Abstract

本公开是关于一种物品邮寄方法及装置,属于网络技术领域。所述方法包括:向服务器发送邮寄页面的访问请求,所述访问请求由所述邮寄终端在扫描邮寄标签后生成;显示所述邮寄页面;获取在所述邮寄页面上输入的邮寄信息,并将所述邮寄信息发送至所述服务器,由所述服务器将所述邮寄信息写入所述邮寄标签中。本公开通过扫描邮寄标签,可实现通过移动终端将邮寄物品的邮寄信息录入到邮寄标签中,方便快捷、降低了用户使用纸质快递单手写邮寄信息时的复杂度,不但可实现数字化分拣,而且录入的邮寄信息仅可通过终端扫描获取到,保护了收发用户的隐私,安全性更高。

技术领域
本公开涉及网络技术领域,特别涉及一种物品邮寄方法及装置。
背景技术
随着社会的不断进步,电子商务迅猛发展,这使得快递业务呈大幅增长趋势。相关技术在物品邮寄过程中分为收件流程和派件流程。对于收件流程,无论是快递人员主动上门取件或发件人自行去营业网点进行邮寄,均需发件人手动填写纸质快递单,且由快递人员进行物品称重和计算快递费用。之后,快递人员将待邮寄的物品运送至当地处理中心,由当地处理中心进行分拣之后,发往目的地。对于派件流程,物品在到达目的地的处理中心后,由该处理中心对物品进行分拣并录入快递信息。之后,再由该处理中心将物品发往各个营业网点,由网点的快递人员进行物品配送。
发明内容
为克服相关技术中存在的问题,本公开提供一种物品邮寄方法及装置。
根据本公开实施例的第一方面,提供一种物品邮寄方法,所述方法应用于邮寄终端,所述方法包括:
向服务器发送邮寄页面的访问请求,所述访问请求由所述邮寄终端在扫描邮寄标签后生成;
显示所述邮寄页面;
获取在所述邮寄页面上输入的邮寄信息,并将所述邮寄信息发送至所述服务器,由所述服务器将所述邮寄信息写入所述邮寄标签中。
在另一个实施例中,所述方法还包括:
显示邮寄物品的配送详情页面,所述配送详情页面中包括至少一个配送用户的标识信息和对应的邮寄费用,所述邮寄费用由所述服务器在接收到第一物品邮寄设备发送的所述邮寄物品的邮寄路径信息和重量数据后,根据所述邮寄路径信息和所述重量数据计算得到;
在检测到对所述配送详情页面上指定配送用户的选中操作后,向所述服务器发送配送用户确认信息,由所述服务器在接收到所述配送用户确认信息后,下发所述邮寄物品的支付信息,所述支付信息中至少包含所述指定配送用户的账户信息;
根据所述支付信息,显示所述邮寄物品的支付页面。
在另一个实施例中,所述邮寄标签为NFC(Near Field Communication,近场通信)标签。
根据本公开实施例的第二方面,提供一种物品邮寄方法,所述方法应用于第一物品邮寄设备,所述方法包括:
在检测到邮寄物品后,读取所述邮寄物品的邮寄标签和重量,得到所述邮寄物品的邮寄路径信息和重量数据;
在根据所述邮寄路径信息判断出所述邮寄物品为待邮寄物品后,将所述邮寄路径信息和所述重量数据上传至服务器,由所述服务器根据所述邮寄路径信息和所述重量数据,计算至少一个配送用户对所述邮寄物品的邮寄费用,并生成配送详情页面;
其中,所述配送详情页面中包括至少一个配送用户的标识信息和对应的邮寄费用。
在另一个实施例中,所述方法还包括:
在获取到输入的验证信息后,判断输入的验证信息与所述服务器下发的第一验证信息是否一致;
若输入的验证信息与所述第一验证信息一致,则控制所述第一物品邮寄设备的箱门打开,并向所述服务器发送第一物品取出提示信息。
根据本公开实施例的第三方面,提供一种物品邮寄方法,所述方法应用于服务器,所述方法包括:
在接收到邮寄终端发送的邮寄页面的访问请求后,向所述邮寄终端下发所述邮寄页面,所述访问请求由所述邮寄终端在扫描邮寄标签后生成并发送;
接收第一物品邮寄设备发送的邮寄物品的邮寄路径信息和重量数据;
根据所述邮寄路径信息和所述重量数据,计算至少一个配送用户对所述邮寄物品的邮寄费用,并生成配送详情页面;
向所述邮寄终端下发所述配送详情页面;
其中,所述邮寄路径信息由所述第一物品邮寄设备读取所述邮寄物品的邮寄标签得到,所述配送详情页面中至少包括每一个配送用户的标识信息和对应的邮寄费用。
在另一个实施例中,所述方法还包括:
接收所述邮寄终端发送的配送用户确认信息,所述配送用户确认消息由所述邮寄终端在检测到对所述配送详情页面上指定配送用户的选中操作后发送;
向所述邮寄终端下发所述邮寄物品的支付信息,所述支付信息中至少包含所述指定配送用户的账户信息;
在接收到所述邮寄终端返回的支付成功消息后,将所述第一物品邮寄设备的地址信息和第一验证信息发送至所述指定配送用户。
在另一个实施例中,所述方法还包括:
在接收到所述第一物品邮寄设备发送的第一物品取出提示信息后,周期性地获取所述邮寄物品的邮寄状态信息;
将所述邮寄状态信息发送至所述邮寄终端和收件终端。
在另一个实施例中,所述方法还包括:
在接收到第二物品邮寄设备发送的配送请求后,向所述邮寄物品的收件终端下发取件提示信息和第二验证信息;
在接收到所述第二物品邮寄设备发送的第二物品取出提示信息后,将所述邮寄物品的邮寄标签中的数据清空。
根据本公开实施例的第四方面,提供一种物品邮寄方法,应用于第二物品邮寄设备,所述方法包括:
在检测到邮寄物品后,读取所述邮寄物品的邮寄标签,得到所述邮寄物品的邮寄信息,所述邮寄信息中至少包括邮寄路径信息和收件终端标识;
在根据所述邮寄路径信息判断出所述邮寄物品为待配送物品后,向服务器发送配送请求,所述配送请求中至少包括所述第二物品邮寄设备的地址和所述收件终端标识,由所述服务器在接收到所述配送请求后,向收件终端下发取件提示信息和第二验证信息。
在另一个实施例中,所述方法还包括:
