所述弹性结构至少有两组,每组各有至少一个弹片;各组弹性结构分别位于LED光源主体的各侧;所述夹片至少有两片,其数量与弹性结构的组数相同;每片夹片与一组弹性结构卡接。
所述的替换式LED灯具还包括用于罩住LED光源主体的灯罩;所述灯罩与安装底座栅格固定连接。
同现有技术相比较,本发明的有益效果是:1、通过侧面发光的LED光源主体上的弹性结构和夹片的配合,使得在旧灯具底座上安装新LED灯具变得简单易行,方便快捷,降低更换LED灯具的人力成本;2、上述LED灯具的设计提高了安装兼容性,使得新灯具的装配部件减少,降低了更换的物料成本。

具体实施方式
以下结合各附图对本发明的具体实施方式做进一步详述。
如图1所示的替换式LED灯具优选实施例中,包括用于将替换式LED灯具固定在安装面上的安装底座栅格10、用于发光照明的LED光源主体20和夹片30;所述夹片30通过与固定在LED光源主体20上的弹性结构25卡接将LED光源主体20固定在所述安装底座栅格10上。
如图5至10所示的替换式LED灯具优选实施例中,所述LED光源主体20是侧面发光的LED光源主体,包括围合于其四周的型材支架50和装有LED灯珠的LED光源板26。
如图6和7所示所述型材支架50包括支架顶面51、支架底面52和用于连接支架顶面51和支架底面52的支架立面53;所述弹性结构25的一端固定于支架顶面51上;所述支架底面52的一侧和支架顶面51上下夹合形成用于容置LED光源板26的卡槽29。
如图6至10所示,所述LED光源板26贴合支架立面53发光面朝向卡槽29的开口方向放置于卡槽29内,所述LED光源板26与型材支架50一同围合成侧面发光的LED光源主体20。所述支架底面52的另一侧用于和所述夹片30贴合;所述LED光源主体20通过弹性结构25将所述夹片30弹性卡在所述型材支架50的支架底面52上。
如图6至10所示,所述型材支架50为长条形,围合成矩形LED光源主体20;所述LED光源主体20包括从上到下依次卡接于所述卡槽29中的导光板21、反光板22和扩散板23;所述反光板22和扩散板23分别置于导光板21的上下侧分别用于LED光源的反光和光线扩散。
如图4所示的实施例中,所述夹片30为横截面为Z形的弹片,包括用于将所述夹片30卡接在所述弹性结构25下方的夹片顶面31,用于所述夹片30与LED光源主体20贴合的夹片立面32,用于所述夹片30同安装底座栅格10和LED光源主体20贴合的夹片底面33;通过夹片立面32和夹片底面33使得所述夹片30与LED光源主体20和安装底座栅格10贴合;并通过夹片顶面31卡置于所述弹性结构25的弹片和LED光源主体20之间,将LED光源主体20通过所述夹片30与安装底座栅格10固定连接。
如图7和8所示的实施例中,还包括用于罩住LED光源主体20的灯罩60;所述夹片30为乙字形弹片,包括用于将所述夹片30卡接在所述弹性结构25下方的夹片顶面31,用于所述夹片30与LED光源主体20贴合的夹片立面32,用于所述夹片30同安装底座栅格10和LED光源主体20贴合的夹片底面33,以及卡接在灯罩60和安装底座栅格10 之间的夹片尾部34;通过夹片立面32和夹片底面33使得所述夹片30与LED光源主体20和安装底座栅格10贴合;并通过夹片顶面31卡置于所述弹性结构25的弹片和LED光源主体20之间,将LED光源主体20通过所述夹片30与安装底座栅格10固定连接;所述夹片尾部34通过卡接在灯罩60和安装底座栅格10之间使灯罩60和安装底座栅格10固定连接。所述夹片30截面呈Z字形或乙字形,也可以是其他形状,只要与弹性结构25能实现弹性连接或者固定方便拆装即可。
如图1所示,所述弹性结构25中的弹片形状如倒置的字母U或V,弹性结构25一端与LED光源主体20固定连接,另一端用于将所述夹片30弹性卡接在LED光源主体20上。所述弹性结构25可以呈倒置的大写字母U型或V型,也可以是其他形状的弹片或弹性结构,其一端通过紧固件如螺丝锁于LED光源主体20即型材支架50的支架顶面51之上;所述弹性结构25也可以同支架顶面51一体成型固定在型材支架50上。
如图1所示,所述弹性结构25至少有两组,每组各有至少一个弹片;各组弹性结构25分别位于LED光源主体20的各侧;所述夹片30至少有两片,其数量与弹性结构25的组数相同;每片夹片30与一组弹性结构25卡接。
如图1所示,还包括用于罩住LED光源主体20的灯罩60;所述灯罩60与安装底座栅格10固定连接。
如图4所示所述LED光源主体20包括长条形的型材支架50;LED 光源主体的型材支架围成有多个侧面的结构,其侧面至少有一面用于安装LED光源板。所述型材支架50可以围合成矩形或六边形等其他多变形状的结构,其侧面至少有一面用于安装LED灯珠。当然所述型材支架50还可以是非长条形状的其他异形的形状,如圆弧形。所述安装底座栅格10和LED光源主体20的型材支架50围合成的形状相互匹配;两者的形状可以是具有四条边的矩形,也可以是三条边的三角形,也可以是其他规则或不规则的多条边的多边形结构。侧面发光的LED光源主体的型材支架的各侧面上安装发光的LED光源板26;可四侧面装LED光源板26,也可三侧面装LED光源板26,也可两侧面装LED光源板26,也可一侧面装LED光源板26。LED光源板26的安装数量可根据实际照明需求灵活组合。
在实际的应用中,在需要更换灯具时,包括以下安装步骤:
步骤1:将旧灯具的旧灯盘或灯罩里的灯管或LED灯取下来;
步骤2:在老灯盘或灯罩与安装底座栅格10之间放入LED光源主体20和夹片30;将LED光源主体20的电气连接好;通过夹片30和弹性结构25的卡合实现LED光源主体20与安装底座栅格10之间的固定连接;
步骤3:推入旧灯盘或灯罩,将旧灯盘或灯罩卡在安装底座栅格10上,完成安装。
上述步骤1中的旧灯具可以是LED灯具也可以其他非LED灯具;旧灯具可以保留原有的灯罩60和安装底座栅格10,即新旧LED灯具可共享这两个部件,一方面使新LED灯具的安装简易,同时共享部件节省了物料成本。
带有弹性结构25的LED光源主体20和两边的夹片30配合,将新LED灯具安装在旧的安装底座栅格10上,使新LED灯具实现了兼容了旧灯具的安装。
本发明所涉及的替换式LED灯具,设计了LED光源主体上的弹性结构25和夹片30,可在不拆除旧灯具的底座的情况下安装上新款LED灯具,旧灯具底座上安装新LED灯具变得简单易行,方便快捷,降低更换LED灯具的人力成本;该LED灯具结构设计提高了安装兼容性的同时也使得新灯具的装配部件减少,降低了用户更换的物料成本。

