本発明は、ポリオール、ポリイソシアネート、発泡剤、及び触媒を含有する発泡原液を発泡成形して得られる軟質ポリウレタンフォームであって、前記ポリオールは、重量平均分子量Mwが3000~8000であり且つ官能基数が3~4であるポリエーテルポリオールAと、水酸基価が100mgKOH/g以上であり、炭素数2~4のアルキレンオキシ基を有するポリオールBと、を含み、且つ、前記アルキレンオキシ基はプロピレンオキシ基のみであるか又は前記アルキレンオキシ基における[炭素数3又は4のアルキレンオキシ基]/[エチレンオキシ基](質量比)は3以上であり、前記ポリイソシアネートは、ジフェニルメタンジイソシアネートを含む軟質ポリウレタンフォームを提供する。

Description

軟質ポリウレタンフォーム、及びシート用パッド
 本発明は、自動車部品、室内生活用品などの各種成形品に用いられる軟質ポリウレタンフォーム、及びその軟質ポリウレタンフォームを用いたシート用パッド(シート用クッション材)に関する。
本願は、2015年12月16日に日本に出願された特願2015-245705号に基づき優先権を主張し、その内容をここに援用する。
 軟質ポリウレタンフォームは、自動車などの乗り物のシート用パッド、室内用の椅子、寝具などのクッション材、家屋のフローリング用緩衝材などの様々な用途に用いられている。用途に応じて種々の機械的特性が求められており、自動車のシート用パッドにおいては快適な座り心地が求められている。
 適度な反発力を有し、軽量かつ振動吸収特性に優れたポリウレタンフォームとして、出願人は特許文献1のポリウレタンフォームを提案した。このポリウレタンフォームは、ポリオールとイソシアネートとを含むポリウレタン発泡原液が発泡成形されたポリウレタンフォームであって、分子量、不飽和度及び分子量/官能基数を特定の範囲に規定したポリエーテルポリオールが主成分として用いられ、更に有機化処理された無機充填材が配合されている。

 本発明は、着座時の安定感(ホールド感)が向上したシート用パッド、及びそのシート用パッドを形成する軟質ポリウレタンフォームの提供を課題とする。
[1] ポリオール、ポリイソシアネート、発泡剤、及び触媒を含有する発泡原液を発泡成形して得られる軟質ポリウレタンフォームであって、前記ポリオールは、重量平均分子量Mwが3000~8000であり且つ官能基数が3~4であるポリエーテルポリオールAと、水酸基価が100mgKOH/g以上であり、炭素数2~4のアルキレンオキシ基を有するポリオールBと、を含み、且つ、前記アルキレンオキシ基はプロピレンオキシ基のみであるか又は前記アルキレンオキシ基における[炭素数3又は4のアルキレンオキシ基]/[エチレンオキシ基](質量比)は3以上であり、前記ポリイソシアネートは、ジフェニルメタンジイソシアネートを含む軟質ポリウレタンフォーム。

 本発明の軟質ポリウレタンフォームによって形成されたシート用パッドは、着座時の安定感(ホールド感)が向上しており、快適な座り心地が得られる。
 以下、本発明の好適な実施の形態を説明するが、本発明はかかる実施形態に限定されない。
 本発明の軟質ポリウレタンフォームは、ポリオール、ポリイソシアネート、発泡剤、及び触媒を含有する発泡原液を発泡成形して得られる軟質ポリウレタンフォームであり、下記(A)~(C)を満たす。
(A)前記ポリオールは、重量平均分子量Mwが3000~8000であり且つ官能基数が3~4であるポリエーテルポリオールAを含む。
(B)前記ポリオールは、水酸基価が100mgKOH/g以上であり、炭素数2~4のアルキレンオキシ基を有するポリオールBを含み、且つ、前記アルキレンオキシ基はプロピレンオキシ基のみであるか又は前記アルキレンオキシ基における[炭素数3又は4のアルキレンオキシ基]/[エチレンオキシ基](質量比)は3より大きい。
