一种汽车水箱防护罩 技术领域
本发明涉及一种汽车水箱防护罩。
背景技术
目前,汽车使用越来越广泛,当汽车在高速行驶时,空气中的昆虫或者其它漂浮物很容易碰到并附着在汽车水箱散热器上,从而造成水箱散热器堵塞,导致通风不畅,发动机散热不良,从而发生空调不制冷,严重时会造成汽车抛锚,而且清洗也很不方便。同时昆虫和漂浮物经过水箱散热器的高温加热会产生很多有害细菌,当这些细菌随空气吹进驾驶室中时,就会危害到驾驶员的身体健康。,通常采用防水布进行苫盖,以防止日晒风化、雨淋等影响其品质,防水布容易积水、透气性较差,使用操作不方便,且维护较困难。
发明内容
本发明提供一种汽车水箱防护罩,使防护罩上的防尘网结构合理、制作成本低、使用维护方便且防风抑尘效果良好。
为达到上述发明目的本发明所采用的技术方案是:一种汽车水箱防护罩,包括设置在水箱前方的罩体,所述罩体包括一个四边形边框,其四个边上均设置有至少一个连接孔,至少四个垂直于边框且穿过连接孔的连接螺杆,其顶部固定有螺帽,所述螺帽直径大于连接孔直径,至少两个平行于边框的固定螺杆,其两端设置有可套在相邻或相隔的两个连接螺杆末端的圆环,四个边框之间设置有防尘网,防尘网的表面涂有自清洁涂层,所述圆环外侧的连接螺杆上设置有螺母;
所述的防尘网包括由单根经线、纬线交叉编织而成的防尘网主体,所述纬线走向为“之”字形结构,经线与纬线连接处设有交叉的环形限位结,环形限位结在纬线方向的间距为10~15mm,经线、纬线均采用聚丙烯塑料制成。
进一步的,所述形成防尘网主体采用的经线、纬线的宽度为2~3mm。
进一步的,所述边框内侧的四个角上设置有缓冲垫。
本发明的有益效果是:空气中的杂质碰在防尘网上,能够阻止杂质附着在水箱上,从而防止杂质阻塞水箱散热器,使汽车的卫生和安全性提高。它结构简单,便于拆卸,一段时间后就可以将其拆下来清洗,使用方便。固定比较牢固,汽车颠簸时,不容易脱落或者松动,避免因为摩擦而损伤水箱,而且拆装比较方便,方便清洗。
该防尘网采用聚丙烯塑料制成的经线、纬线交叉编织而成,两者连接处设有交叉的环形限位结,其结构简单、强度好,质量轻薄,使用维护方便,且经线、纬线缝隙处可透风、渗水,能够有效防止粉料飞尘,对减少物料浪费和操持环境整洁具有显著效果。

具体实施方式
如图1图2所示,一种汽车水箱防护罩,包括设置在水箱前方的罩体,所述罩体包括一个四边形边框1,其四个边上均设置有至少一个连接孔,至少四个 垂直于边框1且穿过连接孔的连接螺杆,其顶部固定有螺帽3,所述螺帽3直径大于连接孔直径,至少两个平行于边框1的固定螺杆,其两端设置有可套在相邻或相隔的两个连接螺杆末端的圆环,四个边框1之间设置有防尘网2,防尘网2的表面涂有自清洁涂层,所述圆环外侧的连接螺杆上设置有螺母;
所述的防尘网2包括由单根经线21、纬线22交叉编织而成的防尘网2主体,所述纬线22走向为“之”字形结构,经线21与纬线22连接处设有交叉的环形限位结23,环形限位结23在纬线22方向的间距为10~15mm,经线21、纬线22均采用聚丙烯塑料制成。
形成防尘网2主体采用的经线21、纬线22的宽度为2~3mm。
边框1内侧的四个角上设置有缓冲垫。
空气中的杂质碰在防尘网2上,能够阻止杂质附着在水箱上,从而防止杂质阻塞水箱散热器,使汽车的卫生和安全性提高。它结构简单,便于拆卸,一段时间后就可以将其拆下来清洗,使用方便。固定比较牢固,汽车颠簸时,不容易脱落或者松动,避免因为摩擦而损伤水箱,而且拆装比较方便,方便清洗。
该防尘网2采用聚丙烯塑料制成的经线21、纬线22交叉编织而成,两者连接处设有交叉的环形限位结23,其结构简单、强度好,质量轻薄,使用维护方便,且经线21、纬线22缝隙处可透风、渗水,能够有效防止粉料飞尘,对减少物料浪费和操持环境整洁具有显著效果。

  1. 一种汽车水箱防护罩,其特征在于,包括设置在水箱前方的罩体,所述罩体包括一个四边形边框,其四个边上均设置有至少一个连接孔,至少四个垂直于边框且穿过连接孔的连接螺杆,其顶部固定有螺帽,所述螺帽直径大于连接孔直径,至少两个平行于边框的固定螺杆,其两端设置有可套在相邻或相隔的两个连接螺杆末端的圆环,四个边框之间设置有防尘网,防尘网的表面涂有自清洁涂层,所述圆环外侧的连接螺杆上设置有螺母;所述的防尘网包括由单根经线、纬线交叉编织而成的防尘网主体,所述纬线走向为“之”字形结构,经线与纬线连接处设有交叉的环形限位结,环形限位结在纬线方向的间距为10~15mm,经线、纬线均采用聚丙烯塑料制成。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种汽车水箱防护罩,其特征在于,所述形成防尘网主体采用的经线、纬线的宽度为2~3mm。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种汽车水箱防护罩,其特征在于,所述边框内侧的四个角上设置有缓冲垫。
