下面结合附图和较佳的实施例对本发明作进一步说明。
本发明实施例公开一种头部按摩器,如图1至图5所示,头部按摩器包括下盖3,下盖3上设置有按摩齿31,下盖3上连接设置有中盖2,下盖3上设置有与按压部21相配合的下盖凸起32,按压部21与下盖凸起32配合将下盖3卡紧,下盖3上设置有按摩齿31。通过按压部21来连接中盖2和下盖3,使得头部按摩器的组装非常方便,而且需要更换零部件的时候非常方便拆卸,使用时操作头部按摩器,使得按摩齿31接触需要按摩的区域,特别是针对头部的区域进行持续性的按摩,可以帮助大脑快速舒解压力和紧绷感,对头晕、头痛、神经痛、缓解失眠具有一定的功效,而且每个人头部敏感程度和个人喜好的不同,不同材质的按摩齿31有着不同的按摩效果,由于按摩齿31是单独设置在下盖3 上,可以更换不同的下盖3来达到更换不同材质的按摩齿31,达到更加舒适的按摩效果,更换非常方便简单,直接通过按压部21的按压来解除中盖2与下盖3的连接,不同的使用者可以使用同一个头部按摩器,根据需求方便的更换不同的按摩齿31,非常的环保,有效的避免造成资源的浪费。
按压部21包括按压凸起211,按压凸起211相对应的背面区域设置有按压凹槽212,这样非常节省耗材,很好的降低加工成本,按压凹槽212上设置有按压限位柱213,按压部21上设置有与下盖凸起32相配合的按压卡槽214,按压卡槽214与下盖凸起32相互配合对中盖2和下盖3进行卡紧,中盖2上设置有安装按压凸起211的第一通孔27,和安装按压卡槽214的第二通孔28,按压凸起211通过第一通孔27设置在中盖2的外部,方便按压操作,按压卡槽214通过第二通孔28设置在中盖2的外部,方便对下盖3的固定卡紧,按压限位柱213上套装设置有弹性部件215,通过按压操作按压凸起211,使得弹性部件215收缩,储存弹性势能,解除按压卡槽214对下盖凸起32的配合,从而方便中盖2和下盖3的分离,方便更换下盖3,从而方便更换不同的按摩齿31,中盖2上设置有限制弹性部件215的固定围框216,固定围框216很好的对弹性部件215进行固定,当停止对按压凸起211施加作用力,按压凸起211会由于弹性部件215储存的弹性势能释放,使得按压凸起211弹回起始位置,而且使得中盖2和下盖3卡紧,操作非常的便捷。
中盖2上设置有电源仓22,电源仓22设置在中盖2与下盖3相接触的平面上,这样设置方便更换电源,中盖2上设置有马达支撑凸起23和电路板支撑凸起24,这样有效的对设置在中盖2上的马达232和电路板241进行很好的固定和保护,同时可以加强中盖2的刚性,使得中盖2更加的耐用,中盖2上设置有至少一个螺纹孔25,头部按摩器包括上盖1,上盖1上设置有与螺纹孔25相配合的限位孔11,上盖1和中盖2通过螺纹连接的方式固定,固定更加的牢固,而且能够很好的保护中盖2上设置的零部件,从而使得头部按摩器更加的耐用。
在电路板支撑凸起24上设置有电路板241,电路板241固定连接在中盖2 上,电路板241通过螺纹连接的方式固定在中盖2上,有效的对电路板241进行保护,很好的减少因头部按摩器的振动对电路板241的影响,从而电路板241上的焊点不容易脱焊,头部按摩器更加的耐用,在电路板241上设置有按键26,按键26上设置有按键支撑键261,按键支撑键261通过按键底托12进行限位,通过按键26可控制电源与马达232的接通和关闭,方便控制和操作头部按摩器,按键支撑键261能够有效的将按键26的控制延伸到上盖1,从而可以在上盖1上控制按键26,使得操作变得非常的简单,按键底托12也很好的对按键支撑键261进行限位,保证按键支撑键261的稳定性,从而使得头部按摩器更加的耐用。
按键底托12上设置有底托通孔121和底托凸起122,底托凸起122沿轴向延伸,在底托凸起122内设置有沿径向的底托限位凸起123,底托限位凸起123上设置有限制按键支撑键261的底托限位孔11,按键底托12与上盖1固定连接,这样设置方便对按键支撑键261进行限位,按键底托12固定在上盖1上方便组装和拆卸。
上盖1上设置有按键通孔13,按键通孔13上设置有软胶垫14,软胶垫14包括软胶垫凸起141和软胶垫边缘142,软胶垫凸起141与按键通孔13相配合,软胶垫边缘142通过底托凸起122进行固定,软胶垫凸起141的相对应的背面设置有软胶垫凹槽143,软胶垫凸起141设置在按键通孔13内,方便使用者操作,底托凸起122对软胶垫边缘142进行固定,使得软胶垫14可以很好的固定在按键通孔13中,大大增强了软胶垫14的耐用性。
