Abstract

本发明公开了一种智能电视的控制方法,包括:控制终端接收智能电视发送过来当前显示的用户界面的编码;所述控制终端在指定存储路径下查找与所述编码对应的用户界面图片进行显示;所述控制终端将用户在所述用户界面图片的操作指令发送至所述智能电视,以控制所述智能电视执行相应的操作。本发明还公开了一种智能电视的控制系统。本发明在控制终端对智能电视的控制过程中,仅传输用户界面的编码及操作指令,相对于现有技术中需要不断传输用户界面图片及操作指令,减少了传输的数据量,提高了对智能电视的控制的便捷性及流畅性。

本发明涉及设备控制技术领域,尤其涉及一种智能电视的控制方法及系统。
背景技术
在智能电视需要进行控制时,可通过控制终端对智能电视进行控制,该控制终端以手机为例,通过手机来控制智能电视越来越普及,目前主要通过两种方式进行控制:一种是将手机虚拟成遥控器对智能电视进行操控,该方法只是在用户没有遥控器时比较实用,使用不够方便,用户体验相对比较差。另一种方法是智能电视将当前显示的用户界面进行截图,再将图片传送给手机进行显示。用户根据在手机上所显示的传来的用户界面图片作出相应的操作,手机将这些操作指令回传给智能电视。该方法中在交互的过程中需要用户界面图片进行不断的传输,传输的数据量非常大,对网络资源要求很高,对于网络比较差有用户会有比较严重的滞后感,导致用户体验急速变差,对智能电视的控制不够方便快捷。
发明内容
本发明的主要目的在于提供一种智能电视的控制方法及系统,旨在实现在控制终端对智能电视的控制过程中,减少了传输的数据量,提高对智能电视的控制的便捷性及流畅性。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供了一种智能电视的控制方法,包括:
所述控制终端根据搜索到所述智能电视的标识信息与所述智能电视进行连接;
控制终端接收智能电视发送过来当前显示的用户界面的编码;
所述控制终端在指定存储路径下查找与所述编码对应的用户界面图片进行显示;
所述控制终端将用户在所述用户界面图片的操作指令发送至所述智能电视,以控制所述智能电视执行相应的操作;
在所述智能电视所显示的用户界面存在更新时,所述控制终端接收所述智能电视发送过来新的用户界面的编码,并根据新的编码显示新的用户界面图片。

本发明实施例在控制终端控制智能电视的过程中,控制终端根据接收到智能电视发送当前显示的用户界面的编码,在指定存储路径查找对应的用户界面图片进行显示,并将用户在用户界面图片的操作指令发送至智能电视,以控制智能电视执行相应的操作。使得在控制终端与智能电视的交互过程中,只需传输用户界面的编码及操作指令,相对于现有技术中需要不断传输用户界面图片及操作指令,减少了传输的数据量,提高了对智能电视的控制的便捷性及流畅性。

如图1所示,示出了本发明一种智能电视的控制方法第一实施例。该实施例的智能电视的控制方法包括:
步骤S10、控制终端接收智能电视发送过来当前显示的用户界面的编码;
本实施例中,控制终端的类型可根据实际需要进行设置,例如,手机、iPad等,以下将以手机为例进行详细说明。
用户界面主要是指在智能电视上显示的菜单控制界面,需要用户进行选择操作。当然,用户界面还可以包括其他需要进行人机交互的界面,例如,需要用户进行选择操作的网页浏览界面。智能电视在进行软件开发时,可将各个用户界面以图片的形式保存在指定的路径下,并给每张图片一个独立的编码,方便在手机与智能电视进行握手联接后,智能电视将所存储的用户界面图片及其相应的编码发送至手机,用户可通过手机操控智能电视。或者是,在使用智能电视的过程中,智能电视在首次显示用户界面时,将对该用户界面进行截屏以图片的形式存储在指定的路径下,并给图片设置独立的编码。然后将该用户界面图片及其相应的编码发送至手机进行存储,依此类推,随着智能电视使用时间推移,在手机中所存储的用户界面图片越来越多,以方便在后续在需要进行人机交互,即用户需要通过用户界面的一些操作功能对智能电视进行控制时,可将用户界面的编码发送至手机。具体地,在智能电视显示菜单界面、浏览器界面等需要进行人机交互时,智能电视将当前显示的用户界面的编码发送至手机。
