Abstract
一种视频节目互动方法及设备,其方法包括:向与移动终端连接的视频设备请求视频设备正在播放的视频节目的标识;获取视频设备发送的视频节目标识;根据节目标识获取节目的第一预设信息;显示节目的第一预设信息。本发在移动终端向视频设备请求正在播放的节目标识之后,根据该标识获取该节目的相关内容展示给用户,使得用户可以通过移动终端和视频设备中正在播放的节目互动,提升用户体验。
Description
本申请要求于2015年12月14日提交中国专利局、申请号为2015109333457,发明名称为“视频节目互动方法及设备”的中国专利申请的优先权,其全部内容通过引用结合在本申请中。
本申请实施例涉及视频技术领域,尤其涉及一种视频节目互动方法及设备。
随着视频技术的发展,智能电视得到越来越多的应用,于此同时,手机的应用也愈加广泛。随着手机和智能电视机的普及,利用手机功能对电视机的遥控就成为必然。因为在我国的城镇人口中,基本上实现了人手一台智能手机,而且,智能手机是随身携带,但电视机的遥控器不是随身携带,常常遇到要开电视机或换台时找不到电视机遥控器。如果使用智能手机来遥控电视机,那么,这个问题就不存在了。
现有技术可以实现将手机变成电视机的遥控器,例如,当手机内置了红外发射器支持红外遥控功能,则直接下载一个万能遥控应用安装到手机上,打开应用,找到电视机进行配对,配对成功后,手机就可以当作电视机的遥控器使用。或者,当手机没有红外发射器、不支持红外遥控功能,则可以采用一款外置的手机万能遥控器,将其和手机连接,然后在手机上下载、安装万能遥控应用,
打开应用后与电视机进行配对,配对成功后,手机就可以作为遥控器使用。
现有技术也可以通过无线网络实现手机对智能电视机的遥控功能。如今市场上主流的智能电视,也有适合自己的无线遥控器应用,有苹果IOS系统的,也有Android系统的。当然,这样的应用要跟本品牌的电视机进行匹配才能使用。
采用手机对智能电视进行遥控,需要所有相关设备必须在同一个无线环境下此功能才能实现。目前很多家庭都在家中自建WiFi信号,手机与智能电视有了联网环境。手机能够充当智能电视的遥控器,除了手机可以支持所下载的软件之外,电视机也需要是能够直接连入WiFi的新一代智能电视机。
在实现本申请过程中,发明人发现现有技术中至少存在如下问题:手机遥控器只是实现了遥控器的控制功能,没有与电视的双向互动,即仅能通过手机实现对智能电视的遥控功能,不能接受从电视来的信号,也无法根据智能电视正在播放的节目进行互动。
发明内容
本申请实施例提供一种视频节目互动方法及设备,能够通过移动终端与视频设备正在播放的节目进行互动。
本申请实施例提供一种视频节目互动方法,包括:向与移动终端连接的视频设备请求视频设备正在播放的视频节目的标识;获取视频设备发送的视频节目标识;根据节目标识获取节目的第一预设信息;显示节目的第一预设信息。
本申请实施例提供一种视频节目互动设备,包括:第一请求模块,设置为向与移动终端连接的视频设备请求视频设备正在播放的视频节目的标识;第一获取模块,设置为获取视频设备发送的视频节目标识;第二获取模块,设置为根据节目标识获取节目的第一预设信息;显示模块,设置为显示节目的第一预设信息。
本申请实施例提供的一种视频节目互动方法及设备,通过获取视频设备正在播放的节目的标识,并根据该节目标识获取节目的相关信息,从而能够在用户需要的时候随时能够参与节目的互动,了解更多节目的信息,提升用户体验。