软胶垫14与按键底托12之间设置有复位弹簧15,复位弹簧15一端设置在软胶垫凹槽143内,复位弹簧15的另一端套装在按键支撑键261上,底托限位凸起123对复位弹簧15进行限位,复位弹簧15设置在软胶垫凹槽143内,有效的对软胶垫14进行支撑,放置软胶垫凸起141陷入上盖1内部,同时增加按压操作的阻尼感,方便使用者使用和操作。上盖1的按键通孔13周围设置有波纹圈16,波纹圈16环绕按键通孔13设置多个,设置波纹圈16能够有效的对软胶垫14进行定位,方便进行盲操作,使得适用范围更广。
马达支撑凸起23上设置有马达限位凹口231,马达支撑凸起23设置至少一个,上盖1上设置有马达限位凸起17,马达限位凸起17可以加强上盖1的刚性,使得上盖1更加耐用,马达限位凸起17与马达限位凹口231相配合对马达232进行限位,这样能够很好的对马达232进行固定和限位,有效的防止马达232在工作时脱落,保证马达232稳定高效的运转工作。
上盖1上设置有上盖卡环,中盖2上设置有与上盖卡环相配合的中盖卡槽,下盖3上设置有下盖卡槽,中盖2上设置有与下盖卡槽相配合的中盖卡环。这样设置使得上盖1和中盖2方便组装和拆卸,使得中盖2和下盖3的组装和拆解非常方便。
头部按摩器为水滴形设计,水滴形的设计不仅方便使用者握持和使用,而且非常的简约美观,同时可以使用头部按摩器的水滴形的尖部对太阳穴进行按摩,缓解头部疲劳。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种头部按摩器,其特征在于:所述头部按摩器包括下盖,所述下盖上设置有按摩齿,所述下盖上连接设置有中盖,所述中盖上设置有按压部,所述下盖上设置有与所述按压部相配合的下盖凸起,所述按压部与所述下盖凸起配合将所述下盖卡紧。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种头部按摩器,其特征在于:所述按压部包括按压凸起,所述按压凸起相对应的背面区域设置有按压凹槽,所述按压凹槽上设置有按压限位柱,所述按压部上设置有与所述下盖凸起相配合的按压卡槽,所述中盖上设置有安装按压凸起的第一通孔,和安装按压卡槽的第二通孔,所述按压限位柱上套装设置有弹性部件,所述中盖上设置有限制所述弹性部件的固定围框。
  3. 根据权利要2所述的一种头部按摩器,其特征在于:所述中盖上设置有电源仓,所述电源仓设置在所述中盖与所述下盖相接触的平面上,所述中盖上设置有马达支撑凸起和电路板支撑凸起,所述中盖上设置有至少一个螺纹孔,所述头部按摩器包括上盖,所述上盖上设置有与所述螺纹孔相配合的限位孔。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的一种头部按摩器,其特征在于:在所述电路板支撑凸起上设置有电路板,所述电路板固定连接在所述中盖上,在所述电路板上设置有按键,所述按键上设置有按键支撑键,所述按键支撑键通过按键底托进行限位。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的一种头部按摩器,其特征在于:所述按键底托上设置有底托通孔和底托凸起,所述底托凸起沿轴向延伸,在所述底托凸起内设置有沿径向的底托限位凸起,所述底托限位凸起上设置有限制所述按键支撑键的底托限位孔,所述按键底托与所述上盖固定连接。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的一种头部按摩器,其特征在于:所述上盖上设置有按键通孔,所述按键通孔上设置有软胶垫,所述软胶垫包括软胶垫凸起和软 胶垫边缘,所述软胶垫凸起与按键通孔相配合,所述软胶垫边缘通过所述底托凸起进行固定,所述软胶垫凸起的相对应的背面设置有软胶垫凹槽。
  7. 根据权利要求5所述的一种头部按摩器,其特征在于:所述软胶垫与所述按键底托之间设置有复位弹簧,所述复位弹簧一端设置在所述软胶垫凹槽内,所述复位弹簧的另一端套装在所述按键支撑键上,所述底托限位凸起对复位弹簧进行限位。
  8. 根据权利要求6所述的一种头部按摩器,其特征在于:所述上盖的所述按键通孔周围设置有波纹圈,所述波纹圈环绕所述按键通孔设置多个。
  9. 根据权利要求3所述的一种头部按摩器,其特征在于:所述马达支撑凸起上设置有马达限位凹口,所述马达支撑凸起设置至少一个,所述上盖上设置有马达限位凸起,所述马达限位凸起与所述马达限位凹口相配合对马达进行限位。
  10. 根据权利要求1至9任一所述的一种头部按摩器,其特征在于:所述头部按摩器为水滴形设计。