步骤S20、所述控制终端在指定存储路径下查找与所述编码对应的用户界面图片进行显示;
由于手机中在本地指定存储路径下所存储的用户界面图片及其编码,与智能电视中所存储的一致,因此手机在接收到智能电视传送过来的用户界面图片的编码后,可根据用户界面图片的编码,在本地指定存储路径下查找对应的用户界面图片,并显示在手机屏幕上,以确保用户在手机上看到的用户界面与智能电视所显示的一致。可以理解的是,在智能电视或者手机所存储在用户界面图片也可以进行图片压缩后存储在服务器端,在需要进行显示时,可从服务器端下载并按比例放大后进行显示。
步骤S30、所述控制终端将用户在所述用户界面图片的操作指令发送至所述智能电视,以控制所述智能电视执行相应的操作。
在手机显示用户界面图片后,当用户看到有想要操作的内容时,用户可在手机屏幕上所显示的用户界面的相应位置进行点击、滑动等操作,被用户点击的区域即被触发形成操作指令,手机将用户的操作指令发送至智能电视。智能电视检测到手机发送过来的用户的操作指令后,由于在手机所显示的用户界面与在智能电视上显示的内容一致,智能电视可获知其当前哪一个区域被触发,并根据该操作指令执行相应的操作。例如,假设智能电视当前显示的用户界面为亮度调节的设置界面,则智能电视亮度调节的设置界面的编码发送至手机手机后,手机将根据编码查找亮度调节的设置界面图片后进行显示。用户在手机屏幕点击亮度调节光标到指定的位置或者输入亮度大小后,形成亮度调节的操作指令。手机将该亮度调节的操作指令发送至智能电视,智能电视接收到亮度调节的操作指令后,进行亮度调节。
本发明实施例在通过手机控制智能电视的过程中,智能电视可将当前显示的用户界面的编码发送至手机,以使手机根据该编码能够在指定存储路径查找对应的用户界面图片进行显示。手机可将用户在所显示的用户界面图片上进行操作所产生的操作指令发送至智能电视,从而控制智能电视执行相应的操作。使得在对智能电视的控制过程中,手机和智能电视之间只需传输用户界面的编码及操作指令,相对于现有技术需要不断进行截屏并传输用户界面图片及操作指令,减少了传输的数据量,不仅可以让用户有很好的手机操控智能电视的用户体验,而且可以有效地解决了用户通过手机操作智能电视不流畅的问题,提高了对智能电视的控制的便捷性。
进一步地,如图2所示,基于上述智能电视的控制方法第一实施例,提出了本发明智能电视的控制方法第二实施例,本实施例中在执行上述所有步骤之前可包括:
步骤S40、所述控制终端根据搜索到所述智能电视的标识信息与所述智能电视进行连接。
在上述通过手机操控智能电视之前,需要用户启动手机操控电视功能,即在手机指定的连接界面对智能电视的标识信息或者名称进行搜索,然后选择需要连接的智能电视进行握手联接。需要说明的是,为了能够进行正确操控,一部手机仅能连接一台智能电视。为了方便一个家庭成员都能通过自己的手机对智能电视进行操控,一台智能电视可同时被多部手机进行连接,但是不能同时接收多部手机发送的操作指令。在手机与智能电视进行连接后,可由手机指定的按键功能控制智能电视显示出用户界面。本实施例实现了对手机与智能电视进行连接,为能够通过手机操作智能电视做好前提准备,方便手机对智能电视进行控制。
进一步地,如图3所示,基于上述智能电视的控制方法第二实施例,提出了本发明智能电视的控制方法第三实施例,本实施例中上述步骤S30之后可包括:
步骤S50、当所述控制终端的指定存储路径下不存在所述智能电视所存储的预设用户界面图片时,所述控制终端向所述智能电视发送所述预设用户界面图片的获取请求,以使所述智能电视根据所述获取请求将所述预设用户界面图片及其编码发送至所述控制终端。