图1为本申请视频节目互动方法一实施例流程图。根据图1所述,本申请实施例视频节目互动方法,包括以下步骤:
步骤110,向与移动终端连接的视频设备请求视频设备正在播放的视频节目的标识;
在本申请实施例中,移动终端和视频设备端都设有能够进行遥控的应用。例如,在移动终端安装能够通过无线局域网对视频设备进行遥控的应用,而视频设备端也安装能够接收经过无线局域网发送的移动终端发送的遥控信息的应用。具体的,可以根据不同的类型的视频设备以及不同类型的移动终端安装不同的应用。
移动终端通过无线局域网发送请求,该无线局域网中正在运行的视频设备收到请求后,向移动终端返回响应,移动终端根据返回的响应与视频设备建立连接。即,当视频设备处于运行状态时,例如,正在播放节目时,移动终端可以通过无线局域网与视频设备建立连接。可以理解的是,当视频设备未开启时,移动终端无法和视频设备建立连接,此时视频设备无法接收移动终端的信号,移动终端不能作为视频设备的遥控器使用。
视频设备播放的视频节目有对应的标识,例如,可以通过预先设定每个节目的标识,或者通过节目的来源确定节目的标识。
在本步骤中,在移动终端和视频设备之间建立连接之后,移动终端向与该移动终端连接的视频设备请求该视频设备正在播放的视频节目的标识。如果无线局域网中有多个移动终端或者有多个视频设备,则移动终端向与其建立了连接的视频设备发送请求,请求该视频设备正在播放的视频节目的标识。
步骤120,获取视频设备发送的视频节目标识;
可以理解的是,视频设备在收到移动终端的请求之后,会获取其正在播放的视频节目的标识。例如,当视频设备自身有存储该节目的标识时,视频设备可以从存储标识的位置获取该标识;当视频设备自身没有该节目标识时,可以通过向存储有该标识的设备请求来获取节目标识。对于视频设备如何获取节目标识,本申请实施例不做限定。
视频设备在收到移动终端的请求之后,将该视频设备正在播放的视频节目的标识发送给移动终端,相应的,在本步骤中,移动终端获取视频设备发送的该视频设备正在播放的视频节目的标识。
步骤130,根据节目标识获取节目的第一预设信息;
移动终端在知道了其遥控的视频设备正在播放的节目的标识之后,可以根据该标识获取该节目的第一预设信息。可以理解的是,该节目的标识和该节目的第一预设信息可以是对应关系。第一信息可以是通过预设的和该节目相关的信息,当移动终端根据节目标识获取节目信息时,该第一预设信息可以是该节目的简介,或者该节目的演员或明星信息,或者该节目的播放电台、播放时间,或者有多少人正在同时观看该节目等,第一预设信息可以是预先设定的任意和该节目相关的信息,对此本申请实施例不进行眼盯,为描述了的简洁,在此不再赘述。
在本步骤中,移动终端根据节目标识获取节目的第一预设信息,具体可以是移动终端发送该标识到服务器,或者到任一预先存储该节目的第一预设信息的设备,以从该设备获取该标识对应的节目的第一预设信息。在存储有第一预设信息的设备将第一预设信息发送给移动终端之后,移动终端可以获取该节目的第一预设信息。
步骤140,显示节目的第一预设信息。
在移动终端获取到节目的第一预设信息之后,可以通过显示模块显示该第一预设信息。具体的,例如可以将获取该第一预设信息全部显示在移动终
端的显示屏上;也可以部分显示第一预设信息,而在用户进行操作时再确定显示的具体内容。举例说明,如果获取的第一预设信息包括该视频节目的演员,显示的内容可以仅仅是“演员”,在用户需要具体查看时再显示有哪些演员,或者,显示的内容可以直接是包括的具体的演员。这些都可以通过预先设定确定。目的是让用户可以通过移动设备了解更多的正在播放的视频的信息。
本申请实施例在移动终端向视频设备请求正在播放的节目标识之后,根据该标识获取该节目的相关内容展示给用户,使得用户可以通过移动终端和视频设备中正在播放的节目互动,提升用户体验。
图2为本申请视频节目互动方法另一实施例流程图。根据图2所述,本申请实施例视频节目互动方法,包括以下步骤:
步骤210,向与移动终端连接的视频设备请求视频设备正在播放的视频节目的标识;

