根据本发明的第六方面,提供了一种计算机程序,包括计算机可读代码,当所述计算机可读代码在计算设备上运行时,导致所述计算设备执行上述的用于制作视频集锦的方法。

本发明的发明人发现,在现有技术中,尚未有根据用户的自然观看反应来制作视频集锦的方案。然而,在本发明中,通过捕获用户的观看反应来自 动制作视频集锦,这免除了用户手动操作的麻烦,给用户带来更好的使用体验。因此,本发明所要实现的技术任务或者所要解决的技术问题是本领域技术人员从未想到的或者没有预期到的,故本发明是一种新的技术方案。

<电子设备的配置>
图1是显示可用于实现本发明的实施例的电子设备1000的配置的例子的框图。
电子设备1000例如可以是手机、平板电脑、网络电视机、机顶盒等。
如图1所示,电子设备1000包括处理装置1010、存储装置1020、接口装置1030、通信装置1040、显示装置1050、输入装置1060、扬声器1070、麦克风1080,等等。
处理装置1010例如可以是中央处理器CPU、微处理器MCU等。存储装置1020例如包括ROM(只读存储器)、RAM(随机存取存储器)、诸如硬盘的非易失性存储器等。接口装置1030例如包括USB接口、耳机接口等。
通信装置1040例如能够进行有线或无线通信。
显示装置1050例如是液晶显示屏。输入装置1060例如可以包括触摸屏、键盘等。用户可以通过扬声器1070和麦克风1080输入/输出语音信息。
图1所示的电子设备仅是解释性的,并且决不是为了要限制本发明、其应用或用途。本发明实施例采用如图1所示的电子设备,可以方便的捕获用户的观看反应,以便根据捕获的用户的观看反应来自动制作视频集锦,免除了用户手动操作的麻烦,不影响用户观看视频的效果,可以给用户带来更好的使用体验。
<实施例>
图2示出了根据本发明的实施例的用于制作视频集锦的方法的流程图。
如图2所示,在步骤S2100,捕获用户在观看视频时的观看反应,其中,观看反应是相对于用户直接剪辑视频的间接用户反应。
这种间接的观看反应是用户在观看视频过程中的自然反应。相对于剪辑或设置片段的起始和终止时间等直接剪辑操作,它对用户的观看过程影响比较小。在本发明中,不需要用户主动介入视频编辑。
例如,所述观看反应可以是用户声音、用户面部表情和用户重放操作中的至少一种。例如,所述用户声音是用户笑声。可以通过麦克风或摄像头等 装置来收集所述用户反应。本领域技术人员应当知道如何收集这些用户反应,并且具体收集方式本身不是本发明所关注的方面,因此,在这里不再详细描述。
在步骤S2200,获得与所述观看反应对应的视频片段。
可以基于捕获所述观看反应的时间点来确定所述视频片段。在一个例子中,以捕获所述观看反应的时间点作为所述视频片段的时间中点。所述视频的长度可以是4分钟。在这种情况下,确定在所述时间中点之前2分钟的视频内容和之后2分钟的视频内容作为所述视频片段。
在步骤S2300,基于所述视频片段,制作第一视频集锦文件。
第一视频集锦文件可以是所截取的视频片段本身,也可以是记录时间点的配置文件,或者二者的结合。例如,第一视频集锦文件可以包括配置文件,用于直接或间接记录所述视频片段的起始时间和结束时间。
用户可以基于第一视频集锦文件,得到相对具有针对性的视频片段。
此外,在本发明中,通过获取用户的间接反应,不需要用户直接剪辑视频,这不会妨碍用户的观看过程。因此,本发明的方案可以给用户带来更好的体验。
可选地,本发明还提供了进一步的改进。在多个用户观看同一视频的情况下,可以综合这些用户的反应来提供改进的视频集锦。在通过网络来分享视频的情况下,这尤其是有利的。例如,可选地,如图2所示,本发明还可以包括步骤S2400-S2600。
在步骤S2400,在所述视频中设置至少一个视频区间。例如,每隔5分钟将视频划分一个视频区间。
在步骤S2500,在所述视频片段与所述至少一个视频区间中的视频区间重叠时,增加该视频区间的分数。
例如,可以基于第一视频集锦文件来确定所述重叠。
例如,所述视频片段与所述视频区间重叠的部分占所述视频片段的至少60%。
例如,可以每次将所述分数增加1。这样可以记录对该区间表示感兴趣 的用户数量。
在步骤S2600,基于所述分数和所述至少一个视频区间,制作第二视频集锦文件。
例如,选择分数最高的多个视频区间来制作第二视频集锦文件。
