当终端产品展开后,柔性屏展开为平整状,其中间位置由于容纳空间的存在而悬空,未与终端产品的其他内部结构件连接支撑,使得终端产品在展开状态下,使用者对于柔性屏的中间位置处按压体验不好,且现有技术中的可折叠终端的折叠机构结构复杂。

具体实施方式
下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述。显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
参见图1-4,为本发明中第一实施例提供的一种具有柔性屏的可折叠终端,该终端可以是任何终端设备,例如:平板电脑、手机、电子阅读器、遥控器、个人计算机(Personal Computer,PC)、笔记本电脑、车载设备、网络电视、可穿戴设备等。
如图1至图4所示,具有柔性屏的可折叠终端包括外壳1、两个主体2、柔性屏3、第一气囊4及第二气囊5。两个主体2均固定于外壳1,第一气囊4 位于两个主体2之间,第二气囊5设置在主体2上,柔性屏3固定于两个主体2的内表面上。当两个主体2折叠或者展开时,柔性屏3可以随之折叠或者展开。
外壳1形成具有柔性屏的可折叠终端的外侧表面。外壳1包括两个壳体12及可弯曲变形的弯折部11,弯折部11连接在两个壳体12之间。两个主体2分别固定在两个壳体12上。两个壳体12与弯折部11可以为一体成型,以提高连接结构强度。外壳1可以使用硅胶、皮革、布料、薄PC片等可弯折材料制成。优选地,外壳1自身在自然状态下是平板状的平直结构,即外壳1在展开状态下为平板状的平直结构,其两个壳体12之间展开为180度。外壳1可以在外力作用下弯折,使得两个壳体12之间的夹角为0度,从而转化为折叠状态。
本实施例中,外壳1整体均为可弯曲变形材料制成,此处,在其他实施方式中,可以仅弯折部11采用可弯曲变形材料制成,两个壳体12由其他材料制成,弯折部11的两端分别与两个壳体12固定连接。
两个主体2分别固定在两个壳体12上。两个主体2内部均设置有内置电路板及电池等部件。当然,在其他实施方式中,可以仅一个主体2内部设置电池、电路板,该主体2与另一主体2电连接,以实现另一主体2的供电及信号传递。两个主体2之间连接有柔性电路板(图中未示出),利用柔性电路板可以实现两个主体2之间的电连接。
柔性电路板固定于弯折部11,其可以随弯折部11进行弯折及展开,可以便于柔性电路板的结构布置,避免柔性电路板与其他内部结构件产生干涉。
更具体地,柔性电路板可以嵌入在弯折部11内部,其两端与两个主体2均可以通过电连接器等可拆卸式固定连接。柔性电路板嵌入在弯折部11内部可以减小占用空间,减小终端的零部件数目,有效避免柔性电路板与其他内部结构件产生干涉。此处,在其他实施方式中,柔性电路板也可以贴合固定在弯折部11的内表面上,柔性电路板也可以贴合固定在柔性屏3的内表面上。
柔性屏3位于在具有柔性屏的可折叠终端的内表面处。柔性屏3包括两个固定区32及弯折区31。两个固定区32分别固定在两个主体2上。弯折区31连接在两个固定区32之间,三者为一体成型,弯折区31与固定区32之间无 缝连接,以保证柔性屏3的整体性,保证显示的视觉效果。
柔性屏3具有柔性的显示屏和层叠设置在显示屏上的触摸层,利用显示屏可以进行信息显示,利用触摸层可以实现对终端的触控。
第一气囊4设置在弯折部11与弯折31区之间。第二气囊5设置在主体2上,第一气囊4与第二气囊5连通,且二者中填充有气体。气体可以为密闭在第一气囊与第二气囊中的密闭气体。
当可折叠终端处于折叠状态时,密闭气体位于第二气囊5中,此时第二气囊5为鼓起状,第一气囊4为瘪状,压紧在弯折区31与弯折部之间,从而可以为弯折部提供弯曲的空间,利用柔性屏的折叠弯曲。
当可折叠终端处于展开状态时,密闭气体从第二气囊5中移动至第一气囊4中。此时第二气囊5为瘪状,第一气囊4为鼓起状,第一气囊4支撑在弯折区31的内侧,解决了弯折区31悬空按压体验不好的技术问题。
可折叠终端展开后,柔性屏3整体为平整状,通过第一气囊4可以对柔性屏3的弯折区31进行支撑,从而解决了打开柔性屏3之后,中间部分即弯折区31悬空按压体验不好的技术问题。具有柔性屏的可折叠终端折叠后,在弯折区31的挤压下,第一气囊4中的密闭气体进入到第二气囊5中,第一气囊4便可为柔性屏3的弯折区31留出空间进行弯曲,避免弯折区31受挤压而损坏。
本实施例中,第一气囊4包括第一囊壁41和第二囊壁42,第一囊壁41相对第二囊壁42靠近弯折区31。当密闭气体位于第一气囊4中时,第一囊壁41的中部朝向弯折区31凸起呈弓形,第二囊壁42的中部朝向弯折部凸起呈弓形。在第一气囊4鼓起时,第一囊壁41与第二囊壁42均为相对设置的弓形,从而利于二者的相互靠近或远离,利于密闭气体的排出和进入,利用最少的密闭气体即可实现对弯折区31的支撑,从而减小第一气囊4与第二气囊5的体积,利于可折叠终端的轻薄。
