本申请要求于2015年12月17日提交中国专利局、申请号为201510954189.2、发明名称为“广告的展现方法及系统、终端设备和服务器”的中国专利申请的优先权,其全部内容通过引用结合在本申请中。
本发明涉及智能终端领域,具体涉及一种广告的展现方法及系统、终端设备和服务器。
广告实时性要求较强,因此,大多为实时请求。广告展示分为排期内和排期外。排期外的广告展示,不仅不参与销售结算,并且投放效果会大打折扣或毫无意义。对于无法或不适于实时请求的排期内的广告展示情况,例如,互联网电视机的开机广告,需要采取一定的方法,提升排期内广告的曝光率。
现有技术条件下,限于素材大小及展示时未联网的限制,开机广告展示的为上次开机时下载的离线广告。如果离线广告播放当天的日期与该离线广告下载时刻的排期日期不一致,该离线广告会展示为排期外广告。如果广告投放排期是连续的,只会影响当天首次开机的广告展示。如果按用户平均一天开机3次计算,投放首日,在理论上素材下载成功的情况下,展示的无效广告比例为1/3,有效排期的广告损失比例非常高。现实中,广告主往往选择间隔投放。因此,整体的损失比例会更高。
发明内容
鉴于上述问题,提出了本发明以便提供一种克服上述问题或者至少部分地解决上述问题的广告的展现方法及系统、终端设备和服务器。
根据本发明的一个方面,提供了一种广告数据的展现方法,该方法执行
于终端设备侧,其特征在于,包括:在开机状态下,向服务器发送广告数据请求;接收服务器返回的广告数据,所述广告数据包括广告数据请求当天的广告数据和该当天之后预定天数的广告数据;根据所述广告数据下载广告素材;在下一次开机时,选择广告素材进行展现。
根据本发明的另一个方面,还提供了一种终端设备,其特征在于,包括:第一发送模块,用于在开机状态下,向服务器发送广告数据请求;第一接收模块,用于接收服务器返回的广告数据,所述广告数据包括广告数据请求当天的广告数据和该当天之后预定天数的广告数据;下载模块,用于根据所述广告数据下载广告素材;展现模块,用于在下一次开机时,选择广告素材进行展现。
根据本发明的又一个方面,还提供了一种广告的展现方法,该方法执行于服务器侧,其特征在于,包括:接收终端设备发送的广告数据请求消息;筛选所述广告数据请求消息当天起预定天数的广告数据;发送所述筛选的广告数据至终端设备。
根据本发明的又一个方面,还提供了一种服务器,包括:第二接收模块,用于接收终端设备发送的广告数据请求消息;筛选模块,用于筛选所述广告数据请求消息当天起预定天数的广告数据;第二发送模块,用于发送所述筛选的广告数据至终端设备。
根据本发明的又一个方面,还提供了一种广告数据的展现系统,包括:上述的终端设备和服务器。
根据本发明提供的广告的展现方法及系统、终端设备和服务器,通过向服务器请求当天的广告数据和该当天之后预定天数的广告数据,根据返回的广告数据下载广告素材,并在下一次开机时,选择广告素材进行展现,有效的提升了排期内广告的曝光率,减少了无效的广告投放。

步骤S101,在开机状态下,向服务器发送广告数据请求。
广告数据包含下载广告素材的链接地址和广告素材的排期日期等数据。通过该广告数据可以下载其对应的广告素材。
每次开机时,终端设备与网络连接后,都会主动向服务器发送广告数据
的请求。或者当日时间到达00:00点时,终端设备还保持在开机状态时,会主动向服务器发送广告数据请求。
步骤S102,接收服务器返回的广告数据,广告数据包括广告数据请求当天的广告数据和该当天之后预定天数的广告数据。
服务器接到终端设备发送的广告数据请求后,会返回广告数据给终端设备。广告数据包括广告数据请求当天的广告数据和该当天之后预定天数的广告数据。
服务器通过广告数据筛选策略,返回相应天数的广告数据。服务器数据筛选策略设定的依据及方法参照下表:

