本发明涉及一种智能生发装置、控制方法及智能生发系统。该装置包括发光单元,所述发光单元用于对使用者头部进行光学照射,所述发光单元被分成若干区域,所述若干区域分别对应所述使用者头部不同部位;所述装置还包括与所述若干区域对应的若干控制单元和第一处理单元,一个所述控制单元控制一个区域内发光单元工作;所述第一处理单元用于根据所述使用者头部特征选择对应的光照方案并根据所述光照方案分别独立地向各个控制单元发送控制信号,所述控制单元根据接收到的控制信号控制对应的区域内所述发光单元工作,其中,所述光照方案可针对所述使用者头部不同部位进行差异化照射。通过对发光单元进行分区,提高了能量利用效率和使用效果。

分区控制的智能生发装置及系统 技术领域
本发明涉及头发护理和治疗技术领域,尤其涉及一种分区控制的智能生发装置及系统。
背景技术
脱发一般有遗传性、男性激素作用、疲劳作用等原因,虽然并不是男性激素本身诱发脱发,但是因还原酶,男性激素的睾酮(testosterone)变成双氢睾酮(Dyhydro testosteron)后与雄激素受体(androgen receptor)结合,降低毛乳头与毛囊的功能,损伤血管引起脱发。此外,还有毛根营养供给不足、因染发、吹风、烫发的疲劳等各种原因。
脱发治疗已通过各种方法进行,最近广泛使用对头皮照射低功率激光的方法,通过低功率激光刺激细胞、扩张血管、活化毛根细胞以及促进血液循环,从而防止脱发并治疗预防头皮疾患。低功率激光是指从波长600nm以上的红色光可视光到波长1400nm的红外线,每单位面积的能量为0.05-50W/Cm2。而且,利用红外线治疗皮肤疾患也越来越广泛。即,当对人体照射光时,此光子(photon)将会渗透皮肤组织,此时被吸收的光子变成热能,该热能起温热治疗效果,尤其,在血管内皮生成氧化氮被活化,提高自然治愈能力,提高肤色与肌肤,补充水分使皮肤滋润而且刺激巨型细胞与纤维芽细胞增大胶原与弹性蛋白的生成,增加胆固醇中的氧气,解除毒素,因此有利于防止脱发以及头发的健康。
但是,现在激光脱发治疗仪在治疗的过程中,该治疗仪中所有的激光管的工作模式是一样的,这样在不需要激光照射的部位也进行照射容易产生能量的浪费,这对于使用移动电源(电池)供电的激光脱发治疗仪来说是非常不可取的。
发明内容
本发明为了解决现有技术中治疗仪中的激光管的工作模式单一的技术问题,提供一种智能生发系统。具体如下:
一种智能生发系统,其中,包括智能生发装置、安装于智能便携设备或者电脑上的应用程序装置和云服务器;
所述智能生发装置包括发光单元,所述发光单元用于对使用者头部进行光学照射,所述发光单元被分成若干区域,所述若干区域分别对应所述使用者头部不同部位;所述智能生发装置还包括与所述若干区域对应的若干控制单元、第一通讯单元和第一处理单元,一个所述控制单元控制一个区域内发光单元工作,所述第一通讯单元与所述应用程序装置通讯;
所述应用程序装置用于获取使用者头部特征和分别于所述智能生发装置和云服务器通讯;
所述云服务器用于根据所述应用程序装置发送的头部特征选择对应的光照方案发送到所述应用程序装置中,所述光照方案可针对所述使用者头部不同部位进行差异化照射;
所述应用程序装置将接收到的光照方案发送给所述第一通讯单元,所述第一处理单元根据所述第一通讯单元接收的光照方案分别独立地向各个控制单 元发送控制信号,所述控制单元根据接收到的控制信号控制对应的区域内所述发光单元工作。
进一步优选,所述发光单元的工作模式为常亮工作模式、闪亮工作模式和不亮模式中的一种。
进一步优选,所述发光单元处于闪亮工作模式时,所述控制单元通过输出占空比控制所述发光单元的工作状态。
进一步优选,所述应用程序装置通过像片或者录像或者使用者输入获取所述使用者头部特征。
进一步优选,所述发光单元被分成七个区域,分别对应所述使用者头部的额头中间、额头两侧、头顶前部、头顶后部、头顶两侧、后脑勺和后脑勺两侧。
一种分区控制的智能生发装置,包括发光单元,所述发光单元用于对使用者头部进行光学照射,其中,所述发光单元被分成若干区域,所述若干区域分别对应所述使用者头部不同部位;所述智能生发装置还包括与所述若干区域对应的若干控制单元和第一处理单元,一个所述控制单元控制一个区域内发光单元工作;所述第一处理单元用于根据所述使用者头部特征选择对应的光照方案并根据所述光照方案分别独立地向各个控制单元发送控制信号,所述控制单元根据接收到的控制信号控制对应的区域内所述发光单元工作,其中,所述光照方案可针对所述使用者头部不同部位进行差异化照射。