在一个例子中,所述分数每次增加1。在这种情况下,可以基于所述分数与分享视频的用户总数的比值来确定第二视频集锦文件中所涵盖的视频区间。例如,可以使用所述比值大于70%的视频区间制作第二视频集锦文件。
同样地,第二视频集锦文件可以是所截取的视频片段本身,可以是记录时间点的配置文件,或者二者的结合。
图2所示的方法可以在位于终端的电子设备中实现,也可以在服务器端实现,或者可以结合二者来实现。
根据本发明实施例提供的用于制作视频集锦的方法,通过捕获用户的观看反应来自动制作视频集锦,免除了用户手动操作的麻烦,不影响用户观看视频的效果,可以给用户带来更好的使用体验。
图3示出了根据本发明的实施例的视频集锦的制作装置3000的框图。所述制作装置3000包括捕获单元3010、获得单元3020和第一制作单元3030。
捕获单元3010被设置成捕获用户在观看视频时的观看反应,其中,所述观看反应是相对于用户直接剪辑视频的间接用户反应。
例如,所述观看反应是用户声音、用户面部表情和用户重放操作中的至少一种。例如,所述用户声音是用户笑声。
获得单元3020被设置成获得与所述观看反应对应的视频片段。
在一个例子中,获得单元3020被设置成将捕获所述观看反应的时间点作为所述视频片段的时间中点。例如,所述视频的长度是4分钟。
第一制作单元3030被设置成基于所述视频片段,制作第一视频集锦文件。
例如,第一视频集锦文件包括配置文件,用于直接或间接记录所述视频 片段的起始时间和结束时间。
本领域技术人员应当明白,可以通过各种方式来实现制作装置3000中的各个单元。例如,可以通过指令配置处理器来实现各个单元。例如,可以将指令存储在ROM中,并且当启动设备时,将指令从ROM读取到可编程器件中来实现各个单元。例如,可以将各个单元固化到专用器件(例如ASIC)中。可以将各个单元分成相互独立的单元,或者可以将它们合并在一起实现。所述单元可以通过上述各种实现方式中的一种来实现,或者可以通过上述各种实现方式中的两种或更多种方式的组合来实现。对于本领域技术人员来说,这些实施方式都是等同的。
在一个例子中,可以将制作装置3000设置在电子设备中。例如,所述电子设备是如图1所示的电子设备1000。当用户使用所述电子设备观看视频时可以使用所述制作装置3000制作第一视频集锦文件。
根据本发明实施例提供的视频集锦的制作装置,通过捕获用户的观看反应来自动制作视频集锦,免除了用户手动操作的麻烦,不影响用户观看视频的效果,可以给用户带来更好的使用体验。
图4示出了根据本发明的实施例的服务器4000的框图。
服务器4000包括接收单元4010、设置单元4020、计分单元4030和第二制作单元4040。
接收单元4010被设置成接收配置文件,其中,该配置文件用于直接或间接记录所述视频片段的起始时间和结束时间。
设置单元4020被设置成在所述视频中设置至少一个视频区间。
计分单元4030被设置成在所述视频片段与所述至少一个视频区间中的视频区间重叠时,增加该视频区间的分数。
例如,所述视频片段与所述视频区间重叠的部分占所述视频片段的至少60%。
第二制作单元4040被设置成基于所述分数和所述至少一个视频区间,制作第二视频集锦文件。
同样地,服务器4000中的各个单元也可以通过软件、硬件或软件与硬 件结合的方式来实现。本领域技术人员应当知道,软件和硬件的实现方式实际上是等同。
根据本发明实施例提供的服务器,通过对视频区间进行计分,可以更好的选择到用户感兴趣的视频片段,将其用于制作视频集锦。通过自动的方式免除了用户手动操作的麻烦,不影响用户观看视频的效果,可以给用户带来更好的使用体验。
图5示出了根据本发明的实施例的用于制作视频集锦的系统5000的示意图。系统5000包括电子设备5300、5400和5500以及服务器4000。电子设备5300、5400和5500通过网络5200与服务器4000通信。电子设备5300、5400和5500例如包括图3所示的制作装置3000。服务器4000例如是图4所示的服务器。
电子设备5300、5400和5500例如可以是手机、平板电脑、电脑、机顶盒、电视机等。
电子设备5300、5400和5500中的任何一个或多个用于将第一视频集锦文件发送给服务器4000。服务器4000用于将第一视频集锦文件作为配置文件,制作第二视频集锦文件。
根据本发明提供的用于制作视频集锦的系统,通过捕获用户的观看反应来自动制作视频集锦,免除了用户手动操作的麻烦,不影响用户观看视频的效果,可以给用户带来更好的使用体验。