(C)前記ポリイソシアネートは、ジフェニルメタンジイソシアネート(MDI)を含む。
<ポリオール>
(ポリエーテルポリオールA)
 前記発泡原液に含まれるポリエーテルポリオールAは、重量平均分子量Mwが3000~8000であり、且つ官能基数(ヒドロキシ基の数)が3~4であるポリエーテルポリオールである。ポリエーテルポリオールAとしては、反応性が良好であることから、アルキレンオキシドの開環重合により得られるポリエーテルポリオールが好ましい。
 アルキレンオキシドとしては、プロピレンオキシド(PO)、エチレンオキシド(EO)等が挙げられる。ポリエーテルポリオールAの材料として使用されるアルキレンオキシドは1種類であってもよいし、2種類以上であってもよい。
 前記発泡原液に含まれるポリエーテルポリオールAにおけるPOとEOとの配合比(質量比)は特に限定されず、例えば、EO/PO(質量比)として、0/100~25/75が好ましく、0/100~20/80がより好ましい。EO/PO(質量比)が上記範囲であると、ヒステリシスロス及び反発弾性に優れた軟質ポリウレタンフォームを容易に形成することができる。
 前記発泡原液に含まれるポリエーテルポリオールAの一分子中に含まれるヒドロキシ基(官能基)の数は3~4である。この範囲であると、発泡原液の粘度が適度となり、優れた物性を有する軟質ポリウレタンフォームが得られる。なお、任意成分として、前記ポリエーテルポリオールAに加えて、官能基が2のポリエーテルポリオールを併用しても構わない。
 前記発泡原液に含まれるポリエーテルポリオールAの重量平均分子量Mwとしては、4000~7500が好ましく、4500~7000がより好ましく、5000~6500がさらに好ましい。ポリエーテルポリオールAの重量平均分子量が8000以下であると、前記発泡原液の粘度が適度になり、軟質ポリウレタンフォームのヒステリシスロスがより良好になる。一方、3000以上であると、軟質ポリウレタンフォームの反発弾性がより良好になる。
 なお、重量平均分子量Mwは、ゲルパーミエーションクロマトグラフィー(GPC法)によってポリスチレン換算値として算出した値である。
 前記発泡原液に含まれるポリエーテルポリオールAの不飽和度は、0.03ミリ当量/g以下であることが好ましい。上記不飽和度が0.03ミリ当量/g以下であると、耐久性等の物性が良好な軟質ポリウレタンフォームが得られる。ここで、「不飽和度」とは、日本工業規格JIS K 1557-1970に準拠し、試料中の不飽和結合に酢酸第二水銀を作用させて遊離する酢酸を水酸化カリウムで滴定する方法にて測定した、総不飽和度(ミリ当量/g)を意味する。
 前記発泡原液に含まれるポリエーテルポリオールAは1種類であってもよいし、2種類以上であってもよい。
 前記発泡原液が発泡成形されてなる軟質ポリウレタンフォームに所望の物性を容易に付与する観点から、前記発泡原液に含まれるポリオールの総質量に対する、前記ポリエーテルポリオールAに該当する1種類又は2種類以上のポリエーテルポリオールの合計の含有量は、60質量%以上が好ましく、70~95質量%がより好ましく、80~90質量%がさらに好ましい。
 前記発泡原液に含まれるポリオールとして、前記ポリエーテルポリオールAとは異なる成分として、ポリマーポリオールA’を併用しても良い。ここで、「ポリマーポリオール」とは、一般的にポリエーテルポリオール中でエチレン性不飽和化合物を重合して得られる重合体組成物や混合物を意味する。この様なポリマーポリオールとしては、ポリウレタン発泡成形体用として汎用されるポリマーポリオールが適用可能である。例えば、ポリアルキレンオキシドからなる重量平均分子量Mwが3000~8000、より好ましくは4000~7000のポリエーテルポリオールに、ポリアクリロニトリル、アクリロニトリル-スチレン共重合体(AN/ST共重合体)等のポリマー成分をグラフト共重合させたポリマーポリオールが挙げられる。前記ポリアルキレンオキシドの原料となるアルキレンオキシドとしては、官能基(重合性基)としてプロピレンオキシド(PO)を含むアルキレンオキシドが好ましく、プロピレンオキシドのみを含むアルキレンオキシド、又はプロピレンオキシド及びエチレンオキシド(EO)を共に含むアルキレンオキシドがより好ましい。また、上記ポリマーポリオールA’の総質量に対する上記ポリマー成分の含有量は、10~50質量%であることが好ましい。