进一步优选,还包括用于拍摄像片或者录制录像的摄像单元和/或用于与使用者进行人机交互的带输入的显示单元,所述第一处理单元根据所述像片、录像和/使用者输入获取所述使用者头部特征。
进一步优选,所述发光单元的工作模式为常亮工作模式、闪亮工作模式和不亮模式中的一种。
进一步优选,所述发光单元处于闪亮工作模式时,所述控制单元通过输出占空比控制所述发光单元的工作状态。
进一步优选,所述发光单元被分成七个区域,分别对应所述使用者头部的额头中间、额头两侧、头顶前部、头顶后部、头顶两侧、后脑勺和后脑勺两侧。
一种智能生发系统,其中,包括上述的智能生发装置和云服务器,所述智能生发装置还包括用于与所述云服务器通讯的第一通讯单元,所述智能生发装置通过所述第一通讯单元向所述云服务器发送使用者头部特征,所述云服务器根据所述使用者头部特征选择对应的光照方案发送给所述第一通讯单元,所述光照方案可针对所述使用者头部不同部位进行差异化照射;所述第一处理单元根据所述第一通讯单元接收的光照方案分别独立地向各个控制单元发送控制信号,所述控制单元根据接收到的控制信号控制对应的区域内所述发光单元工作。
一种智能生发装置的控制方法,其中,所述智能生发装置包括发光单元,所述发光单元被分成若干区域,所述若干区域分别对应所述使用者头部不同部位;所述控制方法包括如下步骤:
S1、获取使用者头部特征;
S2、根据所述使用者头部特征选择对应的光照方案,并根据所述光照方案控制各个区域内所述发光单元的工作。
进一步优选,步骤S1进一步包括通过使用者头部像片、录像和/使用者输入获取所述使用者头部特征。
进一步优选,所述发光单元被分成七个区域,分别对应所述使用者头部的额头中间、额头两侧、头顶前部、头顶后部、头顶两侧、后脑勺和后脑勺两侧。
有益效果:
本发明实施例提供的分区控制的智能生发装置、控制方法以及智能生发系统,通过对智能生发装置上的发光单元进行分区,各个区域内的发光单元独立工作,彼此的工作模式可以是一样,也可以是不一样的,可以实现不同部位(头部部位)的差异化照射,有较强的针对性,同时还可以提高能量利用效率和使用效果。

具体实施方式
为了使本发明的目的、技术方案及优点更加清楚明白,以下结合附图及实施例,对本发明进行进一步详细说明。应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用以解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。
本发明的核心思想是对智能生发装置上的多个发光单元进行分区,各个区域内的发光单元独立工作,彼此的工作模式可以是一样,也可以是不一样的,可以实现不同部位(头部部位)的差异化照射,有较强的针对性,同时还能提高能量利用效率和使用效果。
图1是头部示意图。在现实生活和临床经验中,人们脱发严重区域往往发生在头部顶部和额头,如图1所示,往往人们两边(两鬓)和后脑勺脱发现象并不是那么明显。同时,由于个体差异,每个脱发者都有其自身的特点和个性。本发明实施例的智能生发装置和系统提供个性化的保健和治疗,根据使用者的头部特征,产生有针对性的光照方案,有事半功倍的效果,同时也可以较少能量的浪费,例如,将不需要光照射的部位对应的区域内的发光单元处于不亮状态,它们就不会消耗能量,达到节约能量的目的。本发明的发明人经过长期研究人们脱发情况发现,将头部分成7个区域,可以更好的区分脱发区域、不脱发区域,脱发严重区域,轻微脱发区域、脱发改善区域等等,各个区域需要的光照情况是不一样的,是有差异化的,实行有差异化的照射才能实现理想的效果。该7个区域分别为额头中间、额头两侧、头顶前部、头顶后部、头顶两侧、后脑勺和后脑勺两侧,头顶一半处往前(朝正脸方向)为头顶前部,头顶一半处往后为头顶后部。
图2是本发明实施例的智能生发系统结构示意图。请参照图2,本实施例的智能生发系统包括智能生发装置100、应用程序装置200和云服务 器300。该智能生发装置100与该应用程序装置200可以相互通讯,进行信息交流。该云服务器300与该应用程序装置200可以互相通讯,进行信息传递。一般,该应用程序装置200将使用者的相关信息,例如使用者头部特征以及使用者自述或者其他使用者信息(使用者的就诊病例等),发送给该云服务器300。该云服务器300根据这些信息,从数据库中选择或者正在使用该云服务器300的专家从数据库中选择有针对性的光照方案,由于头部不同部位的头发生长情况是不一样的,因此,该光照方案针对所述使用者头部不同部位进行差异化照射;当然,在头部不同部位的头发生长情况是一样的情况下,该光照方案针对所述使用者头部不同部位进行同样的照射。该云服务器300将该光照方案发送给应用程序装置200,该应用程序装置200再将该光照方案发送给该智能生发装置100。该智能生发装置100根据该光照方案分别独立地向各个控制单元发送控制信号,该控制单元根据接收到的控制信号控制对应的区域内所述发光单元工作,实现差异化的照射或者同样的照射。使用者头部不同部位获得光学照射可能是不一样的,因人而异。例如,如果是头顶和额头没有头发而两鬓头发正常,那么对应头顶和额头的发光单元就发射光线进行照射而对应两鬓处的发光单元就不进行工作,不发射光线,起到了很好的效果,同时又节省能量。
