本发明涉及视频技术领域,尤其涉及一种水印展示方法及装置。
视频水印是指在视频播放时,在视频的右上角或其它位置显示的文字、图标、logo等,视频水印的作用是声明和标识该视频内容的版权归属。
但现有的视频水印技术通常为文字或图片,这些水印通常都嵌入在视频帧图像中,当视频播放暂停或卡顿时,用户只能面对当前停止的画面以及停止的水印,进行等待,整个过程比较枯燥无味。
发明内容
为克服相关技术中存在的问题,本发明提供一种水印展示方法及装置。
根据本发明实施例的第一方面,提供一种水印展示方法,应用于播放终端,所述水印展示方法包括:
获取当前播放的视频的视频标识;
从预设服务器中获取与所述视频标识相对应的目标水印以及所述目标水印的水印信息,所述水印信息至少包括:水印格式和显示信息;
根据所述水印信息,在所述当前播放的视频的画面上展示所述目标水印。
根据本发明实施例的第二方面,提供一种水印展示装置,应用于播放终端,所述水印展示装置包括:
标识获取模块,用于获取当前播放的视频的视频标识;
水印获取模块,用于从预设服务器中获取与所述视频标识相对应的目标水印

本发明实施例提供的该方法,在视频播放时,可以根据视频标识,获取和该视频标识相对应的目标水印以及显示信息,然后在视频播放的同时,在视频画面上叠加显示该目标水印。由于在本发明实施例中,水印并非嵌在视频画面中,而是和视频数据相互独立的,这使得在视频画面出现卡顿或者暂停时,仍然可以从服务器获取到水印,并且控制水印在卡顿或暂停的视频画面上显示。
因此,本发明实施例提供的该水印显示方法,使得水印在显示时,不会受到视频卡顿或暂停的影响,而是可以正常展示,这样用户在视频画面停止播放时,仍然可以观看正常展示的水印信息,提高了等待视频播放时的趣味,进而可以增加用户对节目的忠诚度,避免用户在等待时切换到其它节目或频道。
另外,在视频画面出现卡顿或者暂停时显示的水印的格式,不采用文字或LOGO等静态图片,而是采用诸如GIF格式、HTML5格式、音频格式或链接地址格式等,因此,当视频出现卡顿或暂停时,用户仍然可以欣赏水印中的动态图、音乐或Flash,或者,和水印进行互动,例如:操作Flash游戏,打开链接地址进行搜索或者购物等,因此,可以进一步使得等待播放时的趣味性大大提高。

步骤S102:从预设服务器中获取与所述视频标识相对应的目标水印以及所述目标水印的水印信息。
在本发明实施例中,水印信息可以包括:水印格式和显示信息,其中,水印格式可以包括:GIF格式、HTML5格式、音频格式和链接地址格式中的任意一种或多种组合。在本发明实施例中,目标水印的水印格式不包括静态图片或logo,这些水印格式中,GIF(Graphics Interchange Format,图像互换格式)格式主要用于展示动态图,HTML5格式可以向用户展示Flash或者网页游戏等,音频格式可以向用户播放歌曲或其它音乐节目,链接地址可以向用户展示与视频相关联的一些信息,例如:演员的博客、视频中出现的物品购买链接等等。
显示信息可以包括:水印的显示位置、水印开始显示的时刻、水印显示的持续时长、以及水印重复显示的次数等等。通过显示信息可以更加方便地对水印的显示方式进行控制。
步骤S103:根据所述水印信息,在所述当前播放的视频的画面上展示所述目标水印。
当拿到目标水印后,可以通过目标水印的水印信息,控制在当前播放的视频的画面上展示该目标水印,在展示时,可以在当前播放的视频的画面上直接叠加显示该水印信息,这样可以使得水印和播放的视频互不影像。
本发明实施例提供的该方法,在视频播放时,可以根据视频标识,获取和该视频标识相对应的目标水印以及显示信息,然后在视频播放的同时,在视频画面上叠加显示该目标水印。由于在本发明实施例中,水印并非嵌在视频画面中,而是和视频数据相互独立的,这使得在视频画面出现卡顿或者暂停时,仍然可以从
服务器获取到水印,并且控制水印在卡顿或暂停的视频画面上显示。
因此,本发明实施例提供的该水印显示方法,使得水印在显示时,不会受到视频卡顿或暂停的影响,而是可以正常展示,这样用户在视频画面停止播放时,仍然可以观看正常展示的水印信息,提高了等待视频播放时的趣味,进而可以增加用户对节目的忠诚度,避免用户在等待时切换到其它节目或频道。
另外,在视频画面出现卡顿或者暂停时显示的水印的格式,不采用文字或LOGO等静态图片,而是采用诸如GIF格式、HTML5格式、音频格式或链接地址格式等,因此,当视频出现卡顿或暂停时,用户仍然可以欣赏水印中的动态图、音乐或Flash,或者,和水印进行互动,例如:操作Flash游戏,打开链接地址进行搜索或者购物等,因此,可以进一步使得等待播放时的趣味性大大提高。
