本发明提供了一种地刷,用于跟吸尘器的风管配套使用进行地面清洁,具有这样的特征,包括:主体组件,包含:底板,设置有吸入气体的吸口槽以及与风管连通的风口;以及上盖,与底板形成一个主体腔;风道组件,包含:导风盖,与底板连接,形成用于进气的吸口;软管,前端与底板的风口连接,用于引导风 从风口进入;弯管套,前端与软管的后端连接,用于防止漏气;弯管,前端与弯管套的后端连接,后端与风管连接;软管盖板,设置在上盖位于软管的上方的位置处,前端通过第一转轴跟导风盖的上部转动连接;以及弯管座下盖,位于软管与弯管套的连接处的下方,与软管盖板的后端固定连接,弯管套通过第二转轴与弯管座下盖转动连接;以及滚轮组件,位于主体组件后方,包含至少两个滚轮,分别位于软管的左右两侧,与弯管座下盖可转动地连接,其中,当地刷位于水平面上并且两个滚轮贴紧地面时,第一转轴与第二转轴分别与地面平行,第一转轴到底板所在的平面的距离被设为D1,第二转轴到底板所在的平面的距离被设为D2,第一转轴高于第二转轴,D1=D2+X,X为4.3~6.3mm范围内的任意值。

进一步,本发明还提供了一种吸尘器具,具有这样的特征,包括:风管;以及与该风管配套的地刷,其中,地刷为<结构1>中的地刷。
发明的作用与效果
根据本发明所涉及的地刷以及包含该地刷的吸尘器具,因为设置有第一转轴和第二转轴,且在水平放置状态中,第一转轴到底板所在的平面的距离被设为D1,第二转轴到底板所在的平面的距离被设为D2,D1=D2+X,X为4.3~6.3mm范围内的任意值,所以,本发明的地刷以及包含该地刷的吸尘器具漏气小,能量转化率高,除尘效率高。另外,第一转轴位置合理,在地板和地毯上推拉都比较容易,而且回拉时不会跳动。而且本发明的地刷以及包含该地刷的吸尘器结构比较简单,生产与维护成本都比较低,容易推广。

具体实施方式
以下,参照附图对本发明地刷以及包含该地刷的吸尘器具做详细阐述。
作为第一种实施形态,本发明提供了一种地刷,用于跟吸尘器的风管配套使用进行地面清洁,具有这样的特征,包括:主体组件,包含:底板,设置有吸入气体的吸口槽以及与风管连通的风口;以及上盖,与底板形成一个主体腔;风道组件,包含:导风盖,与底板连接,形成用于进气的吸口;软管,前端与底板的风口连接,用于引导风从风口进入;弯管套,前端与软管的后端连接,用于防止漏气;弯管,前端与弯管套的后端连接,后端与风管连接;软管盖板,设置在上盖位于软管的上方的位置处,前端通过第一转轴跟导风盖的上部转动连接;以及弯管座下盖,位于软管与弯管套的连接处的下方,与软管盖板的后端固定连接,弯管套通过第二转轴与弯管座下盖转动连接;以及滚轮组件,位于主体组件后方,包含至少两个滚轮,分别位于软管的左右两侧,与弯管座下盖可转动地连接,其中,当地刷位于水平面上并且两个滚轮贴紧地面时,第一转轴与第二转轴分别与地面平行,第一转轴到底板所在的平面的距离被设为D1,第二转轴到底板所在的平面的距离被设为D2,第一转轴高于第二转轴,D1=D2+X,X为4.3~6.3mm范围内的任意值。
在第一种实施形态中,还可以具有这样的特征:其中,主体组件还包括升降 板以及升降开关组件,升降板围绕导风盖设置并且位于底板的上方,升降板上沿长度方向上设置有至少一排毛条,毛条一端固定在升降板下表面,另外一端指向地面,升降开关组件位于升降板的上方,用于推动升降板移动让毛条从吸口槽的前后方边缘区域伸出或收回,升降开关组件包含联动杆、第一摆臂、第二摆臂以及脚踏板,联动杆可旋转地安装在主体腔中,并且沿着与底板的长度方向设置;联动杆的一端作为主动端,该主动端的上侧安装有脚踏板并且下侧形成有向下凸出并且用于抵推升降板的第一摆臂,联动杆的另一端作为从动端,该从动端的下侧形成有向下凸出并且用于抵推升降板的第二摆臂;脚踏板用于带动联动杆进行转动使得第一摆臂和第二摆臂进行抵推,当地刷处于水平状态时,第一摆臂与升降板的接触位置比第二摆臂与升降板的接触位置低,两个接触位置的中心点的连线与水平面的夹角为0.04度。