在此提供的算法和显示不与任何特定计算机、虚拟系统或者其它设备固有相关。各种通用系统也可以与基于在此的示教一起使用。根据上面的描述,构造这类系统所要求的结构是显而易见的。此外,本发明也不针对任何特定编程语言。应当明白,可以利用各种编程语言实现在此描述的本发明的内容,并且上面对特定语言所做的描述是为了披露本发明的最佳实施方式。

Claims (18)

  1. 一种用于制作视频集锦的方法,包括:
    捕获用户在观看视频时的观看反应,其中,所述观看反应是相对于用户直接剪辑视频的间接用户反应;
    获得与所述观看反应对应的视频片段;以及
    基于所述视频片段,制作第一视频集锦文件。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述观看反应是用户声音、用户面部表情和用户重放操作中的至少一种。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的方法,其中,所述用户声音是用户笑声。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,以捕获所述观看反应的时间点作为所述视频片段的时间中点。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,第一视频集锦文件包括配置文件,用于直接或间接记录所述视频片段的起始时间和结束时间。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,还包括:
    在所述视频中设置至少一个视频区间;
    在所述视频片段与所述至少一个视频区间中的视频区间重叠时,增加该视频区间的分数;以及
    基于所述分数和所述至少一个视频区间,制作第二视频集锦文件。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的方法,其中,所述视频片段与所述视频区间重叠的部分占所述视频片段的至少60%。
  8. 一种视频集锦的制作装置,包括:
    捕获单元,被设置成捕获用户在观看视频时的观看反应,其中,所述观看反应是相对于用户直接剪辑视频的间接用户反应;
    获得单元,被设置成获得与所述观看反应对应的视频片段;以及
    第一制作单元,被设置成基于所述视频片段,制作第一视频集锦文件。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的制作装置,其中,所述观看反应是用户声音、 用户面部表情和用户重放操作中的至少一种。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的制作装置,其中,所述用户声音是用户笑声。
  11. 根据权利要求8所述的制作装置,其中,获得单元被设置成将捕获所述观看反应的时间点作为所述视频片段的时间中点。
  12. 根据权利要求8所述的制作装置,其中,第一视频集锦文件包括配置文件,用于直接或间接记录所述视频片段的起始时间和结束时间。
  13. 一种电子设备,包括根据权利要求8所述的视频集锦的制作装置。
  14. 一种服务器,包括:
    接收单元,被设置成接收配置文件,其中,该配置文件用于直接或间接记录所述视频片段的起始时间和结束时间;
    设置单元,被设置成在所述视频中设置至少一个视频区间;
    计分单元,被设置成在所述视频片段与所述至少一个视频区间中的视频区间重叠时,增加该视频区间的分数;以及
    第二制作单元,被设置成基于所述分数和所述至少一个视频区间,制作第二视频集锦文件。
  15. 根据权利要求14所述的服务器,其中,所述视频片段与所述视频区间重叠的部分占所述视频片段的至少60%。
  16. 一种用于制作视频集锦的系统,包括根据权利要求13所述的电子设备和根据权利要求14所述的服务器,其中,所述电子设备用于将第一视频集锦文件发送给所述服务器,以及所述服务器用于将第一视频集锦文件作为配置文件,以制作第二视频集锦文件。
  17. 一种计算机程序,包括计算机可读代码,当所述计算机可读代码在计算设备上运行时,导致所述计算设备执行根据权利要求1-7中的任一项所述的用于制作视频集锦的方法。
  18. 一种计算机可读介质,其中存储了如权利要求17所述的计算机程序。