当手机与智能电视连接后,手机查找在指定存储路径下是否存在智能电视所存储的预设用户界面图片,该预设用户界面图片为智能电视预先存储的菜单控制界面图片、或者需要进行人机交互的用户界面图片等。当手机的指定存储路径下不存在智能电视所存储的预设用户界面图片时,手机向智能电视发送预设用户界面图片的获取请求。智能电视收到该获取请求后,将指定路径下所存储的用户界面图片及其编码发送至手机。手机接收智能电视传送过来的界面图片及其编码,并存储在指定的存储路径下,使得手机与智能电视所存储的界面图片的数量及其编码一致。当手机的指定存储路径下存在智能电视所存储的预设用户界面图片时,手机不需要向智能电视发送预设用户界面图片的获取请求。
需要说明的是,当手机与智能电视连接后,智能电视可主动将预先所存储的用户界面图片传送到手机,若手机在指定的存储路径下已存在预设用户界面图片及其编码与智能电视所存储的一致,则手机可不接收,否则,若不存在则进行接收。
本实施例中,通过智能电视将用户界面图片发送到手机进行存储,在智能电视与手机进行交互的过程中,不需要传输用户界面图片,减少了传输的数据量,提高了对智能电视的控制的便捷性及流畅性。
进一步地,基于上述智能电视的控制方法第三实施例,提出了本发明智能电视的控制方法第四实施例,本实施例中上述步骤S30可包括:
当在所述控制终端显示的所述用户界面图片存在操作指令时,所述控制终端判断所述操作指令是否有效;
若所述操作指令有效,则所述控制终端将所述操作指令发送至所述智能电视。
为了避免无效操作指令的传输,手机检测在显示的用户界面图片是否存在操作指令,若不存在操作指令,则等待用户的操作。反之,若存在操作指令,首先判断操作指令是否有效,如果是无效或不支持的指令,则不发送给电视,如果是有效指令,则将该操作指令发送给智能电视。例如,在手机所显示的主菜单的显示界面中,若用户点击音量调节所在的位置,则为有效操作指令,可控制智能电视显示音量调节的子菜单,若用户滑动音量调节所在的位置,则为无效操作指令。本实施例中,手机仅将有效操作指令传输至智能电视,提高了对智能电视的控制的便捷性。
进一步地,基于上述智能电视的控制方法任一实施例,本实施例中上述步骤S30之后可包括:
在所述智能电视所显示的用户界面存在更新时,所述控制终端接收所述智能电视发送过来新的用户界面的编码,并根据新的编码显示新的用户界面图片。
当在智能电视所显示的用户界面发生改变时,智能电视将读取新的用户界面的编码,并将相应的编码发送到手机。手机在接收到新的编码后,在指定的存储路径下查找新的编码对应的用户界面图片,并进行显示。如果手机接收到新的编码与之前的相同,或没有收到编码,则不用更新用户界面图片,继续等待用户下一次的操作指令。例如,假设在智能电视和手机都存储有某一网页的用户界面,当智能电视由显示主菜单界面切换到通过浏览器打开该网页时,将该网页的编码发送至手机。手机根据该编码查找对应的图片在显示屏上显示该网页界面,用户点击手机显示屏上所显示的该网页的搜索输入栏,智能电视显示屏上光标立刻移动至该网页的搜索输入栏;当用户点击手机显示屏上显示网页的搜索按钮,智能电视显示屏上该网页的搜索按钮被确认为按下,智能电视浏览器开始搜索网页。
本实施例中,智能电视在所显示的用户界面存在更新时,能够及时将新的用户界面的编码发送至手机,以使手机根据新的编码获取新的用户界面图片进行显示,提高了手机对智能电视的控制的便捷性及可靠性。
对应地,如图4所示,提出本发明一种智能电视的控制系统第一实施例。该实施例的智能电视的控制系统包括智能电视及控制终端,所述智能电视包括编码发送模块110,所述控制终端包括接收模块210、显示模块220及控制模块230,其中,
编码发送模块110,用于将当前显示的用户界面的编码发送至控制终端;
接收模块210,用于接收智能电视发送过来当前显示的用户界面的编码;