图3是本发明实施例的智能生发装置的结构示意图。请参照图3,本实施例的智能生发装置100包括本体110、发光单元170、第一通讯单元130、第一存储单元140、第一处理器150和若干控制单元190。该本体110用于围绕使用者头部,作为该发光单元170及其智能控制电路或器件的载体。本发明实施例的装置可以为帽子,例如布帽子,可以折叠,方便携带,也可 以为头盔(例如,摩托车头盔),本实施例优选该装置为头盔,这样具有固定形状可以固定柔性电路板以及相关器件,例如处理器、电阻、电容、电池等等。该发光单元170设置在该本体内侧用于对使用者头部进行光学照射,本实施例的发光单元170的数量为多个,例如可以为40个、80个、160个等等。该发光单元170被分成若干区域,例如第一区域、第二区域和第三区域,该若干区域分别对应所述使用者头部不同部位,例如,第一区域对应于使用者头部的顶部,第二区域对应于使用者头部的两鬓以及后脑勺,第三区域对应于使用者头部的额头;该不同区域内的发光单元170发出的光线照射其相对应的使用者头部的部位;该第一区域内的发光单元170称为第一发光器件171,该第二区域内的发光单元170称为第二发光器件173,该第三区域内的发光单元170称为第三发光器件175。该发光单元170为LED、边发射型激光二极管以及垂直腔面发射型激光二极管中的一种或者多种。由于这些发光器的发散角很小,该发光单元170需要多个,具体数量,本领域技术人员可以根据相关参数自行决定。本实施例优选该发光单元170为垂直腔面发射型激光二极管,这样能量密度高些且体积较小。本实施例优选发光单元170发出的光的波长范围为600nm至720nm,本实施例优选该发光单元170发出的光的波长为655nm。该发光单元170设置在柔性电路板上。该柔性电路板固定在该本体110的内侧,大致呈球状,方便对使用者头部进行激光照射。该第一发光器件171、第二发光器件173以及第三发光器件175分别都包含了复数个垂直腔面发射型激光二极管。该第一发光器件171中的所有垂直腔面发射型激光二极管的工作模式是相同的。该第二发光器件173中的所有垂直腔面发射型激光二极管的工作模式是相同的。该第三发光器件175中 的所有垂直腔面发射型激光二极管的工作模式是相同的。一般,该发光单元170的工作模式有:不亮模式(不对发光单元供电使其不工作,本实施例作为工作模式的一种)、常亮工作模式和闪亮工作模式。所以,该发光单元170所处的模式为常亮工作模式、闪亮工作模式和不亮模式中的一种。该闪亮工作模式可以实现发光单元170很多工作状态,具体由该控制单元190的输出占空比控制。因此,虽然两个区域的发光单元都是闪亮工作模式,但是由于各种控制单元190输出的占空比不一样,可以工作在两种不同的工作状态。因此,采用本实施例智能生发装置组成的智能生发系统可以产生很多光照组合,即产生很多光照方案,满足不同类型脱发照射,具有较强的适应性和较强的针对性,容易产生较好的效果。该若干控制单元190与该若干区域对应,即一个发光单元区域对应一个控制单元,并且一个所述控制单元控制一个区域内发光单元工作。本实施例中,该控制单元190具有三个,分别是第一控制单元191、第二控制单元193和第三控制单元195,该第一控制单元191与该第一区域相对应,控制该第一发光器件171工作;该第二控制单元193与该第二区域相对应,控制该第二发光器件173工作;该第三控制单元195与该第三区域相对应,控制该第三发光器件175工作。通过不同的控制单元控制不同区域内的发光单元的工作模式,实现系统自动控制,而不需要使用者自己判断哪些发光单元需要工作,哪些发光单元不需要工作。判断哪些区域的发光单元的工作模式是一个专业化的事情,交给使用者判断不是个明智的决定,使用者有时也会很苦恼,并且使用者的判断可能带来不利的后果。本实施例采用系统“自动”选择(某些情况会是专家进行选择)各个区域发光单元170的工作模式,简化了使用者的操作,方便使用者使用,同时可以 更加科学控制发光单元170工作,达到良好的效果。