일반적으로 핸드카트(Hand Cart)는 물품을 적재하여 바퀴를 통해 쉽게 이동시킬 수 있도록 하는 운반장치이다. 이러한 핸드카트의 구조는, 세로 방향으로 배치되고 상단부에는 손잡이가 구비된 본체프레임과, 본체프레임의 하부에서 후방측 직각 방향으로 돌출되어 물품이 적재되는 적재부가 마련되고, 본체프레임 하부의전방 양측에는 각각 주차륜(바퀴)이 구비된 구조로 이루어져 있다.

도 10은 본 발명에 따른 도 9가 완전히 접혀진 상태를 나타낸 사시도,

먼저, 본 발명은 도 1 내지 도 14에서 보는 바와 같이 인출식프레임(100), 하판(200), 상판(300), 벨크로(400) 및 고정로프(500)로 이루어진다.
이때, 도 1 내지 도 2에 도시된 바와 같이, 상기 프레임(100)은 고정프레임(110) 하부에 바퀴(111)가 형성되며, 상부로는 인출바(120)가 구비되고, 상기 인출바 상부에 손잡이(130)가 형성된다.
이에, 상기 프레임(100)은 바퀴(111)가 내측으로 접혀질 수 있도록 회전부(113)가 형성된다.
또한, 상기 프레임(100) 하단에는 힌지(210)에 의해 회동하여 프레임의 길이방향으로 접혀지거나 직각으로 펼쳐질 수 있도록 형성되는 하판(200)이 형성된다.
이때, 상기 힌지(210)의 사이에는 적재물이 후방으로 이탈을 방지하기 위한 단턱(240)이 구비된다.
또한, 상기 하판(200)에서 상부로 이격된 위치에 형성되되 고정축(112)에 결합되어 회동하는 상판(300)이 형성된다.
이때, 도 3 내지 도 4에 도시된 바와 같이, 상기 상판(300)은 고정축(112)에서 탄성결합 되도록 내주면에 후면라운딩부(311)가 돌출형성된 후면결합홈(310)이 형성된다.
즉, 상기 후면라운딩부(311)에 의해 후면결합홈(310)의 직경은 고정축(112)보다 좁게 형성되기 때문에, 결합시 고정축이 삽입될 만큼 후면결합홈이 양측으로 벌어지면서 탄성고정되는 것이므로 상기 상판(300)은 자중에 의해 바닥으로 떨어지지 않고 탈착이 가능한 것이다.
이때, 상기 후면라운딩부(311) 외주면에는 고무 또는 실리콘으로 이루어진 연질체(312)가 형성되서 상판(300)의 유동을 방지한다.
또한, 도 5 내지 도 7에 도시된 바와 같이, 상기 상판(300)의 후면결합홈(310) 반대편에 형성되되 내주면에 전면라운딩부(321)가 돌출형성된 전면결합홈(320)이 형성된다.
이때, 도 8 내지 도 10에 도시된 바와 같이, 상기 전면결합홈(320)에 탄성결합되도록 "

"형상 중 어느 하나로 구비되는 지지봉(330)이 형성된다.
다시 말해, 상기 전면라운딩부(321)에 의해 전면결합홈(320)의 직경은 지지봉(330)의 직경보다 좁게 형성되기 때문에 결합시 지지봉이 삽입될 수 있을 만큼 전면결합홈이 벌어지면서 탄성고정되는 것이므로 지지봉은 자중에 의해 바닥으로 떨어지지 않고 탈착이 가능한 것이다.
또한, 상기 하판(200)의 상면에는 지지봉(330)이 더욱 견고하게 고정될 수 있도록 지지봉의 하단과 대응되는 형상으로 고정홈(220)이 형성된다.

더욱 자세하게 말하면, 상기 지지봉(330)은 "

