一种刀模,包括刀具主体(1),刀具主体(1)的冲切面上设有方形的冲切区域(2),冲切区域(2)的一条边缘设有锯齿形刀刃(21),该锯齿形刀刃(21)的刃口凸出于冲切区域(2)的表平面,锯齿形刀刃(21)设置在冲切区域(2)长度方向的边缘处,冲切区域(2)的另外三条边缘设有压条,冲切区域(2)内设有多个图案框(22),图案框(22)的边缘设置为平刀刃,该平刀刃的刃口凸出于冲切区域(2)的表平面。本刀模能够提高原材料的利用率。

Description

刀模 技术领域
本发明涉及胶带冲切技术领域,特别涉及一种刀模。
背景技术
目前,用于冲切胶带类产品的方形刀模冲切出的产品存在以下问题:1、产品的两侧边各保留着10mm左右的多余区域;2、相邻产品之间存在着2-5mm的间距区域。上述的多余区域和间距区域都造成了原材料的浪费,致使原材料的利用率较低。
发明内容
基于此,本发明的目的在于克服现有技术的缺陷,提供一种能够有效提高原材料的利用率的刀模。
其技术方案如下:
一种刀模,包括刀具主体,刀具主体的冲切面上设有方形的冲切区域,冲切区域的一条边缘设有锯齿形刀刃,该锯齿形刀刃的刃口凸出于冲切区域的表平面。
在其中一个实施例中,所述锯齿形刀刃设置在所述冲切区域长度方向的边缘处。
在其中一个实施例中,所述锯齿形刀刃的长度与所述冲切区域的长度相同。
在其中一个实施例中,所述冲切区域的另外三条边缘设有压条。
在其中一个实施例中,所述冲切区域内设有多个图案框,图案框的边缘设置为平刀刃,该平刀刃的刃口凸出于所述冲切区域的表平面。
在其中一个实施例中,所述刀具主体为钢板或合金板。
下面对前述技术方案的优点或原理进行说明:
上述的刀模中,冲切区域与产品的外形相适配,在原材料上冲切一次便制作出一个产品,相邻两个产品的连接线是由锯齿形刀刃冲切形成的间隔点线,用于保障多个产品彼此不断开、连接有序,当需要分开时,只需从间隔点线撕开即可。可见,通过本刀模冲切出的产品,其两侧边不会存在多余区域,相邻之间也不会存在间隔区域,因此,本刀模能够有效提高原材料的利用率。

具体实施方式
下面对本发明的实施例进行详细说明:
如图1所示,为一种刀模,它包括刀具主体1,刀具主体1的冲切面上设有方形的冲切区域2,冲切区域2长度方向的边缘处设有锯齿形刀刃21,锯齿形刀刃21与冲切区域2的表平面垂直,且该锯齿形刀刃21的刃口凸出于冲切区域2的表平面。其中,冲切区域2与产品的外形相适配,再如图2所示,在原材料3上冲切一次便制作出一个产品31,相邻两个产品31的连接线是由锯齿形刀刃21冲切形成的间隔点线32,间隔点线32用于保障多个产品31彼此不断开、连接有序,当需要分开时,只需从间隔点线32撕开即可。可见,通过本刀模冲切出的产品,其两侧边不会存在多余区域,相邻之间也不会存在间隔区域,因此,本刀模能够有效提高原材料的利用率。
本实施例中,锯齿形刀刃21的长度与冲切区域2的长度相同。冲切区域2的另外三条边缘设有压条,用于压平或保护原材料。冲切区域2内设有多个 图案框22,图案框22的边缘设置为平刀刃,该平刀刃的刃口凸出于冲切区域2的表平面,用于冲切形成产品上的图案。另外,刀具主体1为钢板或合金板。
以上所述实施例的各技术特征可以进行任意的组合,为使描述简洁,未对上述实施例中的各个技术特征所有可能的组合都进行描述,然而,只要这些技术特征的组合不存在矛盾,都应当认为是本说明书记载的范围。

  1. 一种刀模,其特征在于,包括刀具主体,刀具主体的冲切面上设有方形的冲切区域,冲切区域的一条边缘设有锯齿形刀刃,该锯齿形刀刃的刃口凸出于冲切区域的表平面。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的刀模,其特征在于,所述锯齿形刀刃设置在所述冲切区域长度方向的边缘处。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的刀模,其特征在于,所述锯齿形刀刃的长度与所述冲切区域的长度相同。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的刀模,其特征在于,所述冲切区域的另外三条边缘设有压条。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的刀模,其特征在于,所述冲切区域内设有多个图案框,图案框的边缘设置为平刀刃,该平刀刃的刃口凸出于所述冲切区域的表平面。
  6. 根据权利要求1至5中任一项所述的刀模,其特征在于,所述刀具主体为钢板或合金板。