根据上述的数据,可以看出在广告投放最糟糕的情况下,即广告的投放期只有1天时,后续3天可以收回有效数据占比超过99%;如果广告的投放期多于1天,后续3天可以收回的有效数据占比可达到100%;3天后的广告曝光其有效数据占比小于1%,数据对广告曝光度的影响不大,在广告商可接受的范围内。
根据上述统计,服务器在响应终端设备发出的广告数据为当天、后一天、后两天、后三天,共计四天的广告数据,且每天的广告数据均为当天的排期的广告数据。
步骤S103,根据广告数据下载广告素材并存储广告素材。
接收到服务器发送的广告数据后,广告数据中包含了广告素材的链接地址和广告素材排期时间。根据广告数据下载广告素材并存储广告素材具体为:根据广告素材的链接地址和广告素材的排期时间先后顺序下载并存储广告素材。在所有的广告素材都下载成功后,终端设备用本次接收服务器返回的广告数据来覆盖上次请求接收服务器返回的广告数据,以节省终端设备的空间占用。
对下载的广告素材,终端设备根据广告素材分配的存储空间大小和LRU(近期最少使用算法Least Recently Used)算法来存储并管理下载的广告素材。LRU算法是指对近期内最少使用到的数据,将其移出存储空间,以节省终端设备存储空间的占用。对于下载的广告素材,根据广告素材本身的大小、终端设备存储空间的大小及LRU算法,合理的分配存储空间,针对已下载的近期最少展示的广告素材,用新下载的广告素材替换已下载的近期最少展示的广告素材。
步骤S104,在下一次开机时,选择广告素材进行展现。
在终端设备下一次开机时,会对广告素材进行展现。选择广告素材进行展现具体为:根据广告素材的排期日期选择广告素材进行展现。当终端设备中带有时钟模块,可以准确的知道当前的系统时间时,在终端设备下一次开机时,结合时钟模块提供的系统时间和广告素材的排期日期,选择排期内的广告素材进行展现。
当终端设备中无时钟模块,不能准确的知道当前的系统时间时,选择排期日期为广告数据请求当天之后第二天的广告素材作为下一次开机所展现的广告素材。根据统计,大部分用户在特定时间,如21点后关闭终端设备后,则当天不会再次开机。因此,当天终端设备运行到特定时间如21点后,终端设备预先将下次开机展示的广告,设置为第二天的广告。
根据本发明提供的广告的展现方法,通过向服务器请求当天的广告数据和该当天之后预定天数的广告数据,根据返回的广告数据下载广告素材,并在下一次开机时,选择广告素材进行展现,有效的提升了排期内广告的曝光率,减少了无效的广告投放。
图2示出了本发明提供的终端设备实施例的功能框图。如图2所示,该终端设备包括:

根据上述的数据,可以看出在广告投放最糟糕的情况下,即广告的投放期只有1天时,后续3天可以收回有效数据占比超过99%;如果广告的投放期多于1天,后续3天可以收回的有效数据占比可达到100%;3天后的广告曝光其有效数据占比小于1%,数据对广告曝光度的影响不大,在广告商可接受的范围内。
根据上述统计,筛选模块402筛选出广告数据为广告数据请求当天、后一天、后两天、后三天,共计四天的广告数据,且每天的广告数据均为当天的排期的广告数据。
第二发送模块403,用于发送所述筛选的广告数据至终端设备。
将筛选模块402筛选的广告数据,发送至终端设备。
根据本发明提供的服务器,接收终端设备的广告数据请求,按照广告数据筛选策略筛选出接收请求当天起预定天数的广告数据,并将广告数据发送给终端设备。筛选出的广告数据有效的提升了排期内广告的曝光率,减少了无效的广告投放。
图5A和图5B示出了本发明提供的广告的展现系统实施例的功能框图。其中如图5A所示,该系统包括:终端设备200以及服务器410。
终端设备200包含的模块及功能参照图2的说明,服务器410包含的模
