一种网络电话唤醒方法 技术领域
本发明涉及一种网络终端设备的唤醒方法,尤其涉及一种无心跳包的网络终端设备的唤醒方法。
背景技术
目前,市场上用于网络网络手机终端的待机方案,需要保持与服务器的IP连接,在终端进入待机状态下仍然需要采用心跳包的模式与服务器保持关联。所述方案导致网络网络手机的终端需要在待机模式下维持一定流量来保持与服务器或远端的连接,从而可以在终端待机的模式下,被远程的用户唤醒或控制。同时,因为待机的终端保持了网络连接,致使终端需要消耗一定电量用于维持此部分的功耗,其不能进入到真正的低功耗运行模式,会导致终端的待机功耗上升,降低终端的待机时间。
发明内容
本发明目的在于提供一种可以在零流量、深度休眠状态下的网络电话唤醒方法,以避免流量的浪费和功耗的上升。
本发明所述的一种网络电话唤醒方法,包括以下步骤:
主叫客户端登录服务器,向服务器发送对被叫客户端的网络电话呼叫请求;服务器判断被叫客户端是否在线;如若判断被叫客户端在线,则服务器直接对被叫客户端发出网络电话连接请求;如若判断被叫客户端离线,则服务器发送指令通知呼叫中心,而后,呼叫中心通过普通语音电话,以呼叫中心的普通电话号码向被叫客户端所在终端设备发送普通语音电话请求;被叫客户端对呼入号码进行判断,如若呼入号码是呼叫中心的普通电话号码,则挂断呼叫中心的普通语音电话请求,并启动被叫客户端所在终端设备的网络数据功能;被叫客户端登录服务器,实现主叫客户端对被叫客户端的唤醒;而后服务器再对被叫客户端发出网络电话连接请求。
本发明所述的一种网络电话唤醒方法,其被叫客户端不在线的情况下,遇呼叫时可被自动唤醒,其使客户端用户不使用时无需保持待机状态,直接关闭网络时仍 可被网络呼叫时及时唤醒。其客户端无需后台运行的情况下,也能使网络电话通话请求也能及时达到,使网络电话具备普通电话的即时到达通话功能。也即,其能在零流量的情况下,保证网络电话通话请求的即时达到。
终端设备用户一般都会安装有手机清理软件或后台清理软件,这些清理软件会将处于后台工作的软件关闭,而使原本需要后台发送心跳包保持在线的功能丧失,这些后台软件就包括了网络电话。或者有些用户因为需要实现流量控制而把网络电话相关软件彻底关闭,但是又怕其他人不能通过网络电话进行沟通。通过本发明所述的方案,即使移动终端上安装的上述后台清理软件和上述流量控制软件禁止网络电话客户端后台运行或禁止网络电话客户端发送心跳包,其仍可保证其他用户向该用户发送网络电话通话请求时,该用户的网络客户端被即时唤醒,并且及时接收到其通话请求。本发明所述的终端设备是移动网络设备;客户端除了可以安装在移动手机上,还可以安装在PC机或嵌入式设备PDA或平板电脑等其他移动网络设备上。
唤醒方式除了普通语音电话之外还可以使用普通短信或彩信。

本发明完全取消了PS分组域的网络心跳包,大大降低了服务器端的流量消耗和系统资源,所有终端设备的待机功耗,延长终端的续航能力,在大规模的分布式网络服务中,是非常革命性的设计方案。通过CS电路域的普通电话和普通短信呼叫唤醒整个终端系统,快速高效的建立PS域与服务器的链接,实现网络语音通话和IP短信,IP视频。由于CS域的呼入电话是直接被挂断的,因此没有语音呼叫费用产生。