该第一通讯单元130,设置在该本体110上,为了方便供电,该第一通讯单元130也设置在头盔本体110的内侧,用于与该应用程序装置200通讯,发送和接收信息。例如,该第一通讯单元130从该应用程序装置200处接收该发光单元170的光照方案,该发光单元170按照该光照方案工作,对使用者头皮进行有针对性、有计划的照射。该第一通讯单元130也可以将相关使用信息和使用者头部健康数据实时发送给该应用程序装置200用于存储和显示。本实施例优选该第一通讯单元130为蓝牙通讯模块。该第一处理单元150,设置在该本体110上,为了方便供电,该第一处理单元150也设置在本体110的内侧,与该控制单元190和第一通讯单元130连接,用于根据该第一通讯单元130接收的信息控制该发光单元170工作。该第一通讯单元130接收的信息为光照方案,该第一处理单元150根据该第一通讯单元130接收的光照方案分别独立地向各个控制单元190发送控制信号,该控制单元190根据接收到的控制信号控制对应的区域内该发光单元170工作。第一控制单元191、第二控制单元193和第三控制单元195分别根据各自接收的控制信号控制该第一发光器件171、第二发光器件173以及第三发光器件175工作。例如控制第一发光器件171常亮20分钟、控制第二发光器件173不亮以及控制该第三发光器件175闪亮20分钟,完成一次使用。该第一处理单元150作为该智能生发装置100的核心,对该智能生发装置100的正常运作进行控制和管理。该第一处理单元150为嵌入式处理器,可以为MCU、FPGA或者DSP,本实施例优选该第一处理单元150为MCU。该第一处理单元150一般会自带寄存器进行存储,若寄存器存储量足够大,那么该智能生发装置100就不需要额外的存储器。但 是为了安全考虑,优选本实施例的智能生发装置100还包括第一存储单元140,用于存储相关数据,例如光照方案和使用信息。
图4是本发明实施例的应用程序装置结构示意图。请参照图4,本实施例的应用程序装置200安装于智能便携设备或者电脑210上,包括网络通讯模块230、界面模块250和提醒模块270。该智能便携设备或者电脑210包括第二通讯模块220。该网络通讯模块230,用于在收到对应用程序的启动指令后,启动该第二通讯模块220与该第一通讯单元130和该云服务器300建立通讯;该界面模块250,用于在收到对应用程序的启动或者关闭指令后,启动或者关闭应用程序界面显示。该第二通讯模块220包括蓝牙模块和蜂窝通讯模块(或者WIFI模块)。该智能便携设备210可以手机、平板电脑或者PDA,具有摄像头,方便移动和拍照。本实施例的该智能便携设备210优选为智能手机,方便使用者。使用者可以使用智能手机对其头部进行拍照或者摄像得到头部像片或者录像,以便该应用程序装置200使用,对比使用前后的差距。该提醒模块270用于利用该智能手机210向使用者推送提醒,提醒使用者使用智能生发装置100,保证使用者按时或者按计划使用该智能生发装置100。该应用程序装置200用于获取使用者头部特征,例如使用者头部像片或者录像(使用者使用智能手机拍照或者摄影获得照片或者录像)或者使用者通过该智能手机录入到该应用程序装置200的头部信息。该应用程序装置200可以通过图像处理技术对该使用者头部像片或者录像进行处理获得头部特征信息,例如头发分布信息,此时,该使用者头部特征为使用者头部特征信息。所以,该头部特征可以为像片或者录像或者使用者录入的头部信息,也可以为图像处理技术处理后的头部特征信息。该应用程序装置200 将该使用者头部特征发送给该云服务器300以获得相应的具有针对性的光照方案。
图5是本发明实施例的云服务器的结构示意图。请参照图5,本实施例的云服务器300包括第二通讯单元310、第二存储单元350、第二处理单元330和专家模块370。在某些实施例中专家模块370是可以省略的。该云服务器300一般设置在电信公司或者智能生发系统提供商的机房,可以通过电脑终端或者其他终端进行登录使用和管理。该云服务器300可以同时对多个智能生发装置100进行通讯、管理。该第二通讯单元310用于与该应用程序装置200通讯,优选为蜂窝通讯模块(例如3G模块或者4G模块)或者因特网通讯模块。该第二通讯单元310接收该应用装置200发送的信息(通过该智能手机210上的第二通讯模块220发送信息),该信息包括使用者头部特征,例如头部像片或录像或使用者头录入特征信息;该信息还可以包括该智能生发装置100的使用次数、使用时长、使用起始时刻或者该发光单元170实际光照能量等使用信息。该第二存储单元350用于存储光照方案以及该应用程序装置200发送的信息。