Abstract

La présente invention concerne un dispositif d'éclairage (10; 110) comprenant : un substrat (12; 112); au moins une source lumineuse en semiconducteur (14; 114) montée sur le substrat; une protection contre l'humidité (28; 120); et un arrangement de blindage (18; 18a; 18b; 18c; 116) recouvrant ladite source lumineuse en semiconducteur. Ledit arrangement de blindage crée un vide (22; 118) pour empêcher un contact mécanique entre ladite source lumineuse en semiconducteur et la protection contre l'humidité. La présente invention concerne également un procédé de fabrication d'un dispositif d'éclairage (10).