在获取到输入的验证信息后,判断输入的验证信息与所述服务器下发的第二验证信息是否一致;
若输入的验证信息与所述第二验证信息一致,则控制所述第二物品邮寄设备的箱门打开,向所述服务器发送第二物品取出提示信息。
根据本公开实施例的第五方面,提供一种物品邮寄装置,所述装置包括:
发送模块,被配置为向服务器发送邮寄页面的访问请求,所述访问请求由所述邮寄终端 在扫描邮寄标签后生成;
显示模块,被配置为显示所述邮寄页面;
获取模块,被配置为获取在所述邮寄页面上输入的邮寄信息;
所述发送模块,还被配置为将所述邮寄信息发送至所述服务器,由所述服务器将所述邮寄信息写入所述邮寄标签中。
在另一个实施例中,所述显示模块,还被配置为显示邮寄物品的配送详情页面,所述配送详情页面中包括至少一个配送用户的标识信息和对应的邮寄费用,所述邮寄费用由所述服务器在接收到第一物品邮寄设备发送的所述邮寄物品的邮寄路径信息和重量数据后,根据所述邮寄路径信息和所述重量数据计算得到;
所述发送模块,还被配置为在检测到对所述配送详情页面上指定配送用户的选中操作后,向所述服务器发送配送用户确认信息,由所述服务器在接收到所述配送用户确认信息后,下发所述邮寄物品的支付信息,所述支付信息中至少包含所述指定配送用户的账户信息;
所述显示模块,还被配置为根据所述支付信息,显示所述邮寄物品的支付页面。

根据本公开实施例的第六方面,提供一种物品邮寄装置,所述装置包括:
读取模块,被配置为在检测到邮寄物品后,读取所述邮寄物品的邮寄标签和重量,得到所述邮寄物品的邮寄路径信息和重量数据;
上传模块,被配置为在根据所述邮寄路径信息判断出所述邮寄物品为待邮寄物品后,将所述邮寄路径信息和所述重量数据上传至服务器,由所述服务器根据所述邮寄路径信息和所述重量数据,计算至少一个配送用户对所述邮寄物品的邮寄费用,并生成配送详情页面;
其中,所述配送详情页面中包括至少一个配送用户的标识信息和对应的邮寄费用。
在另一个实施例中,所述装置还包括:
判断模块,被配置为在获取到输入的验证信息后,判断输入的验证信息与所述服务器下发的第一验证信息是否一致;
控制模块,被配置为当输入的验证信息与所述第一验证信息一致时,控制所述第一物品邮寄设备的箱门打开;
所述上传模块,还被配置为向所述服务器发送第一物品取出提示信息。

所述发送模块,还被配置为向所述邮寄终端下发所述配送详情页面;
其中,所述邮寄路径信息由所述第一物品邮寄设备读取所述邮寄物品的邮寄标签得到,所述配送详情页面中至少包括每一个配送用户的标识信息和对应的邮寄费用。

本公开实施例提供的方法,在物品入箱后,物品收寄设备可自行读取邮寄标签中写入的邮寄信息并进行称重,在根据邮寄路径信息判断出邮寄物品为待邮寄物品后,主动将邮寄路径信息和重量数据上传至服务器,由服务器根据邮寄路径信息和重量数据,计算各个配送用户对邮寄物品的邮寄费用,由于称重操作在关闭箱门后进行,因此避免了人为干预的情况发生,称重结果更加准确,且可自行读取邮寄标签来获取邮寄信息,便于服务器及时掌握邮寄情况。
在另一个实施例中,该方法还包括:
在获取到输入的验证信息后,判断输入的验证信息与所述服务器下发的第一验证信息是否一致;
若输入的验证信息与所述第一验证信息一致,则控制所述第一物品邮寄设备的箱门打开,并向所述服务器发送第一物品取出提示信息。

本公开实施例提供的方法,服务器在接收到邮寄终端发送的邮寄页面的访问请求后,向邮寄终端下发邮寄页面,在接收到第一物品邮寄设备发送的邮寄物品的邮寄路径信息和重量数据后,根据邮寄路径信息和重量数据,计算至少一个配送用户对邮寄物品的邮寄费用,并生成配送详情页面,向邮寄终端下发配送详情页面,由于可自动计算邮寄费用,且可向邮寄终端下发了多个配送用户对应的邮寄费用,因此不但方便快捷、费用计算精确,而且使得用户的选择空间更大。
在另一个实施例中,该方法还包括:
接收所述邮寄终端发送的配送用户确认信息,所述配送用户确认消息由所述邮寄终端在检测到对所述配送详情页面上指定配送用户的选中操作后发送;
向所述邮寄终端下发所述邮寄物品的支付信息,所述支付信息中至少包含所述指定配送用户的账户信息;
在接收到所述邮寄终端返回的支付成功消息后,将所述第一物品邮寄设备的地址信息和第一验证信息发送至所述指定配送用户。

在步骤402中,在根据邮寄路径信息判断出邮寄物品为待配送物品后,向服务器发送配送请求,配送请求中至少包括第二物品邮寄设备的地址和收件终端标识,由服务器在接收到配送请求后,向收件终端下发取件提示信息和第二验证信息。
本公开实施例提供的方法,在物品入箱后,物品收寄设备可自行读取邮寄标签中写入的邮寄信息,在根据邮寄路径信息判断出邮寄物品为待配送物品后,主动向服务器发送配送请求,由服务器在接收到配送请求后,向收件终端下发取件提示信息和第二验证信息,由于在物品到达目的地后,可自行出发配送请求,因此可使得收件用户第一时间获知物品到达的消息,更为智能、效果更佳,用户体验度更优。
在另一个实施例中,该方法还包括:
在获取到输入的验证信息后,判断输入的验证信息与所述服务器下发的第二验证信息是否一致;
若输入的验证信息与所述第二验证信息一致,则控制所述第二物品邮寄设备的箱门打开,向所述服务器发送第二物品取出提示信息。

图5A是根据一示例性实施例示出的一种物品邮寄方法的流程图,如图5A和图5B所示,交互主体为邮寄终端、第一物品邮寄设备、服务器和第二物品邮寄设备,包括以下步骤。
在步骤501中,邮寄终端在扫描邮寄标签后,向服务器发送邮寄页面的访问请求。
