优选地,所述预定方案中还包括终端状态设置操作;所述装置还包括:终端状态设置单元,用于执行所述目标预定方案中的终端状态设置操作。
本发明又提供了一种紧急通讯装置,包括:一个或者多个处理器;存储器;一个或者多个程序,所述一个或者多个程序存储在所述存储器中,当被所述一个或者多个处理器执行时,进行如下操作:获取按键输入信息;根据所获取的键输入信息从预存的至少一个预定方案中找出目标预定方案,其中每个预存的预定方案中均包括预设键位信息、预设通讯操作,且 预存的各个预定方案中的预设键位信息不相同、预存的各个预定方案中的预设通讯操作不相同,所述目标预定方案中的预设键位信息与所获取的按键输入信息相符;执行所述目标预定方案中的预设通讯操作。
所述紧急通讯装置,其中,还包括:获取预设键位信息和预设通讯操作;判断当前获取的预设键位信息是否与之前存储的预定方案中的预设键位信息相同;如果当前获取的预设键位信息是否与之前存储的预定方案中的预设键位信息不相同,则利用当前获取的预设键位信息和预设通讯操作生成预定方案;存储生成的预定方案。

本发明提供的紧急通讯方法及装置通过获取按键输入信息,并根据所获取的键输入信息从预存的至少一个预定方案中找出目标预定方案,在确定了目标预定方案后,执行该预定方案中的预设通讯操作。由此本方案可以根据用户进行的不同的按键输入,执行不同的预定通讯操作,由此可以提高紧急通讯操作的便利性和灵活性。

具体实施方式
下面将结合附图对本发明的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
此外,下面所描述的本发明不同实施方式中所涉及的技术特征只要彼此之间未构成冲突就可以相互结合。
本发明实施例提供一种紧急通讯方法,该方法可以由智能通讯终端来执行,如图1所示,该方法包括如下步骤:
S1,获取按键输入信息,可以是用户操作单个按键所输入的信息、也可以是用户按照一定的顺序操作多个按键(按键的组合)输入的信息。本发明所述按键可以是智能终端系统提供的虚拟按键,也可以是终端上现有 的机械按键,或者在终端上增设的按键。假设当前用户依次操作的是数字按键1、数字按键2、数字按键3,终端获取到的信息为“123”(上述按键和信息仅是为了说明本发明技术方案而给出的简单举例,本发明不对按键和输入信息的具体内容进行限定,实际应用时可设置更简单或更复杂的按键组合,以及按键对应的输入信息)。
S2,根据所获取的键输入信息从预存的至少一个预定方案中找出目标预定方案,其中每个预存的预定方案中均包括预设键位信息、预设通讯操作(具体而言,预设通讯操作可以是控制终端进行某种通讯动作的指令或信息,终端可以按照此控制指令执或信息进行通讯动作),且预存的各个预定方案中的预设键位信息不相同、预存的各个预定方案中的预设通讯操作不相同,所述目标预定方案中的预设键位信息与所获取的按键输入信息相符。
假设终端内存储了三个预定方案,预定方案1中包括预设键位信息“123”、预设通讯操作1;预定方案2中包括预设键位信息“456”、预设通讯操作2;预定方案3中包括预设键位信息“789”、预设通讯操作3。获取到按键输入信息后,则逐个判断每个预定方案,当所述按键输入信息符合预存的某一预定方案中的预设键位信息时执行步骤S3。根据上文可知,由于步骤S1中获取到的信息为“123”,该信息符合预定方案1中的预设键位信息“123”,因此执行S3;如果步骤S1中获取到的按键输入信息与任何一个预存的预设键位信息都不相符,则不进行后续操作,可以提示系统中不存在与用户当前操作相匹配的预定方案,然后返回并继续监测用户输入操作。
S3,执行所述目标预定方案中的预设通讯操作,预设通讯操作的内容包括多种,例如向预定联系人发送预定信息、拨通预定联系人电话,甚至更复杂的预定通讯动作都是可行的。为了避免由用户的误操作引起紧急通讯过程,可以在最终执行通讯操作时可以弹出提示选项指示用户进行最终确认,当用户确认后再执行通讯操作。
本发明提供的紧急通讯方法通过获取按键输入信息,并根据所获取的键输入信息从预存的至少一个预定方案中找出目标预定方案,在确定了目标预定方案后,执行该预定方案中的预设通讯操作。由此本方案可以根据用户进行的不同的按键输入,执行不同的预定通讯操作,由此可以提高紧急通讯操作的便利性和灵活性。
作为一个优选的实施方式,本方案还可允许用户自主设定预定方案的内容。即在步骤S1之前还可以包括获取预定方案的步骤,具体可以包括:
