调整安装位置是一个非常简单的连接关系,公知的技术方案有很多种,图2所示的是一种滑槽式连接,在安装槽5内有滑槽,在底座2上有具有一定弹性的滑梁,通过滑槽与滑梁的可滑动弹性紧配,来调整订书机在安装槽5中的前后位置,对照图2可以看出,调整订书机在安装槽5中的前后位置,目的是调整装订线与纸张侧边的距离,这个距离也就是左、右挡板与订书钉变形器3变形凹槽之间的垂直距离。对照图1、图2还可以看出,左标尺6通过左转动轴8连接在装订座4左侧,右标尺7通过右转动轴9连接在装订座4右侧,左标尺6可以向左转动,右标尺7可以向右转动,不使用时,左标尺6收纳在装订座4左侧,右标尺7收纳在装订座4右侧,使用时,左标尺6沿左转动轴8转动90度,右标尺7沿右转动轴9转动90度;左标尺6上有左挡板10、右标尺7上有右挡板11,使用状态时,左挡板10、右挡板11在一条直线上,其作用是挡住纸张,由于左挡板10、右挡板11在装订时与装订线平行,且在一条直线
上,只需将纸张边沿贴着左、右挡板,就可以确保装订线与纸张边沿的平行关系;在订书机的底座2中央,有装订线刻度尺12,装订线刻度尺12以订书钉变形器3的变形凹槽中心点为“0”刻度起点,使用状态下左、右挡板对应的刻度值,就是装订线距离值;左标尺6、右标尺7上的刻度是以订书钉变形器3的变形凹槽中心点为“0”刻度起点,为装订者提供纸张上、下边沿与订书钉中心点之间的距离值;左标尺6、右标尺7上有与A4、B5、A5纸张或其它型号纸张订书钉装订位置相对应的刻度线,与A4、B5、A5纸张对应的刻度线的位置,是按照公文侧边装订2颗订书钉取纸张高度的1/3进行设置的,也可以按照某一国家或国际组织在公文装订中有对装订位距离要求进行设置。比如当对A4纸进行装订时,首先将纸张的上边沿对齐左标尺6上的A4刻度线并装订好第一颗订书钉,尔后贴着左、右挡板向下移动纸张,让纸张的下边沿对齐右标尺7上的A4刻度线并装订好第二颗订书钉,这样,两颗订书钉的装订位置基本上三等分A4纸张,既实现了准确装订,又美观、整齐,尤其是对同样内容的多份公文进行装订时,其每份文件的装订位置都能够做到整齐统一。
通过实施例之一可以看出,我们还可以设计一个没有底座的订书机,用带有装订标尺的装订座来取代底座,从而为更多的空间来设计装订标尺及其转动机构。
对照附图4、5、6,图4是本发明实施例之二的立体图、图5是本发明实施例之二的使用状态立体图、图6是本发明实施例之二的分解图。从图中可以看出,该订书机没有底座2,订书钉变形器3安装在装订机构1中的钢性基座上,形成订书机,装订机构1中的钢性基座安装在装订座中央的安装槽5内。
该订书机在安装槽5内的安装,可通过与安装槽5的两侧侧边紧配完
成,但对照附图可以看出,该装订座4上的安装槽5两侧的侧边比较浅,为了达到较好的安装,比较方便且高效的技术方案可以通过在安装槽5的下方安装磁铁,利用磁铁对钢性基座的磁力,将订书机吸附在安装槽5内,既可以很方便地固定订书机,又能够很方便地调整订书机在安装槽5中的前后位置,以改变装订线与纸张侧边的距离值。
通常情况下的公文装订,装订线距离只需固定一个距离即可,并不需要经常做大幅度调整,因此,我们也可以通过紧固螺栓14来对订书机实施更为可靠的固定。图4、5、6显示的就是用紧固螺栓14固定订书机的技术方案,对照附图可以看出,为了在有紧固螺栓14的情况下,仍然能够前后调整订书机在安装槽5中的前后位置,装订座4上的安装槽5内,有长条形孔洞,紧固螺栓14穿过长条形孔洞将订书机与装订座连接起来。
产品的易用性要求在设计时应最大程度地减少使用者的操作。本发明中的左、右标尺各自独立,在使用时需要分别转动,定位也需要分别设计。为减化操作,本发明还设计了一种对称偏转并锁紧机构13,它由两个相互啮合的齿轮组成,可进行90度角对称偏转,在偏转的起始角度0度和终止角度90度,为两个齿轮设计了一对相互对应的可以咬合在一起的定位齿,通过定位齿的咬合锁紧偏转角度,通过外力解除定位齿咬合来解除偏转锁定。对照附图6,该实施例的分解图中,清晰地展示了这种结构设计。两个相互啮合的齿轮由左齿轮15、右齿轮16组成,左齿轮15安装在左转动轴8上,右齿轮16安装在右转动轴9上,左、右齿轮相互啮合,转动左标尺6时,带动左齿轮15同步转动,左齿轮15驱动右齿轮16向反方向对称转动,带动右标尺7反方向对称转动,在左、右两个齿轮的0度和90度位置,有为两个齿轮设计的相互对应的可以咬合在一起的定位齿,从而将左、右标尺分别锁紧在0度位置和90度位置。对照图6我们也可以看出,这种对
称偏转机构不一定只适用于90度偏转,理论上,它可以进行小于或等于180度角的对称偏转,我们只需要在偏转的起始角度或终止角度,为两个齿轮设计相互对应的可以咬合在一起的定位齿,通过定位齿的咬合锁紧偏转角度,通过外力解除定位齿咬合来解除偏转锁定。