在本发明另一实施例中,如图2所示,图1所示实施例中的步骤S102可以包括以下步骤。
步骤S1021:生成包含所述视频标识的水印获取请求。
在本发明实施例中,可以在电视中可以设置有处理器,这样在播放视频时,该处理器可以在获取到当前播放视频的标识时,自动生成水印获取请求,在水印获取请求中携带有视频标识。
另外,还可以预先设置请求模板,这样在生成水印获取请求时,可以将视频标识加入到预设请求模板中直接生成,当然,也可以按照预设协议自动生成。
步骤S1022:将所述水印获取请求发送给所述预设服务器。
视频播放的终端是指可以连接光纤的电视或者可以连接有线电视网络的电视,因此,在该步骤中,可以通过光纤或有线电视网络发送给运营商的服务器中。
步骤S1023:接收所述预设服务器发送的、与所述视频标识对应的目标水印以及所述目标水印的水印信息。
通过本发明实施例提供的该方法,可以在获取到视频标识时,通过与服务器进行交互,快速获取到与视频标识相对应的目标水印以及水印信息。
在本发明另一实施例中,如图3所示,图1所示实施例中的步骤S103可以包括以下步骤。
步骤S1031:从所述水印信息中提取所述目标水印的水印格式和显示信息。
步骤S1032:根据所述显示信息确定所述目标水印的显示位置、显示时刻和显示时长。
步骤S1033:按照所述显示位置、显示时刻和显示时长,将与所述水印格式相对应的目标水印叠加显示在所述当前播放的视频的画面上。
在本发明另一实施例中,如图4a所示,在图1所示实施例的基础上,该方法还可以包括以下步骤。
步骤S104:检测所述当前播放的视频的画面是否停止播放。
在判断当前播放的视频画面是否停止播放时,在本发明一个实施例中,如图4a所示,上述步骤S104可以包括以下步骤:
步骤S1041:检测当前播放的视频在播放时是否出现卡顿。
当当前播放的视频在播放时出现卡顿时,执行步骤S1042,否则,结束流程。
步骤S1042:确定所述当前播放的视频的画面停止播放。
在本发明另一个实施例中,如图4b所示,上述步骤S104可以包括以下步骤:
步骤S1043:检测当前播放的视频在播放时是否接收到暂停操作。
当当前播放的视频在播放时出现卡顿时,执行步骤S1044,否则,结束流程。
步骤S1044:确定所述当前播放的视频的画面停止播放。
当所述当前播放的视频的画面停止播放时,执行上述步骤S101。否则,结束流程。在本发明其它实施例中,步骤S104还可以设置在步骤S102和步骤S103中,即可以预先获取水印以及相关信息,但只有当视频画面停止播放时,才进行显示。
本发明实施例提供的该方法,可以在视频正常播放时,不显示目标水印,而在检测视频的画面停止播放时,再显示目标水印,这样一方面,可以减少视频正常播放时,水印对视频画面的遮挡而影响视频的质量,另一方,可以在用户无法观看视频时,快速观看目标水印或者操作目标水印。
图5为本发明实施例提供的一种水印展示装置,可以应用于电视或计算机等播放设备中,如图5所示,该装置可以包括:
标识获取模块11,用于获取当前播放的视频的视频标识。
在本发明实施例中,视频标识可以为娱乐节目、电视剧或电影的名称,也可以为当前播放视频的频道信息,例如:CCTV6。无论哪种视频标识,其目的均是用于了解当前播放的视频是什么,从而方便根据所播放的视频来设置对应的水印。
当视频标识为娱乐节目、电视剧或电影的名称时,可以通过服务器获取节目单的方式获取视频标识,也可以从视频帧数据中提取出视频标识,另外,当视频标识为频道信息时,还可以直接从本地或服务器中获取当前频道的频道号。
水印获取模块12,用于从预设服务器中获取与所述视频标识相对应的目标水印以及所述目标水印的水印信息。
在本发明实施例中,水印信息可以包括:水印格式和显示信息,其中,水印格式可以包括:GIF格式、HTML5格式、音频格式和链接地址格式中的任意一种或多种组合。在本发明实施例中,目标水印的水印格式不包括静态图片或logo,这些水印格式中,GIF(Graphics Interchange Format,图像互换格式)格式主要用于展示动态图,HTML5格式可以向用户展示Flash或者网页游戏等,音频格式可以向用户播放歌曲或其它音乐节目,链接地址可以向用户展示与视频相关联的一些信息,例如:演员的博客、视频中出现的物品购买链接等等。
