本发明实施例公开了一种图片获取方法及装置,方法包括:接收第一终端发送的获取目标图片的第一请求,第一请求中包括目标图片的内容信息及用于获取该目标图片的地理位置信息,确定与该地理位置信息指定的地理位置之间的距离在设定的距离阈值内的目标终端,向目标终端发送获取该目标图片的请求,从目标终端发送的图片中确定目标图片,将目标图片发送给需要获取该目标图片的第一终端。应用本发明所示实施例,能够实时获取用户需要的拍摄于某一地理位置的最新图片,提高了用户满意度。

本发明涉及互联网技术领域,特别涉及一种图片获取方法及装置。
背景技术
目前,当用户需要获得拍摄于特定地点的图片时,只能在互联网上搜索数据库中已存在的相关图片。但是数据库中存在的图片大部分拍摄时间较久远,导致图片中的拍摄对象与现实中的该拍摄对象区别较大,用户满意度较低。
发明内容
本发明实施例的目的在于提供一种图片获取方法及装置,实时获取用户需要的最新图片,提高用户满意度。
为达到上述目的,本发明实施例公开了一种图片获取方法,应用于服务器,所述方法包括:
接收第一终端发送的第一请求,所述第一请求中包括目标图片的内容信息及获取所述目标图片的地理位置信息;
根据所述地理位置信息及每个终端的位置信息,确定目标终端,其中所述目标终端与所述地理位置信息指定的地理位置之间的距离在设定的距离阈值内;
向所述目标终端发送第二请求,所述第二请求中包括所述目标图片的内容信息;
接收所述目标终端根据所述第二请求发送的至少一张图片;
在接收到的所述至少一张图片中确定所述目标图片,并将所述目标图片发送给所述第一终端。
可选的,所述在接收到的所述至少一张图片中确定所述目标图片,可以包括:
将接收到的所述至少一张图片中的任意一张图片确定为所述目标图片。
可选的,所述在接收到的所述至少一张图片中确定所述目标图片之前,还可以包括:
为接收到的所述至少一张图片中的每张图片生成缩略图;

为了解决现有技术问题,本发明实施例提供了一种图片获取方法及装置,应用于服务器。下面首先对本发明实施例所提供的一种图片获取方法进行介绍。
图1为本发明实施例提供的图片获取方法的第一种流程示意图,可以包括:
S101:接收第一终端发送的第一请求。其中,所述第一请求中包括目标图片的内容信息及用于获取所述目标图片的地理位置信息。
S102:根据第一请求中包含的地理位置信息及每个终端的位置信息,确定与所述地理位置信息指定的地理位置之间的距离在设定的距离阈值内的目标终端。
S103:向所述目标终端发送第二请求。其中,所述第二请求中包括目标图片的内容信息。
S104:接收目标终端根据第二请求发送的至少一张图片。
S105:在接收到的至少一张图片中确定目标图片。
S106:将所述目标图片发送给所述第一终端。
假设第一终端需要获取在地点B拍摄的日落图片,则待获取的图片(即,目标图片)的内容信息为日落,指定地理位置B的用于获取上述待获取的图片的地理位置信息“B”。
接收第一终端发送的第一请求,所述第一请求中包括:待获取的图片的内容信息“日落”及指定地理位置B的用于获取上述待获取的图片的地理位置信息“B”。
根据地理位置信息“B”及每个终端的位置信息,确定与地理位置B之间的距离在设定的距离阈值内的目标终端。具体的,假设距离阈值为1公里,则将与B之间的距离在1公里以内的终端确定为目标终端。
在实际应用中,可以利用GPS(Global Positioning System,全球定位系统)获取每个终端的位置信息,此为现有技术,在此不做赘述。
向上述确定的目标终端发送第二请求,第二请求中包括待获取的图片的内容信息“日落”。
接收目标终端发送的图片,并在接收到的图片中确定目标图片。
在实际应用中,确定目标图片的方法可以为:将接收到的所述至少一张图片中的任意一张图片确定为目标图片。
在实际应用中,确定目标图片的方法还可以为:将接收到的至少一张图片进行过滤,在 过滤后的至少一张图片中确定目标图片。具体的,可以通过设置分辨率阈值来过滤图片,将分辨率低于该阈值的图片都过滤掉,然后在过滤后的图片中确定目标图片。
将确定的目标图片发送给第一终端。
应用本发明图1所示实施例,接收第一终端发送的获取目标图片的第一请求,第一请求中包括目标图片的内容信息及用于获取该目标图片的地理位置信息;确定与该地理位置信息指定的地理位置之间的距离在设定的距离阈值内的目标终端,向目标终端发送获取该目标图片的请求,从目标终端发送的图片中确定目标图片,将目标图片发送给需要获取该目标图片的第一终端,能够实时获取用户需要的拍摄于某一地理位置的最新图片,提高了用户满意度。