如图5B所示,邮寄终端为邮寄用户的终端,比如手持的手机或平板电脑等;物品邮寄设备为放置物品的箱柜,在物品邮寄设备放置的地方还有邮寄标签,邮寄用户通过在邮寄终端操作将邮寄信息输入到邮寄标签中。其中,邮寄标签可为NFC标签。在本公开实施例中物品邮寄设备安装有NFC读卡器和重力传感器。NFC读卡器用于读取放入箱体内部的邮寄标签写入的邮寄信息,重力传感器用于读取邮寄物品的重量。
其中,邮寄用户在拿到任一未进行数据写入的邮寄标签后,若开启了邮寄终端的NFC功能,且扫描了该邮寄标签,则触发邮寄终端向服务器发送邮寄页面的访问请求。其中,访问请求中可携带邮寄终端的标识,比如终端号码、终端硬件地址或网络协议地址等,本公开实施例对此不进行具体限定。
在步骤502中,邮寄终端显示服务器返回的邮寄页面。
服务器在接收到邮寄终端发起的访问请求后,将邮寄页面返回至邮寄终端。其中,邮寄页面实质上为快递系统页面,用于邮寄用户输入邮寄信息。
在步骤503中,邮寄终端获取邮寄终端在邮寄页面上输入的邮寄信息,并将该邮寄信息发送至服务器。
其中,邮寄信息可包括邮寄物品的邮寄路径信息、收件用户姓名、收件用户联系方式、邮寄用户姓名、邮寄用户联系方式、邮寄用户地址等等,本公开实施例对此不进行具体限定。在本公开实施例中,邮寄页面上提供了上述各个信息的输入选项,以供用户进行输入。用户还可在邮寄页面直接设置常用的地址信息,以方便后续直接录入邮寄用户信息。
在步骤504中,服务器在接收到该邮寄信息后,将该邮寄信息写入该邮寄标签中。
服务器在接收到邮寄用户发送的邮寄信息后,将该邮寄信息写入到之前邮寄用户扫描的邮寄标签中。对于NFC标签来说,可支持数据写入1万次左右,所以本公开中的邮寄标签是可重复使用的。也即,在该邮寄物品送达到收件用户手中后,可将对应的邮寄标签中数据擦除,以便下一次使用。
需要说明的是,通过上述步骤501至步骤504实现了通过邮寄用户手持的移动终端输入电子形式的邮寄的目的,取代了传统的手写纸质快递单。且本公开实施例中的邮寄信息仅在通过扫描后才可看到,避免了传统的纸质快递单中邮寄信息可被任何人看到,从而泄露用户隐私的缺陷。且邮寄信息为电子形式,所以邮寄物品在到达分拣处后,通过扫描读取邮寄信息可实现快递的自动分拣。
在步骤505中,第一物品邮寄设备在检测到箱体内放入邮寄物品后,读取邮寄物品的邮寄标签和重量,得到邮寄物品的邮寄路径信息和重量数据。
在填写好邮寄信息后,邮寄用户可将邮寄物品和对应的邮寄标签一并放入附近的物品邮寄设备中,以方便后续快递人员前来取件。其中,物品邮寄设备共分为两种状态,有物品和没有物品。其中,没有物品放置的物品邮寄设备任何用户均可打开。在邮寄用户将邮寄物品和对应的邮寄标签放入第一物品邮寄设备后,内置的NFC读卡器和重力传感器便会自动读取邮寄信息和重量,得到邮寄物品的邮寄路径信息和重量数据。
在步骤506中,第一物品邮寄设备在根据邮寄物品的邮寄路径信息判断出该邮寄物品为 待邮寄物品后,将该邮寄路径信息和重量数据上传至服务器。
第一物品邮寄设备在判断自身所在位置信息与邮寄物品的邮寄路径信息不一致后,确定该邮寄物品为待邮寄物品,将该邮寄路径信息和重量数据上传至服务器,以便邮寄服务器根据上述信息计算该邮寄物品的邮寄费用。
在步骤507中,服务器根据邮寄物品的邮寄路径信息和重量数据,计算至少一个配送用户对该邮寄物品的邮寄费用,并生成配送详情页面。
在本公开实施例中,服务器存储了各多个配送用户的邮寄报价(比如**元/公斤),可生成一张费用报价表。其中,根据地区和交通运输等情况的不同,同一快递公司对同等重量的报价一般也不同。服务器在接收到第一物品邮寄设备发送的邮寄路径信息和重量数据后,通常计算多家快递公司对该邮寄物品的邮寄费用,以便用户从中进行选择。即,配送详情页面中包括至少一个配送用户的标识信息和对应的邮寄费用。其中,标识信息通常为快递公司的名称,比如顺丰、申通、中通、圆通等等。
在步骤508中,服务器向邮寄终端下发该配送详情页面。
在本公开实施例中,服务器在生成配送详情页面后,根据放置在第一物品邮寄设备中邮寄物品的邮寄信息,向邮寄用户使用的邮寄终端下发该配送详情页面,以便用户进行快递公司的选取。
在步骤509中,邮寄终端显示邮寄物品的配送详情页面,在检测到邮寄终端对配送详情页面上指定配送用户的选中操作后,向服务器发送配送用户选取的配送用户确认信息。
其中,配送详情页面中除了显示配送用户的标识信息和对应的邮寄费用外,还可在每一个配送用户所在的信息条目上显示一个可供勾选的框体。当用户点击任一框体后,并确定邮寄用户选中了该配送用户进行物品的配送。其中,配送用户确认信息中至少包括指定配送用户的标识信息,本公开实施例对此不进行具体限定。
在步骤510中,服务器在接收到配送用户选取的配送用户确认信息后,向邮寄终端下发邮寄物品的支付信息。
在邮寄用户选择后配送用户后,接下来引导邮寄用户进行邮寄费用的支付。即,在接收到配送用户确认信息后,向邮寄终端下发邮寄物品的支付信息。其中,支付信息中除了包含指定配送用户的账户信息,还可包括比如诸如收款人信息、交易流水单号、支付金额等,本公开实施例对此不进行具体限定。
在步骤511中,邮寄终端根据该支付信息,显示邮寄物品的支付页面。
在本公开实施例中,邮寄终端在接收到该支付信息后,根据该支付信息进行页面渲染,显示邮寄物品的支付页面,以引导用户直接通过手持的移动终端进行支付。
在步骤512中,服务器在接收到邮寄终端返回的支付成功消息后,将第一物品邮寄设备的地址信息和第一验证信息发送至指定配送用户,并将第一验证信息发送至第一物品邮寄设备。