 前記発泡原液に含まれるポリオールとして、ポリエーテルポリオールAとポリマーポリオールA’とを併用する場合、ポリエーテルポリオールA/ポリマーポリオールA’(質量比)は、70/30~99/1が好ましく、80/20~99/1がより好ましく、85/15~99/1がさらに好ましい。上記範囲であると、所望の物性を有する軟質ポリウレタンフォームが得られ易い。
(ポリオールB)
 ポリオールBとしては、架橋剤として機能するものが好ましい。前記発泡原液に架橋剤として含有される1種又は2種以上のポリオールBの全体が有する[EO基]と[炭素数3又は4のアルキレンオキシ基](C3,4基)の質量比は、EO基:(C3,4基)=25:75~0:100であり、15:85~0:100が好ましく、10:90~0:100がより好ましく、5:95~0:100がさらに好ましい。ここで例示した質量比の範囲(C3,4基/EO基)は1より大きい。EO基:C3,4=0:100の場合、当該ポリオールBはPO基のみを有することが好ましい。
 上記モル比の範囲であると、軟質ポリウレタンフォームのヒステリシスロスが適度に高くなり、軟質ポリウレタンフォームの反発弾性が適度に低くなり、安定感(ホールド感)が向上し、快適な座り心地のシート用パッドが得られる。
 ここで、エチレンオキシ基(EO基)は、エチレンオキシドに含まれる水素原子が1つ除かれた1価の結合手を有する基を意味する。炭素数3又は4のアルキレンオキシ基(C3,4基)は、プロピレンオキシド又はブチレンオキシドに含まれる水素原子が1つ除かれた1価の結合手を有する基を意味する。
 なお、ポリオールBが有する前記アルキレンオキシ基の炭素数は、2~4のうち少なくとも何れか1つであればよい。
 ポリオールBの水酸基価(単位:mgKOH/g)は、100以上であり、100~500が好ましい。
 ポリオールBの水酸基価が100以上であると、軟質ポリウレタンフォームのヒステリシスロスが適度に高くなり、ポリオールBの水酸基価が500以下であると、軟質ポリウレタンフォームの反発弾性が適度に低くなる。従って、上記好適な範囲であると、安定感(ホールド感)が向上し、快適な座り心地のシート用パッドが得られる。
 なお、架橋剤の水酸基価は、(水酸基価=56100÷重量平均分子量×官能基数)の計算式で算出される。
 具体的なポリオールBとしては、ポリウレタンフォームの分野で使用される公知の架橋剤が適用できる。
 前記発泡原液に含まれるポリオールBは1種類であってもよいし、2種類以上であってもよい。
 前記発泡原液が発泡成形されてなる軟質ポリウレタンフォームに所望の物性を容易に付与する観点から、前記発泡原液に含まれるポリオールの総質量に対する、前記ポリオールBの合計の含有量は、0.1~20質量%が好ましく、1~20質量%がより好ましく、3~15質量%がさらに好ましい。上記範囲の上限値以下であると、適度な独泡性と硬さが得られる。上記範囲の下限値以上であると、架橋剤の効果が十分に得られる。
 前記発泡原液が発泡成形されてなる軟質ポリウレタンフォームに所望の物性を容易に付与する観点から、イソシアネートインデックスは70~120が好ましく、80~110がより好ましく、85~105がさらに好ましい。
<ポリイソシアネート>
