本实用新型涉及园林绿化设备,具体的说,是涉及一种高效的道路植物修剪机。
背景技术
随着环境绿化意识的加强,绿篱的种植越来越广泛,为了更加整齐、美观,绿篱需要定期修理。在修剪过程中,植物的残枝会四处散落,修剪结束后还需要再次清理,这样会给园林工作者增加劳动强度,加大工作量,浪费时间和体力。有一种修剪机可以进行残枝的回收,但是其容易造成回收通道的堵塞,回收率低,还容易造成设备的损坏。
另外,修剪机一直处于高速运转的过程,其产热量大,齿轮的磨损快,修剪机的损坏率高,增加了修剪机的维修成本,现有的修剪机不能针对其进行有效的降温。在园林绿化带中常有用于灌溉的水龙头和水管,仅仅将其应用于植物灌溉,会有大量的能量丧失,如何将其应用在植物修剪过程成为一大考验。
发明内容
为了克服现有的技术的不足,本实用新型提供一种高效的道路植物修剪机。
本实用新型技术方案如下所述:
一种高效的道路植物修剪机,包括修剪机主体和齿轮,所述修剪机主体的上方设有扶手,所述修剪机主体内设有带动所述齿轮运转的电机,其特征在于,所述齿轮设于所述修剪机主体前端的修剪壳体内,并且通过齿轮固定轴与所述修剪壳体偏心固定,所述齿轮前端凸出于所述修剪壳体,远离所述齿轮固定轴的所述 修剪壳体的一侧上设有收集袋;
所述修剪机主体上设有控制所述电机运转的总开关,所述修剪机主体的前端还设有进水口和进水开关,所述进水口用于连接外部水管,所述进水开关控制所述进水口的开闭;
所述齿轮上方设有散热器,所述散热器内部设有降温水管,所述降温水管的一端连接所述进水口,其另一端与所述修剪壳体一侧的喷水头连接。

根据上述方案的本实用新型,其有益效果在于,本实用新型增加了残枝的回收装置,植物残枝会通过收集通管进入收集袋中储存,防止残枝四处散落,避免二次清理,节省劳动力,并且,齿轮偏心设置在修剪壳体上,增加了残枝回收通道的空间,减少了回收过程的堵塞问题,回收效率高;本实用新型通过增加散热装置,充分降低了修剪机在运转过程中的温度,增加了齿轮的使用寿命,减少维修成本,并且本实用新型充分利用了植物灌溉用水,在降低温度的同时还能够对修剪完成的植物进行喷灌,节省了大量的劳动力,增加了能源的利用率。

下面结合附图以及实施方式对本实用新型进行进一步的描述:
如图1-2所示,一种高效的道路植物修剪机,包括修剪机主体1和齿轮3,修剪机主体1的上方设有扶手11,扶手11设有两个,其分别位于修剪机主体1的前端和后端。优选的,扶手11上设有防滑橡胶,能够增加操作者与扶手11之间的摩擦力,减少两者之间的滑动,安全性高。
修剪机主体1内设有带动齿轮3运转的电机,齿轮3设于修剪机主体1前端的修剪壳体2内,并且通过齿轮固定轴4与修剪壳体2偏心固定,齿轮3前端凸出于修剪壳体2。
远离齿轮固定轴4的修剪壳体2的一侧上设有收集袋10,修剪壳体2和收集袋10之间通过弹性的连接筒9连接,其中,连接筒9可以为橡胶材质。
修剪机主体1上设有控制电机运转的总开关5,修剪机主体1的前端还设有进水口7和进水开关8,进水口7用于连接外部水管,进水开关8控制进水口7的开闭。
优选的,总开关5和进水开关8位于修剪机主体1的侧面,可以降低手触碰开关带来了误操作。
齿轮3上方设有散热器13,散热器13设于修剪壳体2内部,并且齿轮固定轴4贯穿散热器13。散热器13内部设有降温水管12,降温水管12呈回字形盘旋设置于散热器13内部。降温水管12的一端连接进水口7,其另一端与修剪壳体2一侧的喷水头6连接,其中,喷水头6的出口朝向修剪壳体2的前方,可以将降温用的水喷灌到植物上。

  1. 一种高效的道路植物修剪机,包括修剪机主体和齿轮,所述修剪机主体的上方设有扶手,所述修剪机主体内设有带动所述齿轮运转的电机,其特征在于,所述齿轮设于所述修剪机主体前端的修剪壳体内,并且通过齿轮固定轴与所述修剪壳体偏心固定,所述齿轮前端凸出于所述修剪壳体,远离所述齿轮固定轴的所述修剪壳体的一侧上设有收集袋;
    所述修剪机主体上设有控制所述电机运转的总开关,所述修剪机主体的前端还设有进水口和进水开关,所述进水口用于连接外部水管,所述进水开关控制所述进水口的开闭;
    所述齿轮上方设有散热器,所述散热器内部设有降温水管,所述降温水管的一端连接所述进水口,其另一端与所述修剪壳体一侧的喷水头连接。