在第一种实施形态中,还可以具有这样的特征:其中,导风盖与底板通过超声波焊接的方式连接。
在第一种实施形态中,还可以具有这样的特征:其中,导风盖与底板一体成型。
在第一种实施形态中,还可以具有这样的特征:其中,软管盖板绕第一转轴转动的自由度为28~38度。
在第一种实施形态中,还可以具有这样的特征:其中,滚轮直径为63~67毫米。
作为第二种实施形态中,本发明还提供一种吸尘器具,其特征在于,包括:风管;以及与该风管配套的地刷,其中,地刷为第一种实施形态的地刷。
在第二种实施形态中,还可以具有这样的特征:其中,风管为硬质延长管或者软管。
<实施例>
在本实施例中,地刷10通过风管与吸尘器具的本体连接。
图1是本发明的实施例中地刷的立体图。
如图1所示,在本实施例中,地刷10包括主体组件11、风道组件12以及滚轮组件13。
图2是本发明的实施例中地刷的分解视图。
如图2所示,主体组件11包含底板33、上盖21、升降板25以及升降开关组件14。
图3是本发明的实施例中地刷的仰视图。
如图3所示,底板33底面上设置有静电条38、吸口槽55,吸口槽55从底板下方的中部一直延伸到底板的左右两侧。
如图2所示,上盖21与底板33通过螺丝40固定在一起,形成一个主体腔。上盖21和底板33围成的主体腔(图上没有显示)内设置有升降板25以及升降开关组件14。升降板25位于底板33上方。
图4是本发明的图3的C-C剖面视图(剖开并翻转180度).
如图2和图4所示,升降板25左右两侧分别设有一个圆孔26,上盖21内侧左右两边分别设有一个上盖导柱56,上盖导柱56穿过升降板25上对应的圆孔26,跟底板33左右两侧带有弹簧32的中空的底板导柱34分别连接。升降板25下方设有两根毛条39,毛条39的一端固定在升降板下表面,另外一端指向地面。
升降开关组件14位于升降板25的上方,用于推动升降板移动控制升降板的高低位置,使得升降板25下方的毛条39从吸口槽的前后方边缘区域伸出或从底板下方向主体腔收缩,升降开关组件14包含脚踏板22、联动杆24、第一摆臂23-2以及第二摆臂23-1。
本实施例中,脚踏板22位于地刷的左侧,外露在上盖21表面。用户可根据需要按压脚踏板22或扳起脚踏板22。
主体腔内部的左右侧分别设有第一摆臂23-2和第二摆臂23-1。第一摆臂23-2和第二摆臂23-1之间通过联动杆24相连。第一摆臂23-2和第二摆臂23-1相互平行,位于同一平面中。
第一摆臂23-2向主体腔内部伸展,第一摆臂23-2下方的左支撑线61靠近升降板25左方的上表面。在脚踏板22被按压下去时,第一摆臂23-2下方的左支撑线61向下运动,并压迫升降板25的左支撑面59,同时,联动杆24跟随脚踏板22向后转动,带动第二摆臂23-1向下运动,第二摆臂23-1下方的右支撑线60压迫升降板25的右侧的右支撑面58,这样使得升降板25的左右两侧同时 受到向下的压力,所以弹簧32向底板33收缩。当弹簧32被压缩时,升降板25下降靠近底板33,并将毛条39伸出底板。在脚踏板22被扳起时,弹簧32舒展,升降板25上升远离底板33。在弹簧32自然状态下,底板33跟水平地面贴近,升降板25跟水平地面平行。