在邮寄用户完成支付后,邮寄用户便完成了整个邮寄过程。对于邮寄用户来讲,整个邮寄过程只需通过移动终端即可完成,方便快捷。接下来,服务器便会通知邮寄用户指定的配送用户前来取件了。服务器会将放置邮寄物品的第一物品邮寄设备的地址信息和用于开箱取件的第一验证信息告知指定配送用户。同时还将第一验证信息下发至第一物品邮寄设备,以便第一物品邮寄设备对取件人员进行校验。
在步骤513中,第一物品邮寄设备在获取到输入的验证信息后,判断输入的验证信息与服务器下发的第一验证信息是否一致;若输入的验证信息与第一验证信息一致,则控制第一物品邮寄设备的箱门打开,并向服务器发送第一物品取出提示信息。
当快递人员来到放置第一物品邮寄设备的地方取件时,还需输入服务器之前下发的第一验证信息。其中,快递人员的验证信息可由服务器将第一验证信息下发至指定配送用户后,再由指定配送用户将该验证信息下发至快递人员的手机上。第一物品邮寄设备可设置有物理输入按键,在检测到输入的验证信息后,判断输入的验证信息与服务器下发的第一验证信息是否一致;若输入的验证信息与第一验证信息一致,则证明是真正的快递人员前来取件,控制箱门打开,以便快递人员将邮寄物品取走。需要说明的是,此时邮寄标签与邮寄物品放置在一起,一并被取走。同时,为了使得服务器及时获知邮寄物品的配送动态,第一物品邮寄设备还会向服务器发送第一物品取出提示信息。
在步骤514中,服务器在接收到第一物品邮寄设备发送的第一物品取出提示信息后,周期性地获取邮寄物品的邮寄状态信息,将邮寄状态信息发送至邮寄终端和收件终端。
在邮寄物品由快递人员从第一物品邮寄设备取出后,为了使得邮寄用户和收件用户及时掌握物品的动态,服务器会跟踪邮寄物品的状态,并将得到的邮寄状态信息同时发送给邮寄用户的邮寄终端和收件用户的收件终端。
需要说明的是,邮寄物品在快递人员取走后,便会运往当地的处理中心进行分拣,在分拣完毕之后进行运输。在邮寄物品到达目的地的处理中心后,可根据邮寄物品的邮寄标签进行自动分拣,在分拣完毕后运往对应的营业网点,再由快递人员将该邮寄物品放置在收件用户附近的物品邮寄设备中,以便收件用户前来取件。
在步骤515中,第二物品邮寄设备在检测到箱体内放入该邮寄物品后,读取该邮寄物品的邮寄标签,得到邮寄物品的邮寄信息。
快递人员在打开没有物品的第二物品邮寄设备后,将邮寄物品放置在第二物品邮寄设备 中,而第二物品邮寄设备在检测到箱体内放入邮寄物品后,立即读取该邮寄物品的邮寄标签,得到该邮寄物品的邮寄信息。
在步骤516中,第二物品邮寄设备在根据邮寄路径信息判断出邮寄物品为待配送物品后,向服务器发送配送请求。
第二物品邮寄设备在判断自身所在位置信息与邮寄物品的邮寄路径信息一致后,确定该邮寄物品为待配送物品,向服务器发送配送请求。其中,该配送请求中至少包括第二物品邮寄设备的地址和收件终端标识。
在步骤517中,服务器在接收到第二物品邮寄设备发送的配送请求后,向邮寄物品的收件终端下发取件提示信息和第二验证信息,并向第二物品邮寄设备下发第二验证信息。
其中,服务器可根据配送请求中包括的收件终端标识,向邮寄物品的收件终端下发取件提示信息和用于开箱取件的第二验证信息。同时还将第二验证信息下发至第二物品邮寄设备,以便第二物品邮寄设备对取件人员进行校验。
在步骤518中,第二物品邮寄设备在获取到输入的验证信息后,判断输入的验证信息与服务器下发的第二验证信息是否一致;若输入的验证信息与第二验证信息一致,则控制第二物品邮寄设备的箱门打开,并向服务器发送第二物品取出提示信息。
当收件用户来到放置第二物品邮寄设备的地方取件时,还需输入服务器之前下发的第二验证信息。第二物品邮寄设备可设置有物理输入按键,在检测到输入的验证信息后,判断输入的验证信息与服务器下发的第二验证信息是否一致;若输入的验证信息与第二验证信息一致,则证明是真正的收件用户前来取件,控制箱门打开,以便收件用户将邮寄物品取走。需要说明的是,此时需收件用户将邮寄标签与邮寄物品分开,仅取走邮寄物品。同时,为了使得服务器及时获知邮寄物品的配送动态,第二物品邮寄设备还会向服务器发送第二物品取出提示信息。
在步骤519中,服务器在接收到第二物品邮寄设备发送的第二物品取出提示信息后,将邮寄物品的邮寄标签中的数据清空。
对于本公开实施提供的邮寄标签来说,可支持数据写入1万次左右,所以本公开中的邮寄标签是可重复使用的。也即,在该邮寄物品送达到收件用户手中后,服务器可将对应的邮寄标签中数据擦除,以便下一次使用。
本公开实施例提供的方法,邮寄终端通过扫描邮寄标签,可实现通过移动终端和服务器将邮寄物品的邮寄信息录入到邮寄标签中,方便快捷、降低了用户使用纸质快递单手写邮寄信息时的复杂度,不但可实现数字化分拣,而且录入的邮寄信息仅可通过终端扫描获取到,保护了收发用户的隐私,安全性更高。
在物品入箱后,第一物品收寄设备可自行读取邮寄标签中写入的邮寄信息并进行称重,在根据邮寄路径信息判断出邮寄物品为待邮寄物品后,主动将邮寄路径信息和重量数据上传至服务器,由服务器根据邮寄路径信息和重量数据,计算各个配送用户对邮寄物品的邮寄费用,由于称重操作在关闭箱门后进行,因此避免了人为干预的情况发生,称重结果更加准确,且可自行读取邮寄标签来获取邮寄信息,便于服务器及时掌握邮寄情况。此外,由于服务器向邮寄终端下发了多个配送用户对应的邮寄费用,因此使得用户的选择空间更大。
在物品到达目的地后,第二物品收寄设备可自行读取邮寄标签中写入的邮寄信息,在根据邮寄路径信息判断出邮寄物品为待配送物品后,主动向服务器发送配送请求,由服务器在接收到配送请求后,向收件终端下发取件提示信息和第二验证信息,由于在物品到达目的地后,可自行出发配送请求,因此可使得收件用户第一时间获知物品到达的消息,更为智能、效果更佳,用户体验度更优。