S01,获取预设键位信息和预设通讯操作,这些预设键位信息和预设通讯操作可以由用户来设置,可设置任意的按键、按键组合以及各种通讯动作;
S02,判断当前获取的预设键位信息是否与之前存储的预定方案中的预设键位信息相同,由此可避免用户设置重复的预设按键或按键组合。如果当前获取的预定方案中的预设键位信息是否与之前存储的预定方案中的预设键位信息不相同,则执行步骤S03,否则可提示用户重新设置预设键位并返回步骤S01。
S03,利用当前获取的预设键位信息和预设通讯操作生成预定方案,并且可以允许用户为当前生成的预定方案命名,在执行预设通讯操作时还可 以显示相应预定方案的名称;
S04,存储生成的预定方案,作为预存的预定方案。
上述优选方案可接受用户自定义的预设键位信息和预设通讯操作,并根据自定义的信息生成预定方案,由此可进一步提高紧急通讯操作的灵活性;并且在生成预定方案的过程中还加入了判断当前获取的预设键位信息是否与之前存储的预定方案中的预设键位信息相同的步骤,由此可以避免用户重复设置键位。
作为一个优选的实施方式,上述预设通讯操作可以包括与预设联系人进行语音通讯和/或向预设联系人发送预设通讯信息,用户可以针对每一个预定方案预先指定紧急联系人,并预先编辑和存储消息内容,消息可以是文字信息、图片信息、语音信息等,发送方式可以是利用蜂窝网络发送或者WiFi网络发送。上述优选方案在用户进行简单的紧急通讯操作时,自动向指定的联系人发送信息或进行通话,由此可以在减少用户的通讯操作内容的情况下,使指定联系人接收到信息或来电。
作为另一个优选的实施方式,上述预设通讯操作可以包括向预设联系人发送当前的位置信息和发送所述位置信息时的时间信息,具体可以是自动开启终端的GPS模块接收位置信息,并按照预定的时间间隔向预设联系人发送位置信息。上述优选方案在用户进行简单的紧急通讯操作时,自动向指定的联系人发送自己当前的位置和当前的时间,由此可以在减少用户的通讯操作内容的情况下,使指定联系人获得自己的位置以及在每个位置时的具体时间。
作为另一个优选的实施方式,所述预定方案中还可以包括终端状态设 置操作,端状态设置操作包括多种,例如控制终端持续震动和/或控制终端播放铃声(报警音)和/或控制终端屏幕或闪光灯开启、闪烁等都是可行的。
同时,在上述步骤S2之后,还可执行所述目标预定方案中的终端状态设置操作的步骤。上述优选方案可在紧急通讯时控制终端配合进行某种物理动作,这些动作可使终端起到辨识作用以适用于多种紧急场景。
本发明的另一个实施例还提供一种紧急通讯装置,如图2所示该装置包括:
获取单元25,用于获取按键输入信息;
确定单元26,用于根据所获取的键输入信息从预存的至少一个预定方案中找出目标预定方案,其中每个预存的预定方案中均包括预设键位信息、预设通讯操作,且预存的各个预定方案中的预设键位信息不相同、预存的各个预定方案中的预设通讯操作不相同,所述目标预定方案中的预设键位信息与所获取的按键输入信息相符;
执行单元27,用于执行所述目标预定方案中的预设通讯操作。
本发明提供的紧急通讯装置通过获取按键输入信息,并根据所获取的键输入信息从预存的至少一个预定方案中找出目标预定方案,在确定了目标预定方案后,执行该预定方案中的预设通讯操作。由此本方案可以根据用户进行的不同的按键输入,执行不同的预定通讯操作,由此可以提高紧急通讯操作的便利性和灵活性。
优选地,所述装置还包括:
预设信息获取单元21,用于获取预设键位信息和预设通讯操作;
预设信息判断单元22,用于判断当前获取的预设键位信息是否与之前存储的预定方案中的预设键位信息相同;
预设方案生成单元23,用于在当前获取的预设键位信息是否与之前存储的预定方案中的预设键位信息不相同,则利用当前获取的预设键位信息和预设通讯操作生成预定方案;
预设方案存储单元24,用于存储生成的预定方案。
上述方案可接受用户自定义的预设键位信息和预设通讯操作,并根据自定义的信息生成预定方案,由此可进一步提高紧急通讯操作的灵活性;并且在生成预定方案的过程中还加入了判断当前获取的预设键位信息是否与之前存储的预定方案中的预设键位信息相同的步骤,由此可以避免用户重复设置键位。
优选地,所述预设通讯操作包括与预设联系人进行语音通讯和/或向预设联系人发送预设通讯信息。上述优选方案在用户进行简单的紧急通讯操作时,自动向指定的联系人发送信息或进行通话,由此可以在减少用户的通讯操作内容的情况下,使指定联系人接收到信息或来电。
