Description
本发明涉及一种塑料制品领域,具体涉及一种保温包装塑料桶。
塑料桶的材料多采用聚乙烯、聚丙烯等塑料吹塑、注塑而成,上海塑胶制品化工、农药、医药、食品、五金电子、机电等行业液体、固体物品的外包装。但是现有技术中使用的聚乙烯、聚丙烯等塑料生产的塑料桶大多功能比较单一,无法对存放的物品起到保温效果,使用效果欠佳。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种由ABS塑料、耐候剂、保温添加剂、填充剂、耐高温剂、分散剂以及偶联剂制得,制得的产品保温性能好、防老化、强度高、硬度大、质量好、使用寿命长的保温包装塑料桶。
本发明的技术方案是,一种保温包装塑料桶,所述保温包装塑料桶由ABS塑料、耐候剂、保温添加剂、填充剂、耐高温剂、分散剂以及偶联剂制得,所述耐候剂为六甲基磷酰胺,所述保温添加剂为硅酸钛,所述填充剂为滑石粉,所述耐高温剂为N-苯基马来酰亚胺,所述分散剂为聚乙烯蜡,所述偶联剂为异丙基三(二辛基磷酸酰氧基)钛酸酯,所述保温包装塑料桶各成分所占重量份数分别为:所述ABS塑料占84-90份,所述六甲基磷酰胺占7-10份,所述硅酸钛占5-8份,所述滑石粉占38-43份,所述N-苯基马来酰亚胺占6-9份,所述聚乙烯蜡占4-7份,所述异丙基三(二辛基磷酸酰氧基)钛酸酯占3-6份。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述的保温包装塑料桶中各成分所占重量份数具体为:所述ABS塑料占85份,所述六甲基磷酰胺占8份,所述硅酸钛占6

另外,可通过调节产品各成分的不同重量份数,使得得到的产品性能高低不一。
本发明所述为一种保温包装塑料桶,由ABS塑料、耐候剂、保温添加剂、填充剂、耐高温剂、分散剂以及偶联剂制得,制得的产品保温性能好、防老化、强度高、硬度大、质量好、使用寿命长。