块及功能参照图4的说明。终端设备200第一发送模块201向服务器410发送广告数据请求,服务器410第二接收模块401接收该广告数据请求,服务器410通过筛选模块402筛选出广告数据请求当天起预定天数的广告数据,如当天、后一天、后两天、后三天,共计四天的广告数据。由第二发送模块403将筛选出的广告数据返回给终端设备200的第一接收模块202。终端设备200的第一接收模块202接收到服务器410发送的广告数据后,终端设备200下载模块203根据接收的广告数据从服务器410中下载相应的广告素材。
广告数据和广告素材可以存放在同一台服务器上,如图5A所示,也可以分别存放在两台不同的服务器上,如图5B所示。该系统包括:终端设备200以及广告数据服务器420和广告素材服务器430。终端设备200第一发送模块201向广告数据服务器420发送广告数据请求,广告数据服务器420第二接收模块401接收该广告数据请求,广告数据服务器420通过筛选模块402筛选出广告数据请求当天起预定天数的广告数据,如当天、后一天、后两天、后三天,共计四天的广告数据。由第二发送模块403将筛选出的广告数据返回给终端设备200的第一接收模块202。终端设备200的第一接收模块202接收到广告数据服务器420发送的广告数据后,终端设备200下载模块203根据接收的广告数据从广告素材服务器430中下载相应的广告素材。。
根据本发明提供的广告的展现系统,通过向服务器请求当天的广告数据和该当天之后预定天数的广告数据,根据返回的广告数据下载广告素材,并在下一次开机时,选择广告素材进行展现,有效的提升了排期内广告的曝光率,减少了无效的广告投放。
在此提供的算法和显示不与任何特定计算机、虚拟系统或者其它设备固有相关。各种通用系统也可以与基于在此的示教一起使用。根据上面的描述,构造这类系统所要求的结构是显而易见的。此外,本发明也不针对任何特定编程语言。应当明白,可以利用各种编程语言实现在此描述的本发明的内容,并且上面对特定语言所做的描述是为了披露本发明的最佳实施方式。
在此处所提供的说明书中,说明了大量具体细节。然而,能够理解,本发明的实施例可以在没有这些具体细节的情况下实践。在一些实例中,并未详细示出公知的方法、结构和技术,以便不模糊对本说明书的理解。

例如,图6示出了可以实现根据本发明的广告的展现方法的计算设备。该计算设备传统上包括处理器610和以存储设备620形式的计算机程序产品或者计算机可读介质。存储设备620可以是诸如闪存、EEPROM(电可擦除可编程只读存储器)、EPROM、硬盘或者ROM之类的电子存储器。存储设备620具有存储用于执行上述方法中的任何方法步骤的程序代码631的存储空间630。例如,存储程序代码的存储空间630可以包括分别用于实现上面的方法中的各种步骤的各个程序代码631。这些程序代码可以从一个或者多个计算机程序产品中读出或者写入到这一个或者多个计算机程序产品中。这些计算机程序产品包括诸如硬盘、紧致盘(CD)、存储卡或者软盘之类的程序代码载体。这样的计算机程序产品通常为例如图7所示的便携式或者固定存储单元。该存储单元可以具有与图6的计算设备中的存储设备620类似布置的存储段、存储空间等。程序代码可以例如以适当形式进行压缩。通常,存储单元包括用于执行根据本发明的方法步骤的计算机可读代码631',即可以由诸如610之类的处理器读取的代码,当这些代码由计算设备运行时,导致该计算设备执行上面所描述的方法中的各个步骤。
应该注意的是上述实施例对本发明进行说明而不是对本发明进行限制,并且本领域技术人员在不脱离所附权利要求的范围的情况下可设计出替换实施例。在权利要求中,不应将位于括号之间的任何参考符号构造成对权利要求的限制。单词“包含”不排除存在未列在权利要求中的元件或步骤。位于元件之前的单词“一”或“一个”不排除存在多个这样的元件。本发明可以借助于包括有若干不同元件的硬件以及借助于适当编程的计算机来实现。在列举了若干装置的单元权利要求中,这些装置中的若干个可以是通过同一个硬件项来具体体现。单词第一、第二、以及第三等的使用不表示任何顺序。可将这些单词解释为名称。
