Description

一种HDMI识别端口的保护电路及设备
本申请要求于2015年12月15日提交中国专利局、申请号为201521054659.1,发明名称为“一种HDMI识别端口的保护电路及设备”的中国专利申请的优先权,其全部内容通过引用结合在本申请中。
技术领域
本申请涉及HDMI技术领域,尤其涉及一种HDMI识别端口的保护电路及设备。
背景技术
高清晰度多媒体接口(High Definition Multimedia Interface,HDMI)是一种数字化视频/音频接口技术,是适合影像传输的专用型数字化接口,其可同时传送音频和影像信号,最高数据传输速度为4.5GB/s。同时,HDMI无需在信号传送前进行数/模或者模/数转换,可搭配宽带数字内容保护(HDCP),以防止具有著作权的影音内容遭到未经授权的复制。因此,HDMI已经越来越广泛的应用于各种电子设备中。
电视等电子设备通常通过HDMI识别端口(ident Pin)检测HDMI的电源端口(Pin 18)是否存在识别电压(5V),进而判断电子设备是否外接有信号源。只有电子设备外接有信号源,并且信号存在时,该设备才能显示图像内容。
在实现本申请过程中,发明人发现现有技术中至少存在如下问题:由于家电卖场等使用场所提供的HDMI信号源并不规范,很多信号源的电压高出规范识别电压(5V)很多,从而容易烧坏电子设备中与识别端口连接的芯片。并且,现有的对HDMI识别端口的保护电路大部分是ESD静电保护电路,对于过高的直流电压则无法提供保护。
因此,如何对识别端口进行过压保护,成为现有技术中亟需解决的技术问题。
实用新型内容
有鉴于此,本申请实施例提供一种HDMI识别端口的保护电路及设备,其通过保护电路对HDMI识别端口进行过压保护,避免了HDMI信号源电压过高造成的设备损坏,降低了售后成本。
本申请实施例提供一种HDMI识别端口的保护电路,所述保护电路包括: 第一开关电路和第二开关电路,
所述第一开关电路的一端连接HDMI电源端口,另一端连接所述第二开关电路;
所述第二开关电路的一端连接所述第一开关电路,另一端连接所述HDMI识别端口;
所述第一开关电路对所述HDMI电源端口加载的电压进行隔离,并驱动所述第二开关电路导通,将待机电压作为所述HDMI识别端口的识别电压。
在本申请一具体实施例中,所述第一开关电路包括:开关三极管,所述开关三极管的基极连接所述HDMI电源端口,所述开关三极管的发射极连接地电压,所述开关三极管的集电极连接所述待机电压。
在本申请一具体实施例中,所述第一开关电路还包括:第一电阻,所述第一电阻的第一端连接所述开关三极管的基极,第二端连接地电压。
在本申请一具体实施例中,所述第一开关电路还包括:第二电阻,所述第二电阻的第一端连接所述开关三极管的基极,第二端分别连接所述HDMI电源端口和所述第一电阻的第一端。
在本申请一具体实施例中,所述第一开关电路还包括:第三电阻,所述第三电阻的第一端连接地电压,第二端连接所述开关三极管的集电极和所述第二开关电路。
在本申请一具体实施例中,所述第二开关电路包括:场效应管,所述场效应管的栅极分别连接所述第一开关电路和所述待机电压,漏极连接所述待机电压和所述栅极,源极连接所述HDMI识别端口。
在本申请一具体实施例中,所述第二开关电路还包括:第四电阻,所述第四电阻的第一端连接所述第一开关电路,第二端分别连接所述场效应管的栅极和地电压。
在本申请一具体实施例中,所述第二开关电路还包括:第五电阻,所述第五电阻的第一端连接地电压,第二端分别连接所述场效应管的栅极和所述第四电阻的第二端。
本申请实施例提供一种具有HDMI识别端口的设备,所述HDMI识别端口连接上述的保护电路。
由以上技术方案可见,本申请保护电路将第一开关电路和第二开关电路 连接在HDMI电源端口和HDMI识别端口之间。第一开关电路对HDMI电源端口加载的电压进行隔离,并驱动所述第二开关电路导通,将待机电压作为HDMI识别端口的识别电压。因此,本申请保护电路对HDMI识别端口进行了过压保护,避免了HDMI信号源电压过高造成的设备损坏,降低了售后成本。

具体实施方式
本申请实施例保护电路将第一开关电路和第二开关电路连接在HDMI电源端口和HDMI识别端口之间。第一开关电路对HDMI电源端口加载的电压进行隔离,并驱动所述第二开关电路导通,将待机电压作为HDMI识别端口的识别电压。因此,本申请保护电路对HDMI识别端口进行了过压保护,避免了HDMI信号源电压过高造成的设备损坏,降低了售后成本。
当然,实施本申请的任一技术方案必不一定需要同时达到以上的所有优点。