图6是根据一示例性实施例示出的一种物品邮寄装置的框图。参照图6,该装置包括发送模块601,显示模块602和获取模块603。
发送模块601,被配置为向服务器发送邮寄页面的访问请求,所述访问请求由所述邮寄终端在扫描邮寄标签后生成;
显示模块602,被配置为显示所述邮寄页面;
获取模块603,被配置为获取在所述邮寄页面上输入的邮寄信息;

本公开实施例提供的装置,通过扫描邮寄标签,可实现通过移动终端将邮寄物品的邮寄信息录入到邮寄标签中,方便快捷、降低了用户使用纸质快递单手写邮寄信息时的复杂度,不但可实现数字化分拣,而且录入的邮寄信息仅可通过终端扫描获取到,保护了收发用户的 隐私,安全性更高。

本公开实施例提供的装置,服务器在接收到邮寄终端发送的邮寄页面的访问请求后,向邮寄终端下发邮寄页面,在接收到第一物品邮寄设备发送的邮寄物品的邮寄路径信息和重量数据后,根据邮寄路径信息和重量数据,计算至少一个配送用户对邮寄物品的邮寄费用,并生成配送详情页面,向邮寄终端下发配送详情页面,由于可自行对邮寄费用进行计算,且向邮寄终端下发了多个配送用户对应的邮寄费用,因此方便快捷、费用计算更加精确,且使得用户的选择空间更大,且可在邮寄标签中写入和擦除邮寄信息,不但省去了在纸质快递单上手写邮寄信息的麻烦,保护了用户的个人隐私,还可增加邮寄标签的利用率。
图12是根据一示例性实施例示出的一种物品邮寄装置的框图。参照图12,该装置包括读取模块1201和发送模块1202。
读取模块1201,被配置为在检测到邮寄物品后,读取所述邮寄物品的邮寄标签,得到所述邮寄物品的邮寄信息,所述邮寄信息中至少包括邮寄路径信息和收件终端标识;

图14是根据一示例性实施例示出的一种物品邮寄装置1400的框图。例如,装置1400可以是移动电话,计算机,数字广播终端,消息收发设备,游戏控制台,平板设备,医疗设备,健身设备,个人数字助理等。
参照图14,装置1400可以包括以下一个或多个组件:处理组件1402,存储器1404,电源组件1406,多媒体组件1408,音频组件1410,I/O(Input/Output,输入/输出)的接口1412,传感器组件1414,以及通信组件1416。
处理组件1402通常控制装置1400的整体操作,诸如与显示,电话呼叫,数据通信,相机操作和记录操作相关联的操作。处理组件1402可以包括一个或多个处理器1420来执行指令,以完成上述的方法的全部或部分步骤。此外,处理组件1402可以包括一个或多个模块,便于处理组件1402和其他组件之间的交互。例如,处理组件1402可以包括多媒体模块,以方便多媒体组件1408和处理组件1402之间的交互。
存储器1404被配置为存储各种类型的数据以支持在装置1400的操作。这些数据的示例包括用于在装置1400上操作的任何应用程序或方法的指令,联系人数据,电话簿数据,消息,图片,视频等。存储器1404可以由任何类型的易失性或非易失性存储设备或者它们的 组合实现,如SRAM(Static Random Access Memory,静态随机存取存储器),EEPROM(Electrically-Erasable Programmable Read-Only Memory,电可擦除可编程只读存储器),EPROM(Erasable Programmable Read Only Memory,可擦除可编程只读存储器),PROM(Programmable Read-Only Memory,可编程只读存储器),ROM(Read-Only Memory,只读存储器),磁存储器,快闪存储器,磁盘或光盘。
电源组件1406为装置1400的各种组件提供电力。电源组件1406可以包括电源管理系统,一个或多个电源,及其他与为装置1400生成、管理和分配电力相关联的组件。
多媒体组件1408包括在所述装置1400和用户之间的提供一个输出接口的屏幕。在一些实施例中,屏幕可以包括LCD(Liquid Crystal Display,液晶显示器)和TP(Touch Panel,触摸面板)。如果屏幕包括触摸面板,屏幕可以被实现为触摸屏,以接收来自用户的输入信号。触摸面板包括一个或多个触摸传感器以感测触摸、滑动和触摸面板上的手势。所述触摸传感器可以不仅感测触摸或滑动动作的边界,而且还检测与所述触摸或滑动操作相关的持续时间和压力。在一些实施例中,多媒体组件1408包括一个前置摄像头和/或后置摄像头。当装置1400处于操作模式,如拍摄模式或视频模式时,前置摄像头和/或后置摄像头可以接收外部的多媒体数据。每个前置摄像头和后置摄像头可以是一个固定的光学透镜系统或具有焦距和光学变焦能力。
音频组件1410被配置为输出和/或输入音频信号。例如,音频组件1410包括一个MIC(Microphone,麦克风),当装置1400处于操作模式,如呼叫模式、记录模式和语音识别模式时,麦克风被配置为接收外部音频信号。所接收的音频信号可以被进一步存储在存储器1404或经由通信组件1416发送。在一些实施例中,音频组件1410还包括一个扬声器,用于输出音频信号。
I/O接口1412为处理组件1402和外围接口模块之间提供接口,上述外围接口模块可以是键盘,点击轮,按钮等。这些按钮可包括但不限于:主页按钮、音量按钮、启动按钮和锁定按钮。
