Abstract

L'invention concerne un ronfleur qui comprend un boîtier (1) dans lequel est disposée une carte de circuit imprimé (PCB). Un enroulement (5) comportant un cadre est relié à la PCB. Un anneau magnétique moulé par injection (2) est disposé sur un côté externe de l'enroulement (5) et comprend un anneau magnétique (21) et au moins deux segments d'aimant en arc (22). L'anneau magnétique (21) est une structure intégrée formée par moulage par injection d'un matériau magnétique. Les segments d'aimant (22) sont incorporés dans l'anneau magnétique (21) et disposés uniformément dans l'anneau magnétique (21) selon des polarités alternées. Un trou traversant (23) est situé au centre d'une surface supérieure de l'anneau magnétique (21). Quatre petits trous (24) sont répartis uniformément autour du périmètre du trou traversant (23). L'anneau magnétique formé à l'aide de matériaux magnétiques et d'une technique de moulage à passage unique assure la concentricité de ce dernier et l'uniformité de qualité, et incorpore au moins deux segments d'aimant pendant le moulage par injection, permettant d'obtenir l'anneau magnétique ayant un champ magnétique à polarités multiples.