一般该第二存储器350的容量是比较大的,可以同时存储多个使用者的信息和大量的光照方案。该第二处理单元330分别与该第二通讯单元310和第二存储单元350连接,用于根据应用程序装置200发送的使用者头部特征从该第二存储单元350中选择相应光照方案,一般,该光照方案可针对所述使用者头部不同部位进行差异化照射,并通过该第二通讯单元310发送到应用程序装置200中。该专家模块370,与该第二处理单元330连接,专家通过该专家模块370获取应用程序装置200发送的使用者头部特征,并根据该使用者头部特征从该第二存储单元350中选择相 应的光照方案,一般,该光照方案可针对所述使用者头部不同部位进行差异化照射。该云服务器300通过所述第二通讯单元310将该专家选择光照方案发送到该应用程序装置200中。
该应用程序装置200通过该第二通讯模块220接收该光照方案并通过该第二通讯模块220将该光照方案发送给该智能生发装置100的第一通讯单元130,该第一处理单元150根据该第一通讯单元130接收的光照方案分别独立地向各个控制单元190发送控制信号,该控制单元190根据接收到的控制信号控制对应的区域内该发光单元170工作。在本实施例中,该第一处理单元150给第一控制单元191发出常亮的控制信息,给第二控制单元193发出不亮的控制信息,给第三控制单元195发出闪亮的控制信号;该第一控制单元191根据常亮的控制信号控制该第一发光器件171常亮20分钟;该第二控制单元193根据不亮的控制信号控制该第二发光器件173不工作,使其处理熄灭状态;该第三控制单元195根据该闪亮的控制信号控制该第三发光器件175闪亮20分钟。为了使光照方案更加细腻和入微,本实施例优选,该发光单元被分成七个区域,分别对应使用者头部的额头中间、额头两侧、头顶前部、头顶后部、头顶两侧、后脑勺和后脑勺两侧。分成七个区域,可以有效涵盖绝大多数的脱发类型,满足不同脱发类型的光照需求,同时,本系统能够提供更加细腻的光照方案,提高效果。
图6是本发明又一实施例的智能生发装置结构示意图。请参照图6,本实施例的智能生发装置10包括本体11、第一通讯单元13、第一存储单元14、第一处理单元15、摄像单元16、带输入的显示单元18、发光单元17以及控制单元19。该本体11用于围绕使用者头部,作为该发光单元17及其智 能控制电路或器件的载体。本发明实施例的装置10可以为帽子,例如布帽子,可以折叠,方便携带,也可以为头盔(例如,摩托车头盔),本实施例优选该装置为头盔,这样具有固定形状可以固定柔性电路板以及相关器件,例如处理器、电阻、电容、电池等等。该发光单元17设置在该本体11内侧用于对使用者头部进行光学照射,该发光单元17的数量是多个,该发光单元17被分成若干区域,例如第一区域、第二区域和第三区域,该若干区域分别对应所述使用者头部不同部位,例如,第一区域对应于使用者头部的顶部,第二区域对应于使用者头部的两鬓以及后脑勺,第三区域对应于使用者头部的额头;该不同区域内的发光单元17发出的光线照射其相对应的使用者头部的部位;该第一区域内的发光单元17称为第一发光器件1701,该第二区域内的发光单元17称为第二发光器件1703,该第三区域内的发光单元17称为第三发光器件1705。该发光单元17为LED、边发射型激光二极管以及垂直腔面发射型激光二极管中的一种或者多种。由于这些发光器的发散角很小,所述本实施例的发光单元17的数量为多个,例如可以为40个、80个、160个等等。该发光单元17的数量具体为多少,本领域技术人员可以根据相关参数自行决定。本实施例优选该发光单元17为垂直腔面发射型激光二极管,这样能量密度高些且体积较小。本实施例优选发光单元17发出的光的波长范围为600nm至720nm,本实施例优选该发光单元17发出的光的波长为655nm。该发光单元17设置在柔性电路板上。该柔性电路板固定在该本体11的内侧,大致呈球状,方便对使用者头部进行激光照射。该第一发光器件1701、第二发光器件1703以及第三发光器件1705分别都包含了复数个垂直腔面发射型激光二极管。该第一发光器件1701中的所有垂直腔面发射型激光二极 管的工作模式是相同的。该第二发光器件1703中的所有垂直腔面发射型激光二极管的工作模式是相同的。该第三发光器件1705中的所有垂直腔面发射型激光二极管的工作模式是相同的。一般,该发光单元17的工作模式有:不亮模式(不对发光单元供电使其不工作,本实施例作为工作模式的一种)、常亮工作模式和闪亮工作模式。所以,该发光单元17所处的模式为常亮工作模式、闪亮工作模式和不亮模式中的一种。该闪亮工作模式可以实现发光单元17很多工作状态,具体由该控制单元190的输出占空比控制。