 前記発泡原液に含まれるポリイソシアネートとして、ジフェニルメタンジイソシアネートをイソシアネートインデックスで70~120が好ましく、80~110がより好ましく、85~105がさらに好ましい。
 ジフェニルメタンジイソシアネート(MDI)は、ポリウレタンフォームの分野で一般的に使用されるポリイソシアネート成分である。具体的なMDIとしては、一般にモノメリックMDIと称される4,4-ジフェニルメタンジイソシアネート(4,4-MDI)、2,4-ジフェニルメタンジイソシアネート(2,4-MDI)、2,2-ジフェニルメタンジイソシアネート(2,2-MDI)、ポリメリックMDI、粗(クルード)MDI等が挙げられる。
 前記発泡原液において、1種類のMDIが単独で含有されてもよいし、2種類以上のMDIが含有されてもよい。
 イソシアネートインデックスとは、発泡原液中のポリオール等が有する全ての活性水素と反応するポリイソシアネートの化学量論により算出される必要量に対する実際の配合量の百分率を意味する。例えば、イソシアネートインデックス90とは、発泡原液中のポリオール等が有する全ての活性水素と反応するのに必要な化学量論的な必要量に対して、質量百分率で90%に相当するポリイソシアネートが配合されていることを意味する。
 前記発泡原液に含まれるMDIに由来するイソシアネートインデックスは、70~120が好ましい。上記イソシアネートインデックスが70以上であると、発泡原液を容易に撹拌することができる。上記イソシアネートインデックスが120以下であると、フォームの崩壊を防ぎ、より良好なフォームを容易に得ることができる。
 任意成分として、前記(C)のMDIに加えて、MDI以外の公知のポリイソシアネートを少量加えても構わない。例えば、トリレンジイソシアネート(TDI)、トリフェニルジイソシアネート、キシレンジイソシアネート、ポリメチレンポリフェニレンポリイソシアネート、ヘキサメチレンジイソシアネート、イソホロンジイソシアネート等が挙げられる。
 前記発泡原液が発泡成形されてなる軟質ポリウレタンフォームに所望の物性を容易に付与する観点から、前記発泡原液に含まれるポリイソシアネートの総質量に対する、ジフェニルメタンジイソシアネートの1種類又は2種類以上の合計の含有量は、70質量%以上が好ましく、80~100質量%がより好ましく、90~100質量%がさらに好ましく、95~100質量%が最も好ましい。
<発泡剤>
 前記発泡原液に含まれる発泡剤としては、水を用いることが好ましい。水はポリイソシアネートと反応して炭酸ガスを発生するため、発泡剤として機能する。
 前記発泡原液中の水の含有量としては、ポリオール100質量部に対して、1~7質量部であることが好ましく、2~5質量部であることがより好ましい。上記範囲であると、所望の物性を有する軟質ポリウレタンフォームが容易に得られる。また、得られた軟質ポリウレタンフォームの熱圧縮残留歪み特性が劣化することを防止できる。
<触媒>
 前記発泡原液に含まれる触媒としては、ポリウレタンフォームの分野で使用される公知の触媒が挙げられる。公知の触媒としては、アミン系触媒、スズ触媒が挙げられる。
 通常、公知の触媒は大きく分けて、樹脂化触媒と泡化触媒とに分類される。
 樹脂化触媒は、ポリオールとポリイソシアネートとの反応を促進し、ウレタン結合生成を促進する。ゲル化触媒定数に対する泡化触媒定数の比(泡化触媒定数/ゲル化触媒定数)が1以下である触媒が樹脂化触媒と呼ばれる。
 泡化触媒は、樹脂化よりも発泡を促進する。ゲル化触媒定数に対する泡化触媒定数の比が1を超える触媒が泡化触媒と呼ばれる。
 ここで、ゲル化触媒定数は、ポリオール類とポリイソシアネート類との樹脂化反応の速度を決定する定数であり、その値が大きくなると発泡体の架橋密度が高くなる。具体的には、トリレンジイソシアネートとジエチレングリコールとのゲル化反応の反応定数が用いられる。一方、泡化触媒定数は、ポリイソシアネート類と水との泡化反応の速度を決定する定数であり、その値が大きくなると発泡体のセルの連通性が高められる。具体的には、トリレンジイソシアネートと水との泡化反応の反応定数が用いられる。