Claims (13)
- 一种广告的展现方法,该方法执行于终端设备侧,其特征在于,包括:在开机状态下,向服务器发送广告数据请求消息;接收所述服务器返回的广告数据,所述广告数据包括发送所述广告数据请求消息当天起预定天数的广告数据;根据所述广告数据下载广告素材并存储所述广告素材;在下一次开机时,选择广告素材进行展现。
- 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述在开机状态下,向服务器发送广告数据请求具体为:在开机并连接网络后,向服务器发送广告数据请求;和/或在开机状态下到达00:00点时,向服务器发送广告数据请求。
- 根据权利要求1-2任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,所述广告数据包括下载所述广告素材的链接地址和所述广告素材的排期日期;所述根据所述广告数据下载广告素材并存储所述广告素材具体为:根据所述广告素材的链接地址和广告素材排期时间的先后顺序下载并存储所述广告素材;所述选择广告素材进行展现具体为:根据所述广告素材的排期日期选择广告素材进行展现。
- 根据权利要求3所述的方法,其特征在于,所述根据所述广告素材的排期日期选择广告素材进行展现包括:若有时钟模块,结合所述时钟模块提供的系统时间和所述广告素材的排期日期,选择排期内的广告素材进行展现;若无时钟模块,选择排期日期为广告数据请求当天之后第二天的广告素材作为下一次开机所展现的广告素材。
- 一种终端设备,其特征在于,包括:第一发送模块,用于在开机状态下,向服务器发送广告数据请求;第一接收模块,用于接收服务器返回的广告数据,所述广告数据包括广告数据请求当天的广告数据和该当天之后预定天数的广告数据;下载模块,用于根据所述广告数据下载广告素材;展现模块,用于在下一次开机时,选择广告素材进行展现。
- 根据权利要求5所述的终端设备,其特征在于,所述发送模块进一步用于:在开机并连接网络后,向服务器发送广告数据请求。和/或在开机状态下到达00:00点时,向服务器发送广告数据请求。
- 根据权利要求5-6任一项所述的终端设备,其特征在于,所述广告数据包括下载所述广告素材的链接地址和所述广告素材的排期日期;所述下载模块进一步用于:根据所述广告素材的链接地址和广告素材排期时间的先后顺序下载所述广告素材;所述展现模块进一步用于:根据所述广告素材的排期日期选择广告素材进行展现。
- 根据权利要求7所述的终端设备,其特征在于,所述展现模块进一步用于:若有时钟模块,结合所述时钟模块提供的系统时间和所述广告素材的排期日期,选择排期内的广告素材进行展现;若无时钟模块,选择排期日期为广告数据请求当天之后第二天的广告素材作为下一次开机所展现的广告素材。
- 一种广告的展现方法,该方法执行于服务器侧,其特征在于,包括:接收终端设备发送的广告数据请求消息;筛选所述广告数据请求消息当天起预定天数的广告数据;发送所述筛选的广告数据至终端设备。
- 根据权利要求9所述的方法,其特征在于,所述广告数据包括下载广告素材所需要的链接地址和广告素材的排期日期。
- 一种服务器,其特征在于,包括:第二接收模块,用于接收终端设备发送的广告数据请求消息;筛选模块,用于筛选所述广告数据请求消息当天起预定天数的广告数 据;第二发送模块,用于发送所述筛选的广告数据至终端设备。
- 根据权利要求11所述的服务器,其特征在于,所述广告数据包括下载广告素材所需要的链接地址和广告素材的排期日期。
- 一种广告的展现系统,其特征在于,包括:权利要求5-8任一项所述的终端设备和权利要求11-12任一项所述的服务器。