이에, 상판(300)에 적재된 물품의 무게에 의해 지지봉(330)이 고정홈(220)의 만곡된 내주면을 따라 전면으로 이동하게 되므로 결합돌기(331)가 결합홈(221)에 밀착 결합되기 때문에 상기 상판에 적재된 물품이 무거울수록 더욱 견고하게 지지 및 고정되는 것이다.
이때, 상기 결합홈(221)은 내주면에 고무 또는 실리콘으로 이루어지는 연질부(222)가 형성되서 결합돌기(331)의 유동을 방지하여 지지봉(330)을 견고하게 고정한다.
한편, 도 11 내지 도 13에 도시된 바와 같이, 상기 하판(200) 및 상판(300)은 면상에 하판문양홈(230) 및 상판문양홈(340)이 형성되어 원자재 값이 절감되는 것은 물론이고, 한쪽면에 후크부(410)가 형성되고 다른 한쪽에는 상기 후크부에 부착될 수 있는 루프부(420)가 형성된 띠 형상의 벨크로(400)를 하판문양홈 및 상판문양홈에 감은 뒤, 하면에 벨크로가 형성된 보관용쇼핑백(B)을 부착하여 사용할 수 있다.
이때, 상기 하판문양홈(230) 및 상판문양홈(340)에 감겨진 벨크로는(400)는 후크부(410) 또는 루프부(420) 중 보관용쇼핑백(B)과 부착되는 면이 상부로 노출되어야 한다.
또한, 상기 보관용쇼핑백(B)이 하판(200) 및 상판(300)으로부터 이탈되는 것을 방지하기 위해 양단에 갈고리(510)가 구비된 고정로프를 이용하여 견고하게 고정할 수 있다.
또한, 도 14에 도시된 바와 같이, 상기 상판(300)은 각 변에 힌지에 의해 회동되는 회전식단턱(360)이 형성되어 평상시에는 접혀져 있다가 적재된 물품이 이탈될 가능성이 있는 경우 펴둠으로서 사용자가 적재한 물품의 이탈을 방지한다.
결론적으로, 상기 하판(200) 및 상판(300)에 손상되기 쉬운 식료품과 같은 물품을 나누어 적재할 수 있어서 물품에 손상을 입히지 않는 것이며, 부피가 큰 적재물을 싣고 이동해야하는 상황이 발생할 경우는 상판을 접어두거나 분리하여 사용할 수도 있고, 상기 하판 및 상판을 접고 인출바(120)를 고정프레임(110) 내측으로 인입하여 최소화된 크기로 보관이 가능하기 때문에 사용자는 가정이나 산업현장에서 간편한 조작으로 편리하게 사용할 수 있는 것이다.
본 발명은 상술한 특정의 바람직한 실시예에 한정되지 아니하며, 청구범위에서 청구하는 본 발명의 요지를 벗어남이 없이 당해 발명이 속하는 기술분야에서 통상의 지식을 가진 자라면 누구든지 다양한 변형실시가 가능한 것은 물론이고, 그와 같은 변경은 청구범위 기재의 범위 내에 있게 된다.

Claims (5)

  1. 고정프레임(110) 하부에 바퀴(111)가 구비되며, 상부로는 인출바(120)가 형성되고, 상기 인출바 상부에 손잡이(130)가 형성되는 프레임(100)과; 상기 프레임(100) 하단에는 힌지(210)에 의해 회동하여 프레임의 길이방향으로 접혀지거나 직각으로 펼쳐질 수 있도록 형성되는 하판(200)과; 상기 하판(200)에서 상부로 이격된 위치에 형성되되 고정프레임(110)에 결합된 고정축(112)에 체결되어 탈착 및 회동할 수 있도록 후면결합홈(310)이 형성된 상판(300)으로; 이루어지는 통상의 복층 구조의 산업용 또는 가정용 핸드카트에 있어서,
    상기 상판(300)은 후면결합홈(310) 반대편에 지지봉(330)이 결합되어 프레임(100)으로부터 직교되는 방향으로 받쳐질 수 있도록 전면결합홈(320)이 형성되도록 하되, 상기 전면결합홈(320)은 내주면에 전면라운딩부(321)가 돌출 형성되고, 상기 전면결합홈(320)에는 "

  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 프레임(100)은

  3. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 상판(300)은
    고정축(112)에 탄성결합 되도록 내주면에 후면라운딩부(311)가 돌출형성된 후면결합홈(310)이 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 복층 구조의 산업용 또는 가정용 핸드카트.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 상기 지지봉(330)은
    끝단부에 결합돌기가 형성되고 하판(200) 상면에 형성된 고정홈(220)에 결합돌기가 끼워져 결합되는 것을 특징으로 하는 복층 구조의 산업용 또는 가정용 핸드카트.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 상기 하판(200) 및 상판(300)은
    하면에 루프부(420)가 구비된 보관용쇼핑백(B)이 부착될 수 있도록 하판문양홈(230) 및 상판문양홈(340)이 형성되며, 상기 하판문양홈(230) 및 상판문양홈(340)에 상면에 후크부(410)와 하면에 루프부(420)가 형성된 벨크로(400)가 감겨지며, 상기 보관용쇼핑백을 고정하기 위해 양단부에 갈고리(510)가 구비된 고정로프(500)가 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 복층 구조의 산업용 또는 가정용 핸드카트.
