Abstract

Description
本申请要求在2015年12月15日提交中国专利局、申请号201510931767.0、发明名称为“用于智能手机的用户手册呼出方法和装置”的中国专利申请的优先权，该申请的全部内容通过引用结合在本申请中。
本发明涉及信息，尤其涉及一种用于智能手机的用户手册呼出方法和装置。
智能手机的功能丰富、强大，用户在使用手机时，如果没有方便、人性化的说明，有些实用功能很难发现，因此很多功能不能得到充分的使用。
用户手册是智能手机中用于对各个操作功能进行介绍的应用，但是要查阅用户手册，用户只能进入系统设置打开用户手册的应用来查看，目前还没有一种能够方便地使得用户手册的方法，而且系统也不能主动帮助用户使用不熟悉的功能。
针对现有技术的缺陷，本发明的目的是提供一种能够及时对用户不常使用的应用进行提示、说明的方法和装置。
本发明提供了一种用于智能手机的用户手册呼出方法，所述方法包括以下步骤：步骤100，对需要说明的应用进行设置；步骤200，根据设置信息，对各需要说明的应用的使用时间或使用次数进行累计；步骤300，当一项应用的累计使用时间或累计使用次数低于设定值，则推送该应用的说明信息。
优选地，步骤200包括：在所述智能手机处于锁屏状态时，当一项应用的累计使用时间或累计使用次数低于设定值，则将用户手册中关于该应用的说明信息在锁屏界面中推送。

相对于现有技术，采用本发明，通过使用时间和使用次数作为触发条件，在锁屏左下角显示手机系统手册，针对用户不熟悉、长时间未使用的功能做针对性的引导说明，这样可以有效地提高用户对功能的熟悉程度，方便用户更好地使用智能手机中的各个功能。

在本发明中，服务端配置用户手册中的功能说明，即：在手机终端若当前用户一段时间内未使用过某个或某些功能，则触发显示用户手册，做针对性的引导说明。

图1是本发明一种具体实施方式中用于智能手机的用户手册呼出方法的流程图，如图1所示，所述方法包括以下步骤：
步骤100，对需要说明的应用进行设置。在该步骤中，对于需要触发用户手册中的内容进行说明的应用进行设定，设定的内容包括应用的名称、对所述应用触发用户手册说明的条件。其中，各应用可以是手机中自带的系统应用或合作方推荐的应用。设定的内容还包括设定的触发条件，触发条件就是在什么情况下在用户界面上推出对某个应用的介绍说明，在本发明中，触发条件可以包括两种：应用的使用时间或应用的使用次数。
在一种优选实施方式中，在服务器端对需要说明的应用进行设置，并且将所述设置信息发送到用户的手机终端。在该实施方式中，对于有必要说明功能的应用名称、触发条件预先在服务器上设置完成，例如：将
“备忘录”、“系统更新”设置为待说明功能的应用；将使用时间定为2分钟/月。也就是说，对于“备忘录”、“系统更新”两项应用中的任何一项，如果用户每个月的使用时间低于2分钟，则将向用户推出介绍说明。

在该实施方式中，无需用户切换到手机唤醒状态，在锁屏状态下就可以看到有关应用的使用手册的说明信息，使得用户可以第一时间了解有关功能。
步骤300，当一项应用的累计使用时间或累计使用次数低于设定值，则推送用户手册中关于该应用的说明信息。当应用的累计使用时间或累计次数低于设定值，说明该项应用已经较长时间没有被用户使用，有可能用户对该应用的功能很可能并不熟悉，由于不熟悉而不愿使用，因此，就会呼出用户手册来对用户进行使用说明和引导。
累计使用时间是特定时间间隔内的使用时间，例如可以是每个月内的累计使用时间，即从每月的第一天开始检测某个应用的运行时间，并且将运行时间累计计算。当所述累计的时间低于设定值时，将针对该应用的用户手册的说明信息推送给用户。
累计使用次数是特定时间间隔内的使用次数，例如可以是每天之内的累计使用次数，即从每天的预定时间（例如0：00）开始检测某个应用的运行次数，每一个该应用从启动到停止为一次运行，将运行次数进行累计。当所述累计的次数低于设定值时，将针对该应用的用户手册的说明信息推送给用户。
优选地，所述说明信息的优先级为强制持续类型。该类型的信息优先级仅次于强制打断类型的信息，也就是说，如果其他信息也被推送给用户，只要所述其他信息不属于强制打断类型的信息，则强制持续类型的说明信息不会被其他信息替代且会一直向用户显示。
而且，在一种优选实施方式中，步骤300包括：

以上所述仅表达了本发明的几种实施方式，其描述较为具体和详细，但并不能因此而理解为对本发明专利范围的限制。应当指出的是，对于本领域的普通技术人员来说，在不脱离本发明构思的前提下，还可以做出若干变形和改进，这些都属于本发明的保护范围。因此，本发明专利的保护范围应以所附权利要求为准。
Claims (10)
- 一种用于智能手机的用户手册呼出方法，其特征在于，所述方法包括以下步骤：步骤100，对需要说明的应用进行设置；步骤200，根据设置信息，对各需要说明的应用的使用时间或使用次数进行累计；步骤300，当一项应用的累计使用时间或累计使用次数低于设定值，则推送该应用的说明信息。
- 根据权利要求1所述的方法，其特征在于，步骤200包括：在所述智能手机处于锁屏状态时，当一项应用的累计使用时间或累计使用次数低于设定值，则将用户手册中关于该应用的说明信息在锁屏界面中推送。
- 根据权利要求2所述的方法，其特征在于，步骤300中包括：步骤310，当一项应用的累计使用时间或累计使用次数低于设定值，发送说明信息提示；步骤320，接收用户对所述说明信息提示的触控输入；步骤330，根据所述触控输入显示所述说明信息。
- 根据权利要求1所述的方法，其特征在于，步骤100为：在服务器端对需要说明的应用进行设置，并且将所述设置信息发送到用户的手机终端。
- 根据权利要求1-3中任何一项所述的方法，其特征在于，所述说明信息的优先级为强制持续类型。
- 一种用于智能手机的用户手册呼出装置，其特征在于，所述装置包括：应用说明设置单元，用于对需要说明的应用进行设置；应用监测单元，用于根据设置信息对各应用的使用时间或使用次数进行累计；手册推送单元，当一项应用的累计使用时间或累计使用次数低于设定值，所述手册推送单元用于推送用户手册中关于该应用的说明信息。
- 根据权利要求6所述的装置，其特征在于，在所述智能手机处于锁屏状态时，当一项应用的累计使用时间或累计次数低于设定值，手册推送单元将用户手册中关于该应用的说明信息在锁屏界面中推送。
- 根据权利要求7所述的装置，其特征在于，手册推送单元包括：信息提示模块、用户输入接收模块、显示模块，其中：信息提示模块用于当一项应用的累计使用时间或累计使用次数低于设定值时发送说明信息提示；用户输入接收模块用于接收用户的触控输入；显示模块用于根据所述触控输入显示所述说明信息。
- 根据权利要求6-8中任何一项所述的装置，其特征在于，所述说明信息的优先级为强制持续类型。
- 一种用于智能手机的用户手册呼出装置，其特征在于，所述装置包括：一个或者多个处理器；存储器；一个或者多个程序，所述一个或者多个程序存储在所述存储器中，当被所述一个或者多个处理器执行时，进行如下操作：步骤100，对需要说明的应用进行设置；步骤200，根据设置信息，对各需要说明的应用的使用时间或使用次数进行累计；步骤300，当一项应用的累计使用时间或累计使用次数低于设定值，则推送该应用的说明信息。