作为优选,第一囊壁41的中部与弯折区31固定连接,第一囊壁41可以带动弯折区31进行弯曲移动,从而利于柔性屏的折叠及展开,避免在折叠时弯折区31未正常弯曲而被两个主体挤压损坏。
本实施例中,第二气囊5设置在主体内部,第二气囊5的囊壁为弹性材料 制成。当密闭气体位于第二气囊5中时,第二气囊5发生弹性形变;当可折叠终端处于展开状态时,密闭气体在第二气囊5的弹性力下移动至第一气囊4中。利用第二气囊5自身的弹性,在可折叠终端展开时,第二气囊5中的密闭气体在其囊壁的弹性作用力下被挤出,密闭气体进入到第一气囊4中,以为柔性屏的弯折区31提供支撑。
作为优选,第二气囊5为两个,分别设置在两个主体2中,利用两个第二气囊5,可以在折叠状态将密闭气体分为两个部分,分别位于两个第二气囊5中,从而减小第二气囊5在各主体2中的占用空间。
在本发明第二实施例提供的具有柔性屏的可折叠终端中,第一气囊、外壳等部件均与前述第一实施例相同,此处不再赘述,以下对与第一实施例不同之处进行详细描述。
如图5至图7所示,在本第二实施例中,第二气囊205设置在主体202的侧端面上,且为沿主体202的侧端面延伸的长条形。通过将第二气囊205设置在主体202的外侧上,使用者在展开可折叠终端时,可以自行对第二气囊205进行挤压,以便将第二气囊205中的密闭气体挤压到第一气囊中。第二气囊205位于主体202的侧端面上,可以方便使用者对第二气囊205进行挤压。
本实施例中,由于使用者可以自行对第二气囊205进行挤压,故第二气囊205可以自身可以具有弹性也可以不具有弹性。当然,优选地,与第一实施例相同,第二气囊205的囊壁具有弹性,以使得第二气囊205在可折叠终端展开状态下保持在瘪状,避免在展开状态下使用者正常操作按压弯折区时第一气囊中的密闭气体回流到第二气囊205中。
第二气囊205为两个,对称设置在同一主体202的两相对的侧端面上,以保证主体202两侧的对称性,同时进一步利于使用者对第二气囊205进行挤压。
优选地,主体202的侧端面为凹弧形,以便于容置第二气囊205。
为了便于使用者按压第二气囊205,可折叠终端还包括弹片206,弹片206为沿主体202的侧端面延伸的长条形,第二气囊205位于弹片206与主体202的侧端面之间。弹片206的横截面为弓形,其宽度方向的两端与主体202固定连接。如图5、图6所示,当可折叠终端处于折叠状态时,弹片206朝向主体 202外凸起。如图7所示,当可折叠终端处于展开状态时,弹片206朝向主体202的侧端面弹性变形并形成凹陷,以将第二气囊205中的密闭气体挤压到第一气囊中。
弹片206为不锈钢片、或铍铜片、或黄铜片。弹片206在自然状态是弓形形状,由于自身形状特点,及其自身的内应力,其中间位置处凸出的弧形部分受外力影响时,中间的弧形部分会弹到另一面,从而往另一个方向凸出。
当使用者按压弹片206时,弹片206朝外凸起形变后朝内凸起,从而将第二气囊205进行挤压,以使得密闭气体从第二气囊205中挤出。同时,弹片206可以固定在朝内凸起的状态,以使第二气囊205保持在瘪状。当可折叠终端折叠时,第一气囊在弯折区的挤压下将密闭气体挤出到第二气囊205中,第二气囊205鼓起,并使得弹片206朝外凸起,在弹片206的弹力作用下,弹片206可以快速形变为朝外凸起状,从而使得第二气囊205可以快速鼓起,利于可折叠终端的折叠。
在第二实施例中,第二气囊205与弹片206为两个部件,第二气囊205的外侧壁与弹片206的内表面固定连接为一体。当然在其他实施方式中,第二气囊205与弹片206可以结合为一个部件,即第二气囊205的外侧囊壁由弹片206形成,第二气囊205的内侧囊壁可以由主体202的侧端面形成,第二气囊205形成在弹片206与主体202之间,从而可以减小零部件,便于加工装配。

Claims (20)

  1. 一种可折叠终端,其特征在于,包括外壳、第一气囊及第二气囊;
