[0036] 在图 4所示的激光信息中心中, 包括激光影像发射器 3、 作为电视屏的屏板装置 2和作为激光电视架的箱体 12, 此处箱体起着连接屏板装置与激光影像发射器的 作用, 激光影像发射器是以激光作为光源的可以将图像或视频投射到电视屏上 的仪器, 必须保障其通风稳定, 因此设置在坚固的箱体中, 换言之, 激光影像 发射器通过可调角和可伸缩的底座安装在箱体上实现其微调。 微调完成, 激光 影像发射器与屏板装置即电视屏的位置相对固定。 具体地, 在本实施例中, 箱 体 12顶部具有开口, 内部形成有空腔; 安装部为由箱体 12的侧板向上延伸形成 的固定板, 屏板装置 2贴设在固定板上; 激光影像发射器 3设置在箱体 12中, 且 通过所述开口面对着屏板装置 2; 这样, 激光影像发射器与屏板装置即电视屏的 位置相对固定。 扬声器 4设置在箱体 12中, 且扬声器 4的发音口设置在箱体 12的 侧面上。 在这个实施例中, 扬声器通过隐蔽的连线与箱体中的音频驱动单元的 输出端电连接。 实际上, 另一种选项是在屏板装置上设置一对立体声的蓝牙音 箱, 通过蓝牙与箱体内的播放单元近距离蓝牙连接。 此吋, 屏板装置上的蓝牙 音箱既可以作为电视的伴音音响, 也可以作为独立的蓝牙音箱使用。

[0039] 图 6为本实施例中激光信息中心的示意图, 在激光信息中心中, 有屏板装置 2、 激光影像发射器 3和主机架 1, 主机架 1包括一个安装部 11和一个箱体 12。 激光影 像发射器 3装在箱体 12上适当位置使得激光影像发射器 3通过激光将画面投射到 屏板装置 2上, 具体地, 在本实施例中, 所述主机架 1还包括基座 13 , 安装部 11 为分别竖直固定地设置在基座 13上的两条固定杆; 在本实施例中, 基座 13与安 装部 11在侧面上呈倒 T型; 屏板装置 2通过悬挂的方式或者螺纹连接件的固定方 式挂在两条固定杆上; 所述主机架 1还包括分别与两条固定杆固定连接的水平支 撑板 14, 箱体 12支撑设置在水平支撑板 14上; 屏板装置 2和扬声器 4分别贴设在 所述两条固定杆所在的固定面上。 屏板装置 2放置在安装部 11的方式以及屏板装 置 2是否具有可拆卸的功能在本专利中不做具体的限制。

[0047] 本发明提供的激光信息中心, 其将屏板装置和激光影像发射器均放置在主机架 上, 并在激光影像发射器调节好相对于屏板装置的空间位置后, 通过固定装置 分别固定住, 保证激光影像发射器相对与屏板装置的空间位置不变, 从而形成 一体化效果, 避免了现有技术中, 激光影像发射器和电视屏分开放置吋, 极易 因外界因素引起的激光影像发射器位置变化带来的重调激光影像发射器的问题 , 让用户在使用激光电视时, 更加的方便, 省事。

