一种家用干脚器,包括由上壳(1)和下壳(9)构成的干脚腔,上壳(1)顶部开设有伸脚孔(15),下壳(9)的内底上设有干脚架(11)及干脚装置,干脚装置包括进风口(13)、出风板(14)及干脚风道,进风口(13)开设在上壳(1)和/或下壳(9)表面,出风板(14)开设在干脚架(11)的正面,干脚风道连通进风口(13)与出风板(14),干脚风道内设有风扇(3),在风扇(3)作用下,外部空气从进风口(13)进入干脚风道内,再从出风板(14)吹至干脚腔内。在干脚腔内设置干脚风道,用外循环式的冷风或热风对脚进行风干,冷风或热风能够作用于整个脚,促使脚快速风干,克服大部分人在穿鞋时,脚表面没有彻底擦干就直接穿鞋而产生脚气或脚发臭的问题。

一种家用干脚器 技术领域
本发明涉及一种家用干脚器。
背景技术
国内、外市场上缺少家用干脚器这一产品,很多人在日常生活中,在没有擦干脚的时候就穿袜子和鞋子,这一行为容易导致人出现脚气或脚发臭现象。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服上述现有技术存在的不足,而提供一种设计简单、结构合理、通过空气流动的以使脚风干的家用干脚器,以克服现有技术中的不足之处。
本发明的目的是这样实现的:
一种家用干脚器,包括由上壳和下壳构成的干脚腔,上壳顶部开设有伸脚孔,下壳的内底上设有干脚架及干脚装置,其结构特征在于,所述干脚装置包括进风口、出风板及干脚风道,进风口开设在上壳和/或下壳表面,出风板开设在干脚架的正面,干脚风道连通进风口与出风板,干脚风道内设有风扇,在风扇作用下,外部空气从进风口进入干脚风道内,再从出风板吹至干脚腔内。
所述干脚风道内还设有用于加热空气的加热模块。
所述干脚风道由风扇固定架及加热模块固定架构成,两固定架为空心支架,风扇固定架首端与进风口连通,风扇固定架的尾端与加热模块固定架的首端扣合,加热模块固定架的尾端与出风板连通;风扇安装在风扇固定架内,加热模块安装在加热模块固定架内。
所述加热模块上设有温控器。
所述加热模块为PTC发热模块、发热丝发热模块、发热管发热模块、远红外发热模块。
所述出风板内设有负离子发生器和/或紫外线杀菌灯。
所述干脚架至少一侧向下倾斜。
所述干脚架的表面设有若干防滑凸筋及漏水孔,它们相互隔开排列。
所述干脚腔内对应伸脚孔的位置设有红外线检测探头。
所述干脚腔正对干脚风道的顶部设有PCB控制板,上壳顶面对应PCB控制板的位置设有操作区,PCB控制板的下方设有温度感应探头。
本发明的有益效果如下:
在干脚腔内设置干脚风道,用外循环式的冷风或热风对脚进行风干,冷风或热风能够作用于整个脚(包括脚底、脚背、脚裸等部位),促使脚快速风干,克服大部分人在穿鞋时,脚表面没有彻底擦干就直接穿鞋而产生脚气或脚发臭的问题。
本发明还可增加负离子发生器和/或紫外线杀菌灯,能够更好地对脚起到杀菌的作用,更有效地预防脚气的产生。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图及实施例对本发明作进一步描述。
参见图1-图4,本家用干脚器,包括由上壳1和下壳9构成的干脚腔,上壳1顶部开设有伸脚孔15,方便把脚伸入干脚腔内,下壳9的内底上设有干脚架11及干脚装置,干脚装置包括进风口13、出风板14及干脚风道,进风口13开设在上壳1和/或下壳9表面(本实施例只在下壳9的表面开设进风口13,进风口13开设的方向只需根据实际设计需要作出相应的选择即可),出风板14开设在干脚架11的正面,干脚风道连通进风口13与出风板14,干脚风道内设有风扇3,在风扇3作用下,外部空气从进风口13进入干脚风道内,再从出风板14吹至干脚腔内,利用外循环的空气流动方式,以快速风干整个脚。
本实施例中,干脚风道内还设有用于加热空气的加热模块5,加热模块5可对其内流通的空气进行加热,特别适用于天冷或者需要快速风干脚的情况下使用,即干脚风道内可流通暖风或冷风两种模式,丰富了其使用工况,更能满足不同环境场合的使用。
本实施例中,干脚风道由风扇固定架4及加热模块固定架7构成,两固定架为空心支架,风扇固定架4首端与进风口13连通,风扇固定架4的尾端与加热模块固定架7的首端扣合,加热模块固定架7的尾端与出风板14连通,出风板14上可设有两队出风口,分别对应两人脚的位置;风扇3安装在风扇固定架4内,加热模块5安装在加热模块固定架7内。若干脚器只具备冷风功能时,干脚风道可采用单一的固定架构成,当然也可采用上述两固定架构成的方式,使零部件更加通用,节约模具成本。
本实施例中,加热模块5上设有温控器6,可以有效防止加热模块5的温度过高。其中,加热模块5可为PTC发热模块、发热丝发热模块、发热管发热模 块、远红外发热模块等常规的加热模块,本实施例优选的加热模块5为PTC发热模块,成本低、发热效果好,发热可控程度高。