步骤250,根据用户的第一预设操作隐藏显示的信息。
移动终端上显示的该节目的第一预设信息,当用户通过第一预设操作可以隐藏该显示的信息。例如,该第一预设操作可以是通过移动终端的硬按键的操作,还可以是通过移动终端屏幕显示的按键的操作,或者是通过手势操作等。例如,可以预设该第一预设操作是在移动终端上显示第一预设信息的位置进行上滑或下滑的手势,根据该手势,将显示的第一预设信息隐藏起来。
举例说明,例如,当第一预设信息显示在屏幕的最顶部,当用户采用上滑手势时,可以将该第一预设信息隐藏起来。
本申请实施例在显示了第一预设信息之后,可以根据用户的操作隐藏已经显示的信息,使得移动终端显示屏可以显示其他信息,使用户能进行其他操作,进一步增加互动的灵活性,更提升了用户体验。
具体的,还包括:根据用户的第二预设操作显示所隐藏的信息。例如,接着上一实施例,当用户通过上滑的手势将显示在移动终端顶部的第一预设信息隐藏起来之后,可以通过第二预设操作重新显示该隐藏的信息,例如,当该第二预设操作时下滑时,可以通过用户从移动终端屏幕顶端下滑的手势将原来隐藏的信息重新显示。
本实施例可以具体的增加用户通过移动终端和视频设备正在播放的节目的互动,进一步提升用户体验。

步骤310,向与移动终端连接的视频设备请求视频设备正在播放的视频节目的标识;

在本步骤中,移动终端可以向服务器发送信息,在该信息里携带该节目的标识,从而向服务器请求节目的第一预设信息。可以理解的是,该服务器存储有该节目的第一预设信息,或者该服务器可以获取该节目的第一预设信息。
步骤340,从服务器获取节目的第一预设信息;
移动终端获取服务器发送的该节目的第一预设信息。移动终端在接收信息时可以通过信息来源判断信息来自哪里,如果来自服务器,则可以进一步查看是什么信息,从而从服务器获取该节目的第一预设信息。
步骤350,显示节目的第一预设信息;
本步骤向与移动终端连接的视频设备请求视频设备正在播放的视频节目的标识,具体可以参见图1对应的实施例的步骤140。
在本申请实施例中,通过向服务器请求节目的第一预设信息以及从服务器获取节目的第一预设信息,从而进一步能够获取更多更准确的节目的信息,可以加深用户通过移动终端与视频设备播放的视频节目的互动。
图4为本申请视频节目互动方法再一实施例流程图。根据图4所述,本申请实施例视频节目互动方法,包括以下步骤:
步骤410,判断移动终端正在运行控制视频设备的程序;
在本步骤中,移动设备确定自身正在运行控制视频设备的程序。也就是,移动设备需要确定用户是不是可能在观看节目,是否可能具体的通过移动终端与视频设备播放的节目进行互动。
步骤420,向与移动终端连接的视频设备请求视频设备正在播放的视频节目的标识;
本步骤向与移动终端连接的视频设备请求视频设备正在播放的视频节目的标识,具体可以参见图1对应的实施例的步骤140。
步骤430,获取视频设备发送的视频节目标识;
本步骤向与移动终端连接的视频设备请求视频设备正在播放的视频节目的标识,具体可以参见图1对应的实施例的步骤120。
步骤440,根据节目标识获取节目的第一预设信息;
本步骤向与移动终端连接的视频设备请求视频设备正在播放的视频节目的标识,具体可以参见图1对应的实施例的步骤130。
步骤450,显示节目的第一预设信息。

在本申请实施例中,通过判断移动终端是否正在控制视频设备的程序,如果是则具体的让用户能够通过移动终端参与到视频设备正在播放的节目的互动中来,从而更准确的把握用户需要进行互动的时机,使得互动更智能和人性化,提高用户体验。