 ゲル化触媒定数及び泡化触媒定数は公知方法により決定される。
 樹脂化触媒としては、例えば、トリエチレンジアミン(TEDA)、トリエチレンジアミンとポリプロピレングリコールとの混合物、N,N,N′,N′-テトラメチルエチレンジアミン、N,N,N′,N′-テトラメチルプロピレンジアミン、N,N,N′,N″,N″-ペンタメチル-(3-アミノプロピル)エチレンジアミン、N,N,N′,N″,N″-ペンタメチルジプロピレントリアミン、N,N,N′,N′-テトラメチルグアニジン、135-トリス(N,N-ジメチルアミノプロピル) ヘキサヒドロ-S-トリアジン等の第3級アミン;1-メチルイミダゾール、1,2-ジメチルイミダゾール、1-イソブチル-2-メチルイミダゾール等のイミダゾール類;N,N,N′,N′-テトラメチルヘキサメチレンジアミン、N-メチル-N′-(2-ジメチルアミノエチル)ピペラジン、N,N′-ジメチルピペラジン、N-メチルピペラジン、N-メチルモルホリン、N-エチルモルホリン;1,8-ジアザビシクロ[5.4.0]ウンデセン-7、1,1’-(3-(ジメチルアミノ)プロピル)イミノ)ビス(2-プロパノール)等が挙げられる。樹脂化触媒としては第3級アミン系触媒が好ましい。
 泡化触媒としては、例えば、ビス(2-ジメチルアミノエチル)エーテル、N,N,N′,N″,N″-ペンタメチルジエチレントリアミン、N,N,N′,N″,N''' ,N''' -ヘキサメチルトリエチレンテトラミン等が挙げられる。泡化触媒としては第3級アミン系触媒が好ましい。
 上述のアミン系触媒の他に、スズ触媒として、例えば、スタナスオクトエート、スタナスラウレート、ジブチルスズジラウレート、ジブチルスズジマレエート、ジブチルスズジアセテート、ジオクチルスズジアセテート、オクチル酸スズ等の公知の有機スズ触媒が挙げられる。
 前記発泡原液には、触媒として、樹脂化触媒及び泡化触媒のうち、少なくとも樹脂化触媒が含有されることが好ましい。
 前記発泡原液に含有される、樹脂化触媒:泡化触媒の質量比は、100:0~100:100が好ましく、100:0~100:50がより好ましく、100:0~100:20がさらに好ましい。
 前記発泡原液における前記アミン系触媒の含有量は、前記ポリオール100質量部に対して、0.1~5.0質量部であることが好ましく、0.3~3.0質量部であることがより好ましく、0.5~2.0質量部であることがさらに好ましい。
 上記範囲の下限値以上であるとフォームの崩壊を防止できる。上記範囲の上限値以下であると適度な反応性が得られる。この結果、ヒステリシスロス及び反発弾性が優れた軟質ポリウレタンフォームが得られる。
 前記発泡原液における前記スズ触媒の含有量は、前記ポリオール100質量部に対して、0.001~1質量部であることが好ましい。
<整泡剤>
 前記発泡原液には、整泡剤が含まれてもよい。整泡剤としては、ポリウレタンフォームの分野で使用される公知の整泡剤が適用可能であり、例えば、シリコーン系整泡剤、アニオン系整泡剤、カチオン系整泡剤が挙げられる。これらの整泡剤には、分子鎖末端に水酸基を有する整泡剤が含まれてもよい。
 前記発泡原液における整泡剤の含有量は、前記ポリオール100質量部に対して、0.1~5質量部が好ましく、0.5~3質量部がより好ましく、0.7~2質量部が更に好ましい。通常、5質量部以下の含有割合で、整泡剤としての効果が充分に得られる。また、0.1質量部以上の含有割合であると、ポリオールとポリイソシアネートの攪拌性が向上し、所望の物性を有する軟質ポリウレタンフォームが得られ易い。
<その他の任意成分>
