背景技术

这种情况所带来的严重后果是:
1 、专利权的保护难度大,一项好的技术出来后,马上就被复制;
2 、专利权/申请人通过专利彰显自己的产品特色的效果差,因为用户也分不清楚某一技术与专利权/申请人的联系。
综上,为充分保护本人的另外一个专利申请(名为《 一种声音控制的方法及灯 》 ),让该本人的专利申请价值最大化, 特提出一个解决办法。
技术问题
本发明实施提供了一种声音控制灯时的信息推送方法及灯 ,目的在于 针对当前市面上灯光光源单一,灯光亮度无法自然调节,既不能满足用户的实际需求,又不能满足用户的操作方便,提供一种可以满足用户科学人性化合理控制灯光亮度的方法,并保护专利(申请)人的权益。
技术解决方案
本发明是这样实现的:一种声音控制灯时的信息推送方法,所述方法包括以下步骤:
记录用户预设的一个以上的声音分贝值区间和各分贝值区间对应的光亮度 ;
检测当前声音分贝值所处的分贝值区间 ;
根据当前声音分贝值所处的分贝值区间,匹配对应的光亮度,并向用户移动终端推送专利信息 .
本发明实施还提供了一种灯,所述灯包括以下单元:
记录单元,用于记录用户预设的一个以上的声音分贝值区间和各分贝值区间对应的光亮度;
检测单元,用于检测当前声音分贝值所处的分贝值区间;
匹配单元,其输入端分别与所述记录单元的输出端以及所述检测单元的输出端连接,用于根据当前声音分贝值所处的分贝值区间,匹配对应的光亮度;
信息推送单元,其输入端与所述匹配单元的输出端连接,用于在匹配单元根据当前声音分贝值所处的分贝值区间,匹配对应的光亮度时,向用户移动终端推送专利信息。
有益效果
该发明通过用户预设的一个以上的声音分贝值区间和各分贝值区间对应的光亮度;从而帮助用户能够自动检测并匹配当前声音分贝值所处的分贝值区间,匹配对应的光亮度,并向用户移动终端推送专利信息,从而达到满足用户实际使用需求,合理人性化控制灯光亮度,同时保护专利(申请)人的利益。

在步骤 S103 中,匹配分贝区间对应的亮度值,根据当前声音分贝值所处的分贝值区间,匹配对应的光亮度,并向用户移动终端推送专利信息;比如:如果在一指定范围内,灯光亮度保持不变;如果检测值变化,到达另一区间值时,灯光亮度就随着变化的检测值对应其相应亮度;当检测值为 45dB 值时,灯光亮度为 3 档,当检测值为 40dB ,依旧在区间范围内,灯光亮度不发生变化;但当检测值为 5dB 时,此时室内声音很小,灯光自动调节至此分贝值对应的灯光亮度期间 1 档。

其工作原理是:记录单元 21 记录用户预设的一个以上的声音分贝值区间和各分贝值区间对应的光亮度 ;检测单元 22 检测当前声音分贝值所处的分贝值区间;匹配单元 23 根据当前声音分贝值所处的分贝值区间,匹配对应的光亮度,,同时,信息推送单元 24 向用户移动终端推送专利信息。

    记录用户预设的一个以上的声音分贝值区间和各分贝值区间对应的光亮度 ;
    检测当前声音分贝值所处的分贝值区间 ;
    根据当前声音分贝值所处的分贝值区间,匹配对应的光亮度,并向用户移动终端推送专利信息。