因此,虽然两个区域的发光单元都是闪亮工作模式,但是由于各种控制单元19输出的占空比不一样,可以工作在两种不同的工作状态。因此,采用本实施例智能生发装置可以产生很多光照组合,即产生很多光照方案,满足不同类型脱发照射,具有较强的适应性和较强的针对性,容易产生较好的效果。该若干控制单元19与该若干区域对应,即一个发光单元区域对应一个控制单元,并且一个所述控制单元控制一个区域内发光单元工作。本实施例中,该控制单元19具有三个,分别是第一控制单元1901、第二控制单元1903和第三控制单元1905,该第一控制单元1901与该第一区域相对应,控制该第一发光器件1701工作;该第二控制单元1903与该第二区域相对应,控制该第二发光器件1703工作;该第三控制单元1905与该第三区域相对应,控制该第三发光器件1705工作。通过不同的控制单元控制不同区域内的发光单元的工作模式,实现智能生发装置10自动控制,而不需要使用者自己判断哪些发光单元需要工作,哪些发光单元不需要工作。判断哪些区域的发光单元的工作模式是一个专业化的事情,交给使用者判断不是个明智的决定,使用者有时也会很苦恼。本实施例采用该装置10自动选择各个区域发光单元17的工 作模式,简化了使用者的操作,方便使用者使用,同时可以更加科学控制发光单元17工作,达到良好的效果。使用者只需将该装置10打开并放置在头上,其他事情都不要管,只需在结束时取下来,非常方便,并且可以达到理想的效果,因为该装置10自动选择的光照方案都是有科学依据或者经过大量临床验证的方案,是科学的有针对性的方案;使用者自己控制和选择哪些区域进行照射,由于使用者往往缺乏专业知识,可能带来不利效果。该第一通讯单元13,设置在该本体11上,为了方便供电,该第一通讯单元13也设置在头盔本体11的内侧,用于与云服务器(图中未示出)通讯,发送和接收信息,在某些实施例中该云服务器和第一通讯单元13可以省略。例如,该第一通讯单元13从该云服务器处接收该发光单元17的光照方案,该光照方案可针对所述使用者头部不同部位进行差异化照射;该发光单元17按照该光照方案工作,对使用者头皮进行有针对性、有计划的照射。该第一通讯单元13也可以将相关使用信息和使用者头部健康数据实时发送给云服务器用于存储和显示。本实施例优选该第一通讯单元13为3G或者4G通讯模块。该第一处理单元15,设置在该本体11上。该第一处理单元15也设置在本体11的内侧,与该控制单元19和第一通讯单元13连接,用于根据该第一通讯单元13接收的信息控制该发光单元17工作。该第一通讯单元13接收的信息为光照方案,该第一处理单元15根据该第一通讯单元13接收的光照方案分别独立地向各个控制单元19发送控制信号,该控制单元19根据接收到的控制信号控制对应的区域内该发光单元17工作。或者,该第一处理单元15用于根据该使用者头部特征选择对应的光照方案并根据该光照方案分别独立地向各个控制单元19发送控制信号,该控制单元19根据接收到的控制信 号控制对应的区域内该发光单元17工作,其中,该光照方案可针对所述使用者头部不同部位进行差异化照射,也可以针对所述使用者头部不同部位进行相同地照射。第一控制单元1901、第二控制单元1903和第三控制单元1905分别根据各自接收的控制信号控制该第一发光器件1701、第二发光器件1703以及第三发光器件1705工作。例如控制第一发光器件1701常亮20分钟、控制第二发光器件1703不亮以及控制该第三发光器件1705闪亮20分钟,完成一次使用。该第一处理单元15作为该智能生发装置10的核心,对该智能生发装置10的正常运作进行控制和管理。该第一处理单元15为嵌入式处理器,可以为MCU、FPGA或者DSP,本实施例优选该第一处理单元15为MCU。该第一处理单元15一般会自带寄存器进行存储,若寄存器存储量足够大,那么该智能生发装置10就不需要额外的存储器。但是为了安全考虑,优选本实施例的智能生发装置10还包括第一存储单元14,用于存储相关数据,例如光照方案和使用信息。在某些实施例中,该装置10还包括用于拍摄像片或者录制录像的摄像单元16和/或用于与使用者进行人机交互的带输入的显示单元18。该拍摄单元16设置该本体11上(一般位于该头盔本体的内侧),用于对使用者头部拍摄,得到像片或者录像。本实施例优选该拍摄单元16可以在很短的距离拍摄清晰像片或录像。该拍摄单元16与该第一处理单元15连接,受到该第一处理单元15控制进行拍照或者摄像。该第一处理单元15将该拍摄单元16拍摄的像片或录像通过该第一通讯单元13发送到该云服务器或者该第一处理单元15自己进行分析决定光照方案。