下面结合本申请附图说明本申请具体实现。
参见图1,本申请一具体实施例提供一种HDMI识别端口的保护电路,所述保护电路包括:第一开关电路11和第二开关电路12。
所述第一开关电路11的一端连接HDMI电源端口13,另一端连接所述第二开关电路12。
所述第二开关电路12的一端连接所述第一开关电路11,另一端连接所述HDMI识别端口14。
所述第一开关电路11对所述HDMI电源端口13加载的电压进行隔离,并驱动所述第二开关电路12导通,将待机电压作为所述HDMI识别端口14的识别电压。
因此,当所述HDMI电源端口13加载的电压过高时,不会造成所述HDMI识别端口14所连接芯片的损坏,同时加载的待机电压(5V),确保所述HDMI识别端口14识别是否接收到信号源。
参看图1,在本申请另一具体实施例所述的第一开关电路11包括:开关三极管T,所述开关三极管T的基极连接所述HDMI电源端口13,所述开关三极管T的发射极连接地电压,所述开关三极管T的集电极连接所述待机电压(5V)。
为了防止悬浮电压引起三极管T误动作,所述第一开关电路11还包括:第一电阻R1,所述第一电阻R1的第一端连接所述开关三极管T的基极,第二端连接地电压。
所述第一开关电路11还包括:第二电阻R2,所述第二电阻R2的第一端连接所述开关三极管T的基极,第二端分别连接所述HDMI电源端口13和所述第一电阻R1的第一端。所述第二电阻R2作为下拉电阻,保证三极管T工作的稳定性。
所述第一开关电路11还包括:第三电阻R3,所述第三电阻R3的第一端连接地电压,第二端连接所述开关三极管T的集电极和所述第二开关电路12。第三电阻R3作为偏置电阻,限流提供合适电流至所述三极管T的集电极。
所述第二开关电路12包括:场效应管MOS,所述场效应管MOS的栅极分别连接所述第一开关电路11和所述待机电压(5V),漏极连接所述待机电压(5V)和所述栅极,源极连接所述HDMI识别端口14。
为了保护所述场效应管MOS,所述第二开关电路12还包括:第四电阻R4,所述第四电阻R4的第一端连接所述第一开关电路11,第二端分别连接所述场效应管MOS的栅极和地电压。
为了保护所述场效应管MOS,所述第二开关电路12还包括:第五电阻R5,所述第五电阻R5的第一端连接地电压,第二端分别连接所述场效应管MOS的栅极和所述第四电阻R4的第二端。
对应于上述HDMI识别端口的保护电路,本申请还提供一种具有HDMI识别端口的设备,所述设备的HDMI识别端口连接上述任一种保护电路。

  1. 一种HDMI识别端口的保护电路,其特征在于,所述保护电路包括:第一开关电路和第二开关电路,
    所述第一开关电路的一端连接HDMI电源端口,另一端连接所述第二开关电路;
    所述第二开关电路的一端连接所述第一开关电路,另一端连接所述HDMI识别端口;
    所述第一开关电路对所述HDMI电源端口加载的电压进行隔离,并驱动所述第二开关电路导通,将待机电压作为所述HDMI识别端口的识别电压。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的保护电路,其特征在于,所述第一开关电路包括:开关三极管,所述开关三极管的基极连接所述HDMI电源端口,所述开关三极管的发射极连接地电压,所述开关三极管的集电极连接所述待机电压。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的保护电路,其特征在于,所述第一开关电路还包括:第一电阻,所述第一电阻的第一端连接所述开关三极管的基极,第二端连接地电压。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的保护电路,其特征在于,所述第一开关电路还包括:第二电阻,所述第二电阻的第一端连接所述开关三极管的基极,第二端分别连接所述HDMI电源端口和所述第一电阻的第一端。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的保护电路,其特征在于,所述第一开关电路还包括:第三电阻,所述第三电阻的第一端连接地电压,第二端连接所述开关三极管的集电极和所述第二开关电路。
  6. 根据权利要求1-5任一项所述的保护电路,其特征在于,所述第二开关电路包括:场效应管,所述场效应管的栅极分别连接所述第一开关电路和所述待机电压,漏极连接所述待机电压和所述栅极,源极连接所述HDMI识别端口。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的保护电路,其特征在于,所述第二开关电路还包括:第四电阻,所述第四电阻的第一端连接所述第一开关电路,第二端分别连接所述场效应管的栅极和地电压。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的保护电路,其特征在于,所述第二开关电路还包括:第五电阻,所述第五电阻的第一端连接地电压,第二端分别连接所述 场效应管的栅极和所述第四电阻的第二端。