 前記発泡原液には、必要に応じて各種添加剤を配合することができる。例えば、顔料等の着色剤、鎖延長剤、炭酸カルシウム等の充填材、難燃剤、酸化防止剤、紫外線吸収剤、光安定剤、カーボンブラック等の導電性物質、抗菌剤などを配合することができる。各種添加剤の配合量は、用途や目的に応じて適宜調整される。
<発泡原液の調製方法>
 前記発泡原液の調製方法は、特に限定されず、例えば、ポリイソシアネートを除いた、残りの各原料からなる混合物(以下、「ポリオール混合物」と略記することがある。)を調製し、その後、ポリイソシアネートと混合して、発泡原液を得る調製方法が挙げられる。
 前記ポリオール混合物の調製は、公知の方法で混合すればよい。その後、軟質ポリウレタンフォームを発泡成形する工程において、前記ポリオール混合物とポリイソシアネートとを混合すればよい。
 調製された前記ポリオール混合物の液温25℃における粘度は、4,000mPa・s以下であることが好ましく、3,000mPa・s以下であることがより好ましい。これらの好適な粘度範囲であると、発泡原液の攪拌効率が良好となり、発泡原液の全体で均一に充分な量の発泡が得られ、所望の物性を有する軟質ポリウレタンフォーム(発泡成形体)が得られ易くなる。
 前記発泡原液を使用して、軟質ポリウレタンフォームを発泡成形する方法は、特に制限されず、例えば、金型内に形成されたキャビティ内に発泡原液を注入し、発泡成形する公知の方法が適用できる。
 上記の公知の方法において、注入する発泡原液の液温は、10~50℃であることが好ましい。金型の温度は、40~80℃であることが好ましい。発泡原液の液温及び金型の温度が上記の好適な範囲であると、適切な発泡が得られ易い。この発泡とともに、ポリオール成分とポリイソシアネート成分とが重合してポリウレタンが生成し、重合の進行と共に前記ポリウレタンは硬化する。その後脱型することによって、目的の軟質ポリウレタンフォームが得られる。ここで得られた軟質ポリウレタンフォームについて、公知の除膜処理を更に施してもよい。
 なお、本発明にかかる軟質ポリウレタンフォームの「軟質」は、それを手で押したり、その上に座ったりしたときに、当該軟質ポリウレタンフォームが変形して凹む程度の硬さ(剛性)であることを意味する。
 本発明にかかる軟質ポリウレタンフォームは、下記の物性を有することが好ましい。
 本発明にかかる軟質ポリウレタンフォームのヒステリシスロスを後述する方法で測定した場合、その値(単位:%)は、25以上が好ましく、27以上がより好ましく、30以上がさらに好ましい。上限値としては、例えば35程度が好ましい。
 ヒステリシスロスが上記の好適な範囲であると、軟質ポリウレタンフォームの減衰性が高まり、座面に座った際の安定感(ホールド感)が向上し、優れた座り心地が得られる。
 本発明にかかる軟質ポリウレタンフォームの反発弾性を後述する方法で測定した場合、その値(単位:%)は、60以下が好ましく、55以下がより好ましく、52以下がさらに好ましい。下限値としては、例えば40程度が好ましい。
 反発弾性が上記の好適な範囲であると、軟質ポリウレタンフォームの減衰性が高まり、座面に座った際の安定感(ホールド感)が向上し、優れた座り心地が得られる。
 次に、実施例により本発明をさらに詳細に説明するが、本発明はこれらの例によって限定されない。
[実施例1~8、比較例1]
 表1に示す配合で、ポリイソシアネート以外の成分を含む混合液と、ポリイソシアネートとを混合して、発泡原液を調製した。表中、原料の数値の単位は質量部である。
 この発泡原液を金型に注入して発泡成形することにより、シート用パッドを製造した。得られたシート用パッドについて、下記の測定方法により性能を評価した。この結果を表1に併記する。

 表1の原料の詳細は、以下の通りである。
「PPG」は、前記ポリエーテルポリオールAであり、官能基数3、重量平均分子量6000、EO末端ポリオールであるサンニックスFA921(三洋化成工業株式会社製)である。