此外,当弹簧32向底板33收缩时,固定在升降板25上的两根毛条39向底板33下方伸出,与地面接触,使得底板33与地面的距离加大,确保毛条39而不是底板33与地面直接接触。这时地刷进入地板除尘状态,向下伸展的毛条可以保护地板表面避免被地刷刮伤。本实施例中,底板33上设有两根毛条39,也可以根据需要只保留前方毛条,把后方毛条改用橡胶条或者其它柔性带状元件。
当该地刷10用于地毯除尘时,将脚踏板22向上扳起,第一摆臂23-2和第二摆臂23-1都摆在后方,与升降板25上的支撑面脱离接触,原来施加在升降板25上方左右两侧的压力被撤销,弹簧32向上复位,带动两根毛条39向主体腔内部收缩,使得底板33上的吸口槽55得以靠近地毯表面。
如图2所示,风道组件13包含导风盖27、软管44、弯管套45、弯管50以及弯管座下盖41。
图5是本发明的实施例中地刷的俯视图;图6是本发明的图5的A-A剖面视图。
如图2、图5、图6所示,导风盖27下边缘的左边31和右边30与底板33上吸口槽55的右边35和左边36通过超声波焊接的方式密闭连接,导风盖27的后方与底板33上的风口37通过超声波焊接的方式密闭连接。导风盖27与底板33连成一体,形成用于进气的吸口,引导气流从地面流向吸尘器,形成导风区域57。导风区域57的迎风表面平滑以便顺畅进风。导风盖27与底板33也可以通过注塑方式一次成型。
图7是本发明的图5的B-B剖面视图。
如图7所示,毛条39从底板33向下伸出之后,为了保证左右两侧毛条的外露高度相同,进而保证升降板上表面水平,可以把第二摆臂23-1向下延伸的长度设计成比第一摆臂23-2向下延伸的长度长0.3毫米左右,或者保证左第二摆臂长度相同,但把升降板25上方的右支撑面58设计成比左支撑面59高0.3毫米左右。即,当地刷处于水平状态时,第一摆臂与升降板的接触位置,比第二摆臂 与升降板的接触位置低,两个接触位置的中心点的连线与水平面的夹角为0.04度。这个角度虽然比较小,但可以使得毛条从底板向下伸出时,毛条左右两侧都能接触到地面,因而提高在地板上的除尘能力。如果左右接触面没有这样的倾角,那样也可以使用,只是在地板上的除尘能力要相对差一些。
如图4所示,导风盖27的前端与底板33的连接处的横截面的长度为285mm。
图8a是导风盖的结构示意图,图8b、图8c、图8d分别为图8a中导风盖的A-A,B-B和C-C剖视图。
如图8a所示,导风盖总长度约152.70毫米。
如图8b所示,从导风盖27的轴向方向剖开,得到的截面的形状为:从上至下分别由半径为R1(67.10mm)的圆弧、半径为R2(30.27mm)的圆弧以及半径为R3(49.48mm)的圆弧相互内切而形成的弧形,切点分别为E和F。
如图8c所示,在离导风盖27的轴向方向23mm的位置剖开,得到的截面的形状为:从上至下分别由半径为R4(6.40mm)的圆弧、半径为R5(23.32mm)的圆弧、半径为R6(14.10mm)的圆弧以及半径为R7(36.41mm)的圆弧相互内切而形成的弧形。顶部起始位置为长4.53毫米的线段,该线段与R36.41mm的圆弧相切,切点为G,R14.10mm的圆弧和R36.41mm圆弧以及R23.32mm的圆弧分别内切,切点分别是H和I。R6.40mm的圆弧内切于R23.32mm圆弧,切点为J。