该云服务器根据像片或者录像可以判断使用者头部头发分布类型,从而决定光照方案。该带输入的显示单元18,该显示单元18与该第一处理单元15连接,用于显示该 云服务器发送的信息和该智能生发装置10的各项运行参数以及其他必要的信息。本实施例优选该显示单元18是带有触摸屏的液晶显示屏,通过该显示单元18使用者可以输入头部特征。该第一处理单元15根据该像片、录像和/使用者输入获取所述使用者头部特征。为了使光照方案更加细腻和入微,本实施例优选,该发光单元被分成七个区域,分别对应使用者头部的额头中间、额头两侧、头顶前部、头顶后部、头顶两侧、后脑勺和后脑勺两侧。分成七个区域,可以有效涵盖绝大多数的脱发类型,满足不同脱发类型的光照需求,同时,本装置10能够提供更加细腻的光照方案,提高效果。
图7是本发明实施例的智能生发装置控制方法流程图。请参照图7,本实施例的智能生发装置的控制方法,该智能生发装置优选为上述装置10,该控制方法包括如下步骤:
S1、获取使用者头部特征;
本步骤优选通过使用者头部像片、录像和/使用者输入获取所述使用者头部特征。例如采用拍摄单元或者设备对使用者头部进行拍照或者录制录像,通过拍照获得的像片或者录像可以获取头部特征。当然,使用者也可以自行录入或者输入头部特征。
S2、根据所述使用者头部特征选择对应的光照方案,并根据所述光照方案控制各个区域内所述发光单元的工作。
本实施例中,该发光单元被分成若干区域,例如第一区域、第二区域和第三区域,该若干区域分别对应所述使用者头部不同部位,例如,第一区域对应于使用者头部的顶部,第二区域对应于使用者头部的两鬓以及后脑勺,第三区域对应于使用者头部的额头;该不同区域内的发光单元发出的光 线照射其相对应的使用者头部的部位;该发光单元为LED、边发射型激光二极管以及垂直腔面发射型激光二极管中的一种或者多种。本实施例的发光单元的数量为多个,例如可以为40个、80个、160个等等。本实施例优选该发光单元为垂直腔面发射型激光二极管,这样能量密度高些且体积较小。一般,该发光单元的工作模式有:不亮模式(不对发光单元供电使其不工作,本实施例作为工作模式的一种)、常亮工作模式和闪亮工作模式。所以,该发光单元所处的模式为常亮工作模式、闪亮工作模式和不亮模式中的一种。该闪亮工作模式可以实现发光单元很多工作状态,具体由控制单元的输出占空比控制。因此,虽然两个区域的发光单元都是闪亮工作模式,但是由于各自控制单元输出的占空比不一样,可以工作在两种不同的工作状态。因此,采用本实施例智能生发装置的控制方法可以产生很多光照组合,即产生很多光照方案,满足不同类型脱发照射,具有较强的适应性和较强的针对性,容易产生较好的效果。通过不同的控制单元控制不同区域内的发光单元的工作模式。本控制方法实现自动控制,而不需要使用者自己判断哪些发光单元需要工作,哪些发光单元不需要工作。判断哪些区域的发光单元的工作模式是一个专业化的事情,交给使用者判断不是个明智的决定,使用者有时也会很苦恼,并且使用者的判断可能带来不利的后果。本步骤中,根据使用者头部特征选择对应的光照方案,一般,该光照方案可针对所述使用者头部不同部位进行差异化照射,并根据该光照方案控制各个区域内所述发光单元的工作,具体地,分别独立地向各个控制单元发送控制信号,该控制单元根据接收到的控制信号控制对应的区域内该发光单元工作。在本实施例中,给第一控制单元发出常亮的控制信息,给第二控制单元发出不亮的控制信息,给第三控 制单元发出闪亮的控制信号;该第一控制单元根据常亮的控制信号控制该第一发光器件常亮20分钟;该第二控制单元根据不亮的控制信号不控制该第二发光器件工作,使其处理熄灭状态;该第三控制单元根据该闪亮的控制信号控制该第三发光器件闪亮20分钟。为了使光照方案更加细腻和入微,本实施例优选,该发光单元被分成七个区域,分别对应使用者头部的额头中间、额头两侧、头顶前部、头顶后部、头顶两侧、后脑勺和后脑勺两侧。分成七个区域,可以有效涵盖绝大多数的脱发类型,满足不同脱发类型的光照需求,同时,本控制方法能够提供更加细腻的光照方案,提高效果。
以上对本发明所提供的智能生发装置、智能生发装置控制方法以及智能生发系统进行了详细介绍,本文中应用了具体个例对本发明的原理及实施方式进行了阐述,以上实施例的说明只是用于帮助理解本发明的核心思想;同时,对于本领域的一般技术人员,依据本发明的思想,在具体实施方式及应用范围上均会有改变之处,综上所述,本说明书内容不应理解为对本发明的限制。

Claims (14)

  1. 一种智能生发系统,其特征在于,包括智能生发装置、安装于智能便携设备或者电脑上的应用程序装置和云服务器;