Claims (8)

  1. 一种替换式LED灯具,其特征在于,
    包括用于将替换式LED灯具固定在安装面上的安装底座栅格(10)、用于发光照明的LED光源主体(20)和夹片(30);
    所述夹片(30)通过与固定在LED光源主体(20)上的弹性结构(25)卡接将LED光源主体(20)固定在所述安装底座栅格(10)上。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的替换式LED灯具,其特征在于,
    所述LED光源主体(20)是侧面发光的LED光源主体,包括围合于其四周的型材支架(50)和装有LED灯珠的LED光源板(26);
    所述型材支架(50)包括支架顶面(51)、支架底面(52)和用于连接支架顶面(51)和支架底面(52)的支架立面(53);所述弹性结构(25)的一端固定于支架顶面(51)上;
    所述支架底面(52)的一侧和支架顶面(51)上下夹合形成用于容置LED光源板(26)的卡槽(29);所述支架底面(52)的另一侧用于和所述夹片(30)贴合。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的替换式LED灯具,其特征在于,
    所述LED光源主体(20)包括从上到下依次卡接于所述卡槽(29)中的导光板(21)、反光板(22)和扩散板(23);所述反光板(22)和扩散板(23)分别置于导光板(21)的上下侧分别用于LED光源的反光和光线扩散。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的替换式LED灯具,其特征在于,
    所述夹片(30)是截面为Z形的弹片,包括用于将所述夹片(30)卡接 在所述弹性结构(25)下方的夹片顶面(31),用于同LED光源主体(20)贴合的夹片立面(32),用于同安装底座栅格(10)和LED光源主体(20)贴合的夹片底面(33);
    通过夹片立面(32)和夹片底面(33)使得所述夹片(30)与LED光源主体(20)和安装底座栅格(10)贴合;并通过夹片顶面(31)卡置于所述弹性结构(25)的弹片和LED光源主体(20)之间,将LED光源主体(20)通过所述夹片(30)与安装底座栅格(10)固定连接。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的替换式LED灯具,其特征在于,
    还包括用于罩住LED光源主体(20)的灯罩(60);所述夹片(30)为乙字形弹片,包括用于将所述夹片(30)卡接在所述弹性结构(25)下方的夹片顶面(31),用于所述夹片(30)与LED光源主体(20)贴合的夹片立面(32),用于所述夹片(30)同安装底座栅格(10)和LED光源主体(20)贴合的夹片底面(33),以及卡接在灯罩(60)和安装底座栅格(10)之间的夹片尾部(34);
    通过夹片立面(32)和夹片底面(33)使得所述夹片(30)与LED光源主体(20)和安装底座栅格(10)贴合;并通过夹片顶面(31)卡置于所述弹性结构(25)的弹片和LED光源主体(20)之间,将LED光源主体(20)通过所述夹片(30)与安装底座栅格(10)固定连接;
    所述夹片尾部(34)通过卡接在灯罩(60)和安装底座栅格(10)之间使灯罩(60)和安装底座栅格(10)固定连接。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的替换式LED灯具,其特征在于,
    所述弹性结构(25)中的弹片形状如倒置的字母U或V,弹性结构(25) 一端与LED光源主体(20)固定连接,另一端用于将所述夹片(30)卡接在LED光源主体(20)上。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的替换式LED灯具,其特征在于,
    所述弹性结构(25)至少有两组,每组各有至少一个弹片;各组弹性结构(25)分别位于LED光源主体(20)的各侧;
    所述夹片(30)至少有两片,其数量与弹性结构(25)的组数相同;每片夹片(30)与一组弹性结构(25)卡接。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的替换式LED灯具,其特征在于,
    还包括用于罩住LED光源主体(20)的灯罩(60);所述灯罩(60)与安装底座栅格(10)固定连接。