显示模块220,用于在指定存储路径下查找与所述编码对应的用户界面图片进行显示;
由于手机中在本地指定存储路径下所存储的用户界面图片及其编码,与智能电视中所存储的一致,因此手机在接收到智能电视传送过来的用户界面图片的编码后,显示模块220可根据用户界面图片的编码,在本地指定存储路径下查找对应的用户界面图片,并显示在手机屏幕上,以确保用户在手机上看到的用户界面与智能电视所显示的一致。可以理解的是,在智能电视或者手机所存储在用户界面图片也可以进行图片压缩后存储在服务器端,在需要进行显示时,可从服务器端下载并按比例放大后进行显示。
控制模块230,用于将用户在所述用户界面图片的操作指令发送至所述智能电视,以控制所述智能电视执行相应的操作。

本发明实施例在通过手机控制智能电视的过程中,智能电视可将当前显示的用户界面的编码发送至手机,以使手机根据该编码能够在指定存储路径查找对应的用户界面图片进行显示。手机可将用户在所显示的用户界面图片上进行操作所产生的操作指令发送至智能电视,从而控制智能电视执行相应的操作。使得在对智能电视的控制过程中,手机和智能电视之间只需传输用户界面的编码及操作指令,相对于现有技术需要不断进行截屏并传输用户界面图片及操作指令,减少了传输的数据量,不仅可以让用户有很好的手机操控智能电视的用户体验,而且可以有效地解决了用户通过手机操作智能电视不流畅的问题,提高了对智能电视的控制的便捷性。

当手机与智能电视连接后,手机查找在指定存储路径下是否存在智能电视所存储的预设用户界面图片,该预设用户界面图片为智能电视预先存储的菜单控制界面图片、或者需要进行人机交互的用户界面图片等。当手机的指定存储路径下不存在智能电视所存储的预设用户界面图片时,手机调用请求发送模块250向智能电视发送预设用户界面图片的获取请求。智能电视收到该获取请求后,由图片及编码发送模块120将指定路径下所存储的用户界面图片及其编码发送至手机。手机接收智能电视传送过来的界面图片及其编码,并存储在指定的存储路径下,使得手机与智能电视所存储的界面图片的数量及其编码一致。当手机的指定存储路径下存在智能电视所存储的预设用户界面图片时,手机不需要向智能电视发送预设用户界面图片的获取请求。
需要说明的是,当手机与智能电视连接后,智能电视可主动将预先所存储的用户界面图片传送到手机,若手机在指定的存储路径下已存在预设用户界面图片及其编码与智能电视所存储的一致,则手机可不接收,否则,若不存在则进行接收。
本实施例中,通过智能电视将用户界面图片发送到手机进行存储,在智能电视与手机进行交互的过程中,不需要传输用户界面图片,减少了传输的数据量,提高了对智能电视的控制的便捷性及流畅性。
进一步地,基于上述智能电视的控制系统第三实施例,提出了本发明智能电视的控制系统第四实施例,本实施例中上述控制模块230还用于,当在所述控制终端显示的所述用户界面图片存在操作指令时,判断所述操作指令是否有效;若所述操作指令有效,则将所述操作指令发送至所述智能电视。
为了避免无效操作指令的传输,手机检测在显示的用户界面图片是否存在操作指令,若不存在操作指令,则等待用户的操作。反之,若存在操作指令,控制模块230首先判断操作指令是否有效,如果是无效或不支持的指令,则不发送给电视,如果是有效指令,则控制模块230将该操作指令发送给智能电视,以对智能电视进行控制。例如,在手机所显示的主菜单的显示界面中,若用户点击音量调节所在的位置,则为有效操作指令,可控制智能电视显示音量调节的子菜单,若用户滑动音量调节所在的位置,则为无效操作指令。本实施例中,手机仅将有效操作指令传输至智能电视,提高了对智能电视的控制的便捷性。

