Description

结构紧凑且抗震防摔的数码相机 技术领域
本发明涉及数码产品领域,尤其涉及一种抗震防摔的数码相机。
背景技术
数码相机,英文全称:Digital Still Camera,简称:Digital Camera,又名:数字式相机,是一种利用电子传感器把光学影像转换成电子数据的照相机。现有技术中的数码相机,抗震防摔能力较弱,容易因为跌落或者撞击造成损坏,尤其是在运动摄影领域,频繁的摔打导致数码相机的使用寿命骤减,不仅增加摄影成本,还经常导致摄影工作无法正常开展。
针对上述问题,现有技术中的抗震防摔的数码相机,一般通过设置较厚重的保护套来提高抗震防摔性能,但是保护套不仅会严重影响数码相机的美观,更主要的是会增加数码相机的尺寸和重量,给安装带来困难。
发明内容
针对上述技术中存在的不足之处,本发明提供一种结构简单,结构紧凑,且抗震防摔的数码相机。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供一种结构紧凑且抗震防摔的数码相机,包括前壳、中框、内壳体、支架、主板、前摄像头、前镜头保护件、后摄像头、后镜头保护件以及后壳;所述前壳固定在中框的一端,所述后壳固定在中框的另一端,所述前壳、中框以及后壳构成一容置腔,所述内壳体利用支架固定在容置腔内并被前壳和后壳夹持固定;所述主板安装在内壳体的内部,所述前摄像头和后摄像头分别固定在内壳体的前端和后端,所述前摄像头和后摄像头均与主板电连接;所述前壳上设有第一安装孔,所述前摄像头从第一安装孔中探出,所述前镜头保护件安装在第一安装孔处,前镜头保护件对前摄像头起到限位作用;所述前镜头保护件为硅胶圈,所述前镜头保护件高于前摄像头的表面;所述后壳上设有第二安装孔,所述后摄像头从第二安装孔 中探出,所述后镜头保护件安装在第二安装孔处,后镜头保护件对后摄像头起到限位作用;所述后镜头保护件为硅胶圈,所述后镜头保护件高于后摄像头的表面。

本发明的有益效果是:与现有技术相比,本发明提供的结构紧凑且抗震防摔的数码相机,由前壳、中框和后壳构成外壳体,内壳体利用支架稳固的安装在外壳体的容置腔内,双层壳体结构能够在发生撞击时,有效保护内壳体上的电子元件。在前摄像头和后摄像头的四周分别设置了前镜头保护件和后镜头保护件,镜头保护件高于摄像头的表面,使摄像头埋在镜头保护件的内部,在发生跌落时,硅胶材质的镜头保护件能够起到有效的缓冲保护作用进而有效保护摄像头。前镜头保护件安装在中框的第一安装孔处,后镜头保护件安装在中框的第二安装孔处,通过上述嵌入的方式,使镜头保护件既能起到保护作用,又不增加数码相机的尺寸,使其结构紧凑。此外,本发明设有前摄像头和后摄像两个摄像头,可以分别拍摄前方和后方的影像,十分适 合应用在运动摄影领域。

相较于现有技术,本发明提供的结构紧凑且抗震防摔的数码相机,由前壳11、中框12和后壳19构成外壳体,内壳体13利用支架14稳固的安装在外壳体的容置腔内,双层壳体结构能够在发生撞击时有效保护内壳体13上的电子元件。在前摄像头15和后摄像头17的四周分别设置了前镜头保护件16和后镜头保护件18,镜头保护件高于摄像头的表面,使摄像头埋在镜头保护件的内部,在发生跌落时,硅胶材质的镜头保护件能够起到有效的缓冲保护作用进而有效保护摄像头。前镜头保护件16安装在中框12的第一安装孔处,后镜头保护件18安装在中框12的第二安装孔处,通过上述嵌入的方式,使镜头保护件既能起到保护作用,又不增加数码相机的尺寸,使其结构紧凑。

前镜头保护件16埋在前壳11内,而前摄像头15埋在前镜头保护件16内,双层内凹的结构,能够有效避免前摄像头15发生撞击,进而起到良好的抗震防摔效果;同理,后壳19和后镜头保护件18能够有效保护后摄像头17。
