电子烟的电池装置
【技术领域】
本发明涉及烟具的技术领域,特别是涉及一种电子烟的电池装置。
【背景技术】
电子烟又名虚拟香烟、电子雾化器。电子烟一般包括雾化器,以及给雾化器供电的电池装置。
传统的电池装置的电池盖多采用螺钉来固定。更换电芯时需要拆掉螺钉,电芯换好后要拧上螺钉,造成换电芯时间长。
【发明内容】
基于此,有必要提供一种电池盖可拆卸且可稳固连接在电池座上的电子烟的电池装置。
一种电子烟的电池装置,包括:
电池座,所述电池座包括座本体、第一磁性件和第二磁性件,所述第一磁性件和所述第二磁性件均设置在所述座本体上;
电池盖,所述电池盖和所述电池座可拆卸的连接,且所述电池座和所述电池盖共同形成容置腔,所述第一磁性件和所述第二磁性件分别靠近所述容置腔的两端,所述电池盖包括盖本体、第三磁性件和第四磁性件,所述第三磁性件和所述第四磁性件均设置在所述盖本体上,且所述第三磁性件和所述第四磁性件分别靠近所述盖本体的两端;及
电芯,位于所述容置腔内;
其中,当所述电池盖安装在所述电池座上时,所述第一磁性件与所述第三磁性件相互吸合,所述第二磁性件与所述第四磁性件相互吸合,使所述电池盖固定在所述电池座上。
上述电子烟的电池装置,当电池盖扣合在电池座上时,所述第一磁性件与所述第三磁性件相互吸合,所述第二磁性件与所述第四磁性件相互吸合,从而使盖本体的两端固定在电池座上,进而使所述电池盖可以稳固的固定在所述电池座上。当需要更换电芯时,直接对电池座和电池盖分别施加相反的力以克服磁力,从而将电池盖打开以更换电芯,方便拆装电芯。

如图1、图2所示,一实施方式的电子烟的电池装置10包括电池座100、电池盖300和电芯500,电池座100和电池盖300可拆卸的连接,且电池座100和电池盖300共同形成容置腔,电芯500位于容置腔内。该电池装置10用于连接电子烟的雾化器,用于给雾化器供电。

在一实施例中,负极接头190包括触头192和弹性件194,触头192呈筒状,部分触头192由负极安装孔1226b中伸出与电芯500抵接,弹性件194设置在触头192的内部,由于弹性件194的作用,可以使触头192能够在负极安装孔1226b内伸缩。弹性件194可以是弹簧,也可以是弹性胶条等其他弹性元件。
同时参见图3、图6,座本体120上开设有卡槽123,盖本体320的一端的端面上形成有凸起部329,第四磁性件360设置在凸起部329上。当电池盖300组装到电池座100上时,凸起部329卡入卡槽123中,使第二磁性件160与第四磁性件360吸合,再将盖本体320的另一端向电池座100推合,使第一磁性件140与第三磁性件340吸合,进而使电池座100和电池盖300组装在一起。在拆卸电池盖300时,首先将电池座100和电池盖300端部的第一磁性件140和第三磁性件340相分离,然后再将电池盖300稍往下移从而使凸起部329从卡槽123中脱出,从而使第二磁性件160和第四磁性件360相分离。采用卡槽123与凸起部329相配合的卡合结构与磁铁吸合的结构相配合,可防止电池装置10在摔到地上时,由于瞬间的作用力太大而使电池座100和电池盖300分离。
进一步的,在一实施例中,凸起部329的背向第二磁性件160的一侧329a为曲面,从而使凸起部329与电池座100之间具有一定的间隙,从而使到当靠近第三磁性件340处的电池盖300与靠近第一磁性件140处的电池座100分离时,电池盖300的凸起在电池座100的卡槽123内有相应的活动空间。

    电池座,所述电池座包括座本体、第一磁性件和第二磁性件,所述第一磁性件和所述第二磁性件均设置在所述座本体上;
    电池盖,所述电池盖和所述电池座可拆卸的连接,且所述电池座和所述电池盖共同形成容置腔,所述第一磁性件和所述第二磁性件分别靠近所述容置腔的两端,所述电池盖包括盖本体、第三磁性件和第四磁性件,所述第三磁性件和所述第四磁性件均设置在所述盖本体上,且所述第三磁性件和所述第四磁性件分别靠近所述盖本体的两端;及
    电芯,位于所述容置腔内;
    其中,当所述电池盖安装在所述电池座上时,所述第一磁性件与所述第三磁性件相互吸合,所述第二磁性件与所述第四磁性件相互吸合,使所述电池盖固定在所述电池座上。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的电子烟的电池装置,其特征在于,所述座本体包括支架,所述支架包括本体部以及由所述本体部向外延伸的第一连接部和第二连接部,所述电芯的一端靠近所述第一连接部,所述电芯的另一端靠近所述第二连接部;其中,所述第一连接部上开设有第一容置槽,所述第一磁性件位于所述第一容置槽内;所述第二连接部上开设有第二容置槽,所述第二磁性件位于所述第二容置槽内。

  8. 根据权利要求2所述的电子烟的电池装置,其特征在于,所述盖本体上开设有第三容置槽和第四容置槽,所述第三磁性件位于所述第三容置槽内,所述第四磁性件位于所述第四容置槽内;
    所述第一容置槽的开口与所述第三容置槽的开口相对,所述第二容置槽的开口与所述第四容置槽的开口相对。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的电子烟的电池装置,其特征在于,所述盖本体包括基部,以及由所述基部的两侧边分别向所述电池座延伸的两个延伸部;所述第三磁性件和所述第四磁性件分别位于所述基部的两端。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的电子烟的电池装置,其特征在于,所述座本体上开设有卡槽,所述盖本体的一端的端面上形成有凸起部,所述第四磁性件设置在所述凸起部上;当所述电池盖组装到所述电池座上时,所述凸起部卡入所述卡槽中,使所述第二磁性件与所述第四磁性件吸合,再将所述盖本体的另一端向所述电池座推合,使所述第一磁性件与所述第三磁性件吸合。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的电子烟的电池装置,其特征在于,所述凸起部的背向所述第二磁性件的一侧为曲面。
  12. 根据权利要求1所述的电子烟的电池装置,其特征在于,所述第一磁性件、所述第二磁性件、所述第三磁性件和所述第四磁性件均为磁铁。