图2为本发明实施例提供的图片获取方法的第二种流程示意图,本发明图2所示实施例在图1所示实施例的基础上,在S105之前增加S107A、S108A。
S107A:为接收到的所述目标终端发送的至少一张图片中的每张图片生成缩略图。
S108A:将所述每张图片的缩略图发送给所述第一终端。
S105可以包括:

假设接收到目标终端发送的4张图片,分别为图片1、图片2、图片3、图片4。生成这4张图片的缩略图,并将其发送给第一终端。第一终端接收这4张图片的缩略图,并从中选择一张,假设选择的是图片3的缩略图,则将图片3作为确认的图片,并向服务器发送确认信息。服务器接收第一终端发送的确认信息,确认信息中包含将图片3作为确认的图片的信息,则将图片3确定为目标图片。
在本发明所示的实施例中,可以将接收到的目标终端发送的至少一张图片进行过滤,在过滤后的至少一张图片中确定目标图片。具体的,可以通过设置分辨率阈值来过滤图片,将分辨率低于该阈值的图片都过滤掉,然后在过滤后的图片中确定目标图片。
假设接收到目标终端发送的4张图片,分别为图片1、图片2、图片3、图片4,图片1的分辨率为800×600,图片2的分辨率为1024×768,图片3的分辨率为320×240,图片4的分辨率为800×600,设置的分辨率阈值为800×600,则将分辨率低于该阈值的图片3过滤掉,生成图片1、图片2、图片4的缩略图,并将其发送给第一终端。
第一终端接收这3张图片的缩略图,并从中选择一张,假设选择的是图片2的缩略图,则将图片2作为确认的图片,并向服务器发送确认信息。服务器接收第一终端发送的确认信息,其中,确认信息中包含将图片2作为确认的图片的信息,将图片2确定为目标图片。
应用本发明图2所示实施例,接收第一终端发送的获取目标图片的第一请求,第一请求中包括目标图片包含的内容信息及用于获取该目标图片的地理位置信息,确定与该地理位置信息指定的地理位置之间的距离在设定的距离阈值内的目标终端,向目标终端发送获取该目 标图片的请求,为目标终端发送的图片生成图片的缩略图,将图片的缩略图发送给第一终端以使第一终端进行选择,根据第一终端的选择确定目标图片,将目标图片发送给需要获取该目标图片的第一终端,能够实时获取用户需要的最新图片,提高用户满意度。
图3为本发明实施例提供的图片获取方法的第三种流程示意图,本发明图3所示实施例在图2所示实施例的基础上,所述服务器中还包括与登陆每个终端的用户相对应的账户,所述第一请求和所述第二请求中还包括支付所述目标图片所需的费用,在S101之后,增加如下步骤:
S110:判断与登陆所述第一终端的用户相对应的账户中的余额是否大于等于所述第一请求中包括的所述费用,如果是,执行S102,如果否,执行S111。
S111:向所述第一终端发送余额不足的提示信息。

在实际应用中,为了提高目标终端的响应率,上述第一请求和第二请求中还可以包括支付所述目标图片的费用。相应地,所述服务器中还可以包括与登陆每个终端的用户相对应的账户。
假设支付所述目标图片所需的费用为“50元”,第一请求中包括:目标图片的内容信息“日落”、用于获取上述目标图片的地理位置信息“B”和支付上述目标图片所需的费用“50元”。接收到上述第一请求后,首先判断与登陆第一终端的用户相对应的账户中的余额是否大于等于支付目标图片所需的50元。假设与登陆第一终端的用户相对应的账户的余额为20元,则向第一终端发送余额不足的提示信息。假设与登陆第一终端的用户相对应的账户的余额为80元,则根据地理位置信息“B”及每个终端的位置信息,确定与地理位置信息“B”指定的地理位置之间的距离在设定的距离阈值内的目标终端。
向目标终端发送第二请求,第二请求中包括目标图片的内容信息“日落”和支付上述目标图片所需的费用“50元”。
假设接收到目标终端发送的4张图片,分别为图片1、图片2、图片3、图片4。生成这4张图片的缩略图,并将其发送给第一终端。第一终端接收这4张图片的缩略图,并从中选择一张,假设选择的是图片3,则将图片3作为确认的图片,并向服务器发送支付信息。
服务器接收第一终端发送的支付信息并将图片3确定为目标图片,其中支付信息中包含将图片3作为确认的图片的信息和对图片3的确认支付信息。
然后服务器从与登陆第一终端的用户相对应的账户中扣除50元,将该50元添加到与登陆发送图片3的目标终端的用户相对应的账户中。
服务器将图片3发送给第一终端。
