Description
本实用新型涉及移动装置,具体地涉及一种具有吸盘的玻璃移动装置。
玻璃作为生产生活中必不可少的材料,广泛地应用于很多领域,而对于玻璃在运输过程中,在移动时是一个非常繁琐的问题,尤其是在车间移动时,需要多人进行搬运,而且还需要用力均匀,稍有不慎容易损坏玻璃;现有的技术还不能很好地解决这一问题。
实用新型内容
针对上述问题,本实用新型提出一种具有吸盘的玻璃移动装置。
为解决此技术问题,本实用新型采取以下方案:一种具有吸盘的玻璃移动装置,包括圆盘、手持杆和底杆;其特征在于:所述手持杆与圆盘通过球体相互连接,所述球体安装在圆盘上,所述圆盘还设置有四个底杆,所述底杆上设置有吸盘。
进一步改进的是:所述手持杆上端设置有橡胶套。
通过采用前述技术方案,本实用新型的有益效果是:操作简单,在移动玻璃时,可手持本装置,把底杆上的吸盘,吸附在玻璃上,由于吸盘是真空原理,可以牢牢地固定在玻璃上,可以使得玻璃受力均匀,在移动过程中非常方便,所述手持杆上的橡胶套,可以使得搬运过程中增加与手的摩擦,不易滑掉;综上所述,本实用新型具有结构简单、便于移动玻璃等特点,具有广阔的使用价值。

参考图1,本实施例公开的一种具有吸盘的玻璃移动装置,包括圆盘4、手持杆2和底杆5;其特征在于:所述手持杆2与圆盘4通过球体6相互连接,所述球体6安装在圆盘4上,所述圆盘4还设置有四个底杆5,所述底杆5上设置有吸盘3。
所述手持杆2上端设置有橡胶套1。