权利要求书
一种激光信息中心, 其特征在于, 包括主机架 (1) , 所述主机架 (1 ) 包括有安装部 (11 ) 以及与安装部 (11) 一体化连接的箱体 (12) ; 所述激光信息中心还包括竖直设置在安装部 (11) 上的屏板装置 ( 2) 、 装设在所述箱体 (12) 上的激光影像发射器 (3) 以及设置在主 机架 (1 ) 上的扬声器 (4) ; 所述激光影像发射器 (3) 用于将影像 投射到所述屏板装置 (2) 上。
根据权利要求 1所述的激光信息中心, 其特征在于, 箱体 (12) 顶部 具有开口; 安装部 (11) 为两块板面, 该两块板面分别设置在箱体 ( 12) 顶部的开口两侧; 屏板装置 (2) 分别支撑于所述两块板面上; 激光影像发射器 (3) 设置在箱体 (12) 中, 且通过所述开口面对着 屏板装置 (2) 。
根据权利要求 2所述的激光信息中心, 其特征在于, 所述扬声器 (4) 设置在箱体 (12) 中, 且扬声器 (4) 的发音口设置在箱体 (12) 的 侧面上。
根据权利要求 1所述的激光信息中心, 其特征在于, 所述主机架 (1) 还包括基座 (13) , 所述安装部 (11) 为分别竖直固定地设置在基座
( 13) 上的两条固定杆。
根据权利要求 4所述的激光信息中心, 其特征在于, 所述主机架 (1) 还包括分别与两条固定杆固定连接的水平支撑板 (14) , 箱体 (12) 支撑设置在水平支撑板 (14) 上; 屏板装置 (2) 装在所述两条固定 杆所在的固定面上。
根据权利要求 1所述的激光信息中心, 其特征在于, 箱体 (12) 顶部 具有开口; 安装部 (11) 为由箱体 (12) 的侧板向上延伸形成的固定 板, 屏板装置 (2) 贴设在固定板上; 激光影像发射器 (3) 设置在箱 体 (12) 中, 且通过所述开口面对着屏板装置 (2) ; 扬声器 (4) 设 置在箱体 (12) 中, 且扬声器 (4) 的发音口设置在箱体 (12) 的侧 面上。 根据权利要求 6所述的激光信息中心, 其特征在于, 所述箱体 (12) 内设置有视频数据存储单元 (100) , 与视频数据存储单元 (100) 电 性连接的视频数据解码单元 (110) , 与视频数据解码单元 (110) 电 性连接、 用于将解码得到的视频信号驱动所述激光影像发射器 (3) 的视频驱动单元 (120) 以及与视频数据解码单元 (110) 电性连接、 用于将解码得到的音频信号驱动扬声器 (4) 的音频驱动单元 (130) ; 所述箱体 (12) 内还设置有用于下载网络上视频资源的通信单元 ( 140) 和与通信单元 (140) 及视频数据存储单元 (100) 分别电性连 接、 用于选择网络视频资源以及控制将所述通信单元 (140) 连接所 选择网络视频资源并将选择的视频资源接收到的视频数据保存在所述 视频数据存储单元 (100) 的处理器单元 (150) 。
根据权利要求 7所述的激光信息中心, 其特征在于, 所述通信单元 ( 1 40) 包括用于与蓝牙设备通信的蓝牙单元、 用于通过 WIFI无线网接 入互联网的 WIFI单元以及用于接入本地或互联网的网卡单元。
根据权利要求 8所述的激光信息中心, 其特征在于, 还包括无线路由 器单元 (160) , 用于提供 WIFI上网接入以及让所述 WIFI上网接入的 终端设备之间与所述视频数据存储单元 (100) 之间进行视频数据投 射。
根据权利要求 7所述激光信息中心, 其特征在于, 所述箱体 (12) 上 还装设有与处理器 (150) 电性连接的用于釆集影像的摄像头 (5) ; 所述摄像头在所述处理器单元 (150) 的控制下, 通过通信单元 (140 ) 将影像发送到与该通信单元 (140) 连接的其他终端设备上或通过 由视频驱动单元 (120) 驱动的激光影像投射器 (3) 呈现在所述屏板 装置 (2) 上。
根据权利要求 1所述激光信息中心, 其特征在于, 安装部 (11) 为由 箱体 (12) 的侧板向上延伸形成的固定板, 屏板装置 (2) 结合于固 定板上。
根据权利要求 11所述激光信息中心, 其特征在于, 所述箱体 (12) 的 顶部上安装有具有斜坡的支撑体 (121) ; 激光影像发射器 (3) 装在 支撑体 (121) 上, 且面对所述屏板装置 (2) ; 扬声器 (4) 设置在 箱体 (12) 中, 且扬声器 (4) 的发音口设置在箱体 (12) 的两个侧 面上。
[权利要求 13] 根据权利要求 1所述激光信息中心, 其特征在于, 所述主机架 (1) 还 包括基座 (13) , 安装部 (11) 为分别竖直固定地设置在基座 (13) 上的两条固定杆。
[权利要求 14] 根据权利要求 13所述激光信息中心, 其特征在于, 所述主机架 (1) 还包括与两条固定杆分别固定的水平杆 (15) 、 与水平杆 (15) 的两 端分别一体连接的两个定位件 (16) 以及通过螺钉与两个定位件 (16 ) 分别连接的水平支撑板 (14) 。
[权利要求 15] 根据权利要求 1所述激光信息中心, 其特征在于, 所述箱体 (12) 通 过螺钉安装在水平支撑板 (14) 上; 屏板装置 (2) 分别贴设在所述 两条固定杆所在的固定面上。