    所述外壳包括两个壳体及可弯曲变形的弯折部,所述弯折部连接在两个所述壳体之间;所述第一气囊设置在与所述弯折部相对应的位置处;所述第二气囊设置在与所述壳体相对应的位置处,所述第一气囊与所述第二气囊连通,且二者中填充有气体;当所述可折叠终端处于折叠状态时,所述气体位于所述第二气囊中;当所述可折叠终端处于展开状态时,所述气体从所述第二气囊中移动至所述第一气囊中。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的可折叠终端,其特征在于,所述可折叠终端还包括柔性屏,所述柔性屏包括两个固定区及弯折区,所述弯折区连接在两个所述固定区之间;两个所述固定区分别与两个所述壳体相对设置,所述弯折区与所述弯折部相对设置,所述第一气囊设置在所述弯折部与所述弯折区之间;当所述可折叠终端处于展开状态时,所述第一气囊支撑在所述弯折区的内侧。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的可折叠终端,其特征在于,所述可折叠终端还包括两个主体,两个所述主体分别固定在两个所述壳体上;两个所述固定区分别固定在两个所述主体上,所述第二气囊设置于所述主体。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的可折叠终端,其特征在于,所述第一气囊包括第一囊壁,
    当所述气体位于所述第一气囊中时,所述第一囊壁的中部朝向所述弯折区凸起呈弓形。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的可折叠终端,其特征在于,所述第一气囊还包括第二囊壁,所述第一囊壁相对所述第二囊壁靠近所述弯折区;当所述气体位于所述第一气囊中时,所述第二囊壁的中部朝向所述弯折部凸起呈弓形。
  6. 根据权利要求4所述的可折叠终端,其特征在于,所述第一囊壁的中部与所述弯折区固定连接。
  7. 根据权利要求3至6任一项所述的可折叠终端,其特征在于,所述第二气囊设置在所述主体内部。
  8. 根据权利要求3至6任一项所述的可折叠终端,其特征在于,所述第 二气囊设置在所述主体的侧端面上。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的可折叠终端,其特征在于,所述第二气囊为沿所述主体的侧端面延伸的长条形。
  10. 根据权利要求8所述的可折叠终端,其特征在于,所述主体的侧端面为凹弧形。
  11. 根据权利要求8所述的可折叠终端,其特征在于,所述可折叠终端包括还弹片,所述第二气囊位于所述弹片与所述主体的侧端面之间,所述弹片用于将所述第二气囊中的气体挤压到所述第一气囊中。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的可折叠终端,所述弹片为沿所述主体的侧端面延伸的长条形。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的可折叠终端,所述弹片的横截面为弓形,其宽度方向的两端与所述主体固定连接;
    当所述可折叠终端处于折叠状态时,所述弹片朝向所述主体外凸起;当所述可折叠终端处于展开状态时,所述弹片朝向所述主体的侧端面弹性变形并形成凹陷,以将所述第二气囊中的气体挤压到所述第一气囊中。
  14. 根据权利要求11所述的可折叠终端,所述第二气囊的外侧囊壁由所述弹片形成,所述第二气囊的内侧囊壁由所述主体的侧端面形成。
  15. 根据权利要求1所述的可折叠终端,其特征在于,所述第二气囊的囊壁具有弹性,以使得所述第二气囊在所述可折叠终端展开状态下保持在瘪状,当所述气体位于所述第二气囊中时,所述第二气囊发生弹性形变;当所述可折叠终端处于展开状态时,所述气体在所述第二气囊的弹性力下移动至所述第一气囊中。
  16. 根据权利要求1所述的可折叠终端,其特征在于,所述第二气囊为两个。
  17. 根据权利要求16所述的可折叠终端,其特征在于,两个所述第二气囊分别设置在与两个所述壳体相对应的位置处;或者,两个所述第二气囊分别设置在所述可折叠终端的两侧。
  18. 一种可折叠终端,其特征在于,包括外壳、第一气囊及柔性屏;
    所述外壳包括两个壳体及可弯曲变形的弯折部,所述弯折部连接在两个所 述壳体之间;所述第一气囊设置在所述弯折部与所述柔性屏之间;
    当所述可折叠终端处于展开状态时,所述气体位于所述第一气囊中,所述第一气囊支撑在所述柔性屏的内侧;
    当所述可折叠终端处于折叠状态时,所述气体从所述第一气囊中移出以使所述第一气囊为瘪状。
  19. 根据权利要求18所述的可折叠终端,其特征在于,所述可折叠终端还包括第二气囊,所述第二气囊设置在于所述壳体相对应的位置处,所述第一气囊与所述第二气囊连通;
    当所述可折叠终端处于展开状态时,所述气体从所述第二气囊中移动至所述第一气囊中。
  20. 根据权利要求18所述的可折叠终端,其特征在于,所述可折叠终端还包括两个主体,两个所述主体分别固定在两个所述壳体上;所述柔性屏的两端分别固定在两个所述主体上。
