本实用新型涉及移动装置,具体地涉及一种具有齿板的钢材移动装置。
背景技术
传统钢材在搬运过程中,大多使用铲车进行,在移动过程中,使用铲车容易使得钢材脱落,为此在搬运过程中还需要使用绳索进行固定,这样就增加了很多繁琐的问题,为此需要一种可以直接卡住钢材的装置。
实用新型内容
针对上述问题,本实用新型提出一种具有齿板的钢材移动装置。
为解决此技术问题,本实用新型采取以下方案:一种具有齿板的钢材移动装置,包括液压机械、一级伸杆、二级伸杆和探头;其特征在于:所述液压机械和一级伸杆相互连接、一级伸杆和二级伸杆相互连接,所述二级伸杆与探头连接,所述探头上设置有转轴和齿板,所述齿板上设置有凸起结构。
通过采用前述技术方案,本实用新型的有益效果是:在使用时,使用液压机械进行操控本设计,在搬运钢材时,启动液压机械,使得齿板上的凸起结构与钢材相互咬合,然后通过转轴,把齿板朝上,这样钢材就可牢牢地卡在齿板内,便于移动;综上所述,本实用新型具有结构简单、便于移动钢材等特点,具有广阔的使用价值。
