Abstract
一种电动代步车车架结构,包括前车架(1)和后车架(2),前车架和后车架均为一体成型的冲压钣金,前车架和后车架通过转轴(3)可上下转动地轴连接,前车架和后车架之间的转轴外套设有缓冲弹簧(4),缓冲弹簧外套设有丁基橡胶制成的圆筒(5),圆筒的长度等于缓冲弹簧长度的40%。将许多零件整合成一个或两个腔型结构的冲压件,实现机械化和自动化,可大大减少车架零件的制作成本,减少焊接点数,使得整体车架由于焊接引起的焊接变形减小,提高良品率,降低整体车架的制作成本。
Description
本发明涉及一种代步车结构,具体地说,涉及一种冲压式的电动代步车车架结构。
目前的电动代步车的车架一般是由很多的小零件通过焊接成一整体,缺点是:物料多,制造成本、管理成本、人力成本高。
中国专利CN 203497091公开了一种组合式电动代步车车架结构,其特征在于,包括:一前车架,所述前车架设有至少一横杆与多个前侧杆,该多个前侧杆并排间隔设置,该多个前侧杆一端设有一凹形枢接座,且该多个前侧杆侧边设有多个通孔,所述横杆两端分别设有一凸柱,通过所述横杆的凸柱与该多个前侧杆侧边的通孔相互嵌合锁固,并于嵌合处设有至少一锁合元件锁固;但是该专利结构复杂,生产成本高。
发明内容
为了解决上述现有技术的不足之处,本发明的目的在于提供一种结构简单、生产方便的电动代步车车架结构,以克服现有技术中的缺
陷。
为了实现上述目的,本发明提供了一种电动代步车车架结构,所述电动代步车车架结构包括前车架和后车架,所述前车架和后车架均为一体成型的冲压钣金,所述前车架与后车架通过转轴可上下转动地轴连接,前车架与后车架之间的转轴外套设有缓冲弹簧,缓冲弹簧外套设有丁基橡胶制成的圆筒,圆筒的长度等于缓冲弹簧长度的40%。
作为对本发明所述的电动代步车车架结构的进一步说明,优选地,所述前车架和后车架整合成一件一体成型的钣金件。
作为对本发明所述的电动代步车车架结构的进一步说明,优选地,所述前车架和后车架均为腔形冲压件。
由此可见,本发明提供一种电动代步车车架结构,所述电动代步车车架结构包括前车架和后车架,所述前车架和后车架均为一体成型的冲压钣金,所述前车架与后车架通过转轴可上下转动地轴连接,前车架与后车架之间的转轴外套设有缓冲弹簧,缓冲弹簧外套设有丁基橡胶制成的圆筒,圆筒的长度等于缓冲弹簧长度的40%。由于本发明将许多零件整合成一个或两个腔型结构的冲压件,零件制作容易实现即机械化及自动化,可以大大的减少车架零件的制作成本,减少焊接点数从而减少焊接成本,由于焊点的减少,使得整体车架由于焊接而引起的焊接变形就减小,从而提高了良品率,从而降低整体车架的制作成本,由于将零散的零件整合,所以外观上比原来的要美观。

所述前车架1和后车架2整合成一件一体成型的钣金件,所述前车架1和后车架2均为腔形冲压件。