如图8d所示,在导风盖27远离底板18毫米的位置剖开,得到的截面的形状为左右对称的类V字形弧线,图8d所示的虚线为对称中心线。该类V字形弧线的一半边由:从上至下分别由长E1(19.79±2毫米)并且与水平面呈α夹角的线段、半径为R8(118.96mm)的圆弧、半径为R9(60.79mm)的圆弧以及半径为R10(27.69mm)的圆弧相互内切而形成的弧形两侧边缘都有长19.79±2毫米的线段Q1Q2,Q1Q2与水平面夹角α均等于16.62度,线段Q1Q2与圆弧R118.96mm相切,切点为Q2,圆弧R118.96mm与圆弧R60.79mm外切于B点,圆弧R60.79mm与圆弧R27.69mm内切于C点。
上述圆弧的半径公差为±2毫米。该地刷底部进气口迎风面的形状模仿海螺的内孔,气流比较顺畅。
如图2所示,软管44的前端与底板33上的风口37密封连接,软管44后端 与弯管套45密封连接,
软管44的上方设有软管盖板51-1,下方设有弯管座下盖41,软管盖板和弯管座下盖通过螺丝固定连接,从上下两个方向包围软管44。导风盖27上方设有左右两个耳孔28和29,当地刷10处于自由状态时,两个耳孔28和29的中心连线与地面平行。软管盖板51-1的前端两侧均设有第一转轴52,分别嵌入导风盖27上方两侧的两个耳孔28和29中,使得软管盖板51-1受力之后能绕导风盖27上方两个耳孔的中心连线转动。软管盖板51-1绕第一转轴52转动的自由度为33±5度。
弯管座下盖41的左右两侧分别设有一个U形槽42,弯管套45的左右两侧分别设有一个沿水平方向伸展的第二转轴47,分别装在两个U形槽42中。弯管套45能绕第二转轴47向前或向后转动。
弯管座下盖41的左右两侧分别设有一个圆孔43,左右两个滚轮53的转轴54分别嵌入圆孔43中。两个滚轮53均位于主体组件11后方,且分别位于软管44的左右两侧。左右两个滚轮53能在前后方向自由转动。滚轮53的直径可根据需要选择为63~67毫米中任意值。
当地刷处于吸尘状态并且两个滚轮贴紧地面时,第一转轴与第二转轴相互之间平行,并且都平行于地面。第二转轴的轴线离地高度约32.5毫米,第一转轴轴线离地高度约37.8毫米。试验发现,前后两个转轴在垂直方向的高度差控制在4.3~6.3毫米时,在地毯上吸尘时的推力最小,用户体验最好。
弯管套45尾部设有两个通孔46,弯管50前端设有环形卡槽51-2。环形卡槽51-2外设置有C形卡圈48。C形卡圈48的内壁的左右两侧设有向内凸起的卡筋49。弯管50嵌入弯管套45时,通孔46和卡槽51-2相对,C形卡圈48上的卡筋49穿过通孔46嵌入卡槽51-2中,将弯管50和弯管套45连接在一起。
另外,弯管50跟弯管套45可以如上所述通过外卡圈连接,也可以将弯管50嵌入弯管套45内。弯管50上的凹槽中装上C形金属圈,弯管套45的对应位置的内壁设有凹槽,C形金属圈随弯管50挤入弯管套45内壁凹槽并舒展开来之后,弯管50就能在弯管套45内自由转动,但不能前进或者后退。
弯管50是该地刷的出气口,也是跟吸尘器的风管的接口。吸尘器的风管可以为硬质延长管或者吸尘软管。
图9为地毯除尘状态下往前推的示意图,两个滚轮贴紧地毯表面(此时毛条收缩在主体腔内);图10为地毯除尘状态下往后拉的示意图,两个滚轮离开地毯表面(此时毛条收缩在主体腔内);图11为地板除尘状态下往前推的示意图,两个滚轮贴紧地板表面(此时毛条从底板下表面向下伸出);图12为地板除尘状态下往后拉的示意图,两个滚轮离开地板表面(此时毛条从底板下表面向下伸出)。
如图9和图11所示,吸尘器通电之后,在地面上向前推进该地刷时,两个滚轮53贴紧地面。如图10和图12所示,往后拉动时,两个滚轮53跟随弯管套45一起离开地面。
实施例的作用与效果
