本发明属于互联网领域，提供一种分配流量时的信息提醒方法以及流量控制系统，所述方法包括：记录用户预设的优先分配流量的网站，在用户下载的过程中，如果检测到用户上网浏览了预设的网站，则将流量优先分配给用户当前浏览的网站，并向用户推送专利信息对应的渠道，并向用户推送专利信息；如检测到用户上网浏览的并不是预设的网站，则保持原样。该发明通过预设优先分配流量的网站，对优先打开的网站做到了区分，只打开用户预设的网站，而不会因为打开其他的网站而影响下载速度，并彰显了专利（申请）权人的权益。
Description
本发明属于互联网领域，尤其是涉及分配流量时的信息提醒方法以及流量控制统。
知识产权在现在的产品和服务中越来越重要，其中主要包括著作权（版权）、商标权和专利权，这三种权利都能为权利人带来巨大的经济价值。
但与著作权、商标权不同的是，专利权的权利归属比较难以为用户所认识和辨别。比如：一个培训教材或者一部电影里面，会明确的将'版权归特定人所有'的字样告知给用户；商标也以其显著的字或图的特征，在与其他标样区别的同时，也代表着商标权人以及商标权人生产的相关产品。但专利则不然，除了如'滑动解锁'等有限几个专利外，用户很难看到某一专利就知道该专利的申请/权利人。
这种情况所带来的严重后果是：
1 、专利权的保护难度大，一项好的技术出来后，马上就被复制；
2
、专利权/申请人通过专利彰显自己的产品特色的效果差，因为用户也分不清楚某一技术与专利权/申请人的联系。
综上，为充分保护本人的另外一个专利申请（名为《 流量分配方法以及流量控制统 》
），让该本人的专利申请价值最大化， 特提出一个解决办法。
本发明实施例 供一种分配流量时的信息提醒方法以及流量控制系统，目的在于为了解决当前
对于用户上网时流量控制系统没有办法区分跳出的视窗、或用户无需急需打开的网站，还是将流量优先分配给这些视窗/网站对应的渠道的缺陷。而提供一种可以灵活的分配流量时的信息提醒方法及流量控制系统，同时旨在彰显专利（申请）权人的权益。
本发明是这样实现的：一种分配流量时的信息提醒方法，包括以下步骤：
记录用户预设的优先分配流量的网站；检测用户当前浏览的网站；判断用户当前浏览的网站是否为所述用户预设的优先分配流量的网站；若否，保持原样；
若是，将流量优先分配给用户当前浏览的网站，并向用户推送专利信息。
本发明实施例还提供了一种流量控制系统，包括：
记录单元，用于记录用户预设的优先分配流量的网站；
检测单元，用于检测用户当前浏览的网站；
判断单元，其输入端分别与所述记录单元输出端及所述检测单元输出端连接，用于判断用户当前浏览的网站是否为所述用户预设的优先分配流量的网站；
分配单元，与所述判断单元连接，用于判断单元判断为是时，将流量优先分配给用户当前浏览的网站；
信息推送单元，与所述分配单元连接，用于分配单元将流量优先分配给用户当前浏览的网站时，向用户推送专利信息。
本发明通过记录用户预设的优先分配流量的网站，检测当前用户浏览的网站，然后加以判断，若用户浏览的是用户预设的网站，则将流量优先分配给用户当前浏览的网站，并向用户推送专利信息，从而做到只打开用户预设的网站，而不会因为打开其他的网站而影响下载速度，并彰显了专利（申请）权人的权益。
图1是本发明实施例提供的一种分配流量时的信息提醒方法的流程示意图。

为了使本发明的目的，技术方案及优点更加清楚明白，以下结合附图及实施例，对本发明进行进一步的详细说明。应当理解，此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用于解释本发明，并不用于限定本发明。
图1是本发明实施例提供的一种分配流量时的信息提醒方法的流程示意图，为了便于说明，只示出了于本发明实施例相关的部分。
在步骤S101中记录用户预设的优先分配流量的网站。
其中，根据客户需要，其认为应该优先打开的网站可以设置为一个或者多个，只要用户自行添加记录即可。在步骤S102中检测用户当前浏览的网站；
