本公开实施例提供的动态分配漫游地号码的方法、装置及系统,通过号码管理系统根据获取的UE的漫游地信息,请求云端号码池为UE分配与漫游地信息匹配的分配号码,并将所述分配号码发送给所述UE;如此,能使用户在不购买漫游地号码的前提下,UE使用云端号码池为其分配的分配号码接入所述漫游地的移动通信网络,在实现为用户节省漫游费的同时降低了用户的使用成本,提高了电信号码资源的使用效率,进而可改善用户体验。

下面将结合本公开实施例中的附图,对本公开实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述。
图1为本公开实施例提供的动态分配漫游地号码的方法的流程图,如图1所示,该方法包括:
步骤101、获取UE的漫游地信息。
本公开实施例提供的动态分配漫游地号码的方法可以应用于用户漫游场景中,本公开实施例的执行主体可以为号码管理系统,所述号码管理系统可以部署在云端;所述UE的漫游地信息可以为所述UE的漫游地的地理位置信息。
步骤102、向云端号码池发送包括所述漫游地信息的号码分配请求。
本公开实施例中,所述云端号码池可以部署在云端,在所述云端号码池中存储有分别归属于不同国家和地区的一定数量的电话号码,也即所述云端号码池为每一个国家或地区分别存储一定数量的、以该国家或地区为归属地的电话号码;可选的,所述云端号码池中还存储有各电话号码的实时分配状态等信息,所述分配状态包括可用状态及不可用状态,所述可用状态指电话号码当前未分配给用户,所述不可用状态指电话号码当前已分配给用户。
步骤103、接收所述云端号码池发送的与所述漫游地信息匹配的分配号码。
这里,所述与漫游地信息匹配的分配号码的归属地为所述漫游地,也即是说,所述分配号码为所述漫游地的本地号码。
步骤104、将所述分配号码发送给所述UE,所述分配号码用于使所述UE接入所述漫游地的移动通信网络。
这里,将所述分配号码发送给所述UE后,可以使所述UE使用所述分配号码接入所述漫游地的移动通信网络;由于所述分配号码为所述漫游地的本地号码,因此,所述UE在通话时无论作为主叫还是作为被叫,均可采用漫游地的本地通话计费方式进行通信及网络拔打电话;在本公开实施例中,所述云端号码池为所述UE分配的分配号码为所述云端号码池的公用号码,无需用户维护,用户只需实时支付使用该分配号码通话时的产生的通信费用;在用户发送动态分配漫游地号码业务关闭请求后,所述云端号码池会将该分配号码的分配状态修改为可用状态,即将该分配号码释放,从而该可分配号码可继续供其他用户租用。
在本公开实施例中,号码管理系统根据获取的UE的漫游地信息,通过云端号码池为UE分配与漫游地信息匹配的分配号码,并将所述分配号码发送给所述UE,如此,能使用户在不购买漫游地号码的前提下,UE使用云端号码池为其分配的分配号码接入所述漫游地的移动通信网络,在实现为用户节省漫游费的同时降低了用户的使用成本,提高了电信号码资源的使用效率,进而可改善用户体验。
在上述实施例的基础上,所述号码管理系统获取UE的漫游地信息的实现 方式可以为以下任意一种:
方式1)UE主动向号码管理系统发送所述UE的漫游地信息。
方式2)号码管理系统向终端定位系统发送定位服务请求,接收所述终端定位系统发送的包括所述UE的漫游地信息的定位服务响应;其中,终端定位系统可以为终端全球定位系统(GPS,Global Positioning System),或者基站定位系统等用以对UE进行位置定位的系统,本公开对此并不做限定。
图2为本公开实施例提供的动态分配漫游地号码的方法的另一流程图,如图2所示,该方法包括:
步骤201、接收号码管理系统发送的包括UE的漫游地信息的号码分配请求。
本公开实施例提供的动态分配漫游地号码的方法可以应用于用户漫游场景中,本公开实施例的执行主体可以为云端号码池,所述云端号码池可以部署在云端;所述UE的漫游地信息可以为所述UE的漫游地的地理位置信息。