显示信息可以包括:水印的显示位置、水印开始显示的时刻、水印显示的持续时长、以及水印重复显示的次数等等。通过显示信息可以更加方便地对水印的显示方式进行控制。
展示模块13,用于根据所述水印信息,在所述当前播放的视频的画面上展示所述目标水印。
当拿到目标水印后,可以通过目标水印的水印信息,控制在当前播放的视频的画面上展示该目标水印,在展示时,可以在当前播放的视频的画面上直接叠加显示该水印信息,这样可以使得水印和播放的视频互不影像。
本发明实施例提供的该装置,在视频播放时,可以根据视频标识,获取和该视频标识相对应的目标水印以及显示信息,然后在视频播放的同时,在视频画面上叠加显示该目标水印。由于在本发明实施例中,水印并非嵌在视频画面中,而是和视频数据相互独立的,这使得在视频画面出现卡顿或者暂停时,仍然可以从服务器获取到水印,并且控制水印在卡顿或暂停的视频画面上显示。
因此,本发明实施例提供的该水印显示装置,使得水印在显示时,不会受到视频卡顿或暂停的影响,而是可以正常展示,这样用户在视频画面停止播放时,仍然可以观看正常展示的水印信息,提高了等待视频播放时的趣味,进而可以增加用户对节目的忠诚度,避免用户在等待时切换到其它节目或频道。
另外,在视频画面出现卡顿或者暂停时显示的水印的格式,不采用文字或LOGO等静态图片,而是采用诸如GIF格式、HTML5格式、音频格式或链接地址格式等,因此,当视频出现卡顿或暂停时,用户仍然可以欣赏水印中的动态图、音乐或Flash,或者,和水印进行互动,例如:操作Flash游戏,打开链接地址进行搜索或者购物等,因此,可以进一步使得等待播放时的趣味性大大提高。
在本发明一个实施例中,如图6所示,水印获取模块12可以包括:
生成子模块121,用于生成包含所述视频标识的水印获取请求。
在本发明实施例中,可以在电视中可以设置有处理器,这样在播放视频时,该处理器可以在获取到当前播放视频的标识时,自动生成水印获取请求,在水印获取请求中携带有视频标识。
另外,还可以预先设置请求模板,这样在生成水印获取请求时,可以将视频标识加入到预设请求模板中直接生成,当然,也可以按照预设协议自动生成。
发送子模块122,用于将所述水印获取请求发送给所述预设服务器。
视频播放的终端是指可以连接光纤的电视或者可以连接有线电视网络的电视,因此,在该步骤中,可以通过光纤或有线电视网络发送给运营商的服务器中。
接收子模块123,用于接收所述预设服务器发送的、与所述视频标识对应的目标水印以及所述目标水印的水印信息。
通过本发明实施例提供的该方法,可以在获取到视频标识时,通过与服务器进行交互,快速获取到与视频标识相对应的目标水印以及水印信息。
在本发明一个实施例中,如图7所示,所述展示模块13可以包括:
提取子模块131,用于从所述水印信息中提取所述目标水印的水印格式和显示信息。
显示信息确定子模块132,用于根据所述显示信息确定所述目标水印的显示位置、显示时刻和显示时长。
显示子模块133,用于在所述当前播放的视频的画面上的所述显示位置按照所述水印格式显示所述目标水印。
在本发明另一实施例中,如图8所示,该装置还可以包括:
停止播放检测模块14,用于检测所述当前播放的视频的画面是否停止播放。
所述标识获取模块11,还用于当所述当前播放的视频的画面停止播放时,获取所述当前播放的视频的视频标识。
在本发明另一实施例中,如图9所示,所述停止播放检测模块14可以包括:
暂停检测子模块141,用于检测当前播放的视频在播放时是否接收到暂停操作。
第一确定子模块142,用于当当前播放的视频在播放时接收到暂停操作时,确定所述当前播放的视频的停止播放。
在本发明另一实施例中,如图10所示,所述停止播放检测模块14可以包括:
卡顿检测子模块143,用于检测当前播放的视频在播放时是否出现卡顿。
第二确定子模块144,用于当当前播放的视频在播放时出现卡顿时,确定所述当前播放的视频的停止播放。
本发明实施例提供的该装置,可以在视频正常播放时,不显示目标水印,而在检测视频的画面停止播放时,再显示目标水印,这样一方面,可以减少视频正常播放时,水印对视频画面的遮挡而影响视频的质量,另一方,可以在用户无法观看视频时,快速观看目标水印或者操作目标水印。
本发明实施例还提供一种播放终端,包括前述任一实施例所述的水印展示装置。
本发明实施例还提供一种计算机存储介质,其中,该计算机存储介质可存储有程序,该程序执行时可实现图1-图4c所示实施例提供的水印展示方法的各实现方式中的部分或全部步骤。