传感器组件1414包括一个或多个传感器,用于为装置1400提供各个方面的状态评估。例如,传感器组件1414可以检测到设备1400的打开/关闭状态,组件的相对定位,例如组件为装置1400的显示器和小键盘,传感器组件1414还可以检测装置1400或装置1400一个组件的位置改变,用户与装置1400接触的存在或不存在,装置1400方位或加速/减速和装置1400的温度变化。传感器组件1414可以包括接近传感器,被配置用来在没有任何的物理接触时检测附近物体的存在。传感器组件1414还可以包括光传感器,如CMOS(Complementary Metal Oxide Semiconductor,互补金属氧化物)或CCD(Charge-coupled  Device,电荷耦合元件)图像传感器,用于在成像应用中使用。在一些实施例中,该传感器组件1414还可以包括加速度传感器,陀螺仪传感器,磁传感器,压力传感器或温度传感器。
通信组件1416被配置为便于装置1400和其他设备之间有线或无线方式的通信。装置1400可以接入基于通信标准的无线网络,如WiFi,2G或3G,或它们的组合。在一个示例性实施例中,通信组件1416经由广播信道接收来自外部广播管理系统的广播信号或广播相关信息。在一个示例性实施例中,所述通信组件1416还包括NFC(Near Field Communication,近场通信)模块,以促进短程通信。例如,在NFC模块可基于RFID(Radio Frequency Identification,射频识别)技术,IrDA(Infra-red Data Association,红外数据协会)技术,UWB(Ultra Wideband,超宽带)技术,BT(Bluetooth,蓝牙)技术和其他技术来实现。
在示例性实施例中,装置1400可以被一个或多个ASIC(Application Specific Integrated Circuit,应用专用集成电路)、DSP(Digital signal Processor,数字信号处理器)、DSPD(Digital signal Processor Device,数字信号处理设备)、PLD(Programmable Logic Device,可编程逻辑器件)、FPGA)(Field Programmable Gate Array,现场可编程门阵列)、控制器、微控制器、微处理器或其他电子元件实现,用于执行上述方法。
在示例性实施例中,还提供了一种包括指令的非临时性计算机可读存储介质,例如包括指令的存储器704,上述指令可由装置700的处理器720执行以完成上述物品邮寄方法。例如,所述非临时性计算机可读存储介质可以是ROM、RAM(Random Access Memory,随机存取存储器)、CD-ROM(Compact Disc Read-Only Memory,光盘只读存储器)、磁带、软盘和光数据存储设备等。
图15是根据一示例性实施例示出的一种物品邮寄装置1500的框图。例如,装置1500可以被提供为一服务器。参照图15,装置1500包括处理组件1522,其进一步包括一个或多个处理器,以及由存储器1532所代表的存储器资源,用于存储可由处理组件1522的执行的指令,例如应用程序。存储器1532中存储的应用程序可以包括一个或一个以上的每一个对应于一组指令的模块。此外,处理组件1522被配置为执行指令,以执行上述物品邮寄方法。
装置1500还可以包括一个电源组件1526被配置为执行装置1500的电源管理,一个有线或无线网络接口1550被配置为将装置1500连接到网络,和一个输入输出(I/O)接口1558。装置1500可以操作基于存储在存储器1532的操作系统,例如Windows ServerTM,Mac OS XTM,UnixTM,LinuxTM,FreeBSDTM或类似。

Claims (26)

  1. 一种物品邮寄方法,所述方法应用于邮寄终端,其特征在于,所述方法包括:
    向服务器发送邮寄页面的访问请求,所述访问请求由所述邮寄终端在扫描邮寄标签后生成;
    显示所述邮寄页面;
    获取在所述邮寄页面上输入的邮寄信息,并将所述邮寄信息发送至所述服务器,由所述服务器将所述邮寄信息写入所述邮寄标签中。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:
    显示邮寄物品的配送详情页面,所述配送详情页面中包括至少一个配送用户的标识信息和对应的邮寄费用,所述邮寄费用由所述服务器在接收到第一物品邮寄设备发送的所述邮寄物品的邮寄路径信息和重量数据后,根据所述邮寄路径信息和所述重量数据计算得到;
    在检测到对所述配送详情页面上指定配送用户的选中操作后,向所述服务器发送配送用户确认信息,由所述服务器在接收到所述配送用户确认信息后,下发所述邮寄物品的支付信息,所述支付信息中至少包含所述指定配送用户的账户信息;
    根据所述支付信息,显示所述邮寄物品的支付页面。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述邮寄标签为近场通信NFC标签。
  4. 一种物品邮寄方法,所述方法应用于第一物品邮寄设备,其特征在于,所述方法包括:
    在检测到邮寄物品后,读取所述邮寄物品的邮寄标签和重量,得到所述邮寄物品的邮寄路径信息和重量数据;
    在根据所述邮寄路径信息判断出所述邮寄物品为待邮寄物品后,将所述邮寄路径信息和所述重量数据上传至服务器,由所述服务器根据所述邮寄路径信息和所述重量数据,计算至少一个配送用户对所述邮寄物品的邮寄费用,并生成配送详情页面;
    其中,所述配送详情页面中包括至少一个配送用户的标识信息和对应的邮寄费用。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:
    在获取到输入的验证信息后,判断输入的验证信息与所述服务器下发的第一验证信息是否一致;
    若输入的验证信息与所述第一验证信息一致,则控制所述第一物品邮寄设备的箱门打开,并向所述服务器发送第一物品取出提示信息。
  6. 一种物品邮寄方法,所述方法应用于服务器,其特征在于,所述方法包括:
    在接收到邮寄终端发送的邮寄页面的访问请求后,向所述邮寄终端下发所述邮寄页面, 所述访问请求由所述邮寄终端在扫描邮寄标签后生成并发送;
    接收第一物品邮寄设备发送的邮寄物品的邮寄路径信息和重量数据;
    根据所述邮寄路径信息和所述重量数据,计算至少一个配送用户对所述邮寄物品的邮寄费用,并生成配送详情页面;
    向所述邮寄终端下发所述配送详情页面;
    其中,所述邮寄路径信息由所述第一物品邮寄设备读取所述邮寄物品的邮寄标签得到,所述配送详情页面中至少包括每一个配送用户的标识信息和对应的邮寄费用。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:
    接收所述邮寄终端发送的配送用户确认信息,所述配送用户确认消息由所述邮寄终端在检测到对所述配送详情页面上指定配送用户的选中操作后发送;
    向所述邮寄终端下发所述邮寄物品的支付信息,所述支付信息中至少包含所述指定配送用户的账户信息;
    在接收到所述邮寄终端返回的支付成功消息后,将所述第一物品邮寄设备的地址信息和第一验证信息发送至所述指定配送用户。
  8. 根据权利要求6所述的方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:
    在接收到所述第一物品邮寄设备发送的第一物品取出提示信息后,周期性地获取所述邮寄物品的邮寄状态信息;
    将所述邮寄状态信息发送至所述邮寄终端和收件终端。
  9. 根据权利要求6所述的方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:
    在接收到第二物品邮寄设备发送的配送请求后,向所述邮寄物品的收件终端下发取件提示信息和第二验证信息;
    在接收到所述第二物品邮寄设备发送的第二物品取出提示信息后,将所述邮寄物品的邮寄标签中的数据清空。
  10. 一种物品邮寄方法,应用于第二物品邮寄设备,其特征在于,所述方法包括:
    在检测到邮寄物品后,读取所述邮寄物品的邮寄标签,得到所述邮寄物品的邮寄信息,所述邮寄信息中至少包括邮寄路径信息和收件终端标识;
    在根据所述邮寄路径信息判断出所述邮寄物品为待配送物品后,向服务器发送配送请求,所述配送请求中至少包括所述第二物品邮寄设备的地址和所述收件终端标识,由所述服务器在接收到所述配送请求后,向收件终端下发取件提示信息和第二验证信息。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:
    在获取到输入的验证信息后,判断输入的验证信息与所述服务器下发的第二验证信息是 否一致;
    若输入的验证信息与所述第二验证信息一致,则控制所述第二物品邮寄设备的箱门打开,向所述服务器发送第二物品取出提示信息。
  12. 一种物品邮寄装置,其特征在于,所述装置包括:
    发送模块,被配置为向服务器发送邮寄页面的访问请求,所述访问请求由所述邮寄终端在扫描邮寄标签后生成;
    显示模块,被配置为显示所述邮寄页面;
    获取模块,被配置为获取在所述邮寄页面上输入的邮寄信息;
    所述发送模块,还被配置为将所述邮寄信息发送至所述服务器,由所述服务器将所述邮寄信息写入所述邮寄标签中。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的装置,其特征在于,所述显示模块,还被配置为显示邮寄物品的配送详情页面,所述配送详情页面中包括至少一个配送用户的标识信息和对应的邮寄费用,所述邮寄费用由所述服务器在接收到第一物品邮寄设备发送的所述邮寄物品的邮寄路径信息和重量数据后,根据所述邮寄路径信息和所述重量数据计算得到;
    所述发送模块,还被配置为在检测到对所述配送详情页面上指定配送用户的选中操作后,向所述服务器发送配送用户确认信息,由所述服务器在接收到所述配送用户确认信息后,下发所述邮寄物品的支付信息,所述支付信息中至少包含所述指定配送用户的账户信息;
    所述显示模块,还被配置为根据所述支付信息,显示所述邮寄物品的支付页面。
  14. 根据权利要求12所述的装置,其特征在于,所述邮寄标签为近场通信NFC标签。
  15. 一种物品邮寄装置,其特征在于,所述装置包括:
    读取模块,被配置为在检测到邮寄物品后,读取所述邮寄物品的邮寄标签和重量,得到所述邮寄物品的邮寄路径信息和重量数据;
    上传模块,被配置为在根据所述邮寄路径信息判断出所述邮寄物品为待邮寄物品后,将所述邮寄路径信息和所述重量数据上传至服务器,由所述服务器根据所述邮寄路径信息和所述重量数据,计算至少一个配送用户对所述邮寄物品的邮寄费用,并生成配送详情页面;
    其中,所述配送详情页面中包括至少一个配送用户的标识信息和对应的邮寄费用。
  16. 根据权利要求15所述的装置,其特征在于,所述装置还包括:
    判断模块,被配置为在获取到输入的验证信息后,判断输入的验证信息与所述服务器下发的第一验证信息是否一致;