所述云端号码池在其为每一个国家或地区分别存储一定数量的、以该国家或地区为归属地的电话号码中,根据所述UE的漫游地信息,为所述UE分配处于可用状态的、与所述漫游地信息匹配的分配号码;其中,所述与漫游地信息匹配的分配号码是指所述分配号码的归属地为所述漫游地。
步骤202、根据所述UE的漫游地信息,为所述UE分配处于可用状态的、与所述漫游地信息匹配的分配号码。
步骤203、向所述号码管理系统发送与所述漫游地信息匹配的分配号码。
在本公开实施例中,云端号码池根据号码管理系统发送的包括UE的漫游地信息的号码分配请求为UE分配与漫游地信息匹配的分配号码,并经由号码管理系统将所述分配号码发送给所述UE,如此,能使用户在不购买漫游地号码的前提下,UE使用云端号码池为其分配的分配号码接入所述漫游地的移动通信网络,在实现为用户节省漫游费的同时降低了用户的使用成本,提高了电信号码资源的使用效率,进而可改善用户体验。
图3为本公开实施例提供的动态分配漫游地号码的方法的再一流程图,如图3所示,该方法包括:
步骤301、接收号码管理系统发送的与漫游地信息匹配的分配号码;

图4为本公开实施例提供的动态分配漫游地号码的方法的信令流程图,如图4所示,本公开实施例由UE、号码管理系统、云端号码池及终端定位系统配合执行,其中,所述方法包括:
步骤401、所述UE向所述号码管理系统发送动态分配漫游地号码业务开启请求;所述动态分配漫游地号码业务开启请求包括所述UE的归属地号码。
步骤402、所述号码管理系统接收所述UE发送的动态分配漫游地号码业务开启请求,根据所述UE的归属地号码查询并获取该归属地号码的业务账户信息;所述业务指动态分配漫游地号码业务,该归属地号码的业务账户信息包括:业务账号及密码信息;归属地号码;漫游地信息;分配号码;业务使用及结算信息;若该归属地号码是第一次使用动态分配漫游地号码业务,则所述号码管理系统内还没有该归属地号码的业务账户信息,号码管理系统引导用户建立业务账号,并保存密码信息及该归属地号码等信息;所述号码管理系统向所述终端定位系统发送包括所述UE的归属地号码的定位服务请求。
步骤403、所述终端定位系统接收到所述定位服务请求后,获取所述UE的漫游地信息,并将所述UE的漫游地信息返回给所述号码管理系统。
步骤404、所述号码管理系统接收到所述UE的漫游地信息后,更新所述UE的归属地号码的业务账户信息中的漫游地信息,向所述云端号码池发送包括所述漫游地信息的号码分配请求;所述号码分配请求还可以包括所述UE的归属地号码。
步骤405、所述云端号码池接收所述号码管理系统发送的包括UE的漫游地信息的号码分配请求;根据所述UE的漫游地信息,为所述UE分配处于可用状态的、与所述漫游地信息匹配的分配号码;所述云端号码池向所述号码管理系统发送与所述漫游地信息匹配的分配号码,及将所述分配号码的分配状态修改为不可用状态。
步骤406、所述号码管理系统接收所述云端号码池发送的与所述漫游地信息匹配的分配号码,更新所述UE的归属地号码的业务账户信息中的分配号码、业务使用及结算信息等,将所述分配号码与所述UE的归属地号码绑定,以使所述UE通过所述分配号码进行通信;所述号码管理系统向所述UE发送动态分配漫游地号码业务开启响应;所述动态分配漫游地号码业务开启响应可以包括:业务开通状态;分配号码;业务使用及结算信息;资费;所述动态分配漫游地号码业务开启响应还可以包括所述UE的漫游地信息。
步骤407、所述UE使用所述分配号码接入所述漫游地的移动通信网络。
图5为本公开实施例提供的动态分配漫游地号码的方法的另一信令流程图,如图5所示,本公开实施例由UE、号码管理系统、云端号码池及终端定位系统配合执行,其中,所述方法包括:
步骤501、所述UE向所述号码管理系统发送动态分配漫游地号码业务关闭请求。
步骤502、所述号码管理系统接收到所述UE发送的动态分配漫游地号码业务关闭请求,查询所述UE的归属地号码的业务账户信息,获取所述UE当前所使用的分配号码,并向所述云端号码池发送所述分配号码的号码释放请求,