当在智能电视所显示的用户界面发生改变时,智能电视调用编码更新模块将读取新的用户界面的编码,并将相应的编码发送到手机,手机由显示更新模块对新的编码进行接收。手机在接收到新的编码后,由显示更新模块在指定的存储路径下查找新的编码对应的用户界面图片,并进行显示。如果手机接收到新的编码与之前的相同,或没有收到编码,则不用更新用户界面图片,继续等待用户下一次的操作指令。例如,假设在智能电视和手机都存储有某一网页的用户界面,当智能电视由显示主菜单界面切换到通过浏览器打开该网页时,将该网页的编码发送至手机。手机根据该编码查找对应的图片在显示屏上显示该网页界面,用户点击手机显示屏上所显示的该网页的搜索输入栏,智能电视显示屏上光标立刻移动至该网页的搜索输入栏;当用户点击手机显示屏上显示网页的搜索按钮,智能电视显示屏上该网页的搜索按钮被确认为按下,智能电视浏览器开始搜索网页。
本实施例中,智能电视在所显示的用户界面存在更新时,能够及时将新的用户界面的编码发送至手机,以使手机根据新的编码获取新的用户界面图片进行显示,提高了手机对智能电视的控制的便捷性及可靠性。

Claims (16)

  1. 一种智能电视的控制方法,其特征在于,所述智能电视的控制方法包括以下步骤:
    所述控制终端根据搜索到所述智能电视的标识信息与所述智能电视进行连接;
    控制终端接收智能电视发送过来当前显示的用户界面的编码;
    所述控制终端在指定存储路径下查找与所述编码对应的用户界面图片进行显示;
    所述控制终端将用户在所述用户界面图片的操作指令发送至所述智能电视,以控制所述智能电视执行相应的操作;
    在所述智能电视所显示的用户界面存在更新时,所述控制终端接收所述智能电视发送过来新的用户界面的编码,并根据新的编码显示新的用户界面图片。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的智能电视的控制方法,其特征在于,所述控制终端根据搜索到所述智能电视的标识与所述智能电视进行连接之后包括:
    当所述控制终端的指定存储路径下不存在所述智能电视所存储的预设用户界面图片时,所述控制终端向所述智能电视发送所述预设用户界面图片的获取请求,以使所述智能电视根据所述获取请求将所述预设用户界面图片及其编码发送至所述控制终端。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的智能电视的控制方法,其特征在于,所述控制终端将用户在所述用户界面图片的操作指令发送至所述智能电视,以控制所述智能电视执行相应的操作包括:
    当在所述控制终端显示的所述用户界面图片存在操作指令时,所述控制终端判断所述操作指令是否有效;
    若所述操作指令有效,则所述控制终端将所述操作指令发送至所述智能电视。
  4. 一种智能电视的控制方法,其特征在于,所述智能电视的控制方法包括以下步骤:
    控制终端接收智能电视发送过来当前显示的用户界面的编码;
    所述控制终端在指定存储路径下查找与所述编码对应的用户界面图片进行显示;
    所述控制终端将用户在所述用户界面图片的操作指令发送至所述智能电视,以控制所述智能电视执行相应的操作。
  5. 如权利要求4所述的智能电视的控制方法,其特征在于,在执行所有的步骤之前包括:
    所述控制终端根据搜索到所述智能电视的标识信息与所述智能电视进行连接。
  6. 如权利要求5所述的智能电视的控制方法,其特征在于,所述控制终端根据搜索到所述智能电视的标识与所述智能电视进行连接之后包括:
    当所述控制终端的指定存储路径下不存在所述智能电视所存储的预设用户界面图片时,所述控制终端向所述智能电视发送所述预设用户界面图片的获取请求,以使所述智能电视根据所述获取请求将所述预设用户界面图片及其编码发送至所述控制终端。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的智能电视的控制方法,其特征在于,所述控制终端将用户在所述用户界面图片的操作指令发送至所述智能电视,以控制所述智能电视执行相应的操作包括:
