L'invention concerne un téléphone mobile comportant une fonction de surveillance de la santé et de traitement par rétroaction; l'écran (2) d'affichage dudit téléphone mobile est directement connecté à un boîtier (1), ou est connecté au boîtier (1) et inséré dans celui-ci au moyen d'un connecteur USB; les côtés extérieurs gauche et droit du boîtier sont des panneaux métalliques (5, 6) formant deux électrodes; à l'intérieur du boîtier (1), une pile rechargeable (3), une carte (4) de circuit imprimé et une prise USB (9) sont prévues; le fond du boîtier (1) est équipé d'une fiche USB (10), et l'extérieur du boîtier est pourvu d'un ensemble de boutons (8) de fonctions, d'une prise écouteur (7) et d'une fiche (11) de réserve; un capteur (12) de casque et un capteur (15) de doigt intégré sont connectés de manière externe. Le côté arrière du boîtier (1) comporte une caméra Y et un émetteur X de lumière à multiples longueurs d'onde; ce téléphone mobile est petit, léger et polyvalent, comporte des fonctions permettant de collecter, de traiter, d'afficher et de transmettre des données de vie et de santé, et de prédire en temps réel plusieurs données de santé importantes associées au corps humain, tels que le battement cardiaque, la fréquence cardiaque, le rythme cardiaque, l'état de la fonction cérébrale, la saturation du sang en oxygène et la concentration d'oxygène dans le sang, la fréquence respiratoire, la température de bout de doigt, la pression artérielle de doigt et la fonction pulmonaire; en même temps, ledit téléphone permet de réguler et de traiter certaines fonctions organiques, et est utilisé pour des sujets, des familles, des postes médicaux communautaires, des hôpitaux et des centres d'urgence de tous niveaux.