本实施例中,出风板14内设有负离子发生器8和/或紫外线杀菌灯,可在烘干人脚的同时对其进行消毒杀菌,本实施例仅采用负离子发生器8的技术方案。
本实施例中,干脚架11至少一侧向下倾斜。本实施例中,干脚架11沿干脚风道出风的方向向下倾斜,人脚放干脚架11时,脚可以倾斜,热风吹脚时,水有倾斜向下流出的趋势,能够加速水汽的蒸发,而且人的体感更加舒适;也可采用相反,即向上倾斜的技术方案设置。当然,也可采用左右两侧均向下倾斜的技术方案所替代,其倾斜方式多样,本领域的技术人员均可理解,不再重复。
本实施例中,干脚架11的表面设有若干防滑凸筋16及漏水孔17,它们相互隔开排列;防滑凸筋16起防滑的作用,同时可以把脚板抬起,使热风也能均匀吹到脚板,提高烘干效果,漏水孔17可排出大滴的水珠,避免在烘脚器内积聚。
本实施例中,干脚腔内对应伸脚孔15的位置设有红外线检测探头10,能够检测脚是否放入烘脚器内,以控制整机的开关,更加节能环保。
本实施例中,干脚腔正对干脚风道的顶部设有PCB控制板2,上壳1顶面对应PCB控制板2的位置设有操作区,便于人们操作,PCB控制板2的下方设有温度感应探头12,能够感应干脚腔内的温度,防止腔体温度过高,同时,该PCB控制板2的设置方式,可有效避免热风直接吹到PCB控制板2上,提高其使用寿命。
本家用干脚器主要是PCB控制板2控制器风扇3及加热模块5的工作,使干脚腔内产生冷风或热风以风干人脚。通过控制风扇3的转速快慢可控制热风的风量,通过控制加热模块5的功率,可控制热风温度的高低;温控器6可以有效防止加热模块5的温度过高,温度感应探头12,能够感应干脚腔内的温度,当检测干脚腔内部温度高于预设的温度时,把信号反馈至PCB控制板2使加热模块5暂停工作。

  1. 一种家用干脚器,包括由上壳(1)和下壳(9)构成的干脚腔,上壳(1)顶部开设有伸脚孔(15),下壳(9)的内底上设有干脚架(11)及干脚装置,其特征在于,所述干脚装置包括进风口(13)、出风板(14)及干脚风道,进风口(13)开设在上壳(1)和/或下壳(9)表面,出风板(14)开设在干脚架(11)的正面,干脚风道连通进风口(13)与出风板(14),干脚风道内设有风扇(3),在风扇(3)作用下,外部空气从进风口(13)进入干脚风道内,再从出风板(14)吹至干脚腔内。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的家用干脚器,其特征在于:所述干脚风道内还设有用于加热空气的加热模块(5)。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的家用干脚器,其特征在于:所述干脚风道由风扇固定架(4)及加热模块固定架(7)构成,两固定架为空心支架,风扇固定架(4)首端与进风口(13)连通,风扇固定架(4)的尾端与加热模块固定架(7)的首端扣合,加热模块固定架(7)的尾端与出风板(14)连通;风扇(3)安装在风扇固定架(4)内,加热模块(5)安装在加热模块固定架(7)内。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的家用干脚器,其特征在于:所述加热模块(5)上设有温控器(6)。
  5. 根据权利要求2所述的家用干脚器,其特征在于:所述加热模块(5)为PTC发热模块、发热丝发热模块、发热管发热模块、远红外发热模块。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的家用干脚器,其特征在于:所述出风板(14)内设有负离子发生器(8)和/或紫外线杀菌灯。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的家用干脚器,其特征在于:所述干脚架(11)至少一侧向下倾斜。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的家用干脚器,其特征在于:所述干脚架(11)的表面设有若干防滑凸筋(16)及漏水孔(17),它们相互隔开排列。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的家用干脚器,其特征在于:所述干脚腔内对应伸脚孔(15)的位置设有红外线检测探头(10)。
  10. 根据权利要求1-9任一项所述的家用干脚器,其特征在于:所述干脚腔正对干脚风道的顶部设有PCB控制板(2),上壳(1)顶面对应PCB控制板(2)的位置设有操作区,PCB控制板(2)的下方设有温度感应探头(12)。