通过实施例之一、之二可以看出,我们完全可以设计一个通用的订书机装订座,该装订座中央的安装槽可以满足对现有大多数通用订书机的固定要求,从而装订座作为一个独立的订书机配件进行生产和销售。由于是一个独立配件,可以不需要考虑左标尺、右标尺的折叠收纳功能,结构就会更加简单。
对照附图7、8,图7是本发明实施例之三的使用状态立体图、图8是本发明实施例之三的分解图。从图7、图8可以看出,与订书机组合在一起的是一个订书机装订座,在装订座4的中央,有用于安装订书机的安装槽5,该安装槽5可以安装现有订书机,安装槽5内有订书机固定机构,可以将订书机固定在安装槽5内,在装订座4的左、右两侧分别是左标尺6、右标尺7,左标尺6、右标尺7可以为装订者确定订书钉装订位置提供距离参考。现有大多数中小型通用订书机的底座宽度在3—5厘米之间,考虑到要固定不同宽度的订书机底座2,该装订座中央的安装槽宽度可设计为大于或等于5厘米,以满足对现有大多数通用订书机的固定要求,安装槽5内有订书机固定机构,可以将底座宽度小于安装槽宽度的订书机固定在安装槽内,同样,这种固定机构简单而且不唯一,公知的技术方案有很多种,该实施例体现的是一种通过4个螺杆17进行固定的机构,在后面的实施例之四中,还可以看到通过弹片18、实施例之五中通过弹簧19进行固定的机构。在订书机装订座上,左挡板10、右挡板11的一侧,有装订线刻度尺12,装订线刻度尺12以左挡板10、右挡板11为“0”刻度起点向前沿伸,至订书钉
变形器3的变形凹槽位置的距离值,就是装订线距离值。
对照附图9,图9是本发明实施例之四的立体图。图中显示的是通过弹片18将订书机固定于安装槽5内的技术解决方案,也是一种简单可行的方案。为了准确标定订书机与装订座的垂直关系,以确保订书钉与左、右挡板的平行关系,对照图9还可以看出,在安装槽5的左、右两侧,还有数条垂直于左、右挡板的平行线,用于安装订书机时作为参考线使用,通过底座2左、右两侧边沿与左、右两侧平行线的平行关系,准确标定订书机与装订座的垂直关系。
由于各种不同型号订书机底座的厚度也不尽相同,虽然订书机底座高出或低于左、右标尺所在的平面时,并不影响装订,但为了更加方便装订,我们也可以设计一个左、右标尺高底可以调整的订书机装订座。
对照附图10、11,图10是本发明实施例之五的立体图,图11是本发明实施例之五的分解图。该订书机装订座由安装槽5、左标尺6、右标尺7三部分组成,通过连接螺栓连接在一起,左标尺6、右标尺7的平面高度可通过连接螺栓调整,以适应不同厚度的订书机底座2,使得在装订时,左标尺6、右标尺7、订书钉变形器3处于同一平面。该实施例体现的是通过弹簧19将订书机固定于安装槽5内的技术解决方案。
当然,作为订书机配件,订书机装订座最好还是针对具体的订书机型号进行对应设计,这样可以极大地简化安装槽的结构,通过安装槽尺寸与订书机底座尺寸的一致性实现紧配式安装即可。
对照附图12、13,图12是本发明实施例之六的使用状态立体图,图13是本发明实施例之六的分解图。该实施例体现的就是订书机装订座针对订书机具体型号进行对应设计的技术解决方案,装订座的安装槽5的宽度、高度与对应型号订书机底座2的宽度、高度是相同的,订书机通过紧配方
式与装订座结合在一起。
综合上面几个实施例后,我们发现,还可以进一步提出新的实施方案。
对照附图14、15、16,图14是本发明实施例之七的立体图、图15是本发明实施例之七的分解图、图16是本发明实施例之七的使用状态立体图。这是一种新的有装订标尺的订书机,该订书机的底座2左侧或右侧,有通过可拆卸方式安装在底座2上的左标尺6或右标尺7,左标尺6或右标尺7的一端有安装头20,在订书钉变形器3左侧或右侧的底座2上,有用于安装标尺的安装座21,当左标尺上6或右标尺7从底座2左侧或右侧取下后,其一端的安装头20可以与安装座21结合,将左标尺6或右标尺7垂直安装于底座2上,左标尺6或右标尺7可以为装订者确定订书钉装订位置提供距离参考,安装头20可以在安装座21上前后调整安装位置,从而起到调整装订线距离的作用,左标尺6上有左挡板10,右标尺7上有右挡板11,左标尺6、右标尺7上有与A4、B5、A5纸张或其它型号纸张订书钉装订位置相对应的刻度线。对照附图可以看出,为了比较简单、快捷地将左标尺6、右标尺7准确对齐在一条直线上,安装座21采取了等间距孔洞的技术方案,通过安装头20插入安装座21对应的孔洞实施安装。
本发明充分考虑了工业设计的人性化要求,外型美观、结构可靠、操作简便,在拓展了订书机功能的前提下,不改变人们对订书机的使用习惯,易用性强;本发明增强了文档装订的规范性,满足了对文档进行多订书钉装订的技术要求,使装订更加准确、快捷,提高了办公效率,具有很强的实用性;本发明不改变现有订书机主体结构,其装订机构仍然采用现有的通用部件,新增部件结构简单,性能指标要求低,生产的技术难度小,成本低廉,有利于推广普及。
Claims (10)