    所述智能生发装置包括发光单元,所述发光单元用于对使用者头部进行光学照射,所述发光单元被分成若干区域,所述若干区域分别对应所述使用者头部不同部位;所述智能生发装置还包括与所述若干区域对应的若干控制单元、第一通讯单元和第一处理单元,一个所述控制单元控制一个区域内发光单元工作,所述第一通讯单元与所述应用程序装置通讯;
    所述应用程序装置用于获取使用者头部特征和分别与所述智能生发装置和云服务器通讯;
    所述云服务器用于根据所述应用程序装置发送的头部特征选择对应的光照方案发送到所述应用程序装置中,所述光照方案可针对所述使用者头部不同部位进行差异化照射;
    所述应用程序装置将接收到的光照方案发送给所述第一通讯单元,所述第一处理单元根据所述第一通讯单元接收的光照方案分别独立地向各个控制单元发送控制信号,所述控制单元根据接收到的控制信号控制对应的区域内所述发光单元工作。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的智能生发系统,其特征在于,所述发光单元的工作模式为常亮工作模式、闪亮工作模式和不亮模式中的一种。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的智能生发系统,其特征在于,所述发光单元处于闪亮工作模式时,所述控制单元通过输出占空比控制所述发光单元的工作状态。
  4. 如权利要求1所述的智能生发系统,其特征在于,所述应用程序装置通过像片或者录像或者使用者输入获取所述使用者头部特征。
  5. 如权利要求1至4任一项所述的智能生发系统,其特征在于,所述发光单元被分成七个区域,分别对应所述使用者头部的额头中间、额头两侧、头顶前部、头顶后部、头顶两侧、后脑勺和后脑勺两侧。
  6. 一种分区控制的智能生发装置,包括发光单元,所述发光单元用于对使用者头部进行光学照射,其特征在于,所述发光单元被分成若干区域,所述若干区域分别对应所述使用者头部不同部位;所述智能生发装置还包括与所述若干区域对应的若干控制单元和第一处理单元,一个所述控制单元控制一个区域内发光单元工作;所述第一处理单元用于根据所述使用者头部特征选择对应的光照方案并根据所述光照方案分别独立地向各个控制单元发送控制信号,所述控制单元根据接收到的控制信号控制对应的区域内所述发光单元工作,其中,所述光照方案可针对所述使用者头部不同部位进行差异化照射。
  7. 如权利要求6所述智能生发装置,其特征在于,还包括用于拍摄像片或者录制录像的摄像单元和/或用于与使用者进行人机交互的带输入的显示单元,所述第一处理单元根据所述像片、录像和/使用者输入获取所述使用者头部特征。
  8. 如权利要求6所述智能生发装置,其特征在于,所述发光单元的工作模式为常亮工作模式、闪亮工作模式和不亮模式中的一种。
  9. 如权利要求8所述的智能生发装置,其特征在于,所述发光单元处于闪亮工作模式时,所述控制单元通过输出占空比控制所述发光单元的工作状态。
  10. 如权利要求6至9任一项所述的智能生发装置,其特征在于,所述发光单元被分成七个区域,分别对应所述使用者头部的额头中间、额头两侧、头顶前部、头顶后部、头顶两侧、后脑勺和后脑勺两侧。
  11. 一种智能生发系统,其特征在于,包括权利要求6至10任一项所述的智能生发装置和云服务器,所述智能生发装置还包括用于与所述云服务器通讯的第一通讯单元,所述智能生发装置通过所述第一通讯单元向所述云服务器发送使用者头部特征,所述云服务器根据所述使用者头部特征选择对应的光照方案发送给所述第一通讯单元,所述光照方案可针对所述使用者头部不同部位进行差异化照射;所述第一处理单元根据所述第一通讯单元接收的光照方案分别独立地向各个控制单元发送控制信号,所述控制单元根据接收到的控制信号控制对应的区域内所述发光单元工作。
  12. 一种智能生发装置的控制方法,其特征在于,所述智能生发装置包括发光单元,所述发光单元被分成若干区域,所述若干区域分别对应所述使用者头部不同部位;所述控制方法包括如下步骤:
    S1、获取使用者头部特征;
    S2、根据所述使用者头部特征选择对应的光照方案,并根据所述光照方案控制各个区域内所述发光单元的工作。
  13. 如权利要求11所述的智能生发装置的控制方法,其特征在于,步骤S1进一步包括通过使用者头部像片、录像和/使用者输入获取所述使用者头部特征。
  14. 如权利要求11所述的智能生发装置的控制方法,其特征在于,所述发光单元被分成七个区域,分别对应所述使用者头部的额头中间、额头两侧、头顶前部、头顶后部、头顶两侧、后脑勺和后脑勺两侧。