步骤503、所述云端号码池接收到所述号码管理系统发送的包括所述分配号码的号码释放请求后,将所述分配号码的分配状态修改为可用状态,以使所述分配号码可供其他业务用户使用;所述云端号码池向所述号码管理系统发送号码释放响应;
步骤504、所述号码管理系统接收所述云端号码池发送的号码释放响应,将所述UE的归属地号码的业务账户信息中的分配号码删除;所述号码管理系统向所述UE发送动态分配漫游地号码业务关闭响应;所述UE接收所述号码管 理系统发送的动态分配漫游地号码业务关闭响应。
图6为本公开实施例提供的号码管理系统的结构图,如图6所示,所述号码管理系统包括:
获取模块601,用于获取UE的漫游地信息;
第一发送模块602,用于向云端号码池发送包括所述漫游地信息的号码分配请求;
第一接收模块603,用于接收所述云端号码池发送的与所述漫游地信息匹配的分配号码;
所述第一发送模块602,还用于将所述分配号码发送给所述UE,所述分配号码用于使所述UE接入所述漫游地的移动通信网络。

可选的,所述动态分配漫游地号码业务开启请求包括所述UE的漫游地信息。
可选的,所述第一接收模块603,还用于接收所述UE发送的动态分配漫游地号码业务关闭请求;
所述第一发送模块602,还用于向所述云端号码池发送包括所述分配号码的号码释放请求;
所述第一接收模块603,还用于接收所述云端号码池发送的号码释放响应;
所述第一发送模块602,还用于根据所述号码释放响应向所述UE发送动态 分配漫游地号码业务关闭响应。
在实际应用中,所述获取模块601、第一发送模块602、第一接收模块603,均可由位于号码管理系统的中央处理器(CPU)、微处理器(MPU)、数字信号处理器(DSP)、或现场可编程门阵列(FPGA)等实现。
图7为本公开实施例提供的云端号码池的结构图,如图7所示,所述云端号码池包括:
第二接收模块701,用于接收号码管理系统发送的包括UE的漫游地信息的号码分配请求;
分配模块702,用于根据所述UE的漫游地信息,为所述UE分配处于可用状态的、与所述漫游地信息匹配的分配号码;
第二发送模块703,用于向所述号码管理系统发送与所述漫游地信息匹配的分配号码。

在本公开实施例中,UE使用号码管理系统发送的与UE的漫游地信息匹配的分配号码接入漫游地的移动通信网络,如此,能使用户在不购买漫游地号码的前提下,UE使用号码管理系统为其发送的分配号码接入所述漫游地的移动通信网络,在实现为用户节省漫游费的同时降低了用户的使用成本,提高了电信号码资源的使用效率,进而可改善用户体验。
可选的,所述UE还包括:第三发送模块803,用于在所述第三接收模块801接收号码管理系统发送的与漫游地信息匹配的分配号码之前,向所述号码管理系统发送动态分配漫游地号码业务开启请求,以使所述号码管理系统根据所述动态分配漫游地号码业务开启请求分配与所述漫游地信息匹配的分配号码。
可选的,所述第三发送模块803,还用于向所述号码管理系统发送动态分配漫游地号码业务关闭请求;
所述第三接收模块801,还用于接收所述号码管理系统发送的动态分配漫游地号码业务关闭响应。
在实际应用中,所述第三接收模块801、接入模块802、第三发送模块803,均可由位于UE的中央处理器(CPU)、微处理器(MPU)、数字信号处理器(DSP)、或现场可编程门阵列(FPGA)等实现。
图9为本公开实施例提供的动态分配漫游地号码的系统的结构图,如图9所示,所述动态分配漫游地号码的系统包括:号码管理系统901、云端号码池902;
可选的,所述动态分配漫游地号码的系统还包括终端定位系统903,用于接收所述号码管理系统发送的定位服务请求;向所述号码管理系统发送包括UE的漫游地信息的定位服务响应。
可选的,所述系统还包括:UE904。

  1. 一种动态分配漫游地号码的方法,所述方法包括:
    获取用户设备UE的漫游地信息;
    向云端号码池发送包括所述漫游地信息的号码分配请求;
    接收所述云端号码池发送的与所述漫游地信息匹配的分配号码;