根据本实施例所涉及的地刷以及包含该地刷的吸尘器具,因为设置有第一转轴和第二转轴,且在水平放置状态中,第一转轴到底板所在的平面的距离被设为D1,第二转轴到底板所在的平面的距离被设为D2,D1=D2+X,X为4.3~6.3mm范围内的任意值,所以,本实施例的地刷以及包含该地刷的吸尘器具漏气小,能量转化率高,除尘效率高。此外,第一转轴位置合理,在地板和地毯上推拉都比较容易,而且回拉过程中不会跳动。而且本发明的地刷以及包含该地刷的吸尘器结构比较简单,生产与维护成本都比较低,容易推广。另外,底板上模仿海螺内孔的风道设计保证了通风顺畅,并降低了气流噪音。
上述实施方式为本发明的优选案例,并不用来限制本发明的保护范围。

Claims (8)

  1. 一种地刷,用于跟吸尘器的风管配套使用进行地面清洁,其特征在于,具有:
    主体组件,包含:底板,设置有吸入气体的吸口槽以及与所述风管连通的风口;以及上盖,与所述底板形成一个主体腔;
    风道组件,包含:导风盖,与所述底板连接,形成用于进气的吸口;软管,前端与所述底板的风口连接,用于引导风从风口进入;弯管套,前端与所述软管的后端连接,用于防止漏气;弯管,前端与所述弯管套的后端连接,后端与所述风管连接;软管盖板,设置在所述上盖位于所述软管的上方的位置处,前端通过第一转轴跟所述导风盖的上部转动连接;以及弯管座下盖,位于所述软管与所述弯管套的连接处的下方,与所述软管盖板的后端固定连接,所述弯管套通过第二转轴与所述弯管座下盖转动连接;以及
    滚轮组件,位于主体组件后方,包含至少两个滚轮,分别位于所述软管的左右两侧,与所述弯管座下盖可转动地连接,
    其中,当所述地刷位于水平面上并且两个滚轮贴紧地面时,所述第一转轴与所述第二转轴分别与地面平行,所述第一转轴到所述底板所在的平面的距离被设为D1,
    所述第二转轴到所述底板所在的平面的距离被设为D2,
    所述第一转轴高于所述第二转轴,D1=D2+X,所述X为4.3~6.3mm范围内的任意值。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的地刷,其特征在于:
    其中,所述主体组件还包括升降板以及升降开关组件,
    所述升降板围绕所述导风盖设置并且位于所述底板的上方,所述升降板上沿长度方向上设置有至少一排毛条,所述毛条一端固定在升降板下表面,另外一端指向地面,
    所述升降开关组件位于所述升降板的上方,用于推动所述升降板移动让所述毛条从所述吸口槽的前后方边缘区域伸出或收回,所述升降开关组件包含联动杆、第一摆臂、第二摆臂以及脚踏板,所述联动杆可旋转地安装在主体腔中,并且沿着与所述底板的长度方向设置;所述联动杆的一端作为主动端,该主动端的上侧安装有所述脚踏板并且下侧形成有向下凸出并且用于抵推所述升降板的第一摆臂,所述联动杆的另一端作为从动端,该从动端的下侧形成有向下凸出并且用于抵推所述升降板的第二摆臂;所述脚踏板用于带动所述联动杆进行转动使得所述第一摆臂和第二摆臂进行所述抵推,
    当所述地刷处于水平状态时,第一摆臂与升降板的接触位置比第二摆臂与升降板的接触位置低,两个接触位置的中心点的连线与水平面的夹角为0.04度。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的地刷,其特征在于:
    其中,所述导风盖与所述底板通过超声波焊接的方式连接。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的地刷,其特征在于:

    与该风管配套的地刷,
    其中,所述地刷为权利要求项1~6中的任意一项所述的地刷。