「POP」は、前記ポリマーポリオールA’であり、KC855(三洋化成工業株式会社製)である。
「架橋剤1」は、前記ポリオールBであり、官能基数4、重量平均分子量400、水酸基561mgKOH/gのポリエーテルポリオール(EO100質量%)のポリエーテルポリオールである。
「架橋剤2」は、前記ポリオールBであり、官能基数3、重量平均分子量700、水酸基価240mgKOH/gのポリエーテルポリオール(PO100質量%)である。
「架橋剤3」は、前記ポリオールBであり、官能基数3、重量平均分子量400、水酸基価420mgKOH/gのポリエーテルポリオール(PO100質量%)である。
「架橋剤4」は、前記ポリオールBであり、官能基数3、重量平均分子量1000、水酸基価168mgKOH/gのポリエーテルポリオール(PO100質量%)である。
「架橋剤5」は、前記ポリオールBであり、官能基数3、重量平均分子量1500、水酸基価112mgKOH/gのポリエーテルポリオール(PO100質量%)である。
「架橋剤6」は、前記ポリオールBであり、官能基数6、重量平均分子量750、水酸基価448mgKOH/gのポリエーテルポリオール(PO75質量%)である。
「樹脂化触媒」は、トリエチレンジアミン(TEDA)(33質量%)とジプロピレングリコール(DPG)(67質量%)の混合物(エアープロダクツ社製、商品名:ダブコ(DABCO)33LV)である。
「整泡剤」は、シリコーン系整泡剤(モメンティブ・パフォーマンス・マテリアルズ社製、商品名:Niax silicone L3627)である。
「発泡剤」は、水である。
「ポリイソシアネート」は、MDI系のイソシアネート(住化コベストロウレタン社製、商品名:J-243)であり、TDI系のイソシアネートは実質的に含まれない。J-243のNCO%は31.5%である。
<ヒステリシスロスの測定方法>
 上記で作製したシート用パッドのヒステリシスロスは、日本工業規格JIS K 6400-2の方法に従って測定した。数値(単位:%)が大きくなるほど、軟質ポリウレタンフォームの減衰性が高まり、座面に座った際の安定感(ホールド感)が向上し、優れた座り心地が得られる。
<反発弾性の測定方法>
 上記で作製したシート用パッドの反発弾性は、日本工業規格JIS K 6400-3の方法に従って測定した。数値(単位:%)が小さくなるほど、ウレタンフォームの減衰性が高まり、座面に座った際の安定感(ホールド感)が向上し、優れた座り心地が得られる。
 以上で説明した各実施形態における各構成及びそれらの組み合わせ等は一例であり、本発明の趣旨を逸脱しない範囲で、構成の付加、省略、置換、およびその他の変更が可能である。
 本発明に係る軟質ポリウレタンフォームは、乗り物のシート用パッドとして広く利用可能である。本発明によれば、着座時の安定感(ホールド感)が向上したシート用パッド、及びそのシート用パッドを形成する軟質ポリウレタンフォームを提供することができる。
 

Claims (2)

  1.  ポリオール、ポリイソシアネート、発泡剤、及び触媒を含有する発泡原液を発泡成形して得られる軟質ポリウレタンフォームであって、
     前記ポリオールは、重量平均分子量Mwが3000~8000であり且つ官能基数が3~4であるポリエーテルポリオールAと、
     水酸基価が100mgKOH/g以上であり、炭素数2~4のアルキレンオキシ基を有するポリオールBと、を含み、且つ、前記アルキレンオキシ基はプロピレンオキシ基のみであるか又は前記アルキレンオキシ基における[炭素数3又は4のアルキレンオキシ基]/[エチレンオキシ基](質量比)は3以上であり、前記ポリイソシアネートは、ジフェニルメタンジイソシアネートを含む軟質ポリウレタンフォーム。
  2.  請求項1に記載の軟質ポリウレタンフォームを備えるシート用パッド。