优选地,所述预设通讯操作包括向预设联系人发送当前的位置信息和发送所述位置信息时的时间信息。上述优选方案在用户进行简单的紧急通讯操作时,自动向指定的联系人发送自己当前的位置和当前的时间,由此可以在减少用户的通讯操作内容的情况下,使指定联系人获得自己的位置以及在每个位置时的具体时间。
优选地,所述预定方案中还包括终端状态设置操作;所述装置还包括: 终端状态设置单元,用于执行所述目标预定方案中的终端状态设置操作。上述优选方案可在紧急通讯时控制终端配合进行某种物理动作,这些动作可使终端起到辨识作用以适用于多种紧急场景。
本发明提供了一种紧急通讯装置,包括:一个或者多个处理器200;存储器100;一个或者多个程序,所述一个或者多个程序存储在所述存储器100中,当被所述一个或者多个处理器200执行时,进行如下操作:获取按键输入信息;根据所获取的键输入信息从预存的至少一个预定方案中找出目标预定方案,其中每个预存的预定方案中均包括预设键位信息、预设通讯操作,且预存的各个预定方案中的预设键位信息不相同、预存的各个预定方案中的预设通讯操作不相同,所述目标预定方案中的预设键位信息与所获取的按键输入信息相符;执行所述目标预定方案中的预设通讯操作。具体为如图3所示可以包括一个处理器200,如图4所示可以包括二个处理器200。
本实施例的所述紧急通讯装置,优选为,所述装置还包括:获取预设键位信息和预设通讯操作;判断当前获取的预设键位信息是否与之前存储的预定方案中的预设键位信息相同;如果当前获取的预设键位信息是否与之前存储的预定方案中的预设键位信息不相同,则利用当前获取的预设键位信息和预设通讯操作生成预定方案;存储生成的预定方案。
本实施例的所述紧急通讯装置,优选为,所述预设通讯操作包括与预设联系人进行语音通讯和/或向预设联系人发送预设通讯信息。
本实施例的所述紧急通讯装置,优选为,所述预设通讯操作包括与预设联系人进行语音通讯和/或向预设联系人发送预设通讯信息。
本实施例的所述紧急通讯装置,优选为,所述预定方案中还包括终端状态设置操作;在所述从预存的至少一个预定方案中找出目标预定方案之后,还包括执行所述目标预定方案中的终端状态设置操作。
本领域内的技术人员应明白,本发明的实施例可提供为方法、系统、或计算机程序产品。因此,本发明可采用完全硬件实施例、完全软件实施例、或结合软件和硬件方面的实施例的形式。而且,本发明可采用在一个或多个其中包含有计算机可用程序代码的计算机可用存储介质(包括但不限于磁盘存储器、CD-ROM、光学存储器等)上实施的计算机程序产品的形式。

这些计算机程序指令也可存储在能引导计算机或其他可编程数据处理设备以特定方式工作的计算机可读存储器中,使得存储在该计算机可读存储器中的指令产生包括指令装置的制造品,该指令装置实现在流程图一个流程或多个流程和/或方框图一个方框或多个方框中指定的功能。
这些计算机程序指令也可装载到计算机或其他可编程数据处理设备上,使得在计算机或其他可编程设备上执行一系列操作步骤以产生计算机实现的处理,从而在计算机或其他可编程设备上执行的指令提供用于实现在流程图一个流程或多个流程和/或方框图一个方框或多个方框中指定的 功能的步骤。
显然,上述实施例仅仅是为清楚地说明所作的举例,而并非对实施方式的限定。对于所属领域的普通技术人员来说,在上述说明的基础上还可以做出其它不同形式的变化或变动。这里无需也无法对所有的实施方式予以穷举。而由此所引伸出的显而易见的变化或变动仍处于本发明创造的保护范围之中。

Claims (15)

  1. 一种紧急通讯方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
    获取按键输入信息;
    根据所获取的键输入信息从预存的至少一个预定方案中找出目标预定方案,其中每个预存的预定方案中均包括预设键位信息、预设通讯操作,且预存的各个预定方案中的预设键位信息不相同、预存的各个预定方案中的预设通讯操作不相同,所述目标预定方案中的预设键位信息与所获取的按键输入信息相符;
    执行所述目标预定方案中的预设通讯操作。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的紧急通讯方法,其特征在于,在所述获取按键输入信息之前,还包括:
    获取预设键位信息和预设通讯操作;
    判断当前获取的预设键位信息是否与之前存储的预定方案中的预设键位信息相同;