    将所述分配号码发送给所述UE,所述分配号码用于使所述UE接入所述漫游地的移动通信网络。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述获取UE的漫游地信息包括:
    向终端定位系统发送定位服务请求;
    接收所述终端定位系统发送的包括所述UE的漫游地信息的定位服务响应。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述将所述分配号码发送给所述UE之后,所述方法还包括:
    接收所述UE发送的动态分配漫游地号码业务关闭请求;
    向所述云端号码池发送包括所述分配号码的号码释放请求;
    接收所述云端号码池发送的号码释放响应;
    根据所述号码释放响应向所述UE发送动态分配漫游地号码业务关闭响应。
  4. 一种动态分配漫游地号码的方法,所述方法包括:
    接收号码管理系统发送的包括用户设备UE的漫游地信息的号码分配请求;
    根据所述UE的漫游地信息,为所述UE分配处于可用状态的、与所述漫游地信息匹配的分配号码;
    将所述分配号码发送给所述号码管理系统。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的方法,所述方法还包括:
    接收所述号码管理系统发送的包括所述分配号码的号码释放请求;
    将所述分配号码的分配状态修改为可用状态;
    向所述号码管理系统发送号码释放响应。
  6. 一种号码管理系统,所述号码管理系统包括:
    获取模块,用于获取用户设备UE的漫游地信息;
    第一发送模块,用于向云端号码池发送包括所述漫游地信息的号码分配请 求;
    第一接收模块,用于接收所述云端号码池发送的与所述漫游地信息匹配的分配号码;
    所述第一发送模块,还用于将所述分配号码发送给所述UE,所述分配号码用于使所述UE接入所述漫游地的移动通信网络。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的号码管理系统,其中,所述获取模块,具体用于向终端定位系统发送定位服务请求;接收所述终端定位系统发送的包括所述UE的漫游地信息的定位服务响应。
  8. 根据权利要求6所述的号码管理系统,其中,
    所述第一接收模块,还用于接收所述UE发送的动态分配漫游地号码业务关闭请求;
    所述第一发送模块,还用于向所述云端号码池发送包括所述分配号码的号码释放请求;
    所述第一接收模块,还用于接收所述云端号码池发送的号码释放响应;
    所述第一发送模块,还用于根据所述号码释放响应向所述UE发送动态分配漫游地号码业务关闭响应。
  9. 一种云端号码池,所述云端号码池包括:
    第二接收模块,用于接收号码管理系统发送的包括用户设备UE的漫游地信息的号码分配请求;
    分配模块,用于根据所述UE的漫游地信息,为所述UE分配处于可用状态的、与所述漫游地信息匹配的分配号码;
    第二发送模块,用于将所述分配号码发送给所述号码管理系统。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的云端号码池,其中,
    所述第二接收模块,还用于接收所述号码管理系统发送的包括所述分配号码的号码释放请求;
    所述分配模块,还用于将所述分配号码的分配状态修改为可用状态;
    所述第二发送模块,还用于向所述号码管理系统发送号码释放响应。
  11. 一种动态分配漫游地号码的系统,所述系统包括:
    如权利要求6-8任一所述的号码管理系统;
    如权利要求9或10所述的云端号码池。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的系统,其中,所述系统还包括:
    终端定位系统,用于接收所述号码管理系统发送的定位服务请求;向所述号码管理系统发送包括用户设备UE的漫游地信息的定位服务响应。
