Claims (4)
- 一种垂直轴风力发电机的磁悬浮装置,包括主立杆(1)、下法兰(2)、发电机(3)、上法兰(4)、风叶旋转轴(5);其特征在于:还包括磁悬浮静止件(6)、磁悬浮旋转件(7)、第一永磁体(8)和第二永磁体(9);所述的磁悬浮静止件(6)固定安装在主立杆(1)的上端;磁悬浮静止件(6)与下法兰(2)固定连接;发电机(3)的下部与下法兰(2)固定连接;风叶旋转轴(5)的下部与上法兰(4)固定连接;磁悬浮旋转件(7)与上法兰(4)固定连接;磁悬浮旋转件(7)与发电机(3)固定连接;第一永磁体(8)固定安装在磁悬浮静止件(6)上;第二永磁体(9)固定安装在磁悬浮旋转件(7)上;第一永磁体(8)和第二永磁体(9)隔空上下相对且第一永磁体(8)和第二永磁体(9)的相邻面的极性相同。
- 根据权利要求1所述的垂直轴风力发电机的磁悬浮装置,其特征在于:所述的磁悬浮静止件(6)由底板(6-1)、连接部(6-2)和永磁体安装部(6-3)一体组成;底板(6-1)为整体呈圆形的板体件;底板(6-1)的中间上部设有用于与下法兰(2)的止口相配合的圆形凸台;底板(6-1)的中间下部设有用于与主立杆(1)顶部的圆形凸台相配合的圆形止口;底板(6-1)上设有连接用的螺栓孔;连接部(6-2)为中空的圆台形一体件,且连接部(6-2)的上端内径大于下端内径;永磁体安装部(6-3)为圆环形板体件;永磁体安装部(6-3)上设有从上端面向下凹入的圆环形的永磁体安装槽;连接部(6-2)由其下端与底板(6-1)的外周一体连接;连接部(6-2)的上端与永磁体安装部(6-3)的下端面一体连接;所述的第一永磁体(8)固定安装在磁悬浮静止件(6)的永磁体安装部(6-3)的永磁体安装槽内。
- 根据权利要求1所述的垂直轴风力发电机的磁悬浮装置,其特征在于:所述的磁悬浮旋转件(7)由主体部(7-1)和用于与上法兰(4)安装配合的圆形凸台(7-2)一体组成;主体部(7-1)为扁圆柱体件;主体部(7-1)的中部设有从下向上凹入的用于与发电机(3)安装配合的止口;主体部(7-1)的外周设有从下向上凹入的永磁体安装槽;圆形凸台(7-2)设置在主体部(7-1)的上方;第二永磁体(9)固定安装在磁悬浮旋转件(7)的主体部(7-1)的永磁体安装槽内。
- 根据权利要求1所述的垂直轴风力发电机的磁悬浮装置,其特征在于:所述的磁悬浮静止件(6)和磁悬浮旋转件(7)的材质为铝合金。