    如果当前获取的预设键位信息是否与之前存储的预定方案中的预设键位信息不相同,则利用当前获取的预设键位信息和预设通讯操作生成预定方案;
    存储生成的预定方案。
  3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的紧急通讯方法,其特征在于,所述预设通讯操作包括与预设联系人进行语音通讯和/或向预设联系人发送预设通讯信息。
  4. 根据权利要求1或2所述的紧急通讯方法,其特征在于,所述预设通讯操作包括向预设联系人发送当前的位置信息和发送所述位置信息时的时间信息。
  5. 根据权利要求1或2所述的紧急通讯方法,其特征在于,所述预定方案中还包括终端状态设置操作;在所述从预存的至少一个预定方案中找出目标预定方案之后,还包括执行所述目标预定方案中的终端状态设置操作。
  6. 一种紧急通讯装置,其特征在于,包括:
    获取单元,用于获取按键输入信息;
    确定单元,用于根据所获取的键输入信息从预存的至少一个预定方案中找出目标预定方案,其中每个预存的预定方案中均包括预设键位信息、预设通讯操作,且预存的各个预定方案中的预设键位信息不相同、预存的各个预定方案中的预设通讯操作不相同,所述目标预定方案中的预设键位信息与所获取的按键输入信息相符;
    执行单元,用于执行所述目标预定方案中的预设通讯操作。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的紧急通讯装置,其特征在于,所述装置还包括:
    预设信息获取单元,用于获取预设键位信息和预设通讯操作;
    预设信息判断单元,用于判断当前获取的预设键位信息是否与之前存储的预定方案中的预设键位信息相同;
    预设方案生成单元,用于在当前获取的预设键位信息是否与之前存储的预定方案中的预设键位信息不相同,则利用当前获取的预设键位信息和 预设通讯操作生成预定方案;
    预设方案存储单元,用于存储生成的预定方案。
  8. 根据权利要求6或7所述的紧急通讯装置,其特征在于,所述预设通讯操作包括与预设联系人进行语音通讯和/或向预设联系人发送预设通讯信息。
  9. 根据权利要求6或7所述的紧急通讯装置,其特征在于,所述预设通讯操作包括向预设联系人发送当前的位置信息和发送所述位置信息时的时间信息。
  10. 根据权利要求6或7所述的紧急通讯装置,其特征在于,所述预定方案中还包括终端状态设置操作;所述装置还包括:终端状态设置单元,用于执行所述目标预定方案中的终端状态设置操作。
  11. 一种紧急通讯装置,其特征在于,包括:
    一个或者多个处理器;
    存储器;
    一个或者多个程序,所述一个或者多个程序存储在所述存储器中,当被所述一个或者多个处理器执行时,进行如下操作:
    获取按键输入信息;
    根据所获取的键输入信息从预存的至少一个预定方案中找出目标预定方案,其中每个预存的预定方案中均包括预设键位信息、预设通讯操作,且预存的各个预定方案中的预设键位信息不相同、预存的各个预定方案中的预设通讯操作不相同,所述目标预定方案中的预设键位信息与所获取的按键输入信息相符;
    执行所述目标预定方案中的预设通讯操作。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的紧急通讯装置,其特征在于,还包括:
    获取预设键位信息和预设通讯操作;
    判断当前获取的预设键位信息是否与之前存储的预定方案中的预设键位信息相同;
    如果当前获取的预设键位信息是否与之前存储的预定方案中的预设键位信息不相同,则利用当前获取的预设键位信息和预设通讯操作生成预定方案;
    存储生成的预定方案。
  13. 根据权利要求11或12所述的紧急通讯装置,其特征在于,所述预设通讯操作包括与预设联系人进行语音通讯和/或向预设联系人发送预设通讯信息。
  14. 根据权利要求11或12所述的紧急通讯装置,其特征在于,所述预设通讯操作包括与预设联系人进行语音通讯和/或向预设联系人发送预设通讯信息。
  15. 根据权利要求11或12所述的紧急通讯装置,其特征在于,所述预定方案中还包括终端状态设置操作;在所述从预存的至少一个预定方案中找出目标预定方案之后,还包括执行所述目标预定方案中的终端状态设置操作。