在该步骤中，检测用户当前浏览的网站，以便与后续对流量分配的判断。在步骤S103中,判断用户当前浏览的网站是否为所述用户预设的优先分配流量的网站。
该步骤基于记录用户预设的优先分配流量的网站和检测用户当前浏览的网站，判断当前用户浏览的网站是否是所诉用户预设的优先分配流量的网站。当检测到用户当前浏览的网站不是所述用户预设的优先分配流量的网站时，将视为无效，进入步骤S104，保持原样，保持当前下载传输的流量基本不变，并在此基础上将流量分配给用户当前浏览的网站；如果检测到用户当前浏览的网站是所述用户预设的优先分配流量的网站时，视为有效，进入步骤S105，将流量优先分配给用户当前浏览的网站，在当前浏览的网站打开后，再分配给下载资源对应的渠道，并同时向用户推送专利信息。
所述专利信息包括但不限于：该技术的专利申请状态，该技术的专利申请 /
权利人、该技术的专利申请号、专利申请日等信息。
所述专利信息是可编辑的，可以根据专利申请的授权与否，向用户动态推送：正在申请专利、已获得专利授权等信息。
所述专利信息是可编辑的，可以根据专利申请权 /
专利权的转让情况，向用户动态推送：该专利的当前相关的权利人。
所述专利信息的推送方式，可以采取小框显示、语音显示等让用户能够感知的推送方式。
本发明通过记录用户预设的优先分配流量的网站，检测当前用户浏览的网站，然后加以判断，若用户浏览的是用户预设的网站，则将流量优先分配给用户当前浏览的网站，并向用户推送专利信息，从而做到只打开用户预设的网站，而不会因为打开其他的网站而影响下载速度，并彰显了专利（申请）权人的权益。
图2是本发明实施例提供的一种流量控制系统的结构示意图，该流量控制系统包括：
记录单元21，用于记录用户预设的优先分配流量的网站；
检测单元22，用于检测用户当前浏览的网站；
判断单元23，其输入端分别与所述记录单元输出端及所述检测单元输出端连接，用于判断用户当前浏览的网站是否为所述用户预设的优先分配流量的网站；
分配单元24，与所述判断单元连接，用于判断单元判断为是时，将流量优先分配给用户当前浏览的网站；
信息推送单元25，与所述分配单元24连接，用于分配单元将流量优先分配给用户当前浏览的网站时，向用户推送专利信息。
其工作原理是：记录单元21记录用户预设的优先分配流量的网站，检测单元22在用户使用过程中检测当前用户浏览的网站，然后判断单元23加以判断，若判断出用户浏览的是用户预设的网站，则分配单元24将流量优先分配给用户当前浏览的网站，同时，信息推送单元25向用户推送专利信息，若判断出若用户浏览的不是用户预设的网站，则保持原样。
本发明通过记录用户预设的优先分配流量的网站，检测当前用户浏览的网站，然后加以判断，若用户浏览的是用户预设的网站，则将流量优先分配给用户当前浏览的网站，并向用户推送专利信息，从而做到只打开用户预设的网站，而不会因为打开其他的网站而影响下载速度，并彰显了专利（申请）权人的权益。

- 一种分配流量时的信息提醒方法，其特征在于，所述方法包括如下步骤：记录用户预设的优先分配流量的网站；检测用户当前浏览的网站；判断用户当前浏览的网站是否为所述用户预设的优先分配流量的网站；若否，保持原样；若是，将流量优先分配给用户当前浏览的网站，并向用户推送专利信息。
- 一种流量控制系统，其特征在于，所述流量控制系统包括：记录单元，用于记录用户预设的优先分配流量的网站；检测单元，用于检测用户当前浏览的网站；判断单元，其输入端分别与所述记录单元输出端及所述检测单元输出端连接，用于判断用户当前浏览的网站是否为所述用户预设的优先分配流量的网站；分配单元，与所述判断单元连接，用于判断单元判断为是时，将流量优先分配给用户当前浏览的网站；信息推送单元，与所述分配单元连接，用于分配单元将流量优先分配给用户当前浏览的网站时，向用户推送专利信息。