    控制模块,被配置为当输入的验证信息与所述第一验证信息一致时,控制所述第一物品邮寄设备的箱门打开;
    所述上传模块,还被配置为向所述服务器发送第一物品取出提示信息。
  17. 一种物品邮寄装置,其特征在于,所述装置包括:
    发送模块,被配置为在接收到邮寄终端发送的邮寄页面的访问请求后,向所述邮寄终端下发所述邮寄页面,所述访问请求由所述邮寄终端在扫描邮寄标签后生成并发送;
    接收模块,被配置为接收第一物品邮寄设备发送的邮寄物品的邮寄路径信息和重量数据;
    计算模块,被配置为根据所述邮寄路径信息和所述重量数据,计算至少一个配送用户对所述邮寄物品的邮寄费用,并生成配送详情页面;
    所述发送模块,还被配置为向所述邮寄终端下发所述配送详情页面;
    其中,所述邮寄路径信息由所述第一物品邮寄设备读取所述邮寄物品的邮寄标签得到,所述配送详情页面中至少包括每一个配送用户的标识信息和对应的邮寄费用。
  18. 根据权利要求17所述的装置,其特征在于,所述接收模块,还被配置为接收所述邮寄终端发送的配送用户确认信息,所述配送用户确认消息由所述邮寄终端在检测到对所述配送详情页面上指定配送用户的选中操作后发送;
    所述发送模块,还被配置为向所述邮寄终端下发所述邮寄物品的支付信息,所述支付信息中至少包含所述指定配送用户的账户信息;
    所述发送模块,还被配置为在接收到所述邮寄终端返回的支付成功消息后,将所述第一物品邮寄设备的地址信息和第一验证信息发送至所述指定配送用户。
  19. 根据权利要求17所述的装置,其特征在于,所述装置还包括:
    获取模块,被配置为在接收到所述第一物品邮寄设备发送的第一物品取出提示信息后,周期性地获取所述邮寄物品的邮寄状态信息;
    所述发送模块,还被配置为将所述邮寄状态信息发送至所述邮寄终端和收件终端。
  20. 根据权利要求17所述的装置,其特征在于,所述装置还包括:
    所述发送模块,还被配置为在接收到第二物品邮寄设备发送的配送请求后,向所述邮寄物品的收件终端下发取件提示信息和第二验证信息;
    处理模块,被配置为在接收到所述第二物品邮寄设备发送的第二物品取出提示信息后,将所述邮寄物品的邮寄标签中的数据清空。
  21. 一种物品邮寄装置,其特征在于,所述装置包括:
    读取模块,被配置为在检测到邮寄物品后,读取所述邮寄物品的邮寄标签,得到所述邮寄物品的邮寄信息,所述邮寄信息中至少包括邮寄路径信息和收件终端标识;
    发送模块,被配置为在根据所述邮寄路径信息判断出所述邮寄物品为待配送物品后,向 服务器发送配送请求,所述配送请求中至少包括所述第二物品邮寄设备的地址和所述收件终端标识,由所述服务器在接收到所述配送请求后,向收件终端下发取件提示信息和第二验证信息。
  22. 根据权利要求21所述的装置,其特征在于,所述装置还包括:
    判断模块,被配置为在获取到输入的验证信息后,判断输入的验证信息与所述服务器下发的第二验证信息是否一致;
    控制模块,被配置为若输入的验证信息与所述第二验证信息一致,则控制所述第二物品邮寄设备的箱门打开;
    发送模块,被配置为向所述服务器发送第二物品取出提示信息。
  23. 一种物品邮寄装置,其特征在于,包括:
    处理器;
    用于存储处理器可执行指令的存储器;
    其中,所述处理器被配置为:向服务器发送邮寄页面的访问请求,所述访问请求由所述邮寄终端在扫描邮寄标签后生成;显示所述邮寄页面;获取在所述邮寄页面上输入的邮寄信息,并将所述邮寄信息发送至所述服务器,由所述服务器将所述邮寄信息写入所述邮寄标签中。
  24. 一种物品邮寄装置,其特征在于,包括:
    处理器;
    用于存储处理器可执行指令的存储器;
    其中,所述处理器被配置为:在检测到邮寄物品后,读取所述邮寄物品的邮寄标签和重量,得到所述邮寄物品的邮寄路径信息和重量数据;在根据所述邮寄路径信息判断出所述邮寄物品为待邮寄物品后,将所述邮寄路径信息和所述重量数据上传至服务器,由所述服务器根据所述邮寄路径信息和所述重量数据,计算至少一个配送用户对所述邮寄物品的邮寄费用,并生成配送详情页面;其中,所述配送详情页面中包括至少一个配送用户的标识信息和对应的邮寄费用。
  25. 一种物品邮寄装置,其特征在于,包括:
    处理器;
    用于存储处理器可执行指令的存储器;
    其中,所述处理器被配置为:在接收到邮寄终端发送的邮寄页面的访问请求后,向所述邮寄终端下发所述邮寄页面,所述访问请求由所述邮寄终端在扫描邮寄标签后生成并发送;接收第一物品邮寄设备发送的邮寄物品的邮寄路径信息和重量数据;根据所述邮寄路径信息 和所述重量数据,计算至少一个配送用户对所述邮寄物品的邮寄费用,并生成配送详情页面;向所述邮寄终端下发所述配送详情页面;其中,所述邮寄路径信息由所述第一物品邮寄设备读取所述邮寄物品的邮寄标签得到,所述配送详情页面中至少包括每一个配送用户的标识信息和对应的邮寄费用。
  26. 一种物品邮寄装置,其特征在于,包括:
    处理器;
    用于存储处理器可执行指令的存储器;
    其中,所述处理器被配置为:在检测到邮寄物品后,读取所述邮寄物品的邮寄标签,得到所述邮寄物品的邮寄信息,所述邮寄信息中至少包括邮寄路径信息和收件终端标识;在根据所述邮寄路径信息判断出所述邮寄物品为待配送物品后,向服务器发送配送请求,所述配送请求中至少包括所述第二物品邮寄设备的地址和所述收件终端标识,由所述服务器在接收到所述配送请求后,向收件终端下发取件提示信息和第二验证信息。