应用本发明图3所示实施例,服务器中包括了与登陆每个终端的用户相对应的账户,以使与登陆第一终端的用户相对应的账户能对与登陆提供目标图片的目标终端的用户相对应的账户支付费用,并在发送给目标终端的第二请求中增加支付目标图片所需的费用,大大提高了目标终端的响应率,提高了第一终端接收到满意的图片的概率,进一步提高了用户满意度。
图4为本发明实施例提供的图片获取方法的第四种流程示意图,本发明图4所示实施例在图1所示实施例的基础上,在S105之前增加S107B、S108B。
S107B:在接收到的所述目标终端发送的至少一张图片中的每张图片中添加水印。
S108B:将添加水印后的每张图片发送给所述第一终端。
S105可以包括:
S105A:接收所述第一终端发送的确认信息。其中,所述确认信息中包含确认的图片的信息。
S105B:将所述确认信息中指示的确认的图片确定为目标图片。
假设接收到目标终端发送的4张图片,分别为图片1、图片2、图片3、图片4。在每张图片中添加水印,并将添加水印后的图片发送给第一终端。第一终端接收这4张添加水印后的图片,并从中选择一张,假设选择的是图片3,则将图片3作为确认的图片,并向服务器发送确认信息。服务器接收第一终端发送的确认信息,确认信息中包含将图片3作为确认的图片的信息,则将图片3确定为目标图片。
在本发明所示的实施例中,可以将接收到的目标终端发送的至少一张图片进行过滤,在过滤后的至少一张图片中确定目标图片。具体的,可以通过设置分辨率阈值来过滤图片,将分辨率低于该阈值的图片都过滤掉,然后在过滤后的图片中确定目标图片。
假设接收到目标终端发送的4张图片,分别为图片1、图片2、图片3、图片4,图片1的分辨率为800×600,图片2的分辨率为1024×768,图片3的分辨率为320×240,图片4的分辨率为800×600,设置的分辨率阈值为800×600,则将分辨率低于该阈值的图片3过滤掉,在图片1、图片2、图片4中添加水印,并将添加水印后的图片发送给第一终端。
第一终端接收这3张添加水印后的图片,并从中选择一张,假设选择的是图片2,则将图片2作为确认的图片,并向服务器发送确认信息。服务器接收第一终端发送的确认信息,其中确认信息中包含将图片2作为确认的图片的信息,将图片2确定为目标图片。
应用本发明图4所示实施例,接收第一终端发送的获取目标图片的第一请求,第一请求中包括目标图片的内容信息及用于获取该目标图片的地理位置信息,确定与该地理位置信息指定的地理位置之间的距离在设定的距离阈值内的目标终端,向目标终端发送获取该目标图 片的请求,并在目标终端发送的图片中添加水印,将添加水印后的图片发送给第一终端以使第一终端进行选择,根据第一终端的选择确定目标图片,将目标图片发送给需要获取该目标图片的第一终端,能够实时获取用户需要的最新图片,提高用户满意度。
图5为本发明实施例提供的图片获取方法的第五种流程示意图,本发明图5所示实施例在图4所示实施例的基础上,所述服务器中还包括与登陆每个终端的用户相对应的账户,所述第一请求和所述第二请求中还包括支付所述目标图片所需的费用,在S101之后,增加如下步骤:
S110:判断与登陆所述第一终端的用户相对应的账户中的余额是否大于等于所述第一请求中包括的所述费用,如果是,执行S102,如果否,执行S111。
S111:向所述第一终端发送余额不足的提示信息。
S105A可以包括:S105A1:接收所述第一终端发送的支付信息。其中,所述支付信息中包含确认的图片的信息及对所述确认的图片的确认支付信息。
在S105B之后,增加如下步骤:
S112:在与登陆所述第一终端的用户相对应的账户中扣除支付所述目标图片所需的费用。
S113:在与登陆发送所述目标图片的目标终端的用户相对应的账户中添加与所述费用相对应的资金。
在实际应用中,为了提高目标终端的响应率,上述第一请求和第二请求中还可以包括支付所述目标图片所需的费用。相应地,所述服务器中还可以包括与登陆每个终端的用户相对应的账户。
假设支付所述目标图片所需的费用为“50元”,第一请求中包括:目标图片的内容信息“日落”、用于获取上述目标图片的地理位置信息“B”和支付上述目标图片所需的费用“50元”。接收到上述第一请求后,首先判断与登陆第一终端的用户相对应的账户中的余额是否大于等于支付目标图片所需的50元。假设与登陆第一终端的用户相对应的账户的余额为20元,则向第一终端发送余额不足的提示信息。假设与登陆第一终端的用户相对应的账户的余额为80元,则根据地理位置信息“B”及每个终端的位置信息,确定与地理位置信息“B”指定的地理位置之间的距离在设定的距离阈值内的目标终端。