    当在所述控制终端显示的所述用户界面图片存在操作指令时,所述控制终端判断所述操作指令是否有效;
    若所述操作指令有效,则所述控制终端将所述操作指令发送至所述智能电视。
  8. 如权利要求4所述的智能电视的控制方法,其特征在于,所述控制终端将用户在所述用户界面图片的操作指令发送至所述智能电视,以控制所述智能电视执行相应的操作之后包括:
    在所述智能电视所显示的用户界面存在更新时,所述控制终端接收所述智能电视发送过来新的用户界面的编码,并根据新的编码显示新的用户界面图片。
  9. 一种智能电视的控制系统,其特征在于,所述智能电视的控制系统包括智能电视及控制终端,所述智能电视包括编码发送模块,所述控制终端包括接收模块、显示模块及控制模块,其中,
    编码发送模块,用于将当前显示的用户界面的编码发送至控制终端;
    接收模块,用于接收智能电视发送过来当前显示的用户界面的编码;
    显示模块,用于在指定存储路径下查找与所述编码对应的用户界面图片进行显示;
    控制模块,用于将用户在所述用户界面图片的操作指令发送至所述智能电视,以控制所述智能电视执行相应的操作。
  10. 如权利要求9所述的智能电视的控制系统,其特征在于,所述控制终端还包括连接模块,所述连接模块,用于根据搜索到所述智能电视的标识信息与所述智能电视进行连接。
  11. 如权利要求10所述的智能电视的控制系统,其特征在于,所述智能电视还包括图片及编码发送模块,所述控制终端还包括请求发送模块,其中,
    请求发送模块,用于当所述控制终端的指定存储路径下不存在所述智能电视所存储的预设用户界面图片时,向所述智能电视发送所述预设用户界面图片的获取请求;
    图片及编码发送模块,用于根据所述获取请求将所述预设用户界面图片及其编码发送至所述控制终端。
  12. 如权利要求11所述的智能电视的控制系统,其特征在于,所述控制模块还用于,当在所述控制终端显示的所述用户界面图片存在操作指令时,判断所述操作指令是否有效;若所述操作指令有效,则将所述操作指令发送至所述智能电视。
  13. 如权利要求9所述的智能电视的控制系统,其特征在于,所述智能电视还包括编码更新模块,所述控制终端还包括显示更新模块,其中,
    编码更新模块,用于在所述智能电视所显示的用户界面存在更新时,将新的用户界面的编码发送至所述控制终端;
    显示更新模块,用于接收所述智能电视发送过来新的用户界面的编码,并根据新的编码显示新的用户界面图片。
  14. 如权利要求10所述的智能电视的控制系统,其特征在于,所述智能电视还包括编码更新模块,所述控制终端还包括显示更新模块,其中,
    编码更新模块,用于在所述智能电视所显示的用户界面存在更新时,将新的用户界面的编码发送至所述控制终端;
    显示更新模块,用于接收所述智能电视发送过来新的用户界面的编码,并根据新的编码显示新的用户界面图片。
  15. 如权利要求11所述的智能电视的控制系统,其特征在于,所述智能电视还包括编码更新模块,所述控制终端还包括显示更新模块,其中,
    编码更新模块,用于在所述智能电视所显示的用户界面存在更新时,将新的用户界面的编码发送至所述控制终端;
    显示更新模块,用于接收所述智能电视发送过来新的用户界面的编码,并根据新的编码显示新的用户界面图片。
  16. 如权利要求12所述的智能电视的控制系统,其特征在于,所述智能电视还包括编码更新模块,所述控制终端还包括显示更新模块,其中,
    编码更新模块,用于在所述智能电视所显示的用户界面存在更新时,将新的用户界面的编码发送至所述控制终端;
    显示更新模块,用于接收所述智能电视发送过来新的用户界面的编码,并根据新的编码显示新的用户界面图片。