具体实施方式
用户在服务器进行注册后,登录时呼叫中心的电话号码就会下载到客户端唤醒功能号码池。根据图1所示,提供以下两个具体实施例以说明本发明工作流程。
实施例一,终端设备A和终端设备B均安装有本发明的客户端,客户端A和客户端B都已在服务器注册。假设终端设备A的WIFI、2/3/4G等网络数据功能正常,系统没有进入休眠状态,普通语音电话可以拨打;终端设备B的WIFI、2/3/4G等网络数据网络数据功能断开,系统进入深度休眠状态,普通语音电话可以拨打。由于终端设备B进入的深度休眠状态,所以在设定时间内与服务器的心跳包联系没有持续,服务器判断终端设备B的客户端处于离线状态。
此时用户A需要对用户B进行网络通话:用户A连接服务器,并向服务器发送与用户B的连接请求。服务器查表发现用户B处于离线状态不能对接,就向呼叫中心发出激活用户B的请求。呼叫中心收到服务器的激活请求后通过传统的GSM、TD-SCDMA、CDMA、WCDMA、LTE网络,使用传统基站对移动终端设备和固定电话终端发出的呼叫信令,以呼叫中心的电话号码对用户B发出普通语音电话呼叫。用户B的客户端收到呼叫后查询上一次登录时更新的呼叫中心号码池列表得知是另一个注册用户在网络电话呼叫自己,则用户B客户端挂断呼叫中心的来电呼叫,用户B客户端在挂断呼叫后及时启动网络数据功能并登录服务器,完成了终端设备A客户端对终端设备B客户端的唤醒过程。用户B客户端登录服务器响应用户A的网络通话请求,完成用户A和用户B的 网络通话连接。
实施例二,电脑A和电脑B均安装有本发明的客户端,客户端A和客户端B都已在服务器注册。假设电脑A的WIFI/WLAN/Inernet网络功能正常,系统没有进入休眠状态,可以通过软件发送普通短信/彩信/或通过软件拨打普通语音电话;电脑B通过软件可以接收普通语音电话/短信/彩信,客户端进入深度休眠状态。由于客户端B进入的深度休眠状态,所以在设定时间内与服务器的心跳包联系没有持续,服务器判断客户端B处于离线状态。
此时用户A需要对用户B进行网络通话:用户A连接服务器,并向服务器发送与用户B的连接请求。服务器查表发现用户B处于离线状态不能对接,就向呼叫中心发出激活用户B的请求。呼叫中心收到服务器的激活请求后通过传统的GSM、CDMA、WCDMA、LTE网络,使用传统基站的呼叫信令,以呼叫中心的号码对用户B发出普通语音电话/彩信/普通短信。用户B的客户端收到普通语音电话/彩信/普通短信后查询上一次登录时更新的呼叫中心号码池列表得知是另一个注册用户在网络电话呼叫自己,则用户B客户端及时启动电脑的网络数据功能并登录服务器,完成了电脑A客户端对电脑B客户端的唤醒过程。用户B客户端登录服务器响应用户A的网络通话请求,完成用户A和用户B的网络通话连接。
其他终端设备,例如嵌入式设备PDA或平板电脑的实现方式与实施例二相同。
很多企业或政府部门的电脑或其他通讯终端是规定设置静默功能的,通过本发明的方法可以有效地激活所需终端的网络数据功能。可以实现目标用户在深度休眠时也可以通过呼叫中心的语音呼叫实现唤醒。因此所以客户端皆可以实现零流量待机,大大节省了用户的的待机能耗,和减少不必要的待机流量,减轻用户的费用。本发明提供了零心跳的技术解决方案,在实践中,可以根据需求混合使用无心跳和有心跳,比如这个月30天完全静默无心跳,下个月每天心跳一次,再下个月每30分钟心跳一次。

    主叫客户端登录服务器,向服务器发送对被叫客户端的网络电话呼叫请求;服务器判断被叫客户端是否在线;如若判断被叫客户端在线,则服务器直接对被叫客户端发出网络电话连接请求;如若判断被叫客户端离线,则服务器发送指令通知呼叫中心,而后,呼叫中心通过普通语音电话,以呼叫中心的普通电话号码向被叫客户端所在终端设备发送普通语音电话请求;被叫客户端对呼入号码进行判断,如若呼入号码是呼叫中心的普通电话号码,则挂断呼叫中心的普通语音电话请求,并启动被叫客户端所在终端设备的网络数据功能;被叫客户端登录服务器,实现主叫客户端对被叫客户端的唤醒;而后服务器再对被叫客户端发出网络电话连接请求。