由于在上述步骤中,用户已经了该节目的第一预设信息,而在该步骤中,用户可以根据已经了解的该节目的第一预设信息希望进一步了解该节目的第二信息。例如,承接上面的实施例,假设在上述步骤中显示的节目的第一预设信息是演员信息,在本步骤中,移动终端可以根据用户的第三预设操作获取该演员进一步更详细的信息。或者,如果第一预设信息为其他信息,用户也可以根据第三预设操作向服务器请求节目的其他第二信息。可以理解的是,第三预设操作可以是按键的操作,或者是手势的操作,或者接触屏幕的操作,对比本申请实施例不进行限定。而对于第二信息,也可以是预设的任意信息,例如,对于演员的详情,可以是演员的年龄、身高等个人信息,也可以是该演员的获奖信息,或者该演员的简历等。对此本申请实施例也不做限制。

本申请实施例在移动终端显示了节目的第一预设信息之后,可以根据用户的操作进一步获取和显示节目的第二预设信息,从而使用户可以对节目了解的更多更深,进一步加深了用户通过移动终端和视频设备所播放的节目的互动,进一步提升用户体验。

第一请求模块610,设置为向与移动终端连接的视频设备请求视频设备正在播放的视频节目的标识;

本申请实施例在移动终端显示了节目的第一预设信息之后,可以根据用户的操作进一步获取和显示节目的第二预设信息,从而使用户可以对节目了解的更多更深,进一步加深了用户通过移动终端和视频设备所播放的节目的互动,进一步提升用户体验。

Claims (14)
- 一种视频节目互动方法,其特征在于,包括:向与移动终端连接的视频设备请求所述视频设备正在播放的视频节目的标识;获取所述视频设备发送的所述视频节目标识;根据所述节目标识获取所述节目的第一预设信息;显示所述节目的第一预设信息。
- 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,还包括:根据用户的第一预设操作隐藏所述显示的信息。
- 根据权利要求2所述的方法,其特征在于,还包括:根据用户的第二预设操作显示所述隐藏的信息。
- 根据权利要求1-3中任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,所述根据所述节目标识获取所述节目的第一预设信息,包括:向服务器请求所述节目的第一预设信息;从所述服务器获取所述节目的第一预设信息。
- 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,还包括:判断所述移动终端正在运行控制所述视频设备的程序。
- 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,还包括:根据用户的第三预设操作向服务器请求所述节目的第二信息;获取所述节目的第二预设信息;显示所述节目的第二预设信息。
- 一种视频节目互动设备,其特征在于,包括:第一请求模块,设置为向与移动终端连接的视频设备请求所述视频设备正在播放的视频节目的标识;第一获取模块,设置为获取所述视频设备发送的所述视频节目标识;第二获取模块,设置为根据所述节目标识获取所述节目的第一预设信息;显示模块,设置为显示所述节目的第一预设信息。
- 根据权利要求7所述的设备,其特征在于,还包括隐藏模块,设置为根据用户的第一预设操作隐藏所述显示的信息。
- 根据权利要求8所述的设备,其特征在于,所述显示模块,还设置为, 根据用户的第二预设操作显示所述隐藏的信息。
- 根据权利要求7所述的设备,其特征在于,所述第二获取模块,包括:预设信息请求模块,设置为向服务器请求所述节目的第一预设信息;预设信息获取模块,设置为从所述服务器获取所述节目的第一预设信息。
- 根据权利要求7所述的设备,其特征在于,还包括:判断模块,设置为判断所述移动终端正在运行控制所述视频设备的程序。
- 根据权利要求7所述的设备,其特征在于,还包括:第二请求模块,设置为根据用户的第三预设操作向服务器请求所述节目的第二信息;第三获取模块,设置为获取所述节目的第二预设信息。
- 根据权利要求12所述的设备,其特征在于,所述显示模块,还设置为显示所述第三获取模块获取的所述节目的第二预设信息。
- 一种在其上记录有用于执行权利要求1所述方法的程序的计算机可读记录介质。