向目标终端发送第二请求,第二请求中包括目标图片的内容信息“日落”和支付上述目标图片所需的费用“50元”。
假设接收到目标终端发送的4张图片,分别为图片1、图片2、图片3、图片4。在每张图片中添加水印,并将添加水印后的图片发送给第一终端。第一终端接收这4张添加水印后的图片,并从中选择一张,假设选择的是图片3,则将图片3作为确认的图片,并向服务器发送支付信息。
服务器接收第一终端发送的支付信息并将图片3确定为目标图片,其中支付信息中包含 将图片3作为确认的图片的信息和对图片3的确认支付信息。
然后服务器从与登陆第一终端的用户相对应的账户中扣除50元,将该50元添加到与登陆发送图片3的目标终端的用户相对应的账户中。
服务器将图片3发送给第一终端。
应用本发明图5所示实施例,服务器中包括了与登陆每个终端的用户相对应的账户,以使与登陆第一终端的用户相对应的账户能对与登陆提供目标图片的目标终端的用户相对应的账户支付费用,并在发送给目标终端的第二请求中增加支付目标图片所需的费用,大大提高了目标终端的响应率,提高了第一终端接收到满意的图片的概率,进一步提高了用户满意度。
与上述的方法实施例相对应,本发明实施例还提供一种图片获取装置。

    接收第一终端发送的第一请求,所述第一请求中包括目标图片的内容信息及用于获取所述目标图片的地理位置信息;
    根据所述地理位置信息及每个终端的位置信息,确定目标终端,其中所述目标终端与所述地理位置信息指定的地理位置之间的距离在设定的距离阈值内;
    向所述目标终端发送第二请求,所述第二请求中包括所述目标图片的内容信息;
    接收所述目标终端根据所述第二请求发送的至少一张图片;
    在接收到的所述至少一张图片中确定所述目标图片,并将所述目标图片发送给所述第一终端。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述在接收到的所述至少一张图片中确定所述目标图片,包括:
    将接收到的所述至少一张图片中的任意一张图片确定为所述目标图片。
  3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的方法,其特征在于,所述在接收到的所述至少一张图片中确定所述目标图片之前,还包括:
    为接收到的所述至少一张图片中的每张图片生成缩略图;
    将所述每张图片的缩略图发送给所述第一终端;
    所述在接收到的所述至少一张图片中确定所述目标图片,包括:
    接收所述第一终端发送的确认信息,其中,所述确认信息中包含确认的图片的信息;
    将所述确认的图片确定为所述目标图片。
  4. 根据权利要求1-3中任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,所述在接收到的所述至少一张图片中确定所述目标图片之前,还包括:
    在接收到的所述至少一张图片中的每张图片中添加水印;
    将添加水印后的每张图片发送给所述第一终端;
    所述在接收到的所述至少一张图片中确定所述目标图片,包括:
    接收所述第一终端发送的确认信息,其中,所述确认信息中包含确认的图片的信息;
    将所述确认的图片确定为所述目标图片。
  5. 根据权利要求3或4所述的方法,其特征在于,所述服务器中还包括与登陆每个终端的用户相对应的账户,所述第一请求和所述第二请求中还包括支付所述目标图片所需的费用;
    所述接收第一终端发送的第一请求之后,还包括:
    判断与登陆所述第一终端的用户相对应的账户中的余额是否大于等于所述费用;
    如果否,向所述第一终端发送余额不足的提示信息;
    如果是,进行所述根据所述地理位置信息及每个终端的位置信息,确定所述目标终端的步骤;
    所述接收所述第一终端发送的确认信息,包括:
    接收所述第一终端发送的支付信息,其中,所述支付信息中包含确认的图片的信息及对所述确认的图片的确认支付信息;
    在所述将所述确认的图片确定为所述目标图片之后,所述方法还包括:
    从与登陆所述第一终端的用户相对应的账户中扣除所述费用;
    在与登陆发送所述目标图片的目标终端的用户相对应的账户中添加与所述费用相对应的资金。
  6. 根据权利要求1-5中任意一项所述的方法,其特征在于,所述在接收到的所述至少一张图片中确定所述目标图片,包括:
    对接收到的所述至少一张图片进行过滤,在过滤后的至少一张图片中确定所述目标图片。
  7. 一种图片获取装置,其特征在于,应用于服务器,所述装置包括:第一接收模块、第一确定模块、第一发送模块、第二接收模块、第二确定模块和第二发送模块,其中,
    所述第一接收模块,用于接收第一终端发送的第一请求,所述第一请求中包括目标图片的内容信息及用于获取所述目标图片的地理位置信息;
    所述第一确定模块,用于根据所述地理位置信息及每个终端的位置信息,确定目标终端,其中所述目标终端与所述地理位置信息指定的地理位置之间的距离在设定的距离阈值内;
    所述第一发送模块,用于向所述目标终端发送第二请求,所述第二请求中包括所述目标图片的内容信息;
    所述第二接收模块,用于接收所述目标终端根据所述第二请求发送的至少一张图片;
    所述第二确定模块,用于在接收到的所述至少一张图片中确定所述目标图片;
    所述第二发送模块,用于将所述目标图片发送给所述第一终端。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的装置,其特征在于,所述第二确定模块,具体用于将接收到的所述至少一张图片中的任意一张图片确定为所述目标图片。

    所述生成模块,用于为接收到的所述至少一张图片中的每张图片生成缩略图;
    所述第三发送模块,用于将所述每张图片的缩略图发送给所述第一终端;
    所述第二确定模块,具体用于接收所述第一终端发送的确认信息,其中,所述确认信息中包含确认的图片的信息;并用于将所述确认的图片确定为所述目标图片。
  10. 根据权利要求7-9中任一项所述的装置,其特征在于,所述装置还包括:添加模块和第四发送模块,其中,
    所述添加模块,用于在接收到的所述至少一张图片中的每张图片中添加水印;
    所述第四发送模块,用于将添加水印后的每张图片发送给所述第一终端;
    所述第二确定模块,具体用于接收所述第一终端发送的确认信息,其中,所述确认信息中包含确认的图片的信息;并用于将所述确认的图片确定为所述目标图片。
  11. 根据权利要求9或10所述的装置,其特征在于,所述服务器中还包括与登陆每个终端的用户相对应的账户,所述第一请求和所述第二请求中还包括支付所述目标图片所需的费用,所述装置还包括:
    判断模块,用于判断与登陆所述第一终端的用户相对应的账户中的余额是否大于等于所述第一请求中包括的所述费用,如果是,触发所述第一确定模块,如果否,触发所述提示模块;
    提示模块,用于向所述第一终端发送余额不足的提示信息;
    所述第二确定模块,具体用于接收所述第一终端发送的支付信息,其中,所述支付信息中包含确认的图片的信息及对所述确认的图片的确认支付信息;并用于将所述确认的图片确定为所述目标图片;
    所述装置还包括:
    费用扣除模块,用于从与登陆所述第一终端的用户相对应的账户中扣除所述费用;

  12. 根据权利要求7-11任意一项所述的装置,其特征在于,所述装置还包括:
    过滤模块,用于对接收到的所述至少一张图片进行过滤,在过滤后的至少一张图片中确定所述目标图片。
  13. 一种服务器,包括:包括:壳体、处理器、存储器、电路板和电源电路,其中,电路板安置在壳体围成的空间内部,处理器和存储器设置在电路板上;电源电路,用于为电子设备的各个电路或器件供电;存储器用于存储可执行程序代码;处理器通过读取存储器中存储的可执行程序代码来运行与可执行程序代码对应的程序,以用于执行以下步骤:
    接收第一终端发送的第一请求,所述第一请求中包括目标图片的内容信息及用于获取所述目标图片的地理位置信息;
    根据所述地理位置信息及每个终端的位置信息,确定目标终端,其中所述目标终端与所述地理位置信息指定的地理位置之间的距离在设定的距离阈值内;
    向所述目标终端发送第二请求,所述第二请求中包括所述目标图片的内容信息;
    接收所述目标终端根据所述第二请求发送的至少一张图片;
    在接收到的所述至少一张图片中确定所述目标图片,并将所述目标图片发送给所述第一终端。
  14. 一种计算机可读存储介质,具有存储于其中的指令,当终端的处理器执行所述指令时,所述终端执行如权利要求1-6中任一项所述的图片获取方法。
  15. 一种计算机程序,当其在处理器上运行时,执行如权利要求1-6中任一项所述的图片获取方法。