需要说明的是,在本文中,诸如“第一”和“第二”等之类的关系术语仅仅用来将一个实体或者操作与另一个实体或操作区分开来,而不一定要求或者暗示这些实体或操作之间存在任何这种实际的关系或者顺序。而且,术语“包括”、“包含”或者其任何其他变体意在涵盖非排他性的包含,从而使得包括一系列要

Claims (13)
- 一种水印展示方法,应用于播放终端,其特征在于,包括:获取当前播放的视频的视频标识;从预设服务器中获取与所述视频标识相对应的目标水印以及所述目标水印的水印信息,所述水印信息至少包括:水印格式和显示信息;根据所述水印信息,在所述当前播放的视频的画面上展示所述目标水印。
- 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述从预设服务器中获取与所述视频标识相对应的目标水印以及所述目标水印的水印信息,包括:生成包含所述视频标识的水印获取请求;将所述水印获取请求发送给所述预设服务器;接收所述预设服务器发送的、与所述视频标识对应的目标水印以及所述目标水印的水印信息。
- 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述在所述当前播放的视频的画面上展示所述目标水印,包括:从所述水印信息中提取所述目标水印的水印格式和显示信息;根据所述显示信息确定所述目标水印的显示位置、显示时刻和显示时长;按照所述显示位置、显示时刻和显示时长,将与所述水印格式相对应的目标水印叠加显示在所述当前播放的视频的画面上。
- 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:检测所述当前播放的视频的画面是否停止播放;当所述当前播放的视频的画面停止播放时,执行所述获取所述当前播放的视频的视频标识的步骤。
- 根据权利要求4所述的方法,其特征在于,所述判断所述当前播放的视频的画面是否暂停,包括:检测当前播放的视频在播放时是否接收到暂停操作,若当前播放的视频 在播放时接收到暂停操作,确定所述当前播放的视频的画面停止播放;或者,检测当前播放的视频在播放时是否出现卡顿,若当前播放的视频在播放时出现卡顿,确定所述当前播放的视频的画面停止播放。
- 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述水印格式包括:图像互换格式GIF格式、HTML5格式、音频格式和链接地址格式中的一种或多种组合。
- 一种水印展示装置,其特征在于,包括:标识获取模块,用于获取当前播放的视频的视频标识;水印获取模块,用于从预设服务器中获取与所述视频标识相对应的目标水印以及所述目标水印的水印信息,所述水印信息至少包括:水印格式和显示信息;展示模块,用于根据所述水印信息,在所述当前播放的视频的画面上展示所述目标水印。
- 根据权利要求7所述的装置,其特征在于,所述水印获取模块包括:生成子模块,用于生成包含所述视频标识的水印获取请求;发送子模块,用于将所述水印获取请求发送给所述预设服务器;接收子模块,用于接收所述预设服务器发送的、与所述视频标识对应的目标水印以及所述目标水印的水印信息。
- 根据权利要求7所述的装置,其特征在于,所述展示模块包括:提取子模块,用于从所述水印信息中提取所述目标水印的水印格式和显示信息;显示信息确定子模块,用于根据所述显示信息确定所述目标水印的显示位置、显示时刻和显示时长;显示子模块,用于按照所述显示位置、显示时刻和显示时长,将与所述水印格式相对应的目标水印叠加显示在所述当前播放的视频的画面上。
- 根据权利要求7所述的装置,其特征在于,所述装置还包括:停止播放检测模块,用于检测所述当前播放的视频的画面是否停止播放;所述标识获取模块,还用于当所述当前播放的视频的画面停止播放时,获取所述当前播放的视频的视频标识。
- 根据权利要求10所述的装置,其特征在于,所述停止播放检测模块包括:暂停检测子模块,用于检测当前播放的视频在播放时是否接收到暂停操作;第一确定子模块,用于当当前播放的视频在播放时接收到暂停操作时,确定所述当前播放的视频的停止播放;或者,卡顿检测子模块,用于检测当前播放的视频在播放时是否出现卡顿;第二确定子模块,用于当当前播放的视频在播放时出现卡顿时,确定所述当前播放的视频的停止播放。
- 根据权利要求7所述的装置,其特征在于,所述水印格式包括:GIF格式、HTML5格式、音频格式和链接地址格式中的一种或多种组合。
- 一种播放终端,其特征在于,包括:如权利要求7-12任一项所述的水印展示装置